===== AI Transcription =====
Speaker A: No, I don't like. No, we've never done that with any other systems really, where, like, oh, that guy's using magic. Unless it's, like, someone specifically, like, trained for it. And I think the way, like, with the Pel Riders is, like, they're more like, hunting this, like, weird stuff or, like, big outlaws or monsters or whatever, or putting down, like, rebellions, you know, like air quotes or whatever. They're not specifically, like, just out there, like, sniff. They're not necessarily like the guys from Inquisition Templar.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Or the Inquisition, per se. No, they're not out there. Like, look, if they're looking for the weird, but they're not. They have enough stuff to deal with right now, I guess, as opposed to. They're not. And it's only been like, 10 years since, like, that has, like, blown open, so.

Speaker C: Well, just if they were sensitive to it, like, the average person would be like, oh, you're doing something weird. But if they're looking like something weird's going on in this area, uses it. Let's say they. They use a bit. Would it go up like a flare? Like, hey, somebody's using the N1 over there. We should go over and take a look at it.

Speaker A: Unless you're, like, doing stuff that's, I mean, like, you know, like calling down, like, meteors or, like, blowing up buildings. I mean, they're gonna, like, people are gonna come and look for you. Or if you're, like, you know, you just start. If you're being weird.

Speaker C: Well, I feel a tremor in the force. Where's that trimming? It's right over there somewhere.

Speaker A: I say that there. There may be some people that can do that, but it has only been 10 years. So, like, the Pell Riders and the. And the attorney that's in charge doesn't necessarily, like, theory.

Speaker C: As he's practicing with it. It's like, it's gone against a lot of his childhood, but it's an adventure, so he's kind of drawn in and it's like, wait a minute, if I get caught. So he's already thinking countermeasures as far as.

Speaker A: And it could be too, that, like, the focus kind of like, it doesn't necessarily mask it, but that's like, the channeling point. So, like, if maybe someone was, like, looking for. I don't know. But see, you'd have to be, like, you'd be. I. Maybe other Animen users can, like, feel the tremors or whatever, or power being pulled into the. From that realm. If they're, like, walking in it or whatever. Like maybe something kind of like that. But.

Speaker C: The channeling without a focus would probably be like a.

Speaker A: Well, that would definitely like be a lot more. That'd be. Because it'd be coming to. Yeah. Because that's way less control. But yeah. Pulling stuff through. That's. Yeah. Maybe other. Other Anwin users, maybe if they're like purposely like looking. They're like looking. They're like in the anwin or whatever. They're like plane walking or whatever, like trying to like find sources where these are getting spoiled from. But the. And I don't think your characters know it, but the power riders, they don't use. And then they don't use Anwin per se. And Andre, like as deep, like experienced more of it, you'd know that like the. The magic rams he's used was different.

Speaker C: I'd imagine it was something from mythos. It's more like. And when it would be like looking at the ocean and you use the focus, so you're channeling directly from the ocean. But I would get the feeling that pale writers would be doing it through their deity.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: So they'd still have a focus, but it would. As it's going through the deity, it.

Speaker A: Would be changed to something else, essentially. Yeah. Because like if you like get a patreon or have another deed or something like you basically, like that's I guess what we'll consider like divine magic and the traditional sense or whatever. So you're granted it by somewhere else is where Anwin stuff is. Sorcery, wizardry. You know, you've learned it through school or your talent or whatever. And it can't do stuff, I guess, filtered through the deities per se.

Speaker C: Oh, the deity would be based on whatever their domain. And that's probably the best word for their domain.

Speaker A: And I guess too like the pel riders magic DP has all been like gold and like light oriented as far as like the effects of when they're casting it or what they've done with it. When you've seen the Ramseys, it's all been like golden light colors.

Speaker C: You gotta run into a few more deities first before obviously. I think every deity has her own color. Their own.

Speaker B: Yeah. Yes.

Speaker C: I was thinking on that long train ride, I'll be trying to like fiddling with it. Just little things, man, handling control. And you'd be. That would suck. It's like trying to figure it out.

Speaker A: You get the next station and there's just like, yeah, a couple Aussies of.

Speaker C: Hell riders waiting for you, lining both sides. Of the tracks. There's like no way out.

Speaker A: No, no, because it's still. It's. It's new. It's. It's new to the vast majority of.

Speaker B: People.

Speaker A: Because the veil has been closed for a thousand years, but the church.

Speaker C: Has been maintaining a status quo and anything that has gotten through, depending on the level of fanaticism.

Speaker A: So, yeah, and they. They've been controlling it. And you and. I guess, and you and you guys have all grown up with the church as it is now, where it's way more like militant and authoritative and trying to control information.

Speaker C: But there would still be the lore, the legends of which burnings, for lack of a better.

Speaker A: Yeah, and those would probably. You, Andre, would probably have some more knowledge of that because you were so close to, I guess, a native land that's not controlled by the church or has very little influence from the church. So you would probably know some of those old tribal teaching.

Speaker C: Well, I could even see the church putting it out like, hey, back when the world was dangerous and we came out, there was so and so who was causing harm. The pillow writers went forth and slapped him down.

Speaker A: There probably be some of that, like some of, I guess some of the old, like old testament style, like stories kind of like that. Yeah, there would be some of that stuff.

Speaker C: And then the native lands would have their own. Their own stories. Kind of like the Indian tribes.

Speaker A: Exactly.

Speaker C: The white raven, black raven.

Speaker A: And that's like, that's where. And you guys, I guess if you ever get down, which I assume you may end up heading down there if Audrey ever wants to talk in the minute.

Speaker C: Oh, he. He wants to, but it's fairly high on the priority list of wants to figure out some way to understand why he has these. These guardians that he didn't have before. But priorities and trying to y to swing it. So I'm not sure if that will happen before going after the seal and trying to weaken it or whatever else happens. There might be an elderite vein in there before he can make it down. He's like, can I have a piece of this to make a uber focus?

Speaker B: You want the hell with your life.

Speaker A: Behind no worries.

Speaker D: Trying to get rid of the mic in for the corners of the day is this.

Speaker C: That scenario of nature pours a vacuum. I get rid of one stressful job and now your body's trying to go.

Speaker D: Well, my body's probably recovering stupid hours for five years. Yeah, you're right. Which I took some stuff and barely took the end off and took some more stuff and it's kind of hard to read my screen.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker D: I don't get them like this very often. It's just when I'm here, it's annoying. Was I supposed to make two or more? This one, I made a second one.

Speaker C: Because, you know, it's just so much fun.

Speaker D: You can die.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: This isn't quite fist level. Quick death. Pretty stinking close.

Speaker B: Yeah. After being a player, I was like, I don't really like fist. It's not a very interesting system if.

Speaker D: You make it past the first mission.

Speaker A: Also, if we ever play that again, you guys like, the players will just get 12 HP.

Speaker B: You're so low HP. That's how you don't. You don't want to get attached to your character. It doesn't matter.

Speaker C: Oh, yeah.

Speaker B: So I don't really like this system.

Speaker A: No. I think it would be funner to have you actually make it more. You play more like Metal Gear Solid, where you actually have a base of guys and they're actually good. They don't die in one shot. And you just bring the agents you think you'll need for that mission. And then if you do get in cap because of like bad rolls or whatever, then you can bring in another guy. But yeah, no, I'd start you with 12. You just start with 12 GP and then if you want it and then you can go from there.

Speaker B: No, the wind system is like. Oh, you're like these elite, you know, special forces guys.

Speaker A: But then you just die and you're like. You're mutants. Yeah, you're mutants.

Speaker B: So there's that and then it's just like.

Speaker A: You don't feel special.

Speaker B: No, no.

Speaker C: That dwarf engineer, I had high hopes before he decided to.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Decide to chew lead.

Speaker D: And I rolled mom and I thought, mom's dead. And then mom died.

Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah, I had that guy, like, played in. It's like, I hate this guy. He did quickly take a look.

Speaker D: I like the multiplying cannibal.

Speaker B: Yeah, he was entertaining.

Speaker C: We just got done with the last one. Saw the fire maker get turned to ash.

Speaker A: Yeah. So you guys rode down from Vicious Creeks up here that you guys rode to here. Two day ride, basically. That's where you're at. You've been in Raggy's Bend for a couple days. Mayor Stylus has died and been buried in the graveyard. And you've heard rumors of a large amount of gold in the bank. Ragged Bend itself. If that music's too loud, let me. Rag Event itself was a boom town. Before the Veil. There was about 700 people in it. Oh I did the. Oh I didn't update Boo. I did the fun thing when they popped in. Like the old western of the population.

Speaker B: Excuse me.

Speaker A: Cross that. I did that for this 700 there was. You guys would have learned a little bit of this. As if you're hanging out in the bar or whatever. There was Used to be about 700 people here. Prevail. And then after it was torn the gold mine became cursed and most of the buildings are now abandoned and run down. And the only people that live here are Die Hards scientists and adventure seekers. So there's about 130 people here now.

Speaker C: As long as there's no chicken asses.

Speaker D: We'Re good.

Speaker A: Around the mine. And you would have seen this as you came in because you guys would have rode in through this gate up here. The north one. That there's a cluster of violet glowing trees near the town's old mineshaft. You would have heard that locals believe the plants hold mystical properties. Some claim to have experienced vivid visions after touching them. And others whispers about the plants connection to something here.

Speaker B: Probably that.

Speaker A: The notable locations are the Apex Laboratory. The Bent Nail Saloon. And you guys would be familiar with barkeep Peach. I'll say. That's where you guys are currently. Bent Nail Saloon. Which is number two. Which is this building roughly down here. There's the sheriff's office. He probably would have been greeted by Sheriff Trigger or one of his deputies when he rode into town. They all been given weary eyes to strangers because they usually don't show up in town very often. There's the Frontier General Store which is number five. Over here in sheriff's office is up here. Number three. These are tiny. Not that they super matter a whole lot as far as where they're actually at. Anyone have heard of Mordecai's elixirs who concoct strange potions. Then there's the Church of Veiled Truth in the graveyard outside of town. Which is this weird crusty cross looking thing. The mayor's house is down here in the trees. He has a nice place down here at 10. And then the bank is number 10 over here. Chat you guys are at the Bent Nail Saloon.

Speaker C: Have they had the funeral for the mayor yet?

Speaker A: Yes. I was gonna say that happened like yesterday.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker C: Really good distraction. Everybody out of town. What sort of things do we know about the venue?

Speaker A: That's made out of brick and it's about two stories tall.

Speaker C: Safe on the first floor or buried in underneath or upstairs.

Speaker A: You. Yeah. You wouldn't you would have no way of knowing that. Yeah. What are the actual. You like. Basically like just kind of started hearing some of these rumors whisper as people were like drinking after like the funeral or whatever in the bar. I would have heard some of these basically rumors. Been recouping after your Vicious Creek adventures.

Speaker C: There's no twisted cross on this church, is there?

Speaker A: No, it actually looks like the traditional like whitewashed, like western style like church. It's got some stained glass windows.

Speaker C: The other one looked pretty normal too, but that passed her.

Speaker B: Yeah, no kids standing in the window.

Speaker A: No, this one actually has. This one actually has like the. Yeah, no, no narrow windows with kids staring at you. This one actually has the Mithra symbol like over the. Do.

Speaker C: Kids playing in the street or.

Speaker A: Yeah. Other than a lot of the. Probably like 70 of them. Other than like 70% of the buildings roughly being like run down. Like, I mean think kind of like Detroit kind of like style out in the suburbs of Detroit. Kind of like where this stuff. There's a lot. Most of the houses, the majority of the properties are like that. They're just run down. So. Okay, if it's been like 10 years and no one has really come back.

Speaker C: Here after Vicious Creek, I mean they're looking for normal. Anything that's not is definitely gone.

Speaker A: No, the weirdest stuff here would be the glowing like trees in the. In the area. Especially the. The really like dense and bright ones. The church has some like growing up along like the sides of it.

Speaker C: Oh, wow.

Speaker A: Oh, and they're just like bioluminescent kind of like deal. It's very. It's strange but weird. And then he would have probably bumped into some of the scientists that would come through the bar and talk about their research and asking for like volunteers to like test stuff and like Morai. Mordecai from Mordecai the elixir. Probably would have came in there and asked for volunteers to come to his shop and test potions.

Speaker C: So how does it smoke a little dark tobacco?

Speaker B: Good smoke.

Speaker A: Chew the rainbow.

Speaker C: Is it addicting?

Speaker B: I need to go check out the bank. Figure out where to what floor. The vaults, everything is floored. Imagine probably in the basement.

Speaker C: How much money did we get from our.

Speaker B: I have 1024 silver in the hideout. That's what I have written down.

Speaker A: Yeah. So you guys are pretty wealthy right now.

Speaker C: Shall we open up a bank account? Say about.

Speaker B: We could go see 100. Maybe they'll show us the vault because we're containing that security.

Speaker C: That's what I'm thinking.

Speaker D: How about It. How widespread is our wanted status out here?

Speaker A: Like, and this is a little bit earlier. This is, like, before, like, the train robbery and dodge rock. So you're not saying nobody would know who you're here. You wouldn't see no post. Because, I mean, you're. You're, like, out in the sticks.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker A: Basically. So, like, vicious creep loves us.

Speaker C: They didn't post anything. Yep.

Speaker A: Good. Yeah. So, like, comparative, like, you're.

Speaker C: Nobody saw some ferry that lived.

Speaker D: That's true.

Speaker A: You're like, 100 miles from, like, any city, basically. Yeah. You're roughly 100 miles other than vicious creek. So, yeah, there's. There's nothing. There's no reason to come here unless someone just wants to do an overland adventure.

Speaker D: I just didn't want to be, like, going to the bank and, like, oh, the bank account. They're like, okay, Tombstone.

Speaker C: I'm sorry, but you can't open up a bank account with your own reward.

Speaker A: Just.

Speaker D: Just come into the cell and sign this paper.

Speaker B: You check out the bank.

Speaker A: And. Yeah, and you could even ask for, like, a secure, like, a deposit box, too, for, like, your relic that you guys have.

Speaker C: Have you ever come back to that? He went off writing.

Speaker B: He did. We never met up with him. I don't.

Speaker A: Yeah, he met up with him right at the end of last session. So, like, he's here, but not kind of deal.

Speaker B: Check out the bank.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker B: Go with you. Every kid's gonna go get experiments. You know, he ain't smart enough.

Speaker A: All right. He gonna go test potion. Yeah.

Speaker B: He got excited and was like, oh.

Speaker C: Edward R. He'd go with him just to watch.

Speaker B: Yeah. Young and not very smart.

Speaker A: And who is it? You're done to your guy.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: So this gab herder would go with a cadaver.

Speaker B: And underhead's gonna go in the bank with harem.

Speaker A: And I guess we do need to introduce. Pause.

Speaker B: The newest member of your g.

Speaker D: Just generally introduce them.

Speaker A: Yeah. However, whatever you want to introduce him, whether he's an old member or if he's relatively new.

Speaker C: Are you our guide in this town?

Speaker A: Yeah. So you could be recruited from here. It doesn't matter to me.

Speaker D: I guess we could say if we went to the bar, Tombstone would have seen it. To an old and heat, Tombstone would go. We ran a job once.

Speaker A: There you go.

Speaker D: I needed to steal something. He stole it. And, yeah, people call him rock guy. Just don't smell his breath.

Speaker A: He'll be okay.

Speaker D: He got a gut shot years ago. It hasn't really been the same. He's reliable. He's got the right amount of teeth. He's introducing him there. He doesn't understand what he means about the teeth. That just says I get my share.

Speaker B: I'm good.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker D: It says when it gets dark, we should go around the place and see what it looks like on the outside. If we're gonna have to take adventure pulled out of this place, maybe it's not through the front door. Tombstone's got a wagon.

Speaker B: Depending on the mighty dynamite.

Speaker C: Maybe blow out the wall. Yeah, get into a safe.

Speaker B: This is a brick building.

Speaker D: Rock up whistles. You guys are intense. But I like it quick and dirty.

Speaker C: How far do you think they chase.

Speaker A: Us.

Speaker C: When they make it past the city walls, Are we in the clear?

Speaker D: I don't have to worry about that. They get close, we just put them in the ground.

Speaker C: I just don't want them chasing after us for days on end. That's too many in the ground. Plants around here might bring him back again.

Speaker A: Sir.

Speaker D: Either might deserve it. Nobody cares. You have the guts for it.

Speaker C: K says sure.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker C: If you want, you can come watch the show. Kadava's gonna go try some drinks. He kept talking about elixirs of power.

Speaker A: Mordecai, while you guys were like in the bar. Like I needed test subjects. Like a couple. Like once or twice a day he'd come in and like just yell on cells. But he.

Speaker B: Anybody wants to make a few coins?

Speaker D: Maybe. I've done worse things for money ever since I got gut shot. I kind of have an affinity for things not killing me when I eat them.

Speaker C: Are you chewing a bullet right now?

Speaker D: What's that?

Speaker C: Are you chewing a bullet right now?

