====== Session 26.2025.06.14 ====== {{ :savacola:campaign_one:session.26.2025.06.14.mp3 | Recording}} ===== AI Transcribed Audio ===== Speaker A: That was the plan. More stuff showed up. We're just gonna hold back. Speaker B: But we definitely made a sign. Speaker A: I have to use my wind powers for once. Speaker B: If it. Yeah, if it come any further. Speaker A: That was the plan. Here's Jock's plan. He survived that actually you guys teleport out. Speaker B: He would have just without you. Speaker A: No, he would have stayed and fight and maybe showed up a couple weeks later going through the portal. Speaker C: Be amazing. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: All right, let's see. I guess. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: So yes, review. Speaker D: I mentioned this to everyone else last week, Steve, but just I guess right. Speaker C: Now the plan is to take care. Speaker D: Of your guys's like story arc spaces. Like Audrey with Obelisk would resolve that line and then Cash and Jack the Elderite line. And then last week the table basically decided they needed to go destroy abandoned. Speaker C: Gate which is the portal. Speaker D: It's the portal they took to get to Shadowlands. So I think that will probably be like the culmination for mislaid art. And then we'll decide what we want to do table wise. More sabicola or something else. Speaker C: This should. Speaker D: This probably take several more. Quite a few more sessions to go. Speaker E: Depending on how the roles go. Speaker C: But I won't split up. Speaker E: Anyway, back in the library we need a different door. Speaker A: So. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: Yeah, so yeah, that's it for review. So last time guys traveled up the river with two talons pushing the boat, got spotted and attacked by a wing of fire bats. Shot down three of them. Speaker C: The fourth runs away. Speaker D: Jack and Cash got hit by fire cash and the boat caught on fire. Doc puts the fires out. You guys arrived at the bandit gate, got questioned by the dockmaster's cover story with slave buyers for labor entered through the chain gate. Speaker C: None leave without the butcher's be. You don't think there was a butcher? Speaker B: No, we left without a leave. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker C: Magic, everything's possible. Speaker D: Let's see. Then you made your way to the. Speaker C: Main street towards the portal and slave. Speaker D: Pens casually follow a group through a. Speaker C: Blood portal to the Shadowland Thrive in. Speaker D: The Shadowlands city of Sakich. Speaker C: Sakish. Speaker A: I don't remember exactly. Speaker D: I like, you know, I like picking weird names that I can't pronounce. Speaker A: That's the GM's job. Speaker E: Makes it all exotic. Speaker D: Then you guys admit. Speaker C: Zox took you. Speaker D: To the visitors and you got your rooms. Speaker C: And he met the Zelb Duck request to see a lot of 50 females. Speaker D: Hoping the sister will be in it. Speaker C: Bernie has spent the rest of the time waiting time scouting the city. Speaker D: Next day which you discovered the city had like no walls and pretty much only like the main highways out of the place for guarded. There was patrols around the city, but nothing. Nothing, I guess too serious. Let's see next day inspect a lot. Speaker C: Doc, sister's not there. Party sneaks out of the city. Rise for the raucous slave camp. 14 branches. Yeah, camp 14 through the cluster ranges. Speaker D: Took a day. Speaker B: Although it is Foley now. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker B: Hey, I did that on drugs. Speaker C: Let's go. That's pretty good. Speaker D: It took a half day and a half to get there. Speaker C: Doc spotted his sister. Speaker B: I missed a chance. Speaker D: Party went with the shock and awe strategy. Using the the shelter as their expo point. Ollie shrouded the party. Jack exploded the breeder's head that full gallops. Speaker B: So he used, he used the buffalo gun. Yeah, that we got. First shot put the oil that I made on it and then rolled. You were like super high y. He did like 17 damage to this thing's head. So the first shot was very successful. Speaker A: Very effective. Speaker B: A great first shot for a weapon exposing damage. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: Then it was. It's a scale two weapon and they got an oil bump to scale three and the. And the creature didn't have any skill, protection or lifeblood. So it was like, I think did you hit 3d6 or was it like 2d6 PI or something? 2d6 PI? Speaker A: I think so I had to roll like four dice. Speaker D: That was like crazy. Speaker C: Wow. Speaker E: So how does it feel to carry. Speaker C: A howitzer on the horse now, Tank? See, I have to pull it out of the ring. Cast blow blew a hole in the wall. Speaker D: Doc shoots down several guards. Doc rushes into the shelter, finds his. Speaker C: Sister and 10 others. Begins channeling the hearthstone. Ollie blocks the door. Speaker D: And at this point she's in her full like glowing like green like misting skeleton body with a duster and cowboy hat. Speaker B: So the prisoners in the room went nowhere. Speaker D: She just stood in the doorway. Speaker E: The wall is good. The wall is good. Speaker D: Pretty much. And then Cash plants dynamite at the pen gate. Speaker B: How many sticks did you play? Like 10. Speaker C: Yeah. Damn. Wanted to make sure. Speaker D: Oh, and then Jack stands at at the gate yelling, here, piggy piggies. Oh, a squad comes up which was like 20 guys. Yeah, I think like 20 dudes plus their two lieutenants. Jock shot down eight of them. And then Cash detonates the dynamite, killing the rest of them. Speaker E: So if they're all in a straight line, how many were you taking out with a single shot? Speaker D: Yeah, you're dual wielding. Speaker A: I was just abusing the rabble slayer. Speaker D: Rolling damage of blocks and wow. Speaker B: It's the buffalo gun. You have to spend a turn to reload it. Speaker D: Yeah, yeah. Speaker B: We're not sure where the howitzer is, but that's what we call it. Speaker C: Feels right. Let's see. Speaker D: Yeah. And then nothing. The rest of the channeling time went by with no more interference. Speaker B: The delay in head sticks of dynamite causing a distraction. Speaker D: Yeah. Because also these guys didn't probably had no experience with guns or that level. Speaker C: Of explosives. Speaker B: Cash and drops a shock and awe campaign. Speaker D: And then as Jock is running for the door shelter to get in, he sees the Sakari priestess which is like a humanoid female, 7ft tall and slender like. Like the human face. And they had all. All her spider eyes were open and he could see like fangs in her mouth as she was like raging. And then they have like six or eight like spider legs that like sprout out the back. So they're like four there is. There's the fourth there. So they have like four three meter, three meter long like blade like spider legs. And she was actually up like running up those tarzas and conjuring some blood red licking orb in her hand. Speaker C: As Jock turned the corner and party was gone. Speaker E: But they heard you scream all the way back to the poor Nevaeh. Speaker A: Decent damage too. Speaker D: Oh that's right. Yeah. And you let off two rounds and one deflected off her car. Pissed body. Speaker A: Quite a bit of damage. That's where we needed the elephant. Buffalo. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker B: Yeah. Dynamite. Speaker C: Yep. Speaker D: So you guys are in the library or not? The. Speaker C: Yeah, the. Speaker D: Well, the Mithras library in Anton at the top of the tower in his office with all of you guys. All four. Speaker A: Even more. Speaker D: But I guess before we get to there. Audrey. Speaker C: Audrey not. No, we still got our guns out. Speaker D: Say Audrey, you find yourself in a warmly lit room. Speaker C: Smells of home. Under some nice blankets. Speaker E: Any other way to sit? Speaker C: To sleep? Ma, you make cookies. My home. Speaker E: Come on, just let me sleep another few minutes. Speaker C: Wait a minute. This isn't home. Speaker E: It smells right, but it looks wrong. Speaker C: Yep. Speaker D: When you look around you just see like a simple chair and chest with a single yellowish crystal up in the corner lighting the room. Speaker C: And then a simple wooden door. Speaker E: Then be curiosity. So you got Audrey. He hasn't even looked for his clothes yet. He's checking out that yellow crystal at the top corner. I'm guessing it's cool to the touch. Speaker C: Yep. It doesn't produce any heat or anything. It's just. Speaker D: Embedded in that older. Speaker C: I guess. Speaker E: Well, it's not the library. Time begin to look around. Finally Open the chest. Speaker C: Find all your belongings. Speaker E: Isn't I start getting dressed. As I'm doing that, I'm looking at that bed. That bed is like Colin. It's like the best sleep he's had in a long time. Speaker B: Goes back to sleep for this whole session. Speaker D: You want my fantasy is a good night's sleep. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker E: He'd be seriously tempted, but he'd get dressed and kind of check the door. Speaker C: Yep. It still smells like home. Speaker D: I need to see two statues of Carousel sitting on his ornate chair flanked by burning braziers that give off like. Speaker C: A faint cedar smell and a nice warm glow. Speaker D: And then on the far like side, I guess flanking that stuff for two. Speaker C: Well trimmed green trees. They're about 10ft tall. Speaker D: And then I guess in between, all that's in between the statues is two very large metal and wood doors. Speaker C: Like double doors. Speaker E: Probably keep looking around. It's like where does that smell coming from? I'm smelling cookies. There should be cookies around here, but not that. Be drawn to the statues next. There's something familiar. You can't quite place it. Speaker C: It's. Speaker E: Trees. Finally, the only way to get answers is to go through the doors. Speaker C: So did move on. Yep. Speaker D: You push open the metal doors. They like glide open effortlessly. You get to see the two braziers on the sides are bigger, stronger. Smell of cedar kind of like splitting the the room as a river brook flow. Like a four foot wide brook flowing through it. On the far side you see Carousel. Speaker C: Sitting up there on his throne. Speaker D: He's like 50ft tall, 40ft tall. Speaker C: Corners. Speaker D: Are 50 foot tall like fruit trees. And you can see that they have fruit that looks very similar to what Cash brought back or I guess didn't bring back had. And then a little beehive by the throne and a little like wig golem dressed up like a butler. Speaker C: And you see fireflies and beats floating around. Speaker E: It would be a while before Audrey noticed the 50 foot tall being at the end of the room in a chair. Because he's coming in, he's like looking at the trees and the fruits. Speaker C: Okay. Speaker E: And then the bees and the fireflies. So he probably just about fall into the stream. Speaker D: Actually he might, I don't know, say as you're distraction. They say as you're approaching the stream, Carousel's face which takes like, it's probably like 10ft across as he like moves up like and basically just like leans in the room, does some weird thing. Speaker C: And he just goes, oh, both of you are awake. I would not step in that if. Speaker E: I Were you with that face coming at him, he would probably fall back on his. On his rear end. Probably a good 5, 10, 15. Speaker C: Okay. Speaker E: Telling slowly gets his wits back together. But yeah, now carousel would have his entire attention. The trees have all disappeared. There's no fireflies or no bees. Just this cat guy in a chair. Speaker D: He likes chuckles at you as you like fall over and then he goes. And then he just continues. Speaker C: Unless you wish to see possible futures then maybe you wish to look into the river. But you will have three tests to pass. If you fail them all, goodbye is. Speaker E: That I will never see you again. Speaker C: You will have never been. Speaker E: Thinking about that. But he's got that innate curiosity to be like what sort of tests? Speaker C: With your mind, body and soul. What it's your favorite color. Speaker E: You don't know the flight speed of a coconut laden swallow. But the curiosity finally overwhel. Like I'll accept the trials. Do you not look like one that would toss me in the river. Speaker B: Well, no one can be mad at you if you fail. Speaker E: No, I can roll a new character pack like shock. Speaker C: Very well. You were the first. Speaker D: But then he like thinks that I might think is. I don't think. I don't think any other characters have. Speaker C: Been here actually caged in any coma. Yeah. Eating the food. Speaker E: Play with the bees. That was in the leave. Speaker C: So he goes well your tests, your choice how you wish to proceed through these tests. All zero can do is look into the river and we will see is. Speaker E: The river safe to drink. Speaker C: He just. Speaker D: He chuckles and goes his water safe to drink. Speaker E: Then I'm prepared for a start because he is getting thirsty from all this craziness to take his hands down and cup the water into the stream and and lift it up so he's only looking at a part of the water as he's getting food to drink it. Speaker D: I was going to say you have. Speaker C: Us the best water you've ever tasted and you can only strength. Speaker E: 2D6 or. Speaker C: D22D6 plus your strength level 6. Speaker E: That would be 13. Speaker C: Awesome. Well, it's a crit success too so. Excellent. And this carousel goes strong body. Speaker B: It's all downhill from here. Speaker E: Yeah, it could be. I'll be a blithering idiot when I come back but I'll have my. Speaker C: That's all he says. Speaker D: He just kind of like stares at you expectantly. Speaker E: So the second test is once again something that I choose. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker E: Or is it just now looking in. Speaker D: The water, Is it kind of like. Yeah, it's kind of just like a test Of Yeah just looking at it. Speaker C: Or adjusting it just triggers. Speaker D: The stuff like the. To see if your body withstands it basically if you're I guess more like. Speaker C: Your beam with things. Speaker D: So yeah you. So yeah you have mind and then. Speaker C: And then soul probably just be a flat wall. Feels like a soul stat. Speaker E: Charisma. How much do I like you step maybe the 13. So how far is the. The distance from one side to the other? Speaker D: The brooks like it's only like 4ft wide. Like this brooks line through here. Speaker E: But how deep does it look as. Speaker D: You like look into. Almost like it almost you start like feeling yourself like drowning like even physically but like also like mentally as you. Speaker C: Like are getting sucked into infinity is. Speaker D: What it feels like. Speaker B: The real infinity pool. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker E: You know, if I'm suddenly feeling that pull, I'm looking for anything that. That's coming back anything to almost embracing it rather than fighting. So I guess that'd be Min. 10. Speaker D: Yeah. So you're like you're kind of like. Speaker C: Picking out stuff that. Speaker D: Possibilities that will. Speaker C: Happen in the next one is your. Your kind. You're kind of grasp like you're grasping little pieces here and there. Speaker D: But yeah. So the. The final one, the final test of your being is just flat roll. Speaker C: Hero point. Speaker E: It is because that's a three. My soul was destroyed but the knowledge was good. Speaker D: No, I'm going to say you. You would. Speaker C: You'd be fine. Speaker D: Like there's. You don't get destroyed or anything. Like. Speaker C: Oh okay. Speaker D: No it's. Speaker E: Well it'd be. I'm curious to see just what I get even. Yeah, I like that one better. That's a pair of fives. So they get me 12. Just leave that one in the cup. Speaker C: There you go. Speaker E: So 10 would be the flat solo. Speaker C: I think you would have five. Yeah. Speaker E: No, I've got three right now. Speaker B: You should have 1.6 because I think they want five. Speaker D: Yeah, they all reset so I guess they haven't reset yet. Speaker E: Oh that's right. Speaker B: Get it. Put it on top of your coins. Speaker E: It's just worth six. Speaker B: It's a six. Speaker C: Cool. Speaker E: Yeah. As I'm falling deeper and deeper into the patterns, I'm looking for greater knowledge on. Speaker C: On the. Speaker E: And if I can place where I've seen Carousel before. So I think the two might be. If you want you can throw it into my subconscious and it'll just shock me later. Speaker D: Now I say as you take in all of this, all of a sudden you like like I guess someone as you like just like gasp for air all Of a sudden in your back, like you're in. Back inside yourself. So, and this is homework for you, you have several. Speaker C: Write several events that could happen in the next year to your character. Speaker D: And you are also a year older. Speaker E: Just possibilities, not actual. Speaker C: Yep. Yeah. Speaker D: So I guess three. Speaker C: We'll just put that three events. Speaker E: So three events or 365 possible events. Speaker D: Yeah, we'll go with three, since that's generally what several means. Definitely. Carousel. Speaker C: This goes. Well done. I hope you put this wisdom to use. Possibilities are exciting. They are. Speaker E: I can see how you know so much. Must truly be wise to sort out what is and what show be. Speaker C: Especially. Speaker E: From all the shadows that are clawing around them. Speaker D: He smiles. He just smiles. Speaker C: Oh, funny. And he goes, there is no. There is no shadow. Speaker E: All things seen will happen. Speaker C: All possibilities. Possibility, excitement. Speaker E: Audrey's, like, blown away with this idea. He sits down again on the grass and thinks. And I was like, almost a Bill. Speaker C: And Ted. Speaker E: As deep. Speaker D: He just goes, I. I know all. Speaker C: Possibilities of the next moment for you and what the YouTube will be saying. Always see what becomes what moves at. Speaker E: This point, Audrey, look at him as he's now recognized that Carousel is pretty much omniscient, omnipotent, and says. Speaker C: What is. Speaker E: The best way forward to. To achieve the goals before me? Speaker C: He goes, which goal would that be? Speaker E: And then he. He'd tell him about the various events. He realizes Carousel already knows his. But, like, is it best to release or zine? Is that the best route that he's headed down? But Ann, when and learning more, is the library actually the best way to go or just all these different things through his future? And it's like. And then all of a sudden, he stops, says, am I ever going to see my family again? And it starts kind of turning in as he realizes everything that's happened in the past year and how far away from everything he's moved and this fork in the road where he got the coin. Speaker C: He. Speaker D: Carousel, smiles and he kind of like, whistles a short little, like, tune that's. Speaker C: Like, haunting and beautiful at the same time. And he just goes, that's for you. Find out. Speaker A: I. Speaker C: But watch and enjoy. You are destined for greatness if you pursue or there will be lectures for you if you walk the path of shadow. But it is all entertainment for me. Speaker E: Kind of like when you go to. Speaker C: A. Speaker E: Gypsy or fortune teller. It's like you ask questions. It's like, well, that's nice and mega gentle. Speaker C: Yeah, I didn't do what I want myself to do with that he goes. Speaker E: Lot of pondering to do on that one. Speaker D: He does go, well, if you have. Speaker C: A question of a past, that can be said, his past. Speaker E: All right, I don't know why you look so familiar to me. Where do I know you from? Speaker C: So he waits, and then he. And he goes, that's because the being that created you has met me before as well. Another guideline. And in another verse, another place, the beings that created your companions are the same. They just don't know each other. Speaker E: Well, that sort of answers that question. Once again, you've given me much to think about. Speaker C: Well, as you have no other questions of past. Speaker E: I have many questions, both past and present. But your time must be very valuable. Speaker D: HE LAUGHS like a belly laugh. Speaker C: And this goes, what is that marked passage? Speaker E: Is there a way to step out of the stream of time to view it from the outside as you have safely. Speaker D: He, like, looks at you and then kind of gives you, like, a cocked eyebrow. Speaker C: And then he looks at the brook. Speaker E: Under the back of the brick. I see. But sadly, I cannot take the brook with me. Speaker D: It's like. Speaker C: Yep. Speaker E: So until we meet again. Speaker C: He goes, oh, but you must pay me if you wish to leave. Speaker E: And what currency does one who has escaped the bounds of time? I am just a mere mortal stuck in a stream. I cannot entertain if I am here. Unless you would like to have conversations. I'm sure I could learn much from you. Speaker C: I guess in reply to your mention of him escaping time. Speaker B: He. Speaker D: He kind of in like a little. Speaker C: Sing song, he goes, I have not. I have always been, always would. I am 2 of 3. And then he goes, audrey would make. Speaker E: A mental note of that. Speaker C: Who. Speaker E: Who are the others? If you are two of three, who is one in three? Speaker C: The beginning and the end. Speaker E: So is the mover the end? And Audrey's stretching is like, death. Speaker A: Would. Speaker E: Be the end, or is death to begin? Speaker C: Death is usually the end of your organic matter. But who you are may survive that or may not. Just recycled. Speaker E: So who is the beginning? Speaker C: As you wish, an ape? Or do you just wish to know the beginning? Because it is just a beginning? Speaker E: The name would be nice, that if I bump into the beginning or the end, I may give them greetings. Speaker C: HE CHUCKLES and. And I just goes, you alone never meet them in any way. You will understand because you have already been through them. Speaker E: Once again, Audrey's just left in deep, pondering. Speaker C: I've already been there. Speaker E: Glad I met you in the middle. May be a long time before I meet the name. Speaker C: If your choices are Wise, Yes. If not, well, I'll see you again at some point. Speaker E: So what currency do you. Do you wish? As you can tell, I'm only in middle end in my conversational aspects and there would be much to learn before I could actually provide true conversation. Speaker D: He goes, any of your. Speaker C: Any of these beings. Conversation is usually entertaining, but a book. Speaker D: Just fell on your head. Speaker C: Who do you blame? Speaker E: The book just fell on my head. Where did the book come from? Speaker C: Irrelevant. That fell on your head. What do you like? Who do you like? Speaker E: Blame myself for not getting out of the way. Speaker C: He. He chuckles and he's like so close. It was my shelf to blame. And then he Chuck. Speaker D: He like chuckles and slaps his knee. Speaker E: Audrey kind of gets the gist of that really quickly. And he says, how do you unlock a banana? Speaker C: Help me with a monkey. Oh, goodbye. Speaker B: Satisfied? Speaker D: I guess he would laugh and then like clap one of one of his pairs of arms. Speaker C: He has four. Speaker D: And then. Speaker C: He goes, I have three more. If you wish to ask questions, I will answer questions. If you answer these three, one per one. Sounds fair. What do you call a fish with no eyes? Speaker E: Fish with no eyes. The quick knee jerk reaction. Be wanting. But you know that's not it. Speaker D: And if you want, I mean, you can use your character's mind or like appeal ability to roll and see if you get the right answer. I'm not a like, that's why you have characters. That's why you have character sheets. This isn't just on you, the player. Speaker E: We'll go for a line 10. Speaker D: So it pops over the. With no eyes. You would reply, fsh. Speaker C: Compares of flats. Speaker D: And the other pair of arms. And he kind of like puts a serious face on. But it has like this giant porcelain mass that you kind of like recognize all like. It's just there all of a