Speaker D: Yeah, well, I don't know. Never saw it come out. Just recommend not getting gut shot.

Speaker C: That you're going to tell me that you swallow the lodestone kind of like the cat, and make sure you don't get jabbed from the inside out.

Speaker D: Yeah, it's probably still in there because my horse has a habit of sniffing gun totter and it keeps going after my cat. So it's probably still in there.

Speaker C: No, he might be walking.

Speaker B: Explosives maybe.

Speaker D: Might help you find some dynamite, that's for sure. He likes the smell of gunpowder and stuff that goes through. But we know how much gold we're talking about.

Speaker C: The rumors like we have.

Speaker D: We got a wagon. We should just see if maybe we're gonna have to haul it off. If anybody's gonna be wary about a wagon sitting outside, I suggest we do that part at night.

Speaker C: We were getting on the idea of Going in, maybe opening an account, getting a tour of the inside.

Speaker D: Okay, well then Brimstone. I can go walk around and see what we can see without stirring up too much notice on the outside. Sure wouldn't really account guards. Yeah. Look like they have business there.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: You're the ones that give you the dead eye stare. They claim their law enforcement they're just waiting.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Other than the sheriff, how many deputies.

Speaker A: Are we looking at? You give me a width or. Yeah, this just actually be width. D20 or D20. The D20. Dang.

Speaker C: That was going to be a good one.

Speaker A: Yeah. D20 plus your width. Yeah.

Speaker D: 14.

Speaker A: You counted 13 law folk here.

Speaker D: Just in general or.

Speaker A: Yeah. Like in the area in general? Yeah. You've seen 13 different people counting the sheriff.

Speaker C: Be on the process of collecting the next mayor to anybody in the old mayor's house?

Speaker A: No. His widow Constance is still there or it lives in the mayor's house right now.

Speaker C: On derelict buildings that didn't turn well.

Speaker B: Cendra went crazy and we had to put him in the dirt.

Speaker D: Very strange.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Drop that. Since I kind of greet. Sometimes you just gotta do it.

Speaker C: No distraction. Where would be the best spot to do to run away from the bank as far as like a. A good group of buildings that are empty. Easy light will be hard to see the bank from.

Speaker D: To light a fire. She was talking about last week. The irony is not lost on me. They were talking about lighting a fire.

Speaker A: As distracted the banks up here as number 10.

Speaker B: So there's some dynamite on fire over there.

Speaker C: Would this be better? What's two?

Speaker B: Which stakes? Yeah.

Speaker A: Two is. This is the. Yeah, that'd be the one here. And then that one is Mordecai's over here.

Speaker B: That might be the spot. You guy working on potions?

Speaker A: We don't need them.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Also a place with stables with lots of hail and people worried about their horses. Everybody's going to come running.

Speaker C: It's true.

Speaker D: How far away are the stables from? But the potion house that could go boom. People might want to put that up fast.

Speaker A: There would probably be like a couple, but I think it's more. Mostly people just keep their horses at their residence. Okay. They're probably. You probably wouldn't see a whole ton of horses here.

Speaker C: I mean mines. Well, they have to have something for home stuff. Have a mine.

Speaker A: The mine is considered cursed and like only like researchers or fool party. Adventurers seem to go in Eldorad in there.

Speaker B: No one wants to mess with it.

Speaker D: It's a shame.

Speaker C: What the hell is there a Door.

Speaker A: Here there is a. Like a van door to go to the graveyard.

Speaker C: Just wide enough for a person or.

Speaker A: Yeah basically it's maybe a heavyset man.

Speaker C: Which is biggest cart.

Speaker A: That's a person door. So you would okay fit a horse or carts through it. It's mostly just to go visit the graveyard.

Speaker C: How secure are the gates?

Speaker B: I say you would have noticed a.

Speaker A: Pair of deputies usually on watch at least there are always at least one person up on top basically. And they're open closed at night basically. They're not really concerned about.

Speaker D: Okay outside.

Speaker B: On the.

Speaker C: Check out the cards.

Speaker B: Figure.

Speaker C: Out the best way out. Don't imagine the horses would be all that happy to have saddlebags full of gold and bull in and carrying a rider.

Speaker B: It's a lot of gold. Yeah. The rumors are true. Run for mayor and then take all in one.

Speaker C: Likes that idea for man.

Speaker B: You should bail in taxes.

Speaker D: We don't need the milk, we need the cow. Let's go.

Speaker B: You know.

Speaker A: Yeah. You walk into the bank, there's just a. There's a single deputy that kind of like hangs out on us out front. That's kind of like saying you like walk in on the counter like the bars and like a single like gated door that you can come through. But yeah, you get greeted by. He introduces himself as Banker Fields. He's like smoker voice with a Swedish accent, 35ish, kind of portly, gray blue eyes. It's got long hair that's like. That's kind of white gray.

Speaker B: He's like go get them to deposit some money to keep protected. Want to know type of services you provide and how good we have.

Speaker A: Well first he asked how much are you looking at deposit.

Speaker B: 500 silver. Not all of it.

Speaker A: Might be suspicious. His eyes kind of like go wide. We have a safety deposit box but unfortunately we do not have their key to the safe anymore.

Speaker B: Why? What happened to him?

Speaker A: He kind of like looks around to make sure like no one else is in earshot. And he kind of like leans closer and whispers. He was. It was very naked.

Speaker B: Matter of fact speculation is will I read it myself.

Speaker A: And he goes. And they like kind of like really quiet just goes that greedy f.

Speaker B: Just his gold in the vault. They want anyone to touch him.

Speaker C: How do you use a vault if you can't get into it?

Speaker B: No, that's the. He goes.

Speaker A: Nobody wanted what wanted to touch what's.

Speaker B: In there anymore anyways.

Speaker A: Gold's cursed.

Speaker C: What do you mean by cursed? It's like glowing in darker.

Speaker B: Get too many teeth when you Touch it.

Speaker C: Oh, there's a wet scare.

Speaker B: It's too thin.

Speaker A: He's like, I don't know nothing about it. We haven't opened that vault in like about 10 years, ever since the mine turned purple.

Speaker C: Can you see where the vault is in the building?

Speaker A: No, it's kind of like. Yeah. There's like the wall and like the tailor like windows. They're just. It's just him in there. And then there's like a like side door that looks like it that leads off into somewhere else. Then he just goes, well, we got safety deposit boxes that are about as same security for around here. Don't really get much robbers around here.

Speaker B: Be too much to ask. Why inspect the safety deposit boxes?

Speaker A: Of course we always allow people to view their safety deposit boxes.

Speaker B: Green light is to come this way.

Speaker A: He doesn't unlock the door, then takes you into the little side room.

Speaker B: A wood door. Was it like a metal.

Speaker A: The first door. The door he unlocked was the metal door that leads you like to behind the, like into the work area.

Speaker B: Then it's brick. Yeah.

Speaker A: The whole building's brick and metal.

Speaker B: Yep.

Speaker A: And then he just leads you into like there's like another hallway that goes, leads to another set, leads to a set of stairs. And then there's a. Like basically you just walk across into this room that's like an inner like brick room. And it's just full of safety deposit boxes. And this bank is. I mean it's fairly decent because it was like built for 700 people. But so there's quite a few safety deposit options.

Speaker B: There's secure. We deputy here 24 7.

Speaker A: So. Yep.

Speaker C: If a safety deposit box isn't in use, is the, the door still closed or do they leave it open for you?

Speaker A: They're. I say they're all closed.

Speaker D: Okay.

Speaker A: So you wouldn't know if there's stuff in them or not. If this is a satisfactory, we'll go back over to the front. Learning thoughts, paperwork, get situated with a key and everything.

Speaker B: Did we see the vault or is that.

Speaker A: No, like you walked into like a room, the deposit room. And there was a hallway that went deeper into the building that looks like it led to a set of stairs and then another like doors on each side of that hallway in front of the stairs.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: So he, he can pay for it filled out, hands you the key and. Yep.

Speaker B: Make him for his time. I know.

Speaker C: What sort of interest are we getting on this deal?

Speaker B: I'm a deposit again. Be like, oh, I got the money coming. It's too much to not feel safe carrying it by myself. Interest.

Speaker C: Well for some banks.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: You'd pay for the box and it's not getting loaned. You're just paying for the services storage. But if the town's just die hards I'm not sure if there's anybody.

Speaker A: That's pretty tomorrow. Yeah. I mean this would be. This would be a pretty depressing looking fight.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: Andrew wouldn't. He would have just got the box and a key just to see.

Speaker A: But the teller would have like went and like brought set the box out on the table and would have left the room and for you to open it and put stuff in it and then. And then when you left you'd go back in and put it back in the wall. Yeah.

Speaker B: Definitely isn't walking.

Speaker A: He kind of like gives you like. Like the stink guy. Just because like you're a stranger and like all of them. And you would probably have noticed too that like you're like you guys. Especially when you're like in a group. We're always like there seems to be like a deputy somewhere. Watch it.

Speaker B: Torn.

Speaker C: It's like do we want to get one more small box and just chaotically need to blow out this corner of the place.

Speaker B: That's true. We could.

Speaker C: And the other part was like you know next time we see a deputy we should invite him over for drinks.

Speaker B: That's what I mean. Definitely do we can find out if the rumor is true. The mayor has the key in the grave.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: That's complicated stuff getting into the vault of it. Of course.

Speaker A: Pardon me.

Speaker C: Figures. Whatever's in the vault is now probably sentient and we might not want to open it up anyway. 10 years nobody's opened the vault. 10 years.

Speaker B: Untouched gold off. The curse in the mine.

Speaker C: That would just blow here in his mind you got a vault and you have an.

Speaker B: Open Same for Dunder.

Speaker C: I'm thinking this rumor is so rumor it.

Speaker B: Maybe to ask either the breeze or if they have fish or G over there. Yeah. On the body mass and find the rumor's true or not.

Speaker C: Well then if nobody wants it maybe we can just offer to open malt. Take care of it. They might Cheers as heroes. What sort of quality are these roads? Are they just dirt hard packed for the season?

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: It's basically a hard packed dirt. There's. I say there's not really there's that there would be cobblestone like in the cities but. And then maybe the road leading to a rail station but for the most part it's basically all going to be like Art packed dirt gravel when the.

Speaker C: Swampy land was seven cold. I wasn't sure if they built up the roads to handle the the rain and the muck or just sort of like it rained.

Speaker B: Now.

Speaker A: It's.

Speaker C: Long time for the wagon.

Speaker A: No, it's actually clear weather because it is like the tail end of the hot month right before we hit monster scene.

Speaker B: But.

Speaker C: Pretty sure they deal with.

Speaker B: Yeah. Why has no one opened that in 10 years?

Speaker C: Yeah, it's like the key.

Speaker B: In a town that's looks like they've seen better days.

Speaker C: You think that they would at least open it up to use it for renovations or something.

Speaker A: All righty.

Speaker B: Go. Who's up next?

Speaker D: Nonchalantly seeing what kind of entries and exits are in the building.

Speaker B: Or.

Speaker A: There'S like some windows on the bottom and upstairs.

Speaker D: Two floors.

Speaker A: The bottom ones all have bars on them.

Speaker D: How low are they to the ground?

Speaker A: Then there's like normal height windows.

Speaker D: But no other doors.

Speaker A: No, it's just like the single front door.

Speaker D: Do all sides of the first floor have windows in it?

Speaker A: The back then that there's. I guess there is. There's a window back. Right. Like I guess on the right side. If you're looking at the front. On the right side near the back. And then there was one like on the front like corner.

Speaker D: But nothing on the back.

Speaker A: No, no windows on the back. And then there was like there was windows on the second floor. There was windows like pairs of windows on each wall.

Speaker D: And is this just like wooden planks walls?

Speaker A: No, it's brick. It's made out of brick. It's all brick.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: Any trees close to the windows?

Speaker A: Not really. It looks like there's one in the back that would be stretched yet a grappling hook.

Speaker C: How big are the buildings to either side?

Speaker A: They're like single story cottages kind of deal. They say the bank is probably the biggest building here besides the church.

Speaker C: How much space between the cottages and the bay?

Speaker A: Just like a narrow alley.

Speaker D: Isn't that what the rap's.

Speaker A: I mean you could ride a horse through there on these buildings. They're not super packed tight.

Speaker C: You run fast enough. Could you jump from the top of one cottage through the window of the second floor?

Speaker A: That would probably be. That would be a very. That would probably be very difficult without any assistance because that would be quite the lead. So doable. Yes. But hard.

Speaker C: So if you got a ladder, you place it from one rest on the window seal of the bin.

Speaker A: The odd ladder would reach. You need 10 foot ladder probably. Yeah. In the. I'd say like 8ft of floor. So 10 foot ladder would like just. Just make the window.

Speaker D: Put on back your horse.

Speaker C: Get on top of the cottage, lay it across and then house the gold out and have the horse cat. I just don't see the horse hanging around the gadget though.

Speaker A: That all depends on how well your guys's horses behave.

Speaker C: 30 pound bullion ain't coming.

Speaker D: Studs in the ground. Someone just looked to see if this bagging would actually fit anywhere. It looks like the basket wouldn't fit between the.

Speaker A: No well fitting. There's like a horse. You could ride a horse between the buildings. But like anything wider isn't gonna ride a person and a horse would. Wouldn't be super exciting to do that. So you'd have to put the the wagon, you'd have to invite it around the opening into you guys are doing. So that's. Yeah, that's what tombstone and rock get learned. So. And then we got her at scab her and cadaver. Right. I went to Mordecai or done Dunderhead went to Mordecai.

Speaker B: No.

Speaker A: Yeah, this is the Mordecai.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: You guys did the bunk. Yeah, you guys did. We did the bank and then. Yeah. Pop over to no Endeavor kid.

Speaker C: One of those things that you're dead. You just don't know it yet. You got about 45 minutes.

Speaker A: Yeah. See. Yeah. So you guys make your way down there to Mordecai's. When you go in there just to explore, to go experiment.

Speaker B: He would experiment. He'd buy in the get his four.

Speaker A: Silver her potion scabs there just to.

Speaker C: Make sure that if he explodes he can still collect on the deal.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: Wasn'T smart enough. Sounds amazing.

Speaker C: It's just like I'm here to witness smells like pee.

Speaker A: Oh yeah. So you go. You go over there and like you walked up to the front. It's kind of. It's a fairly small building that's got a single glass window and like a door. And then like on the glass it says Mordecai's elixirs. And then there's a couple shelves with like several like glowing potion bottles in the window. You walk in and like mid-50s, kind of portly, 511, oval face, emerald eyes, like specific Islander looking guy. Shoulder length hair that's kind of wavy, honey brown with a Boston. Oh my. What the Mickey Mouse with a Boston accent. He just goes yo, he's ready to try some potions.

Speaker B: Yeah man. I want to get strong and smarter. Maybe I'll be able to finally grow a beard too. All right, well here, why don't you try this one?

Speaker A: Then he hands you a. Just kind of like this like a glass like test tube. Rose colored. The emerald is like the glass is emerald but. Or not is like rose colored. But the potion inside is like it's really reflective. Almost like it has like metal flakes in it. Like that kind of reflective, but it's. Yeah, it kind of slows. Like it has glitter in it. Let's see. And then it looks has like the consistency of like curdled milk.

Speaker B: Oh.

Speaker C: So before he takes it, can he get paid first?

Speaker B: He has smart enough to ask for that?

Speaker C: Oh sure. I just want to hold the feed for him so that when he's done.

Speaker B: Oh yeah.

Speaker A: She gives you the four silver.

Speaker B: It's like, all right, Mr. Cadaver, bottoms up and drinks it.

Speaker A: And then yeah, as you grab it, it smells like almonds. And as you chug it, it tastes like cranberries.

Speaker B: Good.

Speaker C: I'm with Morai. I'm just kind of looking at him. Look for anything.

Speaker B: Violet, you're turning violet. Best gun in the world.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: I understand what it took to actually juice her.

Speaker D: But.

Speaker A: Then, then Mor goes, all right.

Speaker B: Why don't you. So how do you feel? Fine. That's good. Does he feel fine?

Speaker A: Yeah, so far.

Speaker B: So far it's like, oh, why don't you do something? Try to find something heavy and lift it to see.

Speaker A: So as you like walk over to something, it almost seems like slow motion.

Speaker D: And then.

Speaker A: Your guys. Steven, where are you guys?

Speaker D: Speed.

Speaker A: That's excellent right there.

Speaker B: Recipe.

Speaker A: Then you see him like move like twice as fast.

Speaker B: He's like, I feel slow.

Speaker D: Ocean of speed.

Speaker A: And then more guys. All right, you see him like make some notes.

Speaker B: He's like, all right, well we'll check.

Speaker A: We'Ll come check on you in like an hour. See if it's still working.

Speaker D: You ready for another one?

Speaker B: Sure. Yep.

Speaker D: Not the most scientific.

Speaker B: Got minus 3 width.

Speaker C: I sent you out for a run around the sea.

Speaker B: You guys speak faster. You're talking a little slow.

Speaker A: You see Mordecai?

Speaker B: Oh, interesting.

Speaker A: Make some note.

Speaker D: Mordecai just sounds normal. His voice sounds like a normal person.

Speaker B: He's like.

Speaker A: He'S like, all right, here's this one. And he hands you another one that it has like, it kind of almost looks kind of like mushroomy and it like pulses a little bit and it's like looks like oil as you're swishing around me with it. It smells like pineapple. And then, but before you drink it.

Speaker C: I hold my hand after my packs.

Speaker A: Oh, he already like, he brought the vial and the four silver.

Speaker B: He's like, this one smells sweet. Oh, I got pineapple.

Speaker A: Oh, it smells like pineapple. And then as you drink it, you get familiar taste of coffee. And then it becomes way too bright in here.

Speaker B: Those lanterns are really bright. Interesting. Here, Put this hood on and then puts it on.

Speaker A: And then as you put it on, like, you could tell like, it. You kind of see in like black and white.

Speaker B: I think I loosed my color. I just see black and white in here.

Speaker D: Interesting.

Speaker B: You shouldn't see anything.

Speaker A: That's a blackout hood.

Speaker B: Whoa. I can see in the dark.

Speaker C: How can you see anything with the hood on? You seeing through the hood?

Speaker B: I can see the hood, yeah.

Speaker A: You're just seeing. You're actually seeing like the inside of the hood.

Speaker C: How many fingers am I holding that?

Speaker B: I don't know. Let me see. Oh, it's too bright again.

Speaker D: Showing off them wits.

Speaker B: Yeah, he's like 20.

Speaker A: Morning, guys.

Speaker B: Well.

Speaker A: I got two more if you.

Speaker B: Want to try them. Eight more silver dive over.

Speaker C: You're gonna have to wear that hood of blinding speed.

Speaker B: Need a treadmill?

Speaker D: It's getting like thicker by the minute.

Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. So he brings out this. He goes behind the cord, brings out another one that's gold. And you hear like a faint like humming sound from it. And it looks like it's got like the aegyo consistency. And then you grab it and you smell it. It smells like right after a fresh rain, like that, like fresh rain smell, I guess. And then as you drink it, this one faces a cranberry. And then you start floating off the floor.

Speaker B: I'm flying, guys.

Speaker A: Like, interesting. He's trying to move.

Speaker B: You're trying to swim. You know, he's like trying to run.

Speaker A: And you're. You start like riding, like moving at like speed, just not. Not touching the ground.

Speaker B: I go up to the touch the ceiling.

Speaker A: You do. You just go.

Speaker C: Is this speed potion still kicking in? Is he moving twice as fast and bouncing off the ceiling?

Speaker A: He's still. Yeah, well, it's slow for him, but for you guys, it's like he's like.

Speaker B: Knocking things over on accident.

Speaker A: But you'd be doing that on purpose. You'd have to be doing that on purpose because you're react. It's kind of like a flash or whatever. Like he sees everything in slow motion. And then like, oh, then crash land.

Speaker B: I don't know how it works.

Speaker C: You push off the ceiling.

Speaker B: Yeah, superhero man.

Speaker A: It's like, interesting.

Speaker B: Got that other one? Yep. Sir, so far, all these have been amazing. All right, well, we got one more.

Speaker C: So how many potions does a person usually handle before something else happens?

Speaker B: Just wait for the.

Speaker A: After he goes, oh, I. You never know.

Speaker B: I'm just testing recipes, so if you.

Speaker C: Want to stay here all day sampling.

Speaker B: I. I only made four.

Speaker C: Sorry. Cadaver.

Speaker B: This will be for now.

Speaker C: I could go double or nothing with.

Speaker B: You, see if this one.

Speaker A: All right.

Speaker B: All right. Well, here you go.

Speaker A: When he hands you, it's, like, canary yellow and hot. It's got a little bit of, like, steam off it, but not like, too. And it's, like, chalky consistency. As you, like, as you smell it, it has, like, that, I guess, like that incense.

Speaker B: This one don't smell so good, Mel.

Speaker A: And then as you drink it down, it tastes awful of rotten egg.

Speaker D: Chalky rotten egg.

Speaker B: Yeah, it's throw it up.

Speaker D: And.

Speaker C: It started with that.

Speaker B: That one's nasty. Tastes nasty.

Speaker A: He's like, all right. And then. And then after, like, a few minutes later. And at this point here, it's not too bright anymore.

Speaker B: Oh, that's not as bright.

Speaker A: Interesting. That wasn't very long to make adjustments to that recipe. Are you still fast?

Speaker B: Run around this shop and. Okay.

Speaker A: Are you still flying?

Speaker B: No.

Speaker A: Wash up.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker C: The fact you're able to keep your equilibrium, man. So nibbling the splanting is very impressive.

Speaker B: Like, looks like. What's that?

Speaker A: He's right.

Speaker B: Well, that's good. So far, they've lasted 10 minutes each.

Speaker A: That other one, not so long.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker A: Making notes. And then like, after, like, a little bit, and all of a sudden, your stomach, like, turns and you become super thirsty. Oh. And then your skin turns orange. And word of God, like, oh.

Speaker B: Oh, my God.

Speaker A: All right, this one must be. I don't think that's a good recipe. Oh, and then also, try not to puke.

Speaker C: Like, here, take a little. It'll settle your stomach. Can I hand you a bask of whiskey?

Speaker A: You also have, like.

Speaker B: Feel for fearful.

Speaker A: Concern for, like, injury or something. For, like, your gang members now. Super worried about them.

Speaker B: Keep asking what scab is doing. They're like, scab, are you okay?

Speaker C: I'm fine. Drink that whiskey. Slip it down. Settle your stomach.

Speaker B: Tough reasons. He's moving fast and just breaking out his teeth. Just, like, chug the thing. Moving.

Speaker C: Said slow. Sip it.

Speaker B: It was slow for me. You guys talking about moving fast?

Speaker C: I have to run you around town.

Speaker B: How long does this last?

Speaker A: Or. I don't know. These are usually supposed to be for.

Speaker B: One day, but we'll see.

Speaker A: They're new recipes, so.

Speaker B: Like. Okay, so why don't you go about your pie?

Speaker A: Unless you want to sit here for, like, no.

Speaker D: Another 10, 15 minutes, we'll see if this other.

Speaker A: This last one wears off or not.

Speaker B: What do you think, dude? Like, no, I want to try something. Come watch this. And he'll just run outside and just go.

Speaker A: And you do. You shoot up into the sky as high as you want to go. He did.

Speaker D: The guy's like, right.

Speaker B: Stoked.

Speaker A: And then he looks over at you. It's like, whoop. I hope that's not.

Speaker B: I hope that's longer. Potion might be into that.

Speaker C: If he comes back down, we might need to tie a rope around for this.

Speaker D: Are you able to control how high you go?

Speaker B: I don't know, dude. If he launched, he just launched himself.

Speaker A: You're going wherever you're, like, going. You're just, like, looking and like. Like, as you like. Like, you realize, like, you just.

Speaker B: You're like.

Speaker A: You're just looking and, like, moving. It's like, almost like walking, basically.

Speaker C: I think you'll come down sometime.

Speaker B: Yeah. Go like, super high and then realize.

Speaker A: Like, oh, start getting colder.

Speaker B: Like, see how high he went then he would get, like. He'd start falling. He's like, oh, I'm so high up.

Speaker C: Fairy dust. Happy thoughts.

Speaker D: Happy thoughts.

Speaker C: Could have happy thoughts.

Speaker D: It just runs out and he just.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Three houses over, just outside the door, this guy.

Speaker B: He gains control and comes back down.

Speaker C: Something akin to the coyote.

Speaker B: How long has he been flying around? However long. Till someone tells him to stop or.

Speaker C: I don't even know if you could hear me. You disappeared into the sun.

Speaker B: Yep. When I'd come back down, like, so you don't know how long this lasts, but just, like, fly around.

Speaker D: Supposed to be a day, but I don't know.

Speaker A: That other one ended fast, so.

Speaker B: That wouldn't go too often. First time flying? No, he actually doesn't. He listens to. It's like flies around, checks on the gang members. You guys okay?

Speaker A: Yeah. He'd come flying over to wherever they were.

Speaker B: Yeah. He's flying around town looking for you guys and just land and like. You guys okay. Like a dog.

Speaker A: Yeah, that would be a good one. That feel for fearful concern. Checking out, like, a golden retriever or whatever.

Speaker C: Doing pretty good. Since when were you able to.

Speaker B: The scientist guy, man. Drank like, four potions. One was suit made me see super bright, but then I could see in the dark.

Speaker A: He also does. He's orange Fake orange. Orange.

Speaker C: That's a mighty interesting sunburn you got there.

Speaker B: Yes. The fourth potion, that one tasted like rotten eggs.

Speaker C: I look at the. The guy I went with and said, are you thinking what I'm thinking?

Speaker B: It's Dunderhead. He'd be like, can that scientist make more of them? That could be like, I don't know. You guys doing okay, though?

Speaker C: Well, I think we could send a man upstairs and he could open the back door for us if need be.

Speaker B: Cadaver's like, oh, this is supposed to last maybe up to a day. And Dundrus also like, my hope. Then Cadaver's like, why are you checking on someone else? And he just takes off till it wears off. So we're gonna. The gang members tell them knock it off.

Speaker A: So. Yeah. So you checked on the. The guys that went to do the deposit box? Yeah, on the guys, you would have probably seen the other guy and it.

Speaker B: Would be like, flying around as soon as they saw, like, you guys doing okay.

Speaker A: So you land by rock, yet they don't snow.

Speaker C: Superhero line. Little dust ring coming out.

Speaker B: Sonic booming. No. Think he would get shot by Lyncher.

Speaker A: Probably mess up yourself without any protection, right?

Speaker D: You see this person go really fast over the phone and then just go.

Speaker A: No, I'll say. Like, I say, you could probably, like, you're. With your speed, you're probably like, can sprint like 40 miles an hour. So you can fly, like, roughly that.

Speaker B: Fast with your speed. Fastest like anyone's ever.

Speaker C: No, if we need to get into the bank, just run them into the wall.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Go right through that brick.

Speaker B: Then Bender would be like, I wonder if we could feed our horses this stuff.

Speaker C: Getaway juice. I like it.

Speaker B: We have to pay our doctor a visit.

Speaker A: That would do.

Speaker C: Oh, we might have to take him in as a provisioner of sorts. Every time we wanted to do something, he could.

Speaker B: Thunderhead. I think we're gonna go to the church or find a priest.

Speaker C: Yeah. Confirm the key.

Speaker B: See if we can get a deputy drunk and spread these talks. Or just find a taco. Forgets about the money. He's too busy.

Speaker C: He's having too much fun. Yeah.

Speaker A: So what else? What do you like? So does he just spend, like, the rest of the time flying around?

Speaker B: The gang members need him. Just. He's like 20.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: Catching it would be.

Speaker B: If the gang members are like, knock that off and get down here. Then I be like, okay, have a.

Speaker C: Lasso and try and catch him by his ankle as he runs.

Speaker B: Flies with minus three wits. And he has.

Speaker A: I'll Say too while you were flying or while you're flying around, you do notice like, like two guys out by the graveyard. Like kind of like walking around and patrolling. But yeah. So after about an hour. Give me a left.

Speaker B: Roll B20.

Speaker A: Yeah. D20 plus.

Speaker B: 15. Yeah.

Speaker A: So you're like, you're flying around.

Speaker B: When.

Speaker A: You'Re like on your way down and all of a sudden realize you're not controlled anymore and you hit the dirt but no damage and you like go to try to fly again and there's nothing there. Like oh man, you're still fast.

Speaker B: Walk.

Speaker A: Yep. He can move at like double normal human. So if he's sprinting with.

Speaker C: Did he come down on the inside or the outside of the wall?

Speaker A: That'll be wherever he wants to come down.

Speaker B: I'd be inside because he would just fly around.

Speaker A: Then he would be like, oh, they're.

Speaker B: Gonna go check on the game. Run off to find someone. He's still horn.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: Safety color.

Speaker A: All right, so who is going over to the shirt? Okay.

Speaker B: We'Re gonna bring this up in conversation.

Speaker A: Oh yeah. So you make your way over. You guys make your way over to church. Larkwood Church. Pretty standardly. It's got the gold symbol of like Mithras on the front. You walk in the door, let me get greeted by like that's short mike. 411, late 40s, Latino looking, average body, rectangle face, pel gray eyes. He's got a russet pixie cut, rust.

Speaker B: Colored hair with the pixie cut in the pixie cut.

Speaker A: And he talks pretty fast with a Russian bass voice.

Speaker B: This world, a bunch of people that's hard to understand. The weird.

Speaker C: Yeah, they move around a lot. It's not like you get one specific dialect to an area.

Speaker B: Oh.

Speaker A: So yeah, he goes, oh, welcome.

Speaker B: What can I do for you? We bring this up.

Speaker C: We've been traveling through and researching out some lore. Thinking about doing a. A book. But we want to make sure it's worthwhile. Heard some strange tales with the. The minds being all cursed and whatnot.

Speaker B: And.

Speaker C: And a few other things. And we were wondering what stories have you heard about the area? One might want to take note of.

Speaker A: It says, duh, the mind is cursed. You see that glow purple. That ain't natural. The glowing trees and the plants around here. This place is cursed.

Speaker C: You know, when the curse started, did they put a lot of that gold in the. In the vault in the bank?

Speaker A: There was. I mean the town wouldn't store the gold there before transport the layer sealed it up. When the mine Turned purple and cursed that or cursed Any idea why he did that? Drove people mad Otto so mayor do what he wanted. Wasn't a very nice fellow some would say he's a self was a selfish f.

Speaker C: I was in politic.

Speaker A: Wife ain't much better either.

Speaker C: So when you sealed the vault did he leave a key or anything to get in so it could be removed or verified that.

Speaker A: I think he owned most of the I think he owned the bank.

Speaker C: Well that's an interesting so.

Speaker A: Kind of guy he was probably is gold in there. Don't know how much this it was.

Speaker C: A greaty friend Seems strange that her tales that vault was sealed like at least 10 years ago and nobody's opened it, nobody's checked on it.

Speaker A: Yeah I don't know.

Speaker C: I don't seems like a waste of good vault.

Speaker B: Like this town could use.

Speaker A: That one if there's money in there you don't know may or may have siphoned it off and just closed it and said there's gold in there. I ain't much for politicking. I'm too busy taking care of the people and killing people from Mordecai's experiments. Some people just don't learn. And then the people that and the few that do come out of the mines have some sort of madness about it.

Speaker D: Usually.

Speaker A: Talk about whispers and skin colors when they strike stone and what up time it's not.

Speaker C: Well the minds, the plants. Any other tails I'd imagine Mordecai's kill more than one.

Speaker A: Yeah yeah. He's probably just crazy guy. He's been here as long as I can remember.

Speaker C: Does he sell any of us?

Speaker A: Oh yeah. He sells him to the adventurers. Other people that seem to hear about him.

Speaker C: Any other legends or tales we we should probably think of to to include.

Speaker A: He'S like. I mean talk about the town before the mine closed but not really any legendary worthy things for sure.

Speaker C: So a sleepy place until the mine.

Speaker A: Yeah it was pretty busy. We were growing and the veil tor we been frick since my part to take care of these people so cosmith risk of onset.

Speaker C: I don't know for Mithras. Is there like a collection box or as far as for donations or there.

Speaker A: Probably would be one for like for like providing for needs of people that need it or like a food bank and kind of like funds but nothing that's like. And I guess Audrey. Well you're not Audrey.

Speaker D: You guys.

Speaker A: You guys would probably know that like they never asked for money or like it's not really included in their teaching or anything per se. Okay. It's more of taking care of your neighbors kind of deal. So you just. People are inclined to help each other out.

Speaker C: Anything else you want to ask about?

Speaker B: Nope.

Speaker C: Thank the father first time and it. If I could do it. I slip a coin into his hand as we shaped apart. Kind of like thank you for your time.

Speaker A: He goes duh, but you don't need to be so secretive. And he like, you see he takes the coin and like looks it towards the like collection like spatin looking thing. I'll appreciate.

Speaker C: And then as we're leaving I press it. Might need to talk to the mayor's wig.

Speaker B: It's like that.

Speaker A: And if you say that within earshot of you say that with an earshot of the priest.

Speaker C: It'd be once we we've gotten out of the church. So we're walking along the road.

Speaker B: She was mean.

Speaker C: I think think she was a piece of work. Which means that she and the mayor probably got along pretty well.

Speaker A: Well it did. I mean it was. Yeah.

Speaker C: So the rumor might be that the key was buried with him but she would be the type to keep him.

Speaker B: Yep. That's could.

Speaker C: Also kind of curious if the mayor owned the bank. Who owns the bank now?

Speaker B: Should have asked the Taylor. I guess you can ask him next time around.

Speaker C: That would probably be the. The next stop.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: The widow. The mayor's house.

Speaker B: Yeah. We can get information if we know where that's at.

Speaker A: Yeah. You know the mayor's house is number nine down there.

Speaker B: That's all.

Speaker A: Yeah. Tre. Yeah. You guys walk over there and there's two mercenary looking guys standing out front.

Speaker B: No badges.

Speaker A: No. And as I notice you like walking like they come up, they just, they just go no visitors. So turn around and get stuffed.

Speaker C: I follow you.

Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. That would be like okay.

Speaker A: For now.

Speaker B: I don't want to cause too much trouble.

Speaker A: Yeah. They would have said like the widows, widows in mourning. No visitors get stuffing. They didn't even care to ask who you were or anything.

Speaker C: Shame. She could have been in print.

Speaker B: Writers.

Speaker C: Not very often. Do we even know how the mayor passed.

Speaker D: Was it.

Speaker C: Was it mysterious in any way or.

Speaker A: No, I don't think it would have been. Not that you've heard. He was like near like near 60 or in 60.

Speaker B: So.

Speaker A: An older gentleman.

Speaker C: What's the nearest neighboring town of size?

Speaker A: That would probably. I think it's like Rattle City which is like. Or north to another to an unnamed city or town but there's nothing like particularly close to where you guys are. At. Yeah. Rattlestadia south like 140 miles.

Speaker C: Hard to be a journalist when there's no paper.

Speaker B: That's true.

Speaker C: Go for an obituary on Mary.

Speaker A: Yeah. You probably would have seen like the remains of a print shop, but.

Speaker C: Oh, I was just trying to come up with an angle to.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: Mercenaries.

Speaker B: I don't think we have an angle right now. No. No.

Speaker C: I was kind of surprised at this. Let's talk about myths of the Aryans.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Priest finding harem's got a fairly devious mind. It takes a while to spin up.

Speaker B: I'm an eight.

Speaker A: I would probably say like lunch. Lunch as midday maybe we meet up.

Speaker B: With the rest and discuss what we know. Yep.

Speaker A: Meet back at the bent now for.

Speaker B: Yeah. Lunches or not.

Speaker C: Scab ask more question. So how much are some of these potions, these elixirs of.

Speaker A: He goes depends on. Depends on how how hard it is to craft them. Anywhere from 20 to 100 silvers or gold. I guess silver is used for the war. They're not particularly cheap, but some are real good.

Speaker C: Do you have a list of those?

Speaker A: No.

Speaker B: Every kid would just like show up and be like I can't fly anymore, doc.

Speaker A: Then worried, I go oh, all right. That lasted about it. I'll have to improve that recipe.

Speaker D: That'll be 100 silver. First hit was free.

Speaker B: Yeah. He got paid for the first.

Speaker D: Even worse.

Speaker A: No, he. He would go like here's go.

Speaker B: I craft for.

Speaker A: I make four new ones a day to test out my volunteers and then I have a stock of 8.

Speaker B: I.

Speaker A: Can also do on demand. But those are double cost.

Speaker B: And it.

Speaker A: Takes me I have to spend the day making the proof. So I do orders or anything. My window over there. See what I got.

Speaker C: Are they legal administration? Yeah, that's what I was just kind of like.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: If you don't know right now.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: Don't decide what we're doing.

Speaker A: Yeah, you could. I mean there would be. What I say there's eight of them. Yeah. There'd be like eight different ones. There'd be eight potions total.

Speaker D: Drink and mix them all together. That's the taste of the value.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: See through the veil.

Speaker B: I join them.

Speaker D: Does like that guy in Nanny Johnson. The Last Crusade or the Last Crusade.

Speaker C: Choose wisely.

Speaker D: Drink pretty much turns to dust.

Speaker C: He did not choose wisely.

Speaker A: Yeah. So you guys meet up.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Back to the vet now.

Speaker B: Discuss information.

Speaker C: Maybe invite a deputy over. Maybe two or three if they're all close. Unless cadaver mentions it. Herder is probably not going to mention the silver Coins he picked up?

Speaker A: No, never.

Speaker C: Was too enamored with his new vulnerabilities.

Speaker B: And then he cares too much. So he's like, oh, you know, if he did say like, oh, anything. He's like, oh, you keep the money. You might need it. Well, you guys be all right.

Speaker C: Oh, he said, you know what? You had a busy day. If you ever let me buy you.

Speaker B: Hopefully it's not like the Flash and you have to eat a bunch.

Speaker A: No, your metabolism is normal.

Speaker B: Eat a bunch and go to the bathroom of them stuff they don't talk about.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker D: You burned 100% of it.

Speaker C: Just leaves a trail of carbon as he runs by.

Speaker D: Yeah, right. Okay. Speed force just evaporates.

Speaker B: It.

Speaker C: Probably would fusion or fusion.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: It. Yeah.

Speaker A: You guys are all at the place.

Speaker B: Doctor has mature his information. The bank has at least one lawman 24 7.

Speaker C: Ha mentioned the vault in question. It's not been open in over 10 years.

Speaker B: When they walk, he may be in the grave of the mar.

Speaker D: Kind of perks up that things like nice to de graves pins on.

Speaker B: I could probably look at that cadaver mentioned as he's flying. He's like, oh, yeah. I saw two like guys patrolling the grave.

Speaker D: The whole cemetery or just the grave.

Speaker A: Was in the cemetery.

Speaker B: Cemetery. Just two.

Speaker D: Might be able to retirement if you take them out. Let's grab that suggestion. We have to take them out quite like. And then move in too quick after that.

Speaker A: Maybe we'll see.

Speaker B: We'll go tonight and see if they're still there. How many people are at.

Speaker C: With the funeral being recent, it's not like disturbing the dirt's gonna draw any attention.

Speaker B: Might be useful if you have the right ones.

Speaker C: If we want to spend a small fortune on each one.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Yep. I'll say. Like, when you looked at it, there was one. There's extra arm, heat vision, Bark skin. No beast. Water walking beaver. Form and duplicate duplicating.

Speaker B: Do those change like every day or does he just make a new vest and then like, wants people to try?

Speaker A: He makes experimental ones, but then he just made. He replaces. If one gets bought, he replaces it. Or he does cut or he does on demand. It does take a day or two for him to craft those.

Speaker D: Probably a few people in town, they're like, dude, don't make those. Don't make that one.

Speaker B: You know, we're tired of the duplicate.

Speaker C: I was just thinking of the irony. For heat vision, I could cut through the vault. No, you can warm your hands at night.

Speaker A: It's like infrared. You can see infrared.

Speaker C: No laser eyes.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: Mentioned that the widow, the mayor's widow, has armed mercenary guards. We tried to talk to her and get the information and return the wit. Lemaire owned the bank, so we don't know who owns it. Yeah.

Speaker C: Supposedly the vault is filled with, well, who knows what.

Speaker B: Yep. Could be full gold or full enough.

Speaker C: Plain gold. Curse gold. No gold.

Speaker B: No.

Speaker C: Hard to tell what safety deposit boxes were actually in the OC there. Do we actually have the. The relic?

Speaker A: I say if you guys wanted to play use it as the prop that I put in there. But no, no one like, knows how to use it. Only put it after collapse. There's a 1. 1. I think he is probably been like, super protective about letting anyone else use it or is like, I'm the one that knows how to use it. I'm going to use it.

Speaker C: If he's there, I'd say, yeah, you're.

Speaker A: Going to use it.

Speaker B: Underhead.

Speaker A: Smart enough to know that's why like, he. He. He's here, but not like, he won't. His characters aren't here to help with.

Speaker C: The deposit boxes or.

Speaker A: Yeah, we're just doing the. The quantum characters. Yeah.

Speaker C: Carousel needs to temple them anyway.

Speaker A: That might happen anyways. Just in case.

Speaker B: All right. Yeah. Like, our next step is nighttime and go check out the graveyard and see who's at geek and then discuss if we want to do like a diversion somewhere, some noise and fire.

Speaker C: I'm kind of curious to know if there's any more mercenaries around the mayor's.

Speaker A: House other than just the two or three.

Speaker B: Yeah, we can check that.

Speaker A: That's all the. That's all you saw is just the two at the front, so you wouldn't.

Speaker C: That'd be something to check out.

Speaker A: Yeah. If you wanted to sit and like, watch their place or like, scroll by occasionally during the day and see if.

Speaker B: There'S different people out there.

Speaker C: And it's the woods. We've got people just sitting out there in the woods. Now you get real close.

Speaker B: Decide on.

Speaker C: What sort of version would be necessary.

Speaker B: Yep.

Speaker A: Number one again, that's the Apex Labs. That's I guess the main research teams building.

Speaker B: Anyone knows science, you'll see what they're doing.

Speaker C: Hey, cadaver, you want to go over and see what the labs do.

Speaker B: If they did, maybe and they get paid some more from the experiment.

Speaker C: Not always a possibility.

Speaker D: Can't drop pictures about you flying around. It's like, never a dull moment in this game. Quite a bit different than my last one compared to you guys.

Speaker B: Cadaver would be like oh man, I should have been on the last one. We went to this place and there was like kids looking in the windows and if you stared too long you might have joined them. I don't know. And then one of our guys, he died and they threw him in the river and I think was in the tavern that night.

Speaker D: Same place that made sender crazy.

Speaker B: Now he has too many teeth.

Speaker A: Smiles over there.

Speaker C: Yeah, I almost hear a gump but that's all I know about that.

Speaker B: He's like a young like he's like 18 funny like not smart and just like blabs and about random things. Right.

Speaker D: That might be like. I shouldn't say some of that too loud.

Speaker B: Oh yeah. That last mission I talked too much and we got loan shark and we had to go hunting for skins.

Speaker D: Shut your mouth. Get us in trouble town before we even get started. Keep a low code. You're flying around.

Speaker A: You guys would notice that like I don't know like on the edge of the edge of the saloon there's a deputy like with his feet up on a table. But he's like fairly obvious that he's kind of just watching you guys.

Speaker B: They were still old.

Speaker A: Yes. And you're still overly maybe has like.

Speaker B: The cowboy hat and it has dogs. I think he took one of the hellhound's toes and like has it on his hat.

Speaker A: Yes, he made a hat out of one of their hellhounds.

Speaker B: Right. So that's what he's wearing.

Speaker A: Yeah. So they would definitely be watching.

Speaker B: Keeping an eye on your 18 year old kid.

Speaker D: The swim table pulls out of the that wrap from this pocket. Fits it on the table. He's playing with it next to his.

Speaker B: Parents.

Speaker C: Can be up and move our party over to the deputies. So if you can hear better we'll just sit right next to him.

Speaker B: Really want it got a bottle here.

Speaker C: The store fill his drink and sit down him.

Speaker B: Try it. I don't want take cadaver Kiss me. Oh no.

Speaker C: He's happy entertain you not talk to him. Don't do that anyway. But I don't know if anybody believes him.

Speaker B: They might but like that video that said to an older 1 maybe two wives for sure.

Speaker A: Stay here.

Speaker C: See if we're going from the young kid the father or the grandpa vibe.

Speaker B: Maybe it's the daffy or rapper that seen a lot.

Speaker A: He's an older guy. He probably look like he's 40s.

Speaker B: Is there anything on his table like drink wise or food wise or is he just.

Speaker A: There'd probably be a glass of like whiskey or something. And he's like smoking.

Speaker B: Man. We get some rumor stories and strange stories out of them and we'll leave the kid here.

Speaker C: This cab her understands.

Speaker B: He does not. Pretend you're saying all this as you're walking.

Speaker C: It's like, I need to change my call sign. I'm gonna do cadaver herder.

Speaker B: Might have to keep strict ocean.

Speaker C: Next time I'm taking a rope to tie around his waist.

Speaker B: That would be a good idea with him.

Speaker C: He might float away.

Speaker A: All right, so how many of you guys get actually get up and go walk towards this? How many of you actually walk towards this?

Speaker B: Definitely just two gun head. And then we'd probably just try and do the same where, you know, writers or writing a book about rumors and strange stuff.

Speaker C: Take over one of the bottles of whiskey. If. If he's got a glass in an empty bottle.

Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. He just has a glass. Yeah. There's no bottle there on the table.

Speaker C: Take our glasses with us.

Speaker B: Yeah. See if he's even approachable.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: As you walk up to him, you see one of his hands, like, sit up, like, move to his lap, but he doesn't change his posture. And then as you get closer, you see that he has, like citrine eyes, average body. It's like European looking. Kind of like fringy hair that's pale gray. He greets you with a horse. Valley girl boy. Kind of like that speech just doesn't.

Speaker C: Match the image in my head.

Speaker A: Yeah, he just. He kind of goes, what. What did I do for you?

Speaker B: I gotta meet my friend here, and we're writing a book collecting strange stories and rumors. You just writing a booth. Bet you have some strange stories or rumors of this.

Speaker C: And I feel his whiskey.

Speaker A: I do have some totally awesome. And then like, as you sit down, you actually notice there's a double barrel, like, sawed off on his lap. How long would like.

Speaker B: I wouldn't notice that. But not saying.

Speaker A: A nice handle leg revolver. And then I guess you would see like, I don't know, like almost like a short sword over his shoulder.

Speaker B: Those guys aren't anything.

Speaker C: Aaron was very careful to make sure his hands are in the diagnosable position.

Speaker B: Yep.

Speaker C: They see it on top of the table.

Speaker B: Yep. Not reaching for the hip friends.

Speaker A: He kind of just kind of just kind of like he's like, oh, you guys are totally fine.

Speaker B: Just don't make any sudden moves.

Speaker A: I'll have to blast you.

Speaker C: You know what stories. Playing cards. Play some cards as your toms.

Speaker A: He just goes, I'm on duty. I Can share some stuff that are totally.

Speaker C: Somewhere from Polly Shore.

Speaker A: Yeah, no, but like. And he would, like, share some stories. And you could see that, like, he never really, like, looks at you guys. Like, occasionally he'll, like. You can always tell, like, he's scanning. Just like scanning the room all the time. And he, like, glances at you guys too. But unless there's, like. Unless you ask him any specific questions.

Speaker B: It would be leaning towards, like, the mayor and the vault. Kind of like. We heard these rumors around here that the mayor owned the bank, sealed the vault and. Sealed the vault for the last 10 years.

Speaker A: Yes. Go. Yeah, that's totally true. I was a greedy frick. But fire for us at least.

Speaker C: Anything on the vault when you sealed it, or is it just.

Speaker A: That was none of my business and it's totally none of yours.

Speaker B: Fair enough.

Speaker A: Curse just like this tower. He, like, spits on the floor.

Speaker C: Cursed in what way?

Speaker A: He goes. He just goes.

Speaker D: He just goes.

Speaker A: Are you just totally blind or stupid? Hey, you see the trees? And the other platinum that wasn't here when I was growing up.

Speaker C: But at the full moon, do I have to worry about somebody jumping on my back and giving me a ride?

Speaker B: Not that I know of that.

Speaker C: I feel a whole lot more comfortable. Your curse is far gentler than some of the others we've seen.

Speaker A: The plants. The plats are okay, it seems size. You just don't, you know, totally eat one or touch it for too long or go in the mine. That is like. Like a totally unlikable experience.

Speaker D: To the max.

Speaker B: Yeah, it's Brody.

Speaker A: I don't know if anyone has really come out of there except some of them scientists from the church. Any of these dumb, foolhardy adventures. And I advise you write stories, type not to go in there because you totally redid, like, totally. Seriously, on a live date.

Speaker C: So with the plants, if. If you touch them too long, what happens? Do you, like, get inner visions or whispers of people?

Speaker A: Say they've had visions or hear whispers from other places or billions. I don't know. I ain't touching those things because that's totally not right. It's like the worst sounding experience. Like, totally. Oh, and he goes. Oh, I didn't get your names on. Deputy Storm.

Speaker B: I'm Buster.

Speaker C: Cheating.

Speaker B: Notice there were some guards around the cemetery. There's zombies around here or stuff coming.

Speaker A: Up from the ground, so I certainly hope. No, it's been weird these last 10 years, but I don't think I've seen any zombies around here. Where's those freaking alehounds? I noticed that buddy over there's got one on his head. Yeah it's like totally disgusting but also like you know pretty rasp.

Speaker B: Yeah every time they have some strange stores. Yeah.

Speaker A: Probably don't smell great.

Speaker B: No.

Speaker D: Smell it on the inside.

Speaker C: It's his latest thinking cat.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: He'S totally smart.

Speaker C: I see the smartest you could tell by that orange sheen he gives off as he sensitive table.

Speaker A: Yeah he'd been over demorticized sounds. He's probably got some totally rad stories for you. His potions are like really neat old when they were. I wouldn't try as despair about though.

Speaker C: How many other colors have you seen?

Speaker A: I don't know. I don't really keep track of that stuff. Oh they gotta stand out but they do. Orange seems to be the most popular one though. Yeah he would probably just share like some stories of like and then like four of the write them best.

Speaker D: Yeah before the just writing eggs cheese. But things got to get.

Speaker B: Dynamite conversion.

Speaker A: Yeah so they. Yeah so he would just hear stories.

Speaker B: Of and then like about the town a little bit before how it was booming. He was always busy busting up bar.

Speaker A: Fights like this whole other slings and towering.

Speaker C: Other than the mine did it have any other source of income?

Speaker A: There would be like. I mean a lot of the people that are left here are farm like that are farmers for the most part but it was mainly the mine and that's why they've left. I mean there'd be like. There'd probably be some like lumberjack stuff and some of it is like forest and hunters but it's no it's purely like burl mouse subsistence living for the.

Speaker C: Most part farmers growing colorful plants for pharmaceutical usage. Is.

Speaker A: There probably would be some of that as the scientists are like. Yeah there would be like some like small grow up if they're trying to like test their learning that he. He probably share a little bit of about some of the stuff. And there would be scientists in here too that would be talking there. There's probably like a team of 20 of them. Yes. Unless there's anything else specific you want to ask.

Speaker B: No for him time tell me you can keep your mom.

Speaker A: Totally kind and he just goes don't be causing no trouble. I would totally be a total bummer to have to shoot you jail be.

Speaker C: Ashamed to shoot you too.

Speaker A: You would see it like that comment that. That was probably what you shouldn't have said.

Speaker C: I'm just saying I'm getting shot at. I don't know where he's coming from.

Speaker B: Then there's like, ah, we'll be out of here in a couple days.

Speaker C: Probably be wise moving on to find.

Speaker B: More strange stories for a book.

Speaker A: It'd be a weird world nowadays. Ever since that new movie showed up. For sure.

Speaker B: We just wait until nighttime. You found maybe talk to some scientists. Yeah, the plants that glow orange.

Speaker A: No, they're all violet colored.

Speaker B: Go look like check that. Or at least try and notice it's all the plants are like orange.

Speaker A: No, they're all like a violet color and like as the. Yeah. Is there anywhere else you need to go before we just skip the knife?

Speaker C: I can see cadaver going through. You know what? This has been kind of fun. That leaf's kind of pretty.

Speaker B: He might.

Speaker A: Right now.

Speaker B: He's still fast.

Speaker A: Yes, I could see him picking one.

Speaker C: And just chewing it.

Speaker A: You're still fast and you still have fearful concern for your danger.

Speaker B: Oh, gang's gonna shoot him. See what like you guys do all right, like every like a couple of minutes, five, ten minutes. You guys need anything? Doing all right?

Speaker C: They're fine. They're fine.

Speaker B: Calm down.

Speaker D: Look, look.

Speaker C: You see them? They're doing okay.

Speaker B: Looking at the dog over concerned.

Speaker C: Tell you what you have to do. My flask. Why don't you go get that filled.

Speaker B: He's like, okay. He's like, oh.

Speaker A: Yes.

Speaker D: That grave right now.

Speaker B: Guys want him like what.

Speaker D: People have dug. Slow grave. I'm pretty sure that that is not that guy. Right. We should give him a shovel and make a distraction.

Speaker C: You think you can get the dirt close enough to put back in the hole after?

Speaker D: Be easier if we were just doing all this at night in one shot. We can just get to peeing. Do the thing because we have to take care of those cards.

Speaker C: The scariest thing is there's no proof there's anything in the vault. Yeah, this could be like. I mean, it'd be completely out of character. It could be like Capone's vault. We could spend an hour watching the show and find out there's nothing in it.

Speaker D: Say, like I've done worse on less information. Just so you know. I won't be disappointed if that happened. I just be like, well, there you go taking a chance.

Speaker B: The only plus I see is if.

Speaker C: We manage to get through some other boxes, security boxes. Maybe there's something worth pulling there. Yeah, if the lab. If we knew the lab stored stuff in there, then that would be a good secondary.

Speaker B: That's true.

Speaker C: But if they keep all their stuff in house.

Speaker B: Building'S pretty big.

Speaker C: No, that's a Church.

Speaker B: Oh, fair.

Speaker C: I mean, it's the same size as the bank. Maybe a little bigger. You know what we need a little bit something more solid than our rumor leads that we get sucked into.

Speaker B: That beauty. Seems to be telling the truth, right?

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: Oh, yeah. There was no. You would have. There was like, no deception. He was just straight up and like, he was all like. He was. Yeah, he was like, genuine about something he said. Even about being ashamed to like, shoot you. Put you in jail or whatever.

Speaker C: Kevin's being pretty honest too. In previous law, it's like, I hate to shoot you too.

Speaker B: At least we know where the keys most likely is.

Speaker A: That's right, bro. All your guys are like previous lawmen.

Speaker B: Same with my guy. Dunder is discharged deputy.

Speaker C: Caught in the middle of a scam with the other sheriff. As far as taking money and just not getting his cow.

Speaker B: I like this cadaver kid is accidental extortion.

Speaker D: Well, you're an interesting company because Tombstone's a former grave robbery and Rockcuts and Undertaker. Both. Both are in the grave business. They're rather excited about the grave plan.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: So what do you guys want to do? Because.

Speaker C: Check with the lab. See if they store their stuff there or if they've got a security box at the bank.

Speaker A: The lab? Like, yeah.

Speaker D: And does the lab do live people know anything about the curse? Because they're scientific. They may be like, it's not a curse. It's purple glow gold. They might know what that is.

Speaker C: Yeah. If they've been here for a while, they probably wanted to to check out the vault instead of going into the mines. Would have thought to be safer if you care. Rumor and speculation.

Speaker D: But so far this at least you'll get maybe a less supernatural or just less superstitious and more explanation of what actually is going on. Yeah, maybe it is supernatural, but at least we'll have some hard data.

Speaker B: Do we need to get dynamite? I think we're gonna hit this grave and then go to the bank, it sounds like.

Speaker D: I think we'd have to do that fast because if we have to take out guards, then.

Speaker C: Well, the gunfire is gonna try it.

Speaker B: Well, that's why we gotta do it all.

Speaker D: Knife life.

Speaker B: That's you guys.

Speaker C: Sorry. My knife guy got shot.

Speaker D: Oh, freaking.

Speaker B: Morris.

Speaker D: By the way, for that day.

Speaker A: I would say with the. The speed. Oh. Will be with advantage. It hits him and it wants to be at 10. So if you're moving.

Speaker D: He's definitely going to the graveyard.

Speaker A: You'll be moving fast. Like you're twice as fast as a Normal human. Like you're seeing like people move slow. Actually no, we'll just make it an 8 with advantage. That'd be. It'll just be straightforward. It's straightforward for you so for pretty much anything dealing with like people and stuff like that. While you're speeding.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: So you would I guess if you go talk to a scientist. Oliver Dude, 50s, copper eyes, Jewish accent. The Basie Jewish accent. He has a mohawk that's like gray green.

Speaker C: Think he's been affected by mine.

Speaker A: See what. What did you want to know from the sign from them about the. They wouldn't know anything about the vault.

Speaker D: Just ask them about the purple blow.

Speaker B: Like what.

Speaker D: What's with the purple and the people talking about a curse. Just get their take on it.

Speaker A: They would. They would tell their Oliver. It would just be like. Wouldn't call it a. You can call it a curse, but that's more like whatever is going on with the world, this has been affected by it. The ores tainted. The plants around it apparently have been tainted from that. Groundwater seems to be okay, but you know, I don't know. Only been here a couple years.

Speaker D: Oh so he was saying that it's coming from the ore in the mine.

Speaker A: Or the ore. Yeah, the is like the little bit that from he. He just feels like I've only been here two years but Dr. Anders has been here for 10 so she's way more knowledgeable. But yeah, there's something wrong with the or been studying it.

Speaker D: What the guess of pims. And he was asked what to do to people.

Speaker A: Not entirely sure. It doesn't seem to be good. Does weird things, different things. Other people. We've had some pink coats and he pulls out his fingers and coats like adventurers go in there and so on. And he's like yeah, it's all but come out changed, you know.

Speaker D: I don't know.

Speaker A: They look different. Sometimes they're bigger than they should be. One dude like came climbing up out of this off the ceiling and just ran off.

Speaker D: Has anybody ever brought forth out of there?

Speaker A: Oh yeah, we have. We have a few samples but that's under lock and key and not for civilians like yourself.

Speaker D: That or that they brought out. It carries the Whatever that tainted.

Speaker A: Yep. It's gold ore. This mind was rich at the time. I guess it still is rich because you can go in there and see it. If you don't wind up dissing it whispers and starting to hear things. People strike it and colors come out of it. Sounds like something's screaming freaking horrible. But they're Dr. Xanders is convinced it's gonna be. Whatever it's done to the plants is gonna revolutionize stuff. So, I don't know. We're here experimenting and testing it. Mostly the plants, because that's a lot safer.

Speaker C: Have you worked with Mort that much?

Speaker A: He, like, almost like, laughs. And he's like, that guy's just crazy. He doesn't follow proper procedures. Doesn't know, do no placebo or double blind. Nothing. Proper tests, guys. Just crazy. The people that go and drink his stuff are even crazier than the ones that he has for sale. I don't. I don't know. We haven't bothered to test it because we're. We have our assignment. But he claims it works. And some of the people that go into the mines, it seems to work for them, but they don't come out, so. And we don't go deep. But there's. There's gold in there. There's other things in there if you get past the initial corruption. Veins. There's still clear veins in there.

Speaker D: Creatures.

Speaker A: I probably advise you not to go.

Speaker C: Summit.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: We're just getting stories.

Speaker B: My story keeps going.

Speaker C: It's a weird, weird world.

Speaker B: You know what?

Speaker C: Maybe we should make it a magazine. Maybe a quarterly.

Speaker B: There we go.

Speaker A: But if you're talking about that in front of all be like, I'd read that. There's a lot of weird stuff since that moon showed up.

Speaker C: Yeah. Originally, Buster and I were thinking of a book, but. Yeah.

Speaker B: I don't know.

Speaker C: We might have to re. Examine that.

Speaker B: Might be. Yep. Might be too much for a book.

Speaker D: One book. Volume 12. That's the marketing. Floyd, you started at volume 12. All have people hunting for volumes one through 11.

Speaker C: Start bringing down notebooks. Start taking notes of the various stories.

Speaker B: No.

Speaker C: Might end up going legit.

Speaker B: Y need a diversion.

Speaker D: At what point are we going to divert from the bank or the cemetery they're talking about?

Speaker B: Probably the bank because I'm going to have to get that can right. Something goes wrong at the cemetery, and.

Speaker D: Tone's going to be like, well, I'm concerned about. If we do open that and that gold is tainted like the scientists say, are we even going to be able.

Speaker B: To put it in the.

Speaker D: Like how are we going to put it in the wagon? Get out of here maybe.

Speaker A: How do we f. It?

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: I mean, yeah, getting it in the wagon, but.

Speaker D: Because obviously there's nobody that's figured out how to clean it. Unless we talk to this scientist. They're testing stuff on the plants. I don't know what that means Answer resistant. And they're gonna make some concoction out of it.

Speaker A: But.

Speaker D: It sounds like there's almost living stuff inside these rocks. So what if we open that and these rocks are still affected. We could that we gotta handle that.

Speaker C: Ore and put it in the cart.

Speaker D: Am I gonna end up with a bunch of teeth and a stupid grin?

Speaker C: That's tombstone talking.

Speaker D: That is too. So I do like I put my both my barrels down my bullet and ended. If that's the case blow all those teeth out. I'm not killing one of them freaks. That is a concern. If we open that up and it's.

Speaker B: All they just have to make the town out of town quick. Unless the caves but are we going.

Speaker D: To be able to handle that or how CR. How fast does it make you crazy.

Speaker B: If you're exposed to it could ever get so fast you could handle it?

Speaker D: Well those other potions were off putting a lot of hope that he stays fast there it be this quick then I'm all for trying. But that we start speaking in weird languages and stuff. We're gonna have to ditch that horse in here and come back for it.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: I don't mind storing the wagon and it would somewhere.

Speaker C: Did Oliver mentioned what safety protocols they have for gathering samples. Do they just wear leather gloves and that seems to be effective or do they like completely suit up like butcher's.

Speaker A: Apron and I say it and hood.

Speaker D: With yeah Ask similar questions. Because he'd be thinking he's got more wits than some of my other characters. So he'd just be more like without saying I need to know how to get gold out and be like how did you guys get it out?

Speaker A: Yeah they. They would mention wearing protective gear like covered like as much as possible.

Speaker C: So is this like messing with radio activity in the 50s.

Speaker A: Probably kind of.

Speaker B: Hopefully nukes.

Speaker A: It would. It would have like that kind of like vibe Chernobyl Mike. Like they're not really sure like what it does but they know it does stuff and they're not really sure how it does it. At least that guy like wasn't talking.

Speaker C: About the Is it called demon seed.

Speaker D: Put masks on and wear our riding gloves and pull our dusters close and open. Dust?

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: No risk, no reward.

Speaker C: It's a party kill. They all died of radiation poisoning on the way to wherever.

Speaker D: Did you guys get a look at the safe?

Speaker B: No. It was down another door.

Speaker D: They know how big it is.

Speaker B: Oh.

Speaker C: If I had to guess. If you didn't see anything on the outside for the brick Walls. Odds are it's contained in the middle of the building.

Speaker D: Just thinking about where. Doing the distraction. You blow on the wall trying to get it out of there.

Speaker C: That's what I was originally thinking is if it was just a heavy duty door and the brick building around it. Yeah.

Speaker D: The back of the building. Because the safe might be insulating it. I think the safe was to complete the wall, Push the wagon in the back. And just put the whole safe on the wagon. Take it out.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: I don't know if it's down on the ground. I don't know if we can get it up in the.

Speaker B: Well.

Speaker C: We'll need the key either way.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: Dynamite.

Speaker C: And then.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: We can decide for the. The dynamite and safe. Whether or not we want the whole thing.

Speaker B: Thunder during the. That for night. You probably would just go buy some dynamite.

Speaker D: I said. But maybe a fire.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: On the other side of town.

Speaker B: Oh, 100%.

Speaker C: Can you tell which buildings in this area are empty? Are they all empty?

Speaker A: The majority of them are like.

Speaker C: Well, an empty building. It's easier to light and takes longer for anybody to notice that it is a light. Or go for coarse trees. That would. Forest fire would be a good game.

Speaker D: Actually. That's. Wouldn't be a bad idea. Tombstone would say that if you like the house and the trees next to it. You know, it's a dangerous.

Speaker B: What's that D20 down there somewhere? They'll find it. Yeah.

Speaker D: What color?

Speaker B: Green.

Speaker A: They're probably rolled under one of them.

Speaker C: Oh, right by the leg.

Speaker B: Yeah, Right by go.

Speaker D: All right. So we want to stage one to see if we can get the key.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker D: Stage two.

Speaker C: Come on, baby, light my fire.

Speaker D: Someone's gonna start a fire. While tombstone company bring the wagon up.

Speaker B: The thunder can start the fire up there. And then we'll have to work. That's the bank.

Speaker A: Yes. 10 was the bank.

Speaker B: Start the fire here. Maybe sneak around that way to get to the bank while you guys get the key.

Speaker D: Yeah. Because maybe one fast guy to do it too.

Speaker B: Fast guy was supposed to dig that.

Speaker D: Is that where it's at?

Speaker B: Yeah. I think that's the graveyard.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: Okay. Cadaver kid was on the graveyard duty once. You want cadaver kids, he needs to.

Speaker C: Have somebody to guide him.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: To just send them out and say, go light that on fire. I'm kind of scared. What would get lit.

Speaker B: You don't want him. Dynamite probably. No.

Speaker D: The grave diggers have knives. So.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: You'd be able to buy a couple sticks of dynamite. Because they don't for blowing up trees for farmland and also mining. They're probably like silver.

Speaker B: They're 12. Thunderhead has like 80. Yeah.

Speaker A: I wasn't sure if we had a actual list of them. Yeah.

Speaker B: So it's not super suspicious.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: I made like 20.

Speaker D: That's the biggest of.

Speaker B: Wait no. Nightmare.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker B: See how many guards are. Actually that's the last part. We'll go.

Speaker C: Find out. He's been going into the vault at night. Look at his treasure. No telling what will come out. Dig him out.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Maybe go out a little bit earlier in the day so it doesn't look.

Speaker B: Like we went out at night.

Speaker C: That's the scenario. Then we know we're not opening the ball. We just have to kill the zombie back on.

Speaker A: All right. Yeah. So whoever is going out to the graveyard.

Speaker B: I'd be a cadaver kid.

Speaker D: These two guys would go.

Speaker B: Nunder would probably take. If these are abandoned. He'd take his horse up there during. After lunch when we're not done. He'd hand off one stick of dynamite or both of them. You guys will get to the bank before him hopefully. Oh.

Speaker A: Yeah. So you get out there. The. The door like the fence I guess the door to the fence basically has like a. A brace around it. So it only opens from one side. So like it can get latched on the inside of the wall. There's no way to open it from the outside and up. Just like chunk of wall. Yeah. So you guys open it and go out there and you see two mercenary looking dudes kind of walking around at the graveyard. Yep.

Speaker C: Aaron blends in by the. By the wall on the inside. So he can open the door for you.

Speaker D: It gets closed.

Speaker B: That makes sense.

Speaker C: Watch on the inside of the wall so it can open the door for you.

Speaker A: All right.

Speaker B: Could ever like you guys want to.

Speaker C: Take these ends out.

Speaker D: How far apart are the guys like under patrolling?

Speaker A: They're probably like opposite ends.

Speaker D: Like what distance wise would that make?

Speaker A: I don't know, 20, 30, 40ft. That's not really super relevant unless there's something there.

Speaker D: Well, I'm thinking if they're far, far apart and you're taking out one at a time. It's the other gun that is.

Speaker B: We're so fast. It might not matter.

Speaker C: How big are the tombstones.

Speaker D: I don't know how big a cemetery. The graveyard. This is. If they're patrolling together versus I was.

Speaker C: Just thinking the monuments for somebody who dies. Are they a great big.

Speaker A: There's just. There's a chart collection that everyone's just like buried in the Ground or there isn't any like standing mausoleums. But there's. There's tombstones of varying kind.

Speaker C: But they're big enough. Then you could take out one guy when he goes around the corner and the other one's not going to notice because of all the big but stuff.

Speaker A: That'S in the way. Yeah. That's just gonna come down to dice rolls anyway. Yeah. So it doesn't super matter unless you're doing a tandem takedown.

Speaker B: All right, well, you're the fast one.

Speaker D: We'll follow up after you. But just don't let him shoot their guns.

Speaker B: I can do that. Pulls out a sledgehammer. That's what he's got. Or his wrench.

Speaker D: What the sledgehammer locker just goes.

Speaker A: I was gonna say. Yeah, it'll just. You can. It'll just be the roll for. If you get to him and not take him out.

Speaker B: Still fast.

Speaker D: Quietly follow. But he's way ahead.

Speaker A: Yeah, you're.

Speaker B: You're going advantage.

Speaker A: Fast advantage. This will just be like straightforward.

Speaker B: 17.

Speaker A: Oh yeah, that. That's almost. Almost unboxable. So they roll up your damage. Oh no. It's probably a heavy melee. So it's a D8 exploding. Because you're two handed it, I'm sure. Yeah, yeah.

Speaker B: Four.

Speaker A: That's a 12.

Speaker B: I think.

Speaker D: This gets misted.

Speaker C: That's the danger with that. Okay, now we have the hammer. Everything goes up in oil.

Speaker B: 3 damage. Just that swing into their chest.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: Heart attack.

Speaker D: No, you get a bonus for speed of damage.

Speaker A: That'll just. That would just kill him because he's.

Speaker D: A normal guy just walking along. All of a sudden, just right in the chest of the sledgeham.

Speaker A: He hears like extra fast footsteps rushing up. And all of a sudden he's dead.

Speaker B: Then he'll go to the next one.

Speaker A: Yep, same roll. 14.

Speaker B: We're doing D20.

Speaker A: Yep. That's D20 plus your.

Speaker B: I have no grit.

Speaker A: I have nothing. So this would be like Dex with grit.

Speaker B: 5 damage.

Speaker A: No, I said with the speed was that you'll just be like double damage.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker A: So yeah, he's just.

Speaker B: Cause comes running back and goes. You guys got the shovel? Let's go.

Speaker D: We both have. Both of us hold the shovel up. And we're saying, all right, let's go find the grave.

Speaker B: He sits there for a second. Which one?

Speaker A: Which one?

Speaker D: We give you the biggest one.

Speaker B: Yeah. He's like, you guys doing okay?

Speaker D: Watch it happen.

Speaker B: I need to start.

Speaker A: And.

Speaker B: And we.

Speaker D: We would help but we're keeping watch too. Tombstone. Keep watching.

Speaker A: Oh yeah. Yeah. So you.

Speaker B: Then I figured we'd have a set time on our watches of when the fire would start because the underhead would have no clue. Or if he heard gunshots, he would start.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Lighten it up.

Speaker A: Yeah, sorry. Just start it whenever.

Speaker B: Yeah, he probably would. He just start one in one of the houses and make sure it's really like.

Speaker A: Or you like. Yeah. Wait till. All right, start. You know, start a fire here or whatever.

Speaker D: But Tombstone will pull the bodies over.

Speaker C: To by the grave, bury them with a knave.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker A: All right.

Speaker D: Start pulling it out.

Speaker A: Yeah. So you guys are digging.

Speaker B: That's a 19 4, right? Oh, yeah.

Speaker A: You dig to it. Since it's a fresh grave. It's like really fast. It's not super check.

Speaker B: Make sure we got the right one. Start digging a random one.

Speaker A: But instead of like the couple of hours it would normally take, I'd say you guys get it done in like an hour or less. Yeah.

Speaker D: Three of us to dig.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: And two of us actually have experience digging graves.

Speaker A: Yeah. But you guys get it done in less than an hour. They dig it all back out because he was. He would have been buried like six foot down.

Speaker B: Yeah. At least they don't have cement yet. Put him in the bowl.

Speaker A: Yeah. And then there's a. Yeah. You. You guys pull the coffin up or you just. Just open up there.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: The three in the bias down in the hole. Or all three of you.

Speaker B: Like probably after we dug it up, there'd be one. Yeah. And it'd probably be one of your dudes.

Speaker C: Kind of crowded for.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Rocket would go down, ram, crack it open.

Speaker D: He's the one that's done the most digging graves in weird circumstances. And he was a goofle ghoulish undertaker. So he's seen some weird stuff.

Speaker A: Oh, yeah. See? Yeah. You get the. You pop open the lid and you see Lane in the grave like a soggy, bloated corpse. And then it's eyes snap open and it smiles with too many teeth and you see like these enclosures swiping up at your guy. So you need to give me a lick or I guess, I guess. Great. I could try to like bat his hands with whatever staff you want. I guess it makes sense.

Speaker D: I guess with the have my shovel on my hands by find the thing over his side.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: I have a bonus for one of my skills is working in the dark.

Speaker A: You have advantage of that and be the great leader.

Speaker D: Is this just a D20 or sixes?

Speaker A: D20. This is a D27 19. All right. You avoid the attack when you guys roll initiative for me. Six or the D6. Yeah, six. All right, players, you go take the.

Speaker D: Shovel like straight down in his neck like to try to.

Speaker A: Yeah, that's just being a grid.

Speaker D: I get another advantage.

Speaker A: Yeah, you can roll especially I'm using shovel.

Speaker D: It's my native. I need a tool. Dirty 20.

Speaker A: Nice. That hits. Yeah, this is just a 12 or better value. You just need to roll your damage shovel. That's probably a light melee weapon. So D6 two handed. Yeah. D6.

Speaker B: Yep.

Speaker D: Do I get my grid on top of that?

Speaker C: Does that be counts?

Speaker A: I don't think.

Speaker D: Oh, is it exposure? I rolled a six.

Speaker A: Oh wait, no, it's not explosive because I guess the shovels. That would be considered an improvised weapon.

Speaker D: Would it be improvised for a grave digger?

Speaker A: Just the shovel itself is improvised. Not made for a weapon. So yeah. So you. It's not exploding, it's two handed. So yeah, you slam into them. I don't think you had. No, you only have grip on its unarmed. Okay. Yeah. See you slam your shovel in so hard that it actually breaks. That's what happens with improvised weapons on max damage. So yeah, you do six damage. Yeah.

Speaker B: Your shovel.

Speaker A: And you see like his skin like ripple like blubber. Like the impacts him too.

Speaker D: It doesn't actually cut him.

Speaker A: No, it does cut him. You heard him. But you see like his skin like ripples like blubber. All right. And then you can move if you want to.

Speaker B: That one get out of the hole.

Speaker D: Yeah, exactly.

Speaker B: Whatever.

Speaker D: I hit him in the neck and then cuddle out.

Speaker C: Be like, come.

Speaker A: Already. Whoever's like going up wrestler, we got two more people to do something.

Speaker D: Actually, I'm just thinking about what he would do there.

Speaker C: Seen weird stuff.

Speaker D: Yeah, yeah, he has. And with that, I mean what he's going to try to do. Actually his next thing is he's going to see if he's actually gonna try to take Andre's boulder since that guy's like all bloated because one of his things was he dug graves in a mire. So he's seen some gross bodies that he just knows like that's just gonna be a silencer. He's just gonna stick the gun in the side of that thing and just. Just like fire it. Like stick it in the chest and just.

Speaker A: All right, well you put that on your next turn. So the other two guys.

Speaker D: You guys just see me fighting this thing.

Speaker C: I'm back at the door. Unless you yelped in.

Speaker D: Oh yeah.

Speaker B: Tombstone Navran. This sledgehammer.

Speaker D: He'S faster than me.

Speaker A: You know you got an advantage. And double damage.

Speaker B: 18 damage. If it's double 16. Eight. Rolled an eight.

Speaker A: He rolled it. That's exploding.

Speaker D: I'm just standing there starting to pull my gun.

Speaker B: He just goes down 13 times. Two of its double.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker C: 26.

Speaker B: Like, you okay?

Speaker A: Oh, crap.

Speaker B: I got you. And he's like, jumps down the hole.

Speaker A: Yeah. Describe what this looks like as you like beat this thing to death.

Speaker B: He would have saw him like reach up trying to grab him. And he's like, oh. And since he's over concerned, as soon as you're out of the way, he would have just like went in this thing and just went like super fast.

Speaker D: This stuff just like.

Speaker C: And Tombstone just stands like, what the.

Speaker D: Under the pit looking down kind of.

Speaker C: Explodes or pieces flying.

Speaker B: I mean, overly concerned with her.

Speaker D: Brock up and see all that viscera flying everywhere. He would just go, that was awesome.

Speaker B: And now we're like, okay, okay, I'm good. Thanks, man.

Speaker D: I've seen a lot of stuff in the grave, but that's my take.

Speaker C: Okay.

Speaker D: Let's look through what's left of the body. If you can call it that. Find this dumb key.

Speaker A: Yeah, you do find. You see the number of teeth that guy had? That's just like our other friend we had.

Speaker D: You have a friend that had a bunch of extra teeth?

Speaker B: Yes. The guy got ate by the croc and then was in the tavern that night. He's in our gang still.

Speaker D: I think we're into something bad. He's like, starts looking for the key.

Speaker A: Oh yeah. After like a minute of searching through the. This area.

Speaker C: You kept feeling around in the dark.

Speaker A: Oh, yeah. You find a. A nice like key.

Speaker D: Find anything else?

Speaker A: No.

Speaker C: No pocket watch? No.

Speaker B: His wife took that.

Speaker C: He's barefooted.

Speaker B: Chagas daring the gold pillow.

Speaker D: I'm pronounced like you get out of it.

Speaker A: Yep. And then if the one in the. Once the fire start up, Tombstone drops the bodies in.

Speaker B: Yeah. Probably would have started like, since they would Tombstone and Rock Gut or whatever would know. Would know, like how long it would normally take to dig up a grave. Like, it probably would have started like an hour, half an hour later. Oh, like when.

Speaker C: I can see Tombstone lighting the bodies in the grave just to be safe.

Speaker B: Well.

Speaker D: When he hears you guys talking about the teeth thing, he's like uncomfortable. It's like, that's not good. This thing's like a disease. I still know, like, the envy will touch that gold. That gonna make us like him. But he's not going to Light fire because he doesn't want to start another fire and draw attention. Yeah. I have a bad feeling that we bury that guy. He's going to be out tomorrow, but we have time. We got to get going. I guess the fire started, you said.

Speaker B: Yep.

Speaker D: I can see the smoke. We got to go, guys.

Speaker A: Yeah, it wouldn't take long because these are, like. Well, especially this time of year. They would be dry. So then you're like.

Speaker B: Or, yeah. Dunder would be going, like, this way, not down the road, but sure. Do they have a street light?

Speaker A: They're not really, because as you'd like see that there's enough, like, glowing plants that it, like, provides enough light to, like, walk around it to, like, see well enough.

Speaker B: And then if, like, someone happens to catch them and, like, where's your well? And the building's on fire. We need to get some buckets over there.

Speaker C: Going to bent down for help.

Speaker B: Yeah. And he won't be riding, like, super hard. Don't want to be, like, out.

Speaker A: Okay. So you're kind of just trotting.

Speaker B: Yeah. We'd just be heading towards the bank. All right.

Speaker A: And then the rest of you guys.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker D: So we're heading back in. Go and grab my wagon. I guess we would have probably stashed it inside.

Speaker C: Open the door. We might have. The wagon there by that door.

Speaker D: Would have been outside, I guess, because we went out earlier.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: So get the wagon.

Speaker C: The wagon's here on the inside of the wall. Come and hit the wagon.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker B: Works for me.

Speaker A: All right. Yep.

Speaker D: So he would. He would pull it in and kind of, like, back it. Yep.

Speaker C: Just thinking, stupid dog card up that wire.

Speaker D: We just need to know from a range standpoint, you wouldn't go in there until we've decided how we're going to blow it.

Speaker A: All right. Yeah. So you guys are stacked up on the back of the. So it's everyone but Dunderhead. Yeah.

Speaker D: Yeah. And the wagon stuff. We probably have to head outside because if we're going to blow dynamite, we can't be real close with horses.

Speaker C: Well, first we got to get in, find the safe to. So the back door.

Speaker B: Whatever you guys doing.

Speaker C: Ever'S hammer to the hinge.

Speaker D: You go in front door or to a window.

Speaker C: Oh, well, there's a door in the back.

Speaker D: There wasn't a door in the back.

Speaker A: No, there's no. There's no single entrance on the. At the.

Speaker B: Oh, I thought there was. And there's probably one lawman in there.

Speaker A: Yeah, the. The united.

Speaker B: The.

Speaker A: The lawman's out Front.

Speaker B: Oh, well, it's gonna run up.

Speaker D: Rocket would follow you to the front.

Speaker B: Oh, and that funny.

Speaker A: Well, you can get an ace or learn a skill. Skill we've related to cameraman.

Speaker B: Camera. Perfect. Speed. Sneak attack.

Speaker A: Hammer.

Speaker B: Hammer savant.

Speaker A: You have advantage when you use a hammer. Sledge savant. There you go.

Speaker D: Hammer time. Nice.

Speaker A: You have advantage using hands. All right. Yeah. So then he's.

Speaker B: Yeah, just two damage.

Speaker C: So four.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: He's easier come up and hit him, right?

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Rocket would follow up with his knife.

Speaker A: Yeah. You know that he actually that was like lancing blow. Too excited.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: So a D20. Yeah. With a grit. Yeah. I think grid's the. Yeah. Grits. The melee.

Speaker D: It's probably lit here now, right?

Speaker A: Yeah, it's some lit. Yeah.

Speaker D: But no advantage for anything.

Speaker A: No, it would.

Speaker D: Does everybody start with an ace or not?

Speaker A: Yes. You guys all should have an ace.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker A: Yeah, you guys all have an ace. I forgot.

Speaker D: Okay, that's better. 19.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: And then hunting knife, right?

Speaker A: Yeah, that'd be light Melee. Yeah. 4D6 if you're dual wielding it.

Speaker B: Yeah, I guess.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: That you could two fist the nut.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: So he's wanted for gruesome murder.

Speaker D: So he's driving this like you have real ones. Okay. Oh, I just did a six.

Speaker C: That would probably be explosive.

Speaker A: It is exploding.

Speaker B: Another six.

Speaker D: One more.

Speaker B: Does it explode again? Yes. You're at 12.

Speaker D: So you up and you hit him. And he's just like.

Speaker B: Oh.

Speaker D: And I come up behind and just right into his rib cage. Like up into his heart.

Speaker B: I just go.

Speaker D: And you hear Brock got grab from and just go to the ground.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: And he's toast.

Speaker D: Look at you go. Good morning. Let's get this door open.

Speaker B: Ab was taking a sledgehammer to the door.

Speaker C: Check and see if it's locked.

Speaker A: It's. Yeah, it's obvious.

Speaker B: And if there's a glass, you either break the glass or you would just swing for the at the knob or close to it.

Speaker D: Does the guy have a key on him?

Speaker B: I could.

Speaker D: I would check immediately, though. He had keys.

Speaker A: No, he didn't have a key. That places locked up.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker D: I take his pistol, though. It's a standard revolver.

Speaker A: Yeah, he's just got a revolver.

Speaker B: Drag him inside if we want to get the door open.

Speaker A: All right. Give me a swing with that hammer.

Speaker B: All right, well, 2:20. Two dang double twos. That's crazy.

Speaker A: Two. That's it.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Yeah. You impact. Yeah. Royer roll your damage just because 5, 10 damage to the door frames. Yeah. You Slam into the. And like. Oh, you'll have to hit it again. But that makes a lot of noise. And you see like the light turn on upstairs and then. Yeah, go ahead and hit this door again.

Speaker B: A one and a two.

Speaker A: The heck.

Speaker B: Dang, that's brutal. That is brutal.

Speaker A: Yeah, Roll damage.

Speaker B: Eight, eight, seven.

Speaker A: Oh, yeah. See, you don't. You don't break the door, but you break the door. Like, the door frame is like just like caved in. And so you can open the door now.

Speaker B: Door is open behind.

Speaker A: Yeah, you cave in. You kept hitting like the wall, but you just like smashed the area where the. The door and wall it took. Yeah, it's for the log guy. You can. You can either have repeating rifle or double barrel shotgun. Your choice.

Speaker D: Oh, that's what he got on him.

Speaker A: Yeah. You can pick one or the other. That'll be what he had.

Speaker B: Double barrel. Double barrel. You get two.

Speaker A: Yeah. So as you come inside, who goes in first?

Speaker D: I would actually he. If he was swinging and broke the frame. We're moving fast. I guess it's. How fast are you moving still?

Speaker A: He would break it. What would you do?

Speaker D: Would you like, immediately try to go in or.

Speaker B: He'd probably break it and stop. Okay.

Speaker D: Rocket would go with the people that shotgun.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Breather.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: At this point, you start hearing like. Oh, let's see from where you're right. You may or may not hear. There might. You actually wouldn't be able to tell, but you can see that maybe the sky is getting alert. Like, because this time of the year too is. It's really like misty and stuff as it's getting hot and kind of like damp. So you would start seeing like reflection. Reflection of fire up in the sky over there. So.

Speaker B: Bad.

Speaker A: So, yeah. So yeah, you rush in, Rocket rushes in and you hear. You didn't meet the anchor yet, but yeah, you hear a. A guy shout halt. And then you hear the trigger click as his shotgun goes off. So I need you to actually. No, it's range. I'll see. I'll say slick or luck for getting shot at defense.

Speaker D: Because it's dark at the 12.

Speaker A: That is just enough. You feel like. Yeah, you feel. You feel like the shot, like ripped through like your jacket as you hit the deck.

Speaker D: Yeah. Just return fire. Put my double barrel back at him.

Speaker A: All right, roll it up.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker A: It's dark in here, so I'll say you can have advantage because you're. You're the Undertaker guys.

Speaker D: Not 20.

Speaker A: Oh, well, you can get it. You earn an ace or you can pick a skill or you can get an earn a new skill related to this fiction that is happening right now.

Speaker D: Danger sense. I get. I guess it would be like return fire. So if, like, if I'm under fire and I shoot back, then get advantage for that.

Speaker A: Yeah, I'm under fire.

Speaker D: That's fine. I'll do it later. Oh, actually, it's rocket. I was thinking it was tombstone.

Speaker A: Extra pencils right there. Okay. Yeah. And then you can roll. Well, you let rip with both barrels. 2d6.

Speaker D: Double 6.

Speaker A: Not exploding, though. But yes.

Speaker B: Rip the banker.

Speaker A: Oh, it was actually. Yeah. Okay. That's fine.

Speaker B: Younger, was there anything. Oh, that was a nice kid.

Speaker A: So, yeah, that guy rockets under.

Speaker B: His head's not there right now.

Speaker A: Cut him in half because he had three hp.

Speaker D: Sounds like two fingers, like, just pulling up or three fingers pulling the shells out. Two more just go up to the body. And I'm watching if there's.

Speaker B: There's your stairs.

Speaker A: Yeah, because he would. Yeah, you would see, like, as you. As you guys were rushing in on that. That other piece, I guess would be closed, but you would be able to see down. Like he was hiding. Like, he was. Had come down the stairs and was like, kind of like waiting behind the bars of blast whoever was coming in. So you do have another door that smashed down.

Speaker D: Look. Yeah, I'd be like, I'm searching the body to look for these, but you.

Speaker A: Can'T get to the body. It's on the other side. Like. Yeah, you blasted him through, like, the safety. He was kind of like he shot from that other. The other side. Yeah. So cadaver head in there. Yep. Rush in there and start beating them.

Speaker D: I'm gonna look behind, like, if there's for anything else. Coming out and pulling my gun out.

Speaker A: Yeah, I'll say. Yeah. While he rushes.

Speaker B: Four and a five.

Speaker A: Dang. Don't roll up that damage. You're still impacting the door. Just not.

Speaker B: Well, five, ten.

Speaker A: Okay. Still needs to be. Needs more to hit it. You do see, like, actually, I'll see who it is, but you can go ahead and roll.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: All right.

Speaker B: This is messed up. Now it's 8 and 9.

Speaker D: That's for the consecutive.

Speaker A: Yeah, that's enough to that. You get a solid hit on the right where you need. You break the lock. Weird rock. Yeah. You see a woman's head, like, peek around like this from, like, the top of the stairs and so you can see in the dark. And then she, like, screams.

Speaker D: I'd be like, get down here, woman. Shut your mouth. You know what's good for you.

Speaker A: She screams and then like runs like ducks back behind them. But she's like, up on the second floor.

Speaker D: What you gotta put her down.

Speaker A: She screams and runs into her. Runs off.

Speaker B: Like. Anything to protect you guys.

Speaker A: He runs off upstairs.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Because you're fast.

Speaker B: Normally he probably wouldn't.

Speaker C: But would be trying to catch up on him. But he can also see in the dirt.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: They're going to start checking that banker's two halves of his body.

Speaker B: Cadavers.

Speaker A: Or you don't find he has a. A shotgun and that's it. He's like in his PJs. He just came down to this night shirt. Yeah.

Speaker D: He doesn't have anything else on.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: I moved the shotgun to the side.

Speaker A: Okay. Yeah.

Speaker B: He.

Speaker A: Yeah, he's really dead. Yeah. You easily, like fly up the stairs and see her that she's like. And there's like. It's like an apartment upstairs. She's like, slam the door. I guess you see. You get up there just in time. See like the door to their apartment slam shut. And then you hear like screaming like, help. Help.

Speaker B: Or 14. Damn.

Speaker D: Double.

Speaker A: I watched the door to raise the door.

Speaker D: I watched the.

Speaker A: Did you run up after?

Speaker D: I'm watching the front door.

Speaker C: He got up to the top stairs.

Speaker A: I would say you would hit the bot. You would make it to the bottom of the stairs before he was like up there. And then you hear the door like.

Speaker B: Explain for a second.

Speaker A: Shatters the door. And you can see the lady is at the. At like out the window. Like screen. Has the windows open. Screaming for help.

Speaker D: Was that guy's shotgun a double barrel?

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: I'm gonna load his and put this boat on the. On the half counter. Pointed at the door.

Speaker B: We're gonna be in trouble.

Speaker A: All right.

Speaker D: Got embraced.

Speaker A: Where's James come at?

Speaker D: He's at the wagon.

Speaker C: Okay. With Heron.

Speaker D: Yeah. When he went running to the front to. When he said there's a guard. And he was like, I got it. He took off.

Speaker A: Doctor.

Speaker D: It's like, I gotta go see this.

Speaker A: Yeah. So what does cadaver do?

Speaker B: Rock gut said take care of that. Protects the game.

Speaker D: For 14.

Speaker B: They hit.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker B: Or two damage.

Speaker A: That's double. It's just two. One and that through the door. Her. Let's say you break a leg. But she's still screaming for help.

Speaker B: Nat20.

Speaker A: Another Acer. A skill.

Speaker B: Take a skill. Pretend to happen.

Speaker A: Yep. And you finish her off.

Speaker D: White Peter.

Speaker B: That's cooperable.

Speaker C: Don't do the damage for any female.

Speaker D: The defenseless women.

Speaker B: Defenseless no mercy. No, I don't want to think about that.

Speaker D: Yeah, you definitely should.

Speaker A: No mercy.

Speaker B: Because normally he wouldn't do this, but since that potion effect, you know.

Speaker A: Isaac, you go bone breaker.

Speaker B: A bone breaker. I guess.

Speaker A: I don't know. Yeah. I've been singing always.

Speaker B: Oh, let's do bone breaking. An entry.

Speaker C: That'S finally made upstairs. He's breathing hard.

Speaker B: The advocate would just be covered in.

Speaker A: Blood.

Speaker B: And guts from the corpse.

Speaker A: Yeah. The fat. The blubber guy.

Speaker B: Yeah. He has the stupid hellhound.

Speaker C: You look like something straight out of hell.

Speaker B: Yeah, that is. Oh yeah. Jeez.

Speaker A: All right.

Speaker C: So her looks around for keys.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: Took care of this.

Speaker C: He looks around for keys.

Speaker A: There would be like some like a key rack thing like on the wall in the apartment.

Speaker C: He'd look through any whatever keys security bought the box. He'd probably just take all the keys.

Speaker A: There wouldn't be. There wouldn't be any of those keys. It'd just be like a single set of keys. They wouldn't keep the security boxes keys like in their apartment key take it.

Speaker C: Just keys in general. It's like we'll figure out what they come at tune get back downstairs.

Speaker A: All right. Yep.

Speaker D: Yes. Really find us safe in the piece.

Speaker B: The dunderhead make it. Yeah.

Speaker A: At this. The rapid speed of this. No, not.

Speaker C: Oh, we go checking out the hallways.

Speaker A: Yeah. You. You'd get. You'd get in there. The door to the right is like an office. And then you hit the left door. Oh. Unlock it. And there's a vault like in the. Like a walk in vault. Like size big and it's. It looks like it's made out of like a steel vault door on it.

Speaker C: Okay. So walk in. We're looking at what, six, eight foot high.

Speaker B: That's probably.

Speaker A: I'll say it's like seven foot. Say it's seven by seven.

Speaker C: Okay. Maybe rock up and found the vault. Then while you go in and you've got the key to the vault.

Speaker D: I don't. I don't have any keys or just that key.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Oh, sorry. I was thinking the safety deposit box is the.

Speaker B: No.

Speaker A: Okay. Got you. Yeah.

Speaker D: I just hold it up. Be like you guys go. I'm covering the door. Somebody's got to watch the door. You want to cut. You want to watch the door?

Speaker C: No, I want to see if there's anything behind the vault. So when we blow it, we can blow it. Right.

Speaker B: Like give you a cube. Okay.

Speaker A: I say you would know the orientation that. That like there is like a space over here that Would go, like, out into the. In the back. Out the back. You can blow a hole.

Speaker C: Okay.

Speaker A: If you need to.

Speaker B: You guys have the sticks and open up the vault.

Speaker C: Pull it open.

Speaker A: Oh. You open the vault and you see six gold bars and then a large stack of gold coins.

Speaker D: You're like, remember?

Speaker C: Are they glowing?

Speaker A: No. This looks like, like pure gold bullion bars. Six of them stacked up. And sandy gold coins. They look like mint condition. They have that beautiful gold shine.

Speaker D: Remember what Tim's going said about handling the crazy gold.

Speaker C: There's a lot of like. And then goes back to the wall. Looking for the right spots to put the dynamite to blow it out the correct direction.

Speaker D: Is it an amount that we need to blow it, or is it something you could carry? Yeah.

Speaker C: Considering the weight.

Speaker D: I don't know how many coins, like, is it.

Speaker B: Seeing.

Speaker A: There'S a lot. There's like a couple hundred. I'll say they're. Instead there's. You say eight stacks of, like, a standard, like 100. So there's like, there's 800 gold ones here. What's the bars? The bars.

Speaker C: I'm figuring a bullion bar. Like, that's gonna be around 120 pounds.

Speaker A: Yeah, they're 27 pounds. Bars are like the standard. You can carry. One man can carry two bars. One in each hand. And then 800 colon you can carry.

Speaker B: Well, we got canaver.

Speaker A: One guy can carry all 800 coins if he have a sack. We need to blow the wall.

Speaker D: Are we gonna go?

Speaker C: Might be able to get around it. Now that I understand the. The weights here. Could have kids. Yeah. Give him two of those, Cuyan. So he's like.

Speaker A: You could also, like, just sledgehammer your way through the wall too. It is brick.

Speaker C: That's true.

Speaker A: If you don't want to go dynamite and make it a lot of even more noise. All right.

Speaker C: Back that wall.

Speaker B: So I added demolish instead of bone breaker. Nothing related to general.

Speaker A: Yeah, but you have to, like, picking out doors, breaking doors and stuff.

Speaker B: Can you just keep adding advance?

Speaker A: No. You have a limit of skills. You can have like, six skills.

Speaker C: I think it is keeping you at super speed.

Speaker A: And then you have to start replacing.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: The gang Pokemon.

Speaker B: I add another advantage of that demolition.

Speaker A: Sure.

Speaker D: It's a.

Speaker B: Eight.

Speaker D: Wow.

Speaker B: Five, seven, eight. What is this?

Speaker A: Now you're as you're pounding on the door.

Speaker B: Anyone watching the main door? I am.

Speaker D: With two shotguns leveled at it. That's why I told him, you take.

Speaker B: The key, I'd be done there.

Speaker A: You hear a voice yell outside. Come out. One of your hands up.

Speaker D: Don't say anything. I just whispered we got company.

Speaker B: Wrong door. Nobody's home.

Speaker A: All right.

Speaker D: Then go ahead and slam.

Speaker A: Into the door again.

Speaker D: Question is, how. How much is the door halfway open from where I'm at, and how far is it?

Speaker B: Profit.

Speaker C: Prop it closed with a chair from inside.

Speaker A: I say the. The. The. I say both doors are, like, the front door is totally destroyed. There's no closing it.

Speaker D: Is it open right now?

Speaker A: Yeah, it's full open. There's. And I assume you're. I assume you're behind the counter on the other side of the wall watching out. Yeah.

Speaker D: It's dark inside.

Speaker A: Yes. Yeah. You don't see anybody when they shout, but you know that there's somebody out there.

Speaker B: I got 16.

Speaker A: Okay. Yeah. Roll that damage.

Speaker D: I said you, like, bring me one of them sticks that back open fast.

Speaker C: Working on it tonight.

Speaker A: Yeah. I say you put. You got a whole half. Like, you could crawl through it. Now we have to spend another round of. And then out front again.

Speaker C: So the wagon's backed up when they start seeing the bricks falling out the back of the building.

Speaker B: Yeah, the wagon.

Speaker D: Yep. Yeah. Tombstone would respond immediately.

Speaker B: You'd probably, definitely hear break and break.

Speaker D: He would just kind of, like, pull in, like, in this area. There wouldn't be really time to turn. Like, he's got his shotgun out.

Speaker C: And harem's down. Watching the corner of the building.

Speaker B: Which.

Speaker A: Like, one of the corners out there, like.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: So the wagons parked here. He'd be on the. Yeah, I said edge. Watching the alley.

Speaker A: Yeah. Okay. Yeah. As you're watching the alley, you see two deputies creeping up the side of the building. And then. Yeah, the. And then out front again. You hear that? You got five minutes. Not with your hands up.

Speaker D: Like, hey, speed boy, you need to get that back open for.

Speaker A: 13. Yep. That damage six. Yeah, I was gonna say that. Finishes breaking open a hole big enough for a person to walk through.

Speaker D: Nice. Nice. Get that gold.

Speaker B: Yeah. Start handing off the tombstone.

Speaker C: Is there, like, a. A sack or anything in the vault.

Speaker B: You should have brought?

Speaker A: No, there's no sa. It's just a vault, and it just has the gold in it. Is anyone watching the other side of the building?

Speaker D: We're on the back side and on this side, But I don't think we're on this side at all.

Speaker C: Herder takes off his duster, and he turns it into a bag. He, like, bundles it up, ties it around, and he's just scooping the coins. Gets him over, drops him in the.

Speaker B: Back of the wagon.

Speaker D: I mean, Tombstone's got his shotgun out, so he's just monitoring from the back.

Speaker B: So, I mean, he.

Speaker D: He would be watching the corner, but.

Speaker B: He can't seem him fabricated. Doing the bars while you're doing the coins.

Speaker A: I was gonna say. What do you do? Yeah. So someone was watching this alley, right?

Speaker D: This alley.

Speaker A: Oh, is it this other alley?

Speaker D: Yeah, I thought you were saying this one. And then I'm standing with the wagon watching this corner, but I can't see down the alley because I'm too far this way.

Speaker A: Yeah. So it was what? There's. You see two deputies walk, like, creeping up the side here. Dunderhead. Yeah. You. You're. You're arriving, you're here. And then.

Speaker D: I'm like, watching the front door. And then Stone's like, watching corner. You said you're.

Speaker B: You're.

Speaker D: You're like, here.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker D: And then the Dundeer was coming up.

Speaker B: Yeah. Dungeon was like.

Speaker A: Running inside. Yeah. So, yeah. There's two of you inside.

Speaker C: Yeah, there's three of us total inside.

Speaker A: Oh, that's right. Yeah.

Speaker C: There's rock.

Speaker B: There's over here.

Speaker A: So, you know, there's one log off.

Speaker D: He's at the door.

Speaker B: There we go with the shotguns.

Speaker A: Oh, yeah.

Speaker B: And then.

Speaker A: Actually, there's a tree back there. So that is not a tough shot. So, yeah, tube says you're watching that other corner. You see a muzzle flash and five damage comes in. You can lose your hat.

Speaker B: Don't forget the hat.

Speaker A: Yeah, you do have a hat.

Speaker D: I guess my abilities and fire back then.

Speaker A: Yeah. You see a deputy step out, and now that he's in the. Because these trees are providing light. So he steps out around the corner. Actually, him's running out along with another guy. So we'll do initiative now.

Speaker B: Oops.

Speaker D: I care. Two, three. All right.

Speaker A: So, yeah, so, yeah, these two guys shoot at whoever's.

Speaker D: But he was watching that.

Speaker C: He was watching. Yeah.

Speaker D: He doesn't get to shoot it, though.

Speaker A: No, because it's initiative. We had some. We did surprise around. And he didn't say anything about shooting at him. When I said he saw him.

Speaker C: He'd be totally stealth. And, well, what he would have assumed was shadows till the trees kicked out.

Speaker A: Well, they've been on the whole the whole time. Those guys surprised. So you have 1 and 2 damage shoot at you, and then they tell you to, you know, throw down your weapons and surrender. Oh, we get the other. And then these two guys over here. Those two guys shoot you in the wagon for a four and a five. Or four and a one. So there's no one else back there to shoot at. Yeah.

Speaker D: When Rucka hears that ruckus, he lights that stick of dynamite and throws it out the front door.

Speaker A: Yeah. So Tombstone, he's the only. Yeah. In the wagon. Those two guys shoot at you. So they did four and one damage on Tombstone.

Speaker D: He doesn't get to avoid it at all?

Speaker A: Not if you burnt your hat already, no.

Speaker D: So he's gonna go to zero.

Speaker A: Okay. So then you'll do the drop set. Yep. D20 plus and grit and subtract any negative HP.

Speaker D: And this is zero. So. So 12. I remain the current HP.

Speaker A: So on the death drop checks you. 12 is a lesson. For better or worse, roll to increase lower.

Speaker D: If the damage could kill you. Because zero would kill you.

Speaker A: Yeah. A damage could kill it. Yeah. You're. When you reach zero or below, roll D20 plus grit. That's definitely lethal. So, yeah. Lesser. From better or worse, roll to increase.

Speaker D: Or lower a random ability. Doesn't say have it.

Speaker A: Here's roll. If you've got four D4 stats. This roll a D4, whichever one the D4 is, that one goes up. Unless you want to lower it.

Speaker D: So my wits go up by one.

Speaker A: Yeah, it is. Do you guys want to finish this or call it?

Speaker B: It's 9. 15.

Speaker C: I think there's a stick of the down my left and riding out.

Speaker A: We'll finish this combat round, I guess.

Speaker C: Yeah. And the wagon goes out through the front gate.

Speaker B: Yep. I think the wagon needs to lead.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker B: Because you're still alive and we have all the bars. I assume that's what Cadaver kid is doing. Yeah.

Speaker A: So you have what, three people or two people inside?

Speaker C: Tossing two in the vault.

Speaker B: Tossing cadaver on the bars way.

Speaker A: Yeah. Let's say you guys will be able to get that loaded and. Oh, actually, I need Rocket inside to give me a luck bull as a deputy to creep up to the window and take a shot at you after this. That hasn't happened yet. Because it's initiative.

Speaker D: Can I have an advantage on the dark?

Speaker A: Sure. You can't see in there.

Speaker B: 19.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker B: You.

Speaker A: He's his shot. Misses. And then they again, they like, yell out, surrender, you're surrounded.

Speaker D: Then the. They say that the dynamite just comes out in the dark and he runs out the bag after chucking that.

Speaker A: All right. Yeah. Roll up a throw to see how we ran with optimal dynamite positioning.

Speaker D: Is this a.

Speaker A: It's probably split. Yeah. For aim.

Speaker B: Do you have any?

Speaker D: He does not.

Speaker A: What'd you roll?

Speaker D: 10.

Speaker A: 10 I'll say it. You do get it out the door. And then we'll roll it. And then you roll damage.

Speaker D: What's the damage on it?

Speaker A: Stick a dynamite D4 plus four and it's exploding.

Speaker C: Four.

Speaker A: Like dynamite five.

Speaker B: So nine.

Speaker A: Oh, yeah. You blow up one deputy. The other guy gets wounded. Yeah.

Speaker D: That throws the thing. He runs like as soon as he.

Speaker B: Chucks out the door. Grab your shot.

Speaker A: Wait.

Speaker C: I have two of them loaded.

Speaker A: Yeah. So that you're actually. You're running out the back. You'll see no issue getting to out the back into the wagon. And then so the rest of you guys. What are you guys doing? Dunderhead or not dunderhead. Rockets on the wagon. I would say. You guys. Yeah. Everyone has a turn to do something.

Speaker B: So how much gold have we loaded up?

Speaker A: I said all of it. You guys. If you guys spend your turn. The last two guys in there, like that's your turn. Throwing the w. The gold is a finishing no gold Tombstone starts moving the wagon.

Speaker D: He's just like, I'm hit. Cover me. He starts whipping the horses together.

Speaker B: The average kid would run out in sledgehammers. Huh. He's still 50.

Speaker A: Honestly.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: You're still fast. I'll say you can. You have two actions. 14y5. Yeah.

Speaker B: 10. Cool. And then go for the next one. We're 15. And that's eight damage.

Speaker A: All right. I think both of those.

Speaker B: And then he'd jump on the wagon.

Speaker D: He just doesn't even stop.

Speaker B: Just.

Speaker C: The only time I've ever seen a great, great clean.

Speaker A: Yeah. Those guys are evil. Damage for both of them.

Speaker B: Each time the underhead would run right down here and shoot at these guys.

Speaker A: Oh, yeah. So you pick a target to shoot at. And then we got.

Speaker B: Yeah. Quick shot. Can I use that for advantage?

Speaker A: So you can take advantage or you can shoot twice.

Speaker B: I'll shoot twice. 18.

Speaker A: Yeah. Easy hit for one of them.

Speaker B: Eight or nine damage now to hit.

Speaker A: Oh, yeah. That. That won't hit. Oh, wait.

Speaker B: No.

Speaker A: They're actually lit up. You don't even have to. You don't actually need to roll. You just need to roll damage. Because they're in the light of the tree now.

Speaker B: One is four. The other one is six.

Speaker A: Oh. You severely wound both of them. And you see they start running. You see them turn and start running.

Speaker C: Oh. Before they get a chance to turn.

Speaker B: Hammered.

Speaker C: Unloaded. The double barrel shotgun sawed off. After they shot him.

Speaker B: Top would shoot baron.

Speaker C: Exactly. He would shoot them and then chop them.

Speaker A: Three points of shotgun damage is that both Barrels. Are you shooting one guy or are you doing a barrel for each guy?

Speaker C: We would just have it almost like a distraction. Both barrels would be just be fired down the alley. So an even peppering.

Speaker D: So that would cause both of them probably all right.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: One guy get two and one to get one.

Speaker A: Yeah. So one guy dies, one guy hits the dirt.

Speaker C: And then I run hop in the wagon. And I don't know if anybody else.

Speaker D: Has the reins but we tombstones whipping them.

Speaker C: They go okay.

Speaker A: Yeah, he's. He's still alive. He's just moving.

Speaker D: He's gruff. We just be like gotta get out of here.

Speaker C: So the wagon would come out.

Speaker D: We want to go out this way, don't we?

Speaker B: That's a manhole. We have to go down. That's just like a man size gate. We have to go.

Speaker D: What's our fastest way out?

Speaker B: We wouldn't land.

Speaker D: Would you go this way?

Speaker C: This is the quickest gate. That one.

Speaker B: We have to shoot at least these two or. Yeah, I think we would have whatever.

Speaker D: We planned if we planned this. And that's the route that Tombstone would take.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker D: So he's going to start wagoning this way.

Speaker A: Yeah. You get up to the and rock.

Speaker D: I would know there's guys out there. So he'd have the shotgun up.

Speaker A: You rush up, you ride up to the gate. There's nobody there. But it is closed.

Speaker B: Got that dynamite stick.

Speaker C: He sticks it right there in the crossbar, lights it.

Speaker A: Yep. It blows and you guys are gone.

Speaker B: Yeah. Finn Dunderhead on his horse. Would have just been covering fire.

Speaker A: Yo. Yeah.

Speaker B: Those people.

Speaker A: One. One guy just dove and the other guy started helping in there. And then everybody else's then connect the fire. Anyone else is dealing with the fire an hour kid.

Speaker B: I would have ran up and make trying to sledgehammer.

Speaker D: I don't.

Speaker A: That's your call. Or does it get out all right? Yep.

Speaker C: Running alongside.

Speaker B: Yeah. Outrun it. You can run 40.

Speaker A: I say you would.

Speaker D: By the way, how tall are these? From these gates, they would probably be.

Speaker A: Like 15 foot tall. Like they'd be big.

Speaker D: And that cemetery thing. Then he probably would have kicked in the land. If those guys had lanterns in the. He would have tossed those in there to burn. To your point earlier, I was thinking like this was just like low fence.

Speaker A: No, it's. It's like a palisade. Like like old west fire.

Speaker D: So just as a note, he would have dropped those oil entrance and then start torching all three bodies right out.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: So this very. Yes. You guys got out and you got out with about $64,000. That's about how much gold is in there. Your wanted level of like you're known now. This is for more than famous. I'm gonna say this is your first big heist. Because this has actually happened before. The train and the orange kid.

Speaker B: That could fly and run really fast.

Speaker A: I do.

Speaker B: Before we.

Speaker A: This. Before we hop off, I do need to ask a question. What are we having? Yes. So way back when you guys did dodge rock and blew the boat up. Get you guys over here. You guys got down to here, that rag bluff. You're running from the law at this point. Because you're definitely on the pill rider radar now. Like between that, what you guys just did, then the train robbery and then you blew up the boat and we.

Speaker B: Burned down a village.

Speaker A: I was gonna say it won't. You. It won't burn down, but. Because if nothing else with this line fire break, using a house or whatever. Where would you guys go from rag glove? You know, you're almost positive you're being pursued by spell writers.

Speaker B: Now we have the gold or did we stash it?

Speaker A: Yeah, that can be where. Because this is a couple months later. So that can be at some hideout or something or whatever.

Speaker B: That looks kind of gold to be here.

Speaker A: Yeah. You guys wouldn't. I don't if you would have fenced it at some point or just put it in like a bank somewhere, like one of the city banks or something, whatever. That you guys can like, figure that out offline or I guess out of session, if it matters. But yeah, you're. You're down here running from law. This is a front line war between six and I think fighting. These white lines are basically like shipping lines. Shipping routes or boat routes if you want to go there. But where would be your next stop?

Speaker C: Well, if it's shipping and we're running because the law is after us. Going one white line. So here or further south.

Speaker A: Yeah, I can move it.

Speaker C: So you are there.

Speaker B: Yeah, we probably went down here off anywhere near where we were.

Speaker A: Okay, I'll put a mark then. Yeah. So that's into. I don't know what territory that is actually.

Speaker B: Let's use this better client in plain sight.

Speaker A: Something easier. Yeah, this would be much easier. Yeah. So you guys went down here. Where would you go from here? We'll do maybe two more ops.

Speaker D: This. This is with or without the gold. Gold is stashed.

Speaker A: I say that's probably stashed. Or you.

Speaker D: I say we're moving without the gold at the Moment.

Speaker A: Yeah, I. You wouldn't. You guys. I. You would want to carry the coin.

Speaker C: We might carry the coin.

Speaker B: Just have some coin.

Speaker A: Yeah. You have bars? Gold bars. Yeah. That's why I say you guys can. I'll say the gold bars are dealt with. Either you've turned them into coin or you've sold them or they're stashed. But you guys can make that official during this. During this next week.

Speaker C: We probably. I mean, besides laying low, once again, we're listening for rumors of where the next spot is. Like, if we're hearing, you know what, there's a lot of pedal rider action over here, it would probably go the other way. Or the next big score is rumored to be.

Speaker B: Yeah, we probably definitely be listening to the next big score.

Speaker D: How famous would rockvet be in this case, him not being part of the others?

Speaker A: I was gonna say, like, since these are, like, out of order. Like, these. These missions you actually just did is actually in the past from current events. So we'll say, like, you're. You've been. You've been part of. You were part of Coyote gang. So the gang itself is wanted, and some of the members may be more known than others.

Speaker D: Okay. It's enough, though. So I was thinking if I could scout, then I would scout, but I don't think that that's going to be the case.

Speaker A: Then.

Speaker D: Okay.

Speaker A: I need to. I'll look up relations, but I don't know if 8 is very friendly to the church. So that may be enough distance.

Speaker D: And we'd want to be someplace fairly rural.

Speaker B: Probably after that on the boat.

Speaker A: Go.

Speaker B: Go be farm.

Speaker D: Farmhand somewhere.

Speaker B: Yeah, temporarily same.

Speaker C: I would go be a sheriff in one of the towns.

Speaker B: Yeah. Thunderhead couldn't too, since he wasn't happy.

Speaker C: In fact, we might run the town and we'll just have a gang on the side.

Speaker D: Once he comes down from his potion, he's just like, oh, my gosh.

Speaker B: Yeah, he would be.

Speaker A: What?

Speaker B: He was not in favor of just killing innocent people.

Speaker C: He was all religious, too.

Speaker B: He was.

Speaker D: Although if he started panicking like that, Rock gut would be right there behind you. Like most people deserve. You like the guy always coming to him. Yeah.

Speaker B: And then that fire would help. He'd be like, really?

Speaker D: Like, sometimes. Sometimes it's a give, sometimes it's a take, man. There's gonna be us or them. It's like you had to do what you had to do, and I respect you for it. I think rock is totally telling them how it is.

Speaker B: Oh, yeah.

Speaker D: You just got to put that stuff aside and follow it up and then what I do is I do those. When I have to do those things. I just put it into this fire in my mind and I just burn it up and never think about it again.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: That sounds like your previous character.

Speaker D: Less. A little less crazy and more psychopath.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: Then can I reckon and probably try and do that but we'll see how it goes for him.

Speaker D: First thing about that goes on a 10 minute description of a nasty murder he did and how he let it go. Yeah. There's this one time this woman made me angry and she just kept talking. She wouldn't shut it down. If he just goes off and describes this whole scene I'm like can we.

Speaker C: Look at you Say how are you not in prison?

Speaker D: He's just like holding his hands out to everyone. What are you talking about?

Speaker A: Yeah. Territory eight is hostile towards the church.

Speaker B: That's where we'd hide out.

Speaker A: So you want to stay there at the coast or you go deeper?

Speaker B: We go deeper.

Speaker A: Like to like this place. Yeah.

Speaker B: Or I want to be on a port more. More rural. Yep.

Speaker A: Okay. So let's say here.

Speaker B: Yep. Possibly port would be too. I could come check out ports easier.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: If we needed to make a break we could. I was like Scotland working a little bit.

Speaker C: I got a ticket to ride.

Speaker B: That's right.

Speaker D: Gotta stay next to the Tams here.

Speaker A: I say next week. Unless you guys don't want to do it. I was thinking of you guys will. Will play everyone and I'll make you guys pellwriter characters. Oh and you'll actually be hunting coyote games.

Speaker D: We're playing the.

Speaker A: And we'll see how that goes.

Speaker B: Earn some special mutations from drinking all.

Speaker D: Yeah. What's the withdrawal effects?

Speaker A: I. Yeah I was may thinking about that too because if we play more of this and part of my thinking for going to everyone is that want to play that system and haven't been getting to play it too much. But also telling story from another perspective. But if that sounds fun for you guys we'll do that. Otherwise we'll stick some more coyote game.

Speaker B: Try it out, see how it goes.

Speaker A: And if you don't want to chase coyote game we can go do. I can go do something. We can do something else as pell writers too.

Speaker C: So you'll come up with the. The pale rider characters or do we need to roll up pale rider characters?

Speaker A: I'll do that. Unless you want. Unless you want to. If you want to make one then go.

Speaker C: No, you can do it. That's just. I'M good either way.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah. So I'll make three or four.

Speaker C: You just graduated from pale rider class.

Speaker A: Actually, first mission is I'll make four of them and then I'll post a little info about your guys's posse. If that works.

Speaker C: I'm gonna go into enemy territory.

Speaker B: Yep. Try and find these dudes that are tearing up pals.

Speaker A: Yo, the. The port. Blowing up the port boat was like. All right.

Speaker B: That was cinder.

Speaker A: Yeah, it was cinder. I see it.

Speaker B: He didn't make it all the way.

Speaker C: You got it going. You're just taking the item off the boat. Just had to take the boat with us till we could get the item on.

Speaker A: And. And then not next week but the following week when Wes is back and we're back to main camp. Mainline on Planning on pizza if that works for the 7th. June 7th. Yeah, that's what I was. Yeah. So I guess June 7th plan will be pizza.

Speaker D: Tomorrow it's going to be lower 50 high a 30 degree swing. I was just looking at the dink.