sudden that you guys found in the library. That's just there now. Speaker C: All right, what is your question? What is the greatest threat we face? Speaker D: He goes. Speaker E: That'S one of those things of. Audrey shakes his head. It's like, that's what I was afraid of. Any decision is a good decision as long as the decision is made. Speaker C: Yes. Must keep the branches branching. Speaker E: Sometimes the best decision is no decision at all. Speaker C: Decision is always made for you. Then this is true. But yes, it is sometimes wise to wait and see where the other paths cars. But in that sense, did you not make a decision? And then he goes, what or why should you never trust a train? Speaker E: This not functioning on this level right now. Speaker C: I could do it. Speaker D: These are they're so like stupid that like you have to. You have to be them. I wouldn't. I there. I wouldn't get these either. Audrey goes, oh, they have locomotives. Speaker E: I figured we'd just get railroaded on. Speaker C: The fish with no eyes. Speaker B: I was thinking founder. Speaker E: I thought walleye. Speaker B: There you go. Speaker C: Good answer. What is your next question? Speaker E: What is the best way to master Anu? Speaker C: He goes, good question. Finding teachers or become in one and have all the time in my own place. That's all. Speaker E: How do I do either of those? The right teacher can make all the difference. Is there a. Oh, but you must. Speaker C: Answer my question first. It's a good try. Speaker E: That was a follow up question, but I understand. Speaker C: He chuckles. Speaker B: Then he. Speaker D: Then he. The mask is gone now. And then he's just like. He leans in like really close and serious expression and he kind of whispers. Speaker C: What'S the difference between a horse and the weather? Speaker D: And he like turns his. Like turns his head and is like looking at you with his like side eye. So he does like super like double like side eye is like looking at. Speaker C: You with south polar. Speaker E: I would imagine they have horse flies sometime. Horse can fly. Speaker B: The weather. Speaker C: So close. But one is rained up and the other rains down. Speaker E: Only when gravity is consistent. I don't know without her even know what gravity is. Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. Speaker D: I mean you would have like an like. It would just be like something that's just is. Speaker E: Yeah. But actually the word gravity. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: And yeah. Speaker E: I mean aspect would be there. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: I think gravity should have exist. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker D: It would have existed in that time because that's. It would be fairly old math. So whether you would have been educated in that I guess would be something different. Speaker C: So. Speaker D: Yeah. Humane. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker E: Just like all the trials to get to Orzine and the different weird places that he's been. Speaker C: It's like. Speaker E: When it really becomes this 10 anymore, he's beginning to doubt some of the realities. Speaker C: All right, your last chance. Why do we say break a leg to actors? Speaker E: You want the worst possible thing for your good luck. Speaker C: Nine. Just enough. Speaker D: So yeah, you would reply because every. Speaker C: Play needs a cast. Speaker E: Those are just supporting actors. Speaker C: All right, one more question. Speaker E: And it would be a combination of. Before you said the best way to learn anyone is to become immortal and find good teachers. How do I do that? And then it can be tossed up. However answered is how to become immortal. Hey, I can't really snub that. Or how to find the teachers that I need. Speaker D: So I guess. I guess he'll. Speaker E: So however he. Speaker D: He would. He would he would just go, yeah. Speaker C: He would just be like, which do you wish to know? Must dec him which. I have to become immortal on how to find teachers. Speaker E: I have better options of finding teachers than becoming immortal at this time. And if I find the right teachers, then I'll learn how to become. So how do I find the correct teachers that won't. He's looking for the word because he doesn't want to say bad teachers are going to screw me over and take me to the dark side. Speaker C: With what. Speaker E: You can see from shadow. It says, how do I find the. The best teachers that will help me progress. Speaker C: Here? Speaker E: That's a start that. That gives. Speaker C: After. Speaker E: He just kind of accepts. It's like that's it. Because that qualifies both Ollie and. Or Zine and possibly Ramsay. But he's not quite sure how. Speaker A: See Rams again. Speaker E: You gotta go back to John's. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: And then. Speaker D: Yeah. And so yeah, he answers the question and next thing you. You find yourself with the party like still in like battle mode and just appearing in Anton's office, top of the. Speaker C: Library. Speaker D: With 11 strangers. Speaker E: Just looking around. Speaker D: All in like a tight 10. Like 10 by 10 square. Speaker C: See cash put out the wick on a time. Speaker B: Yes, I hear that. Like thanks. Gosh. Slight eyebrow raised. That could have been bad. You're outside this. See the tower all of a sudden at the top of the library. Like the dozen stick still on. Yeah, exactly. Speaker E: And ar just looks like. What the hell? Speaker C: What was that spider thing? I don't know. Like that. Speaker B: I don't think anybody told us about that, did they? Speaker C: No. Speaker A: They didn't tell us about the orcs. Speaker B: Didn't somebody tell us Priestess. Speaker E: Yeah. Speaker D: Ollie would. I think you would have heard. Ollie was cussing up as like. And they weren't. They weren't Savicola cuss words, but they were. You could tell that she was like, there's no education. Speaker B: She just called it a priestess. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker A: New ones for Jock Miller. Yeah. Speaker D: So she was. She's still probably pretty lit up and agitated. Speaker B: Knowing that I was channeling. I heard Jacques shooting. I'm like, did you kill it, Jack? Speaker A: One of them I hit and the other one bounced off. Speaker C: I wouldn't have seen it. Speaker D: You would not seen it. Speaker A: You might have seen it through the hole. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker A: Cash. Speaker D: No, Doc would have been. Yeah. Trying to keep everybody home. Speaker B: You guys were looking at holes in the back. Speaker C: Yeah, me nuts. Speaker B: Well, I'm glad that she didn't make it to us. Speaker A: That armor zone. Speaker C: Did we get everybody? Is everybody here? Speaker E: Who are y' all. Speaker A: Don't you remember? May explosive rattle his brain a little bit. Speaker B: Doc walk over to his sister and just like pull her up and just hug her. Just quiet for a few. It's me. Speaker C: I'm a little older. Speaker B: She squeezes them, but they're quiet for a few. Speaker C: Yep. She. Speaker D: She be hugging you back. I said one thing you would notice that some different about her. Her eyes are black. Speaker B: Like completely black. Speaker C: Yeah. Yep. Speaker B: They always been that way. Speaker D: But otherwise she looks ragged. I guess. Speaker C: Actually arguing kind of covered. Speaker B: By the shoulders and kind of step back and be like, are you okay? What's happened to me? Do you need medical attention? I've learned some things from our old doctor friend. Speaker D: I'd say in your head she like stares like directly into your eyes. And then in your head and like your mind's eye. You get like a rush of memories. But you also feel like you're going. Speaker C: The other direction too. Speaker D: But I guess the quick version, she was still in Fairhaven. Speaker C: Helping fight the monsters. Speaker D: And then her like group was captured. And then she'd been in the slave camp area for like three years. Best guesstimate you get is like around three months. Speaker B: Does she explain her? Speaker D: Yeah, it'd be just like the effects. Speaker C: Of her power or something weird. Speaker D: Basically. Speaker C: What. Speaker B: You'Re back with her. Some visions of my past. Weird. So she kind of gets an idea. I mean, she would know some of it when I was younger. But more specifically how it's turned out. I know what it does. Let me time to talk. I'm gonna attend to your friends. Does she appear to be like injured at all? Speaker D: No, no. No one here actually looks injured. There's eight other females and then two other guys. Speaker C: And you know, they all happen to begin with. Same shelter, sleeping quarters with. And they may not all be from Santa Cola. Yeah, we forgot our dwarves. I still want some more. That's. Speaker D: Yeah, they. Speaker C: They. Speaker D: The party. They did see like dwarves and some. Speaker C: Elves to get like 50 of them. Speaker B: Yeah. But we ended up making an alternate plan to be able to camp instead of wait. Otherwise we might have had a whole dwarves. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker E: I hope I smell Zelda Rye. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker B: We may go back and get them the hard way. Speaker E: I have a feeling that portal's gonna be under heavy guard. Speaker B: Probably have a nice wine. Speaker E: Visitors from the other side. Speaker C: That's true. Yeah. Speaker B: We'd have a way of summoning Anton. Speaker C: He's not nerd. No, he's here. Oh, he is here. Speaker E: What's the look on his face from all of a sudden 15 people like. Speaker B: Well he would have he would have seen the the little pyramid start to light up and like the field on the other side would start to go. Speaker D: I say on the. I'd say on the I guess the receiving end like the the opaque cube. Speaker C: Just like appears like he did ask question too. Speaker B: Yeah oh yeah he knew it was I didn't like put it on his windowsill. Speaker D: I say yeah Anton happens yeah it happens to be that I'll also say the three of three of the three of the eight women are pregnant. Speaker C: But not your fault because I'm busy Oh. Speaker D: And you guys also know I guess you're taking everything in you also Audrey. It looks older. Speaker C: I don't know I'm telling you with. Speaker E: That but Audrey doesn't realize he looks older. Speaker A: Yeah Jack would have like flipped his hat it was probably covered in gore. Speaker D: From yeah that's yeah that's yeah if you were like out there and yeah there would have been like probably blood all over that's how the living up. Speaker B: Pregnant was just they were watching you guys out front. Yeah yeah eliminating opening up no just from watching. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker C: We returned yeah. Speaker A: Reload my gun. Just empty the shells on the ground. I didn't care. Speaker C: Well we've got a bunch of refugees. What do we do with them? Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker B: We'Ll need to get them at night. I'll tell you we didn't we planned on have this many come back with us but it was kind of needed at the time. I'm glad we were able to save more than just one of could leave but we'll need a place for him. Speaker C: To stir for a bit how do. Speaker E: You get him out of the mountain when you're this far in. Speaker D: He just. He replies with too loud of a voice because he's booming speech that's normal. Speaker A: For us after all this explosions. What yeah. Speaker D: You guys barely hear speak up. Speaker E: Speak up. Speaker B: That's right. Speaker E: You know he just got backed up against the wall. Speaker D: Oh someone's ringing in my he goes we can get them closed and then we can nobody will notice. Pay attention like no one will care. And you guys are just leave travel up leave out on a train. Speaker C: But yeah let's suggest heading to one of the small villages. It's you go take over a village. Speaker A: That's part of the plan. Speaker E: I'm just still trying to piece together what all happened kind of faded in. Speaker D: I I was going to say you like. Speaker A: He went from boat to here. Speaker D: Yeah that's true on the boat but as far as you guys are concerned he's always Been explosion must have been too much. Speaker A: It happens sometimes. Speaker E: Looked around like why are we back? Wait, you found yourself? Wait what? Speaker B: We might recognize that though and be like did you go see the crazy cabin? Speaker E: You saw a carousel? Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: Was he amazing? Speaker E: It was. And the water tasted. Never had better. Speaker B: Definitely know that you were older. Go ahead. Speaker C: I'm just disappointed I didn't try the water. Speaker E: That's only because Audrey now has a beard. Speaker B: Doc would definitely notice her older like. Speaker C: You okay? Speaker B: You look different. Speaker E: I think so. A lot of stuff to think up. Still piecing together the images in my head. Speaker C: It's. Speaker E: It's like so overwhelming. I'll tell you more when I got more to tell you. Speaker B: Okay. Speaker E: But yeah this is going to take some. Once again kind of falls in that building. It was deep man. It was really deep. Speaker B: I'm going turn to my sister Master. Do they have a way to track you the others? Speaker D: She just goes for ants to them especially to that. Then when she's says priestess she also spits on the ground and then like like smushes that spit into the. Into the dirt. Speaker B: I'm just telling you how you really. Speaker A: Bullet casings, all this guy's. Speaker E: All the other blood and gore. Speaker C: That kind of splatter. Speaker B: And she takes your gun and shoots the spit. Speaker C: It fills in the hole. Speaker D: But you like she. I guess you get this. I guess two from all from the mind meld essentially like she's more like like a warrior fighter. Get sense of like similar to like. Speaker C: Not just she seems to. Speaker D: She's pursued it. You saw some of her fighting ability through her. Speaker B: Yeah. If I saw that. You probably also tell her. It's like well you're kind of taking different paths. I patch up but you do. But he smiles like we'll have to figure out how to get you out of here first. I would tell Anton like I don't think the city will take Titan to her eyes. Speaker C: Well you look at him and he. Speaker D: Has characters charcoal eyes and you would have seen like different various colors. I would say that's people like it's. They know it's like a mark of the weird. Like if you have off like not like the brown blue like regular like. Speaker C: Basically standard human colored eyes. Speaker B: They're not just gonna stop you or anything. Speaker C: That's just a mark of the weird. Speaker D: Whether you actually have access to like anwin powers or anything that's another thing or a mutation. But that's not uncommon for people that have weird eyes. It's just a sign of the times. Speaker E: In the case of A witch hunt. Speaker C: Very bad. Speaker E: Luckily, we're not having one right now. Speaker C: No. Speaker D: Anton's like, we won't. Speaker C: There won't be an issue for you guys to. Nobody's looking for you, and they have no reason to look for you. Speaker B: Okay. Well, we have a place that we eventually plan to center out up. That's not ready yet. Speaker D: And besides, you have a hearthstone. Speaker C: One of you could just. Yeah. Speaker D: Take all your group wherever you need to go. Speaker B: And you go back in. Speaker C: Okay. The pyramid. Speaker B: Twist the top. Speaker D: And too. I like all. Or Audrey. As you're, like, looking around at people and stuff, you catch all these eyes, kind of like head nods. But then you see Carousel's face in front of you. Speaker C: And he goes. I don't know. Speaker E: Is there a sign of Carousel? Speaker D: Yeah, you would see it on Cash. I don't know if you have it outside, but he has a. He has a medallion. That's the sideways hourglass. Yeah. With sand coming out of the center. Speaker E: Is it like a hand symbol or a gesture? Speaker C: What's that? Speaker E: It's like a hand symbol or a gesture. You know how Catholics have the sign of the cross? Speaker C: Oh, yeah. Speaker E: Where they cross themselves. Different wardings, depending on how you're holding your hand or your fingers. Speaker C: I don't know. Speaker E: Pair of guns pointed at each other. Speaker D: No, you get like. I guess you're a little. Do it the other way. Like you would. You would. I'd say, like, maybe if you're, like, even thinking that you'd probably, like, like both of you. You'd probably just hear, like, some, like. Speaker C: Terrible, like, one sentence pun joke in your head. Speaker E: That's a Sonic hero. So it's just a way of saying thanks. That's confirmation for who I need as a teenager. Speaker C: He watches us. I hope he's entertained. Speaker B: I would talk to the others. Do they all speak? Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: I say as he, like, as you guys are talking, like. Speaker B: Because Doc could still be checking them over. Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker C: They're. They're actually all from Sabicola. Both of them, I guess, would probably. Speaker D: I'd say a portion of them would be from Fairhaven, and then the rest. Speaker C: Are kind of just collected. Speaker B: I would tell them we'll get them out and they're welcome to come with us. But if they wanted to go find their home too, we'll be able to give them, like, a little bit of, you know, something to get them to where they're going. Spending cash. Speaker C: Yeah. You are free to go, but you may also stick with us if you choose. Speaker B: Some of them may not have been. Speaker C: Right how long they were gone. Yeah. Speaker E: Let me crack that mind sooner rather than later. Speaker A: They have to mine and take Brave's landing. Speaker C: It's the plane. Speaker A: It's Jock's plan. Speaker C: Let's do it. Speaker B: You won't say that out loud. Speaker E: No, but I'm just looking at these people and where they're going to go. We might have to take the cave sooner rather than later. Speaker B: Well, he said out loud. He says that then doc would say, well I told you and whatever you. Speaker C: Need you guys more than I got. Speaker E: Then as the conversations are going on and everybody's me and whatnot with Ollie. I don't know what. Yeah but at some point you catch. Speaker C: Up and. Speaker E: Talk as far as how best to further all these training. Speaker D: Yeah, I was gonna say at this point, I mean as a side it's. Speaker E: Like we're focused on these people but. Speaker D: Well, you know, I was gonna say we can do whatever like any. Speaker C: All the RP stuff you want to. Speaker D: Do in here while all this stuff gets sorted out. So yeah, if you want to talk to Ollie, you. Speaker B: You know, if you're working with Anton, like they close whatever. Speaker C: Yeah, you totally probably refill that dime. Yeah, yeah. Speaker D: And. And yeah, if there's stuff like that you guys want to do, you figure. Speaker A: Out where we're going. Speaker C: I got a time I destroy it right here. Speaker E: Keep it right next to the moonshine. Speaker B: Yelling. Speaker E: Ones for drinking. Speaker B: Both highly volatile. Speaker D: But now I'd say probably as far as the people as you guys talk to them and find out like most of them either have lost family or loved ones to monster attacks or they've. Speaker C: Been at that camp or in other camps for a couple years. So they're so they're just happy to. Speaker D: Be out and they're like if we. Speaker C: Can just go be somewhere's quiet, that would be the best thing right now worried about. Speaker D: And then even some of them would be like you'd be willing to help. Speaker C: Fight if you going help something. Speaker D: They're like not like immediately. Speaker A: Yeah, no. Speaker D: But they're mostly because of I guess the program they were in. They're all fairly well taken care of. Speaker C: Wait for the dogs to get down. Yeah. Speaker A: Was there way up there and then. Speaker D: All sense all I would have told. Speaker A: Them like since I want to control of them like we're going to be going back here. So. Speaker D: I say yeah, I agree too. Like you'd hear like yeah you'd hear from Leo that like everybody's fine but they're like 10 days away if they. Speaker C: Hurry. Speaker E: Use caution. Speaker C: I don't know. Speaker E: Is there a place that we enjoy the hunt? Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: When you. Speaker D: When you say use caution, you just get like a. You almost as like, duh, we're not stupid. Like, kind of like that, like, emotion feel from. Speaker E: Humans are fickle. Don't eat too many cows. Speaker D: And yeah, you would probably also too get a response that the hunting has. Speaker C: Been good or tasty. Speaker D: So he. So yeah, I guess he would. He would. He would say that we're hunting here. Speaker C: Unless you want us closer. Speaker E: Then we will come enjoy your new hunting grounds. Speaker C: We'll figure out that. Speaker E: And you wouldn't know why. Speaker C: But he. Speaker E: I'm just chuckling. You'd probably pick up on the reverb. Sounds like fresh hunting grounds. Speaker C: That's the orcs. Speaker B: Like, oh, crap. Speaker A: There you go. Speaker B: The dogs got big. Speaker D: Let me say they wouldn't have encountered those because I'm gonna say those guys are native to that southern wild wild territory. So even seeing them up in like. Speaker C: Storm jungle stuff with people poop their. Speaker E: Pants, I would probably ask a poop because there's one thing that Ollie was thinking of trying to go down to. Oh, what's his name? Speaker D: Starts with an N. Yep. Speaker C: Down in the. Speaker E: To seek clarification of. It's like, if I make it down in the nook, I'll see if there are more pups that can come north of you. So clan can grow strong and increase your hunting grounds further. Unless the pooh has connection to the nook, in which case I was gonna. Speaker C: Like, they. Speaker D: They do. And you would know that. Yeah, you would know it because he told you, like, the nook Tola stuff. Speaker E: Well, I thought that was when they were down in the south. Speaker C: And then. Speaker E: As they were traveling, they don't have a direct connection to him. So see it going either way. So that's cool. It's like, increase your hunting grounds. Speaker C: So Nanook has talked to you. Speaker D: Like, that's where like that initial weird came from. Speaker C: Oh, okay. Speaker D: So Nanook is more than not, or. Speaker C: At least not entirely human. Yeah. Speaker E: When we ran into him, I got the impression that they were talking to me. And they were just sent by Nanook. Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker D: They were sent by him to find, like, find you. That you had to pass the test, which he almost didn't. Speaker E: That's true. Speaker D: You almost died. So. Speaker C: But all right. Yeah. Speaker D: So if you want to talk to Ollie. Yeah, whatever. Speaker C: Okay. Speaker D: You want to ask her about, like, we can do all that. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker E: First, I'd probably be. If everything's busy going on, I'd Find a quiet corner, and I'm just meditating on all this crazy information, trying to piece together all the images. Speaker C: And. Speaker E: And then later, when they get back to the end or after everything's calmed down. Speaker D: Yeah, I was gonna probably like after an hour or so, kind of like talking and doing a little bit of debrief there. Anton's like, you guys are welcome to use the basement unless he has your ready to, like, head out. We can get clothes and stuff for these refugees. Speaker B: That's what I've been arranging while he was talking, arranging to get my clothes and stuff. So you get out and can we know where we want to go? Speaker A: Not yet. I have to figure that out. Speaker D: Yeah, I was gonna say. Yeah. So, you guys, this is basically up to you guys. Whatever you want to do here is. Speaker A: You guys do next. Either do pillars or pillars or zines thing. Speaker C: Oh, that's it. Speaker E: Pillars or Eldrite. Speaker A: Go back to Brave Landing. Speaker B: That's the first that might make your pillars thing easier. Speaker E: That's true. Speaker D: For you guys. Speaker C: Go back to Brave. Speaker E: Awesome. How many of the refugees want to travel with them? How many want to stay or. Speaker B: Because we can buy tickets to go. Speaker A: Their own way. Speaker E: Kind of determines the size of the group. Speaker D: I say all of them right now because either most of them either are from, like, the eastern continent or they've been gone for, like, in a couple, like, several years. So they just want a place to, like, just be at peace for however long. However long they need. So I'll say right now, yeah, that's what. That's what the refugees want. Probably the one exception is Doc's sister and maybe one or a couple of the other people that really. Speaker C: Do you guys need big guns? Speaker B: I pretty much give it. We pretty much give it to him. Like, we have every intent to eventually go back with others in whatever that place is from existence. And, you know, you want to live with us in. In a township or other property that we have, like, you can support us a bit and live at peace and just help us out from the homestead, like, that would be great for all of us, but that's our mission. You wouldn't have to go do that unless you wanted to come with us. But if you want to support us and just be at peace and live on farms and help supply for whatever we're doing. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker B: Take care of each other and. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker B: Help make that happen. Speaker D: Yeah. Let's say there you. There is, like, three others bus Doc. Speaker C: System that are like, we'll fight what needs to be fought. Speaker D: It's Called on the rest they want. Speaker B: To do with us. Speaker D: Yeah, the refugees are all. They're. They just want a place to, like, go live and be quiet. Speaker C: Okay. Speaker D: And if you guys are planning on making that a place. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker B: I kind of step aside, you know, be like. So what's your idea with that township? Because the man needed it yesterday. Speaker A: Yeah. No, we just take it back from. Or take it from the person's name. Speaker C: Neil. Speaker A: A meal. Speaker C: What's needles do? Speaker A: It's basically a giant indentured servant place. Speaker C: Or not giant, but. Yeah. Speaker A: Everyone kind of owes this person something. Speaker E: First implantation. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker C: Okay. Can we just. Neil. Speaker E: That's our plantation. Speaker B: I usurp with Neil, whereas we go. How do we do that without the law coming after us? Speaker C: I was gonna say the law may. Speaker A: Not care, because my understanding was Emil had, like, their own force. Speaker C: It's the Wild West. That wasn't. Speaker D: Yeah, it's so. It's brave. Slamming is. Yeah. Down here, it's like several days. Like, it's. Would be like a little, like. Speaker A: Then I think that's the mine. Speaker D: Yeah, that's the mine we want. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: Okay. Speaker A: That's why. Let's take over that town. Speaker C: Oh, man. Speaker D: And this is where all Audrey was from is down here. So like Mystic Flats. And this is so far from. So like, the capital is on the other side. So, like the out here, like, is Wild West. Speaker C: Yep. Speaker D: So. And Emil. You guys would know that Emil is. Speaker C: Based out of Phantom bank, which is. Speaker D: A city connected by railroad. So he has like. So if you wanted to especially Jock. Speaker C: You would know that, like, you could you easily pretty much kill the people in charge there. Speaker B: So we can take it down. Even if a male's gone. It might even make it easier. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: You guys never. I think we saw Black. Speaker A: We took care of. Speaker D: You killed Black. Speaker B: I have this crazy mirror. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker E: Got a few crazy items from me. Speaker C: I don't know. Speaker E: I think Doc does. Speaker D: Or is it Audrey? No, I think Audrey has that. Speaker E: You've got the ring. Speaker C: I know. Speaker A: The mirror. Speaker B: Did you look at your reflection? You port to wherever you can see. Speaker A: Oh, that's right. Speaker B: But it has a unusual drawback to it. Speaker E: Yeah. Getting lost in the unlimited. Speaker C: Can you shoot through it? Speaker D: It's like a portal. Speaker B: I don't think so, but I guess we could test that once. Although if you look in it, it might just. Speaker C: So you shoot yourself. Oops. Speaker D: And then the other. The one of the. Speaker C: This town up here. Oh, up here. Speaker D: Has elder right in it. Speaker B: How do we know that? Speaker D: From the library books. Speaker A: I Guess this one was gold at first. But there may be other right in there because there was giant bugs. Speaker C: We need somewhere to make a home base. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker B: We were in before. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker A: At least gold. We could buy things and trade them. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker A: And there's a railroad if you don't get enough eldridder. Speaker C: There's none live ahead up there. Speaker A: And then there's a railroad at Brave Landing too. Speaker B: I think I'll see we be laying for that place. Not to mention that if we tell all the people your debts are settled if you stay here like we'll make your house as yours. Speaker D: Like. Speaker C: Yep. Speaker A: That's Jock's plan. Speaker C: Like we don't. Speaker B: We don't need that money. It's like just support the town and we'll give you a safe place and you won't be a debt mortgage. That'd be like having an instant election. Speaker C: Hell yeah. Speaker A: That would be. Speaker B: But you're probably gonna have to be the one of the head people. Speaker C: Yep. Speaker A: J plans to find people that are good at stuff so it can be a proper manager. Like everything running good? Yep. Okay. Things not running good. Well, don't tell me. Speaker C: Don't deal with it. Yeah. So I get you city not that big. It's got fine line and gold. Everything you need. Speaker A: You kick giggles at no more giggle show. Really Taking no more giggle shows at Brazilanding either. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker C: No more cling up here. Speaker E: Gotta take up the house first to go. Speaker A: We do have to go there at some point. Speaker E: We can just do that on our way. Speaker B: I should. And get what your face is Hope. Speaker E: Because I believe one of the pillars is located there. Speaker C: Yes. Yeah. Speaker E: You would know. Speaker D: Actually I get high five. I don't have them on this map but you know there is one under Nightborne Walking now. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: You know that. Which is. Speaker B: There's a town that's scarred by massive. Well, there's a massive massacre there. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker B: And so there's basically ghosts that stay in the town limits and they will mess you up. And they're pretty immune to most weapons. And then there's. For whatever reason there's a group of clowns that like remove people's faces. Speaker E: They great mass. And Audrey pulls out his hypno cat mask. Like this one. Speaker A: I think I have one too. Speaker D: Yeah, you do have like terrible. Speaker B: And then I got chased by a literal living house that tried to eat me. And it was probably y' all. That was a distraction that mostly worked. Speaker C: Okay. Speaker B: I'm not sure how we removed the curse but there's a retired. Speaker C: Let me tell the colors where a. Speaker A: Male was going to. Speaker C: No a male. Speaker D: But Rams. Ramses did. And you guys had got your bones for that. You have your boons. Speaker C: Hell rider boon or church boons. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: And then. Speaker D: And you're not. You don't know if the Hellriders were going to actually do anything about that place. They seem concerned about it. But their hands. Speaker E: Ramsey's was. Speaker A: Go hit up with Amz. Speaker C: And see if she wants. All right. Speaker B: So we want to try to hit that crazy town first. How do we do we know how to disable crazy town? Speaker E: Destroy the pillar and the ghost will. Speaker C: Probably go away at night more. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker C: What's that? How big is the pillar? Speaker E: Don't know. Speaker C: Actually you would. Speaker D: I said you would. So I say through your research. Speaker C: You. Speaker D: Know it's a 20 foot poly like. Speaker C: Pure white stone of some kind. Speaker D: That'S been engraved with like silver and gold filgury like gravy's been filled with gold and silver. That's the runes that are part of the fight. Speaker A: We can blow the pillar down and take it and sell it. Speaker C: Sounds good to me. Speaker A: Silver and gold. Speaker C: Melt it down. Speaker E: I'll extract it. Was there anything in the. This is as far as how to get to the pillar. Was it like at one time built up above and it got leveled and Nightmare was built on top of it? Speaker D: No, I say you learned that there was a. A very like early underground like church site. Like one of the first sites that. Speaker C: The church I guess was building stuff underground. Okay. Speaker D: So it's. It's like. Speaker E: See that. That's a little Tomb Raider esque. I can handle that. We find that the steps or the whatever ceiling stone to get down there versus the world went kind of crazy and it was at the center of town and they just sunk it. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: No, no. It. Speaker C: It's. Speaker D: It was built underground on purpose. I say it was like an old. An old church's I guess like armory, foundry place. It's quite a large. Speaker E: So it's a large facility under nightmare. Speaker C: Yes. Well as long as they don't leave any. Speaker E: Immortal guards or something. Speaker C: Not to be pretty straightforward like how. Speaker B: Much of the town is still populated by the ghosties that we left and the clowns. Are they still there? Speaker E: They might be on tour. Speaker D: Honestly. Yeah. You don't. You don't know whether you could. I always say you. Your characters would assume that like the. Speaker C: Ghosts in the house are all still there. Speaker D: I mean it hasn't been that long since he passed by. Speaker A: Clowns at least died to bullets. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: Yeah. As far as you could tell, the clowns were like human with maybe some weird touch to them. Speaker E: I would describe the pillar and everything from what I've learned to Ollie. And it's like, if we destroy that pillar, would that release the spirits? Speaker D: So as you describe the spirits, she. Speaker E: I guess, is the pillar acting as an anchor. Speaker D: Pulling up a note. She was. She's like. Yeah. I mean, those. She goes. Speaker C: Those sound like. Speaker D: Specters, which usually come from people being like murdered or killed. Speaker C: Like an excessive. Speaker D: Way. And she's like, usually there. If they're still around, that means they're. There's parts of their body or something somewhere in the area that's still as. Speaker C: An anchor for piles of bodies. Speaker D: So I don't. Speaker E: So flamethrowers are a must. You still have little bits of body all over the place. Speaker D: So she's like, if you can find their bodies or bones, whatever's left. Speaker C: And you. You can burn them. Speaker D: Or I can exercise them. Speaker E: As far as for. I guess you call anwin training guy talker and helping me set up on the way outside the city and just burn everything down inside it. Speaker B: There's not bad ideas. See if we can burn the whole thing down. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker B: I mean, do we care about valuables in there? I don't know. Speaker E: Is she on a Ramsey? Speaker C: God, I don't know how much she gonna be in. Yeah. Speaker B: The clowns probably picked it out. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: And say they're. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: I don't know. I mean, their people live there, so. Speaker C: They wouldn't necessarily don't know about. Speaker B: They could have stored houses up there. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: So. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: You have no clue. And you guys weren't in there and looking at for anything particular when you were there to begin with. So you would have no clue if there's anything of value there. Ollie would be like, as far as like, trying to like, raise the city. Speaker E: Well, even if it's not the city. But to burn all the bones and the bodies. Speaker C: She. Speaker D: She has to pull off something like that. Speaker C: We'll need. At least she'll. Speaker D: She's like, we'll need like four of us. Speaker C: Better training. Speaker D: I don't Seems like. I don't know if you'd be up to it yet. Speaker C: Without risking. Speaker D: Burning up. Speaker C: A focus or yourself. Speaker D: She's like, we usually don't wield Try. Speaker C: To build that much. Speaker E: Could we make enchanted item that we could use for protection to keep breath at bay or if they hit us, it would cause them to be exercised. Speaker C: She's like kind of a protective suit he said we had from where I'M from. Speaker D: We have clerics that deal with that, the undead and the ghost. Speaker C: But that. That's not my learning. I like making workers. Speaker E: Like that would. Speaker C: Be cool to watch. Speaker E: He's visualizing skeleton warriors and wraiths going at it. Speaker B: What happens if you raise up body of a spectre? Speaker C: What happens to the spectre? Speaker D: We have to destroy. We have to destroy them bones or. Speaker C: Whatever to get the specter to go away. Speaker D: I mean, we can. Speaker B: So you'd have a body, but the spectre would still be there. Speaker C: Yeah. Which would be not good because it. Speaker D: Would be super pissed already pissed. Speaker C: I'm wondering how. Speaker B: How far away can you sense a body that's usable? Speaker D: I. She's like, I don't. Speaker B: Oh, you have to see it. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker B: See, it's going to be kind of funny if you just march all the dead bodies out. Speaker E: Just into the bonfire. Speaker C: Flip. Speaker B: Pick one. Speaker D: Yep. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker D: No, his nightmare would be like. Because it was there was a couple like a thousand people or something. It was a large. Pretty large city or town. But just like you describing like what you guys saw and stuff. She's like, there's. That sounds like way too much for. Speaker C: Just the population of the people to be specters. Speaker D: That likely sounds like something. Speaker C: Far more. Speaker D: Tragic had happened in that area. Speaker C: For that I'm not expecting. Speaker D: It's just getting killed in a raider surrounded wouldn't. Speaker C: Trigger that much. Speaker D: So there was like boards of them when you guys were in there. Like the animated house. Speaker C: She's. Speaker D: She's like, that's probably just your good old demon from the and women decided to set up shop with all his specter buddies. Did you tell her? Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: You show with the party that it talked to you. Right? Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker D: So I don't know if you guys. I guess maybe you'd share that too. While you're talking about that town. Speaker B: I would describe everything I saw. They yelled at me and ran at me and. And I said I did chuck some dynamite at it, which I didn't like. But I'm not as good a shot as you when it comes to throwing dynamite. But an expert might have better luck with it. But it tried to eat me and sit on me and my horse was fast enough to stay ahead of it, but just barely. Speaker D: Yeah, Ollie's like. She's like, probably just the good old traditional fire in your boom sticks you got there. And Ollie and I or Audrey and. Speaker C: I's magic should be sufficient to kill that thing. Speaker B: The house would remember me. If you set up some sticks outside of town. I could probably get to run through the middle of that. Speaker E: Yeah. Speaker A: We'll buy more sticks. Speaker B: Just as long as your timing's good and I'm far enough ahead of it. Speaker C: Don't be slow. Speaker D: And I start talking to you about. Speaker B: How big it is and how it has. Speaker C: Figure out. Speaker B: Figure out from your mindset how the best way it was would be. Speaker C: All right. I'm going to go to Night Word. Speaker A: Night Word of Braves Land or Ramsey. I don't know where Ramsey's at. Speaker D: Ramsey's is in Brave Landing. Speaker C: That's where she's shut up shop. Speaker D: So, I mean, you guys do have train. You can go train to Phantom bank, then Braves Landing, then to night four. Speaker C: If you want to. Speaker D: Or you can travel to Rattle City and then head south. Speaker A: Let's take. Speaker B: We got to take over Brave's Landing curse. Get a base. Speaker A: Yeah. At least leave the people there. Speaker C: Yeah. Because they don't want to go to inspector. No, no. Speaker B: Hey. We got you out of this camp. Now you're going to become specters. Speaker C: Look at this night. Speaker B: What were you complaining about? Speaker C: We rescued you. Speaker D: I would say the only one that shows, like, I just. I guess no fear or hesitation with vdoc sister. Speaker C: Specters. Speaker E: What are these specters you speak of? Speaker C: Yep. So she's like, you know, we've fought. Speaker D: Things like that, and on the other. Speaker E: Side, it tastes like, I don't know, misty chicken. Speaker B: I guess when it gets me the city, we can talk about equipping you. Speaker A: With what you need. Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah, people. Speaker E: So if Emile runs Braves Point out of Fan bank, do we want to go through Fanny Bank? Speaker A: Yeah, I think we take the train there and then down to Braves. Speaker D: So Phantom bank is a pretty large city, like 25, 000 plus because it's on the railroad on a river and a port. So it's. It's big. Like, so not like if it's not like he. You know, he wouldn't be looking for you guys either. Speaker B: Because we're not on bad terms with them. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker A: Because they don't know who. What happened to that convoy pole? Speaker C: Nothing. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker E: There were no survivors to our knowledge. Speaker D: No, there were. Yeah. The sense that there was none. Speaker E: There were a few that were taken off that were alive last time you saw that. Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. I was gonna say other group went after them. I was gonna say that was very much implied that they were. You guys didn't have to worry about. Speaker A: We should be fine. Speaker C: No. Speaker D: So you guys were freeing Clear from braves. Speaker C: That's right. That's scalp. Yeah. Speaker A: But I was trying to think of his name. Scout a scalp and hence. Speaker C: All right, let's go catch tree. Yeah. Speaker D: Sure. Yeah. Speaker C: Because he has a game of scalpers. Speaker D: Yeah, he's kind of like Robin Hood in the area. All right, so, yes. Speaker E: Some point, pull out the map, make sure there's nobody with a coin getting. Speaker C: Ready to jump in when you need it. See, I actually lost. Speaker D: I would say you do. Speaker A: What happened to the coin when you're at carousel. Speaker D: Let me see. You see the coin? Speaker C: You still see the ones that are. Speaker D: Like, in the church area in the Fortress of Light. Those are still there. Speaker C: The two of them. I think it was. Speaker E: Well, there's definitely one that. Speaker A: There's one that was really high up. Speaker D: Yeah, there was one, like, above you. Speaker E: Well, we found a door that would probably go to it, but they saw us and said, you just turn around that. Speaker A: Yeah, they weren't very friendly. Speaker C: That's right. Speaker E: This is not the door you're looking through. Speaker C: You see it? Speaker D: You see it, Mark, the coin is that whisper. Speaker C: Whisper post, which is here. Speaker A: Oh, we're gonna go. Wow. Speaker C: Let's see what's there. Speaker A: We'll take the train. These are train lines. Speaker D: Yeah. The black. The heavy black is the trade tracks. Speaker E: We'll go ahead and take the train to Phantom Point. And I just make note of where that coin is and where it moves, because if we're leaving here on the train and they see my coin, they could meet us and we could have some fun on the train. Speaker A: Yeah, we'll see what happens. Another train robbery. Speaker D: Yeah. So if you want to get, like, clothes and. Actually, I'll say Anton just takes care. Speaker C: Of getting revolvers and clothes for the refugees. Speaker B: He just goes to the site, has a closet, fully decked out. Speaker E: What's the lost and found? Speaker C: The people left their revolver here. Speaker D: No, I'd say you guys, like, go down to, like. He brings you, like, takes you out of the basement. Like, I'll say you end up spending, like, a day here or. Yeah, whatever. Speaker A: We definitely rest after. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker B: Plus just talking to him. Speaker D: So, like, in the morning, like, when you guys, like, get up and are, like, getting ready to, like, go, all that. Speaker C: All that stuff is just, like, there. Speaker D: And then you meet, and then Mo's there with, like, breakfast. Speaker C: And she's just like, yeah, I hear you had some good adventure. You'd be heading out for support, eh? Yeah. Yeah. What else do you want to do? Good luck to ye and Mr. Cash. I hope ye come back. Free reading lessons. Reading and writing lessons one of these days. I'm not so busy. Duty calls. Speaker A: The elder. Speaker C: Right call. Speaker D: But yeah. So you guys eat breakfast and take. Speaker C: The express train from Fortress of Light to Rattle City and build bullet trains. Speaker A: With that Elden ring. Speaker B: We get some of those magnetic mushrooms. We'll make it an elevated train. Speaker A: There we go. Speaker C: On the new one doesn't touch the middle. Yeah. It might be a 24 hour period. Yeah. I did. Speaker B: As we're approaching this spot. Speaker C: This. Speaker B: Do you see the coin moving up? Speaker D: I would say like that morning. Yeah. You would see the coin moving through there. Speaker A: You see your box somewhere on a train. So the coin just keeps going back and forth. Speaker D: Yeah. You see it approaching Rattle City. Speaker A: It's the one place. And then right before he gets there you teleport to the other one. So you go. Speaker C: Stop in this kid one another. Speaker E: Oh they're going to be hunting each other. Speaker C: From what I understand. Speaker B: I'm just asking. Are you wanting to stop here if the train stops. Look for this an ambush and somewhere. Speaker C: Or are we gonna just continue? Speaker E: Let's see if he gets on the train with us. Speaker D: So I don't know if he would. Speaker C: Actually be able to patch you on fixing my b. So I had it on again apparently. But yeah you guys. Speaker D: So if you. I'll say if you take an ex. Speaker C: Like the an express. Speaker D: It would actually only take about. Speaker C: 48 hours to get the Phantom Bank. Speaker D: Because the train doesn't like stop and. Speaker C: Does 30 miles an hour times 24. That's a lot of miles in a day. Wow. Speaker D: So I was gonna say. Yeah it would. You could get. Actually you would have to stop. It would stop at this other time. She would probably stop. Stop. And then you'd get on like regular train to get down here to actually. Speaker C: Get to Phantom Bank. I'll be the last step. The last. Speaker D: Yeah. Just be a regular train to go down to Phantom Bank. Speaker B: It's different territory. Speaker C: The railroad doesn't care. Speaker D: It's just there's wouldn't be an express train. Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker E: Be one of those things. Speaker C: You're just checking. So when. Speaker E: When the coin gets close. I know it. Speaker C: Yeah. I can make preparations. I'll say. This is like. Speaker D: I'd say probably by the time you guys arrive at Phantom bank they would have been. Speaker C: They'd be on a train. Speaker D: Well so that's like. Speaker C: What are these coins? Why are we being hunted? Speaker A: That's Andre's deal. Speaker E: It's a long story. I dreamed of adventure and came and bit me. Speaker C: Well it's just one guy with a cool inch and you're too harsh. We got Jacques. Speaker D: He would have only actually made it halfway to Rattle City because that's less than 24 hours. Speaker C: They go, bro, wait for him out. Speaker D: In the woods, church to Phantom Bank. So yeah, I was gonna say you guys could arrive at Phantom bank within 24 hours. Speaker C: So I think Audrey has to kill him. I don't know how that works. Speaker E: Honestly. Audrey's not really sure either. Speaker A: Why do we just have to have the coin so it doesn't. Speaker E: Because so far we got two of one he found and one Orzine gave him. Speaker C: That's true. Yeah. Speaker D: He Orine was like said you had to kill the guy and then use. Speaker C: The coin to like claim the thing. Speaker D: Is, what Orzine said doesn't mean we can't help. Well, yeah, I'm gonna say Audrey, like anyone can claim the coin if you. Speaker C: Want to. Speaker E: But once it's claimed, then in order for me to get it. Speaker D: Yeah. Kind of like Highlander. Speaker C: Yep. If you want. Speaker E: There's like multiple game session more kind of tweaked into this one. So the fact Pathfinder, if you want, I'll fill you in, but that's fine. Speaker C: I know enough. Speaker A: Still make deals with scorches. Speaker D: You guys will probably run into them again at some point, I'm sure. Speaker C: So. Speaker D: Yeah, I was gonna say. Yeah. Art is you're like watching as you like periodically check it over the next like 24 hours or whatever. You see that it is like moving towards. Speaker E: You got somebody's attention. Speaker D: So you. Yeah. So at this point you pretty sure. Speaker C: That someone's following you. Speaker D: So yeah. So I'll say you guys arrive afternoon on the 9th of the 9th month. Speaker C: Because we're in the 9th month. So it's like sprout something. Speaker D: So yeah. Do you guys need to do anything else? You want to do anything in Phantom bank or you just head out and ride for Braves Land. Speaker C: They find a meal. Speaker D: I said if you want to go look him up, I say you guys can find him. You got. Speaker A: Basically might have an accident in the street. Speaker D: Three and a half days to get to. If you guys want. If you want to do that. Speaker A: Jock would do it. Speaker C: Just watch for him. Speaker A: And then spend. Speaker D: The day, bump into them in the street and go. Speaker C: Just keep walking. Speaker A: Yep. Jock, we know how to do that. Speaker E: It wouldn't be kind of nice to have the players. Speaker A: Yep. We don't know other than it's like three wives and mistress. Whatever that lawyers we made up about them. Speaker B: But they know it's going to be your three wives and mistress. Speaker D: Oh my God. Speaker E: All I Remember is there was a lot of blackmail going on when we. Speaker A: Started. Speaker E: On our way through. Nora was and Rattlesnake. Right. Speaker D: Rattle city. Yeah. Speaker E: Rattle. Have we heard anything from her? Speaker D: I would say I don't know if it's been long enough. Speaker A: We've been flying through stuff. Speaker D: Yeah. I say no it's just pretty sure. Speaker E: Cuz I think you are always first love. It's. Speaker C: Yeah. I'm pro. Speaker D: I'd have to actually go back and look. But I don't know if a week has passed that's probably roughly like two, maybe two weeks tops since you guys left. Rattle the goat misses you though. Speaker A: Yeah. The goat's free. Speaker C: The goat doesn't remember the goat was. Speaker A: In the stew you had for breakfast. Speaker D: I didn't say telegram wires do run along the railway. Speaker C: So if you wanted to send a. Speaker D: Telegram from the train you could use. Speaker A: Some lines from Belvanes garage. Works every time. Speaker E: It's too late. We already sent the bird. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker E: I don't know. Speaker A: Secretly the writer of the. That would be funny. Speaker C: Oh wow. Speaker E: All right. So I'm sending this. This note to Nora and Jacques coaxing me through it kind of Cyra. Yeah. Speaker C: Yeah. What? Speaker E: And some of those. I say seriously, you want me to do what? Speaker C: Right Doc? Speaker A: You give you a bad time about it. Speaker C: You probably should have kept the finished. Speaker E: Book so that you knew what you're going to write in the future. Speaker D: Yes. Speaker C: If you want to send her. Speaker D: No, you can. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker E: Probably something cheesy like how are you? I am fine. Speaker B: Do you like me? Speaker C: Check the box. Speaker E: Life is busy. Bend to the mountain. Leaving the mountain really happy. The weather's starting to dry out a little bit. Speaker C: It's raining. Yeah. Speaker B: Like I have more chest hair now. Speaker C: Love. Speaker E: My beard's coming in rather nice. I think you'll find it enjoyable. Speaker C: About. Speaker A: The library and all the adventures and we better skeleton. Speaker C: My teacher. Speaker B: The telegram sender's like what? Speaker C: No. Speaker E: I try to keep it. Speaker A: Yeah. Fairly. Speaker E: I start talking about the library and the skeleton creatures and the spirits coming around. Pale riders said at the bank. Speaker A: And you got a new tattoo. Got your arm. Your hands. Speaker E: Yeah. Speaker A: Gone. Speaker C: Oh yeah. Speaker B: Is your arm still black? Speaker E: Yeah. Speaker D: Y. Speaker E: But I try and hide it. I got a bandage that I dropped. Speaker C: Over me with gloves. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker E: I have a feeling that as I learn a little bit England. I'm like he's here to experiment. Speaker C: There you go. So what are we doing with the Neil? Speaker B: Are we hunting for him? Speaker A: We can. Jacques probably would try and we would know what Neil and we haven't meet. Speaker D: No, I don't think you ever actually met him. He always interfaced with this guy at Rail Landing. I'd say. Yeah, you would have. You would have got, like, your passage or whatever. Hired. He hired you or whatever from here. Speaker C: From Phantom bank, and then you got sent to Brave Landing. Speaker D: Yeah. I said you never directly interfaced with him. It's always through other people. Speaker C: Because he's a very wealthy person. Yeah. Speaker E: Then to make the contact with Baby Face. Speaker C: Yep. Speaker E: So if we look for Baby Face especially, tell me you want to do more work for a meal. Audrey's hitting periodical, newspapers, whatnot. It's all getting fed to the bird. Speaker B: But if he's wealthy, he's a businessman. Maybe we can take over his business and all of his finances. Speaker D: I'm gonna say so. How many, I guess, days do you want to spend in Phantom bank doing that? Speaker C: Be a day we have all those people with us. Speaker D: Yep. Speaker A: And then just be like, after the train ride. It could be just a day of rest for them. Speaker C: Because train ride could suck. Yep. Speaker E: Everything's moving so damn fast. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker A: But it was like 40 hours on the train. Speaker C: Yeah. Like a day and a half roughly. Speaker D: Actually, it was. It might have actually been less than. Speaker C: That, but it was a long train ride. Speaker E: That's not like a plane for a train. It's easier to get up and walk. Speaker C: Back and forth between the cars. Yeah. Stuff. Speaker A: Spend a day there. Speaker C: Okay. See? Speaker A: Even know what he looks like. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: I say with spending a day there specifically looking for him and, like, asking around, like, he'd find that, like, he lives in, like, the wealthy, wealthy area in, like, a mansion. And he does have, like. Speaker C: Some. Speaker D: Like, some guards, like his mansion's guardian. Like, like. So I'll say that that's what, for one day, that's, like, what he can find, like, where he lives and that it's guarded. Speaker C: So if you want to know more, you'll have to spend more time. Speaker A: May after Briggs Landing, come up here. Speaker C: He's going to collect your brains later at some point. Speaker A: Yep. Definitely after trouble. Speaker B: What if he doesn't hear? Speaker E: It'll be arranged. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker E: He'll hear about it. How many people does it take to send a message? Speaker C: Right. Speaker B: Or if we just craft what that message looks like. We already have two. Speaker A: Yep. We'll head down to Braves Landing. Unless we want to go blow up a mansion. Make it loud and fast. Speaker E: I want to try and catch up the rams first before you blow everything out. AO might not even be in control of Braves Landing anymore. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: Down, Braves. Yeah. All right. So yeah. They're heading to Brace Landing. Speaker D: It's two days travel there. Speaker C: So when you couple travel rules no scout number. Huh. Speaker B: What travel rules you need? Speaker D: If someone left the scout, we'll need that. Speaker C: And then also I guess the navigation. See if you can get mangrove. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker B: That'S not a good. Speaker C: It's doubles. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker A: For playing dagger. Speaker C: Just mind gold. Yep. Just for herself. So doc was leading the way. Speaker E: I think we've seen this tree before. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: I was gonna say is your trial that. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: Just going by foot or did you like buy some wagon? Like picked up a wagon because some. Speaker C: Of us get more pregnant. Speaker D: Yes. There were three of them. Speaker C: Okay. Speaker D: Yeah. So spend a lose a credit rating for. Must be the two wagons. Speaker B: I have five. Speaker A: I have four. Speaker B: Unless we need a five or something. Speaker C: Not that I know. And you guys can earn that. Speaker D: Like you can spend xp. You guys also do have two XP. Speaker C: For ending that adventure. Speaker A: Real life. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: No real xp. Speaker E: Would I rehab that. I don't think he would. Speaker B: I need to. Speaker E: I mean I was there. Speaker D: You get XP for the adventure. Yeah, I guess I forgot. We get. We could do if you guys want to do. Because I mean, I'd consider that depending. Speaker C: On what you want to do for. Speaker D: Oh, actually, no. It's a level you guys will would. Speaker C: Need to spend like a week somewhere doing something. Thank you. Speaker A: Brave land. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: All right. Wagons and supplies. Speaker C: Yeah. Okay. Speaker D: And then so you had rolled seven. So that's a RP point crazy game. You guys. Speaker C: Find yourself. Speaker D: Getting held up. Speaker C: By about 10 bandits on horses. Speaker D: Running, riding out of the woods. You guys are small fries for the. Speaker C: Coyote king at this point. Speaker D: Unless you guys want to be coyote the other one. Speaker E: They ran into the deep way. So. Speaker D: Yeah. So you guys find your convoy stopped by 10 bandits. Speaker E: I would laugh if you said scalp. Speaker A: That have been awesome. Speaker D: If it was a. If the roll was better. There chance that it was scout. But you had very bad roll. Speaker C: So. So it's bad. Speaker A: On his horse, but he kind of just saw like, I. Speaker C: Don'T think you friends want to do this. Speaker D: What the. The lead guy just goes, shut up, old man. Speaker A: Give me your money. Speaker C: No, he. He looks kind of like confused. Speaker A: What the crap? Speaker D: He's like, all right, boys, let's start beating and tying them up. Speaker A: When he. Speaker B: When he says that just while I'm on my horse, I actually pop my horse back into my ring while I'm on it. So it just disappears. And I'll be like, you want to think twice about that, young man? Speaker D: Give me an appeal roll. Speaker B: Can I get a bonus D for. For using my voice ring? Speaker D: Yeah, I'll say a bonus. Die for fries. Speaker B: 8. Speaker A: They just, like, around us. Speaker D: Yeah, so you're like, surround. Like, they basically, like, surrounded you guys. They like, kind of came from both, like, sides out of the woods. Yeah, it's semi travel. Like, it's not super well traveled. But there is, like, the regular wagon, like, the weekly wagon up and down. Speaker C: Here from Bridge Landing to Phantom Bank. Speaker A: Do we look like we have money? Speaker D: I say on that failed role, one of the guys grabs a hold of one of the refugees and puts a gun to their head and just goes, that's enough. Get off your horses. Throw down your guns. Speaker A: Be like, all right, get off my horse. Speaker B: Or the nude. Speaker A: Whoever. Speaker C: I get off my horse too. Speaker B: But then I just pull out the wax thing. Speaker D: All right, so after this. After this shoot, it'll roll. Priority agility plus range. Yep. And I'll say, you can throw in your gunslinger for this one because you're quick dry. Speaker A: Yeah, well, there's eight just on the stat, and then there's nine on the dice. Speaker C: Throwing your guns. Speaker B: You're like, you. Speaker C: I think not. Speaker A: And then I'm just gonna spend a hero point to do rabble. Slayer for rabble. Speaker D: Hey, go ahead. What's your damage? Speaker A: My name is Eleven. Speaker C: How did you say that? Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker C: So, yeah, I'm gonna say, you see? Speaker A: All right, I'll add some better flavor. I'll just stand up on my horse and just go like. Like, fast cooking the vets on. Speaker E: Covered wagon. Speaker D: Yeah, so I'll say, yeah, so they're like, yeah, they would. They're. I mean, the wagon would be covered, but they, like. They're like, on the side. I'd assume Jack is either in the back or, like, the front. Speaker A: I'd probably be in the front of. Speaker D: So I say, you could. You'd still have a chance of seeing them. But the way. Yeah, you just stand up, it's like, all right, you're like. You're gonna, like, toss out your hand and you mow down all of them. But the tough guy that's standing there, like, his jaw, like, drops, and he's just stunned. Speaker E: No, I said, you don't have money because it's spending on bullets. Speaker A: Then I just go, shake, shake. I just go reload it. Speaker B: When you do that, I'll pop my horse back out, get back on. I pull out my buffalo rifle, lay it across. I'm like, now, as I was saying, would you like to lay down your weapons? Speaker A: How about you give Me your money. Speaker E: Oh, and your horse. Speaker A: And your horse. All these horses and your pants. Speaker B: I knew you were gonna see it like. Speaker D: Yeah, he's sits there and when you start talking he like shakes his head. Speaker C: And. Speaker D: Wheels his horse around and starts and goes to gallop off. I'll say for you, this will be a tough shot. So we'll need. Well, you're on your horse and he's galloping and you're not a gun fighter. Eleven are better to hit him. Speaker B: It's got 11:10 on the diet. Speaker D: Yeah. So unless you roll really bad damage. That's a buffalo, right? So the damage go would be up the 3D6. No, it's not that high. It's on the damage. Yeah, oil on it. So is it base? So it goes up twice on that? Speaker A: Yeah, it's D6H and then that would. Speaker C: Be on the damage track. Speaker A: That be D2D6L. Speaker C: Yeah. Or 2. Speaker A: No, it be 2D6 cuz mine went to 2D6H. Speaker B: So is it, is it, how many is it stepping up? Speaker D: It's two. So it's D6H and then one two. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker B: So it starts with D6H. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker C: So it's two D6. Yeah. Speaker B: I do six points of damage to it. Speaker C: Knocks him off his horse and he eats dirt. Speaker B: Is he still alive? Speaker C: Let me see. Speaker D: Yes, he is rolling on the ground screaming. Put a veil hole through his shoulder. Speaker B: I just couldn't even. Speaker D: I say, I say, you see your sister right over there and then his neck like. You see his head like snap. You just hear his like neck crack. Speaker C: You don't. Speaker D: She doesn't do any. She just rides over there and looks at him. You see his head, his neck break. Speaker C: Sister is scared. Speaker B: She's per. Speaker A: I think I'm in love. I would ask Dog. Hey dog, is your sister single? Speaker B: That's up to you, man. Speaker E: She just got back. She hasn't had time to meet anybody else. Speaker D: That's true. Speaker E: The better question would be how did her boyfriend spare? Speaker C: Well. Speaker A: I'd just be like what. Speaker C: Noted. Speaker A: Made me drop my cigarette for a night and just pull out another. Speaker E: I can see you're loading the buffalo. Rifle goes off and then she goes there. Speaker A: My horse stamps out the one that. Speaker C: Fell on the ground. Speaker A: Horse just does it. Speaker D: Say doc, sister's like 5 10, lean, narrow face with the black eyes. He's got long flowing locks of russet hair. Yeah, this southern speech, that's kind of horse from probably too much screaming and fighting. I'm fighting. Speaker C: I don't know. Speaker B: Like just Go over and start searching some bodies for anything useful for her. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: You'd find like their guns. Speaker D: And then you also have like 10 horses now. Speaker A: No take down. Speaker C: Yeah. Take it off for all the survivors without a caravan. Yeah. Speaker B: I love the gun belts and guns in the. Speaker A: Then just pitch them to the side of the road. Let the coyotes have y. Speaker D: You definitely know that like like brave. Speaker C: Coyotes would come and clean them up in the. Speaker E: Gr. Speaker B: Doesn't pay like tr. Remind me to never piss you off. Speaker A: Gave him a warning. Speaker B: Yep. Speaker A: That ravels later. Speaker C: So. Sure. Speaker E: It was pretty close to Boston. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker C: We rolling 2D6. Yeah. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: In this system you are. Speaker D: Your characters are heroes like you're supposed to be. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker A: That guy's shoulder didn't get blown out. Maybe. What an offer to me. Speaker C: Well, it's one of those things too. Speaker B: Where it's probably like being a gunslinger. You're like, these are the ones I gotta kill first. These have experienced ones. These are the newbies who are stunned and their horses are going in a circle for other buddies are dying. Speaker C: That was the most anime. Speaker A: Definitely anime. Speaker E: Bullets have gone through the covered wagon and like peeking through like whoa. Speaker D: Say, since you have two guns in 12 rounds. Yeah. I was going to say. Speaker B: What'S the duncata? Equilibrium. Speaker C: Oh yeah. Speaker A: Equilibrium. Speaker C: I haven't thought of that movie in a long time. Speaker A: I've seen it once more. Speaker B: Katrina had never seen it so I interviewed her. Speaker D: Yeah. So that you guys spend the night and won't be bothered by any predators. Speaker C: Since there is plenty of brush. Speaker B: A good role. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker D: Yeah. So next day of travel, everyone in. Speaker A: The caravans are like, what the heck? Speaker D: Just if somebody say yeah, they're. They would feel very safe with you guys. Speaker C: With them now. Speaker A: Or scared because we were just like whatever. Speaker E: You get there. Like I heard you're back in town. Speaker C: Yeah. Aubrey and Cash didn't even do anything. Speaker D: Her back up. There's a bit of a drizzle today. Who wants to give me a travel. Speaker E: Just a mind roll. Speaker D: Yep. Speaker C: That's an epic failure. Speaker E: We're in the mud. Speaker A: Snake eyes 10 or mag. Speaker B: Oh, snake eyes. Speaker D: Double one. So double ammon is failure. You want to burn a hero point to re roll or use your optimal. Speaker C: Die your blessing dice. Speaker D: You have one. You guys have. Speaker C: I don't think you've used that for the six only. Speaker D: I mean that's still a failure. Speaker C: But it's not calamitous. Speaker A: We want to see what a clanless trailer looks like. Speaker C: I'm tempted to find out what one looks like. Speaker A: I'M fine with it. Speaker B: We have three pregnant women. Speaker A: They finally start giving birth. You'll be busy. Speaker B: Well, just line them up in the wagon. Speaker D: Let's go. Speaker E: It was a drizzle. Speaker D: What did you do? Speaker C: Reducing labor sales. Speaker A: Doc offers the kids cigarettes as soon as they come out. Speaker E: Here, mom, you need this. Come down. Speaker B: For some reason, all the kids look like you. Like, how is that even possible? Speaker C: It doesn't even make sense. Speaker D: Yeah, so just because we've never had one before. Speaker A: Calm down. Speaker D: Yeah, let me double check. Speaker E: The fates have decided. Speaker B: Let me find out how. Speaker C: All those horses we just got, they're all there. Speaker D: I didn't say. That's the. You get to keep your. That's. I'm gonna say if you don't. Speaker B: That's a thing. Speaker D: Here we go. Hero points. Then do it. You do anyway. Speaker A: We'll find that. Speaker D: Well, you get an RP point just for failing, but I think you also for keeping the climatist. Failure you get. No, that reminds me, that's. Speaker C: If you turn a failure into climbing, you get a hero point. Speaker D: But for just a calamitous failure, you have to use a hero. Speaker A: No. Speaker D: I was gonna say. Yeah. Speaker E: The CL's coming up the road. Speaker A: Giggle. Speaker D: Well, I. I'll. Yeah, I'll say. I. I'll give you. You can have the clown troop or you can have the other option that I was gonna. That get a spring. Okay, so, yeah, I was going to say this will be a Steve Steve answer since he rolled it. Speaker E: Let's see what you're going to spray on this because I already know how the clowns are probably going down. That's going to be a bloody mess. Speaker C: All right. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker D: So you guys are writing, say it's about afternoon. Speaker C: And you see standing in the center of. Speaker D: The trail. Speaker C: That priestess. Oh, is that what I think it is? I don't know. Speaker D: And she looks directly at you, Jacques, and you hear like in this very like, howdy, beautiful and sensuous voice, but with like that kind of like undertone of like, danger, predator. Speaker C: She just goes, I've come to take what's mine over more dead bodies. Speaker D: She smiles and you see like fangs. And then like a second, another pair of eyes open and goes, that's the idea. And she runs at you. Speaker E: Ollie, what is that? What is it? Speaker C: Ollie? You hear? Speaker D: Ollie shouts for. Just shops at the refugees and the wagons to turn around and run. Speaker A: Don't. Speaker B: That'd be the. Like the wagons, they just need to drive them the other direction. Speaker D: Yes, she's directing them to get out of here. Your sister steps up next to Jocks. I don't know what's Jock doing? Speaker A: Shoot. Speaker D: Yeah, well, we want overall we'll do the priority roll here and then. And then Ollie is like turns around but is also telling Doc to get. Speaker A: His buffalo rifle ready. Speaker B: I'll probably actually pull my Rapinia because actually the scale is probably better. I'm just not good with it. Speaker A: Yeah, I do. Speaker D: Really. Speaker B: Do I have disadvantage with the buffalo rifle? Speaker D: No, it was only just because you're on air horse. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker B: I still know if the scale matters with her. Like if we shoot regular guns at her, does that cause less damage because you're regular guns. Speaker D: I will I'll tell you guys shortly. Speaker C: I just rolled low. Speaker A: Dan. Just a second. Speaker C: Why can't I get rid of this? Yeah. Speaker D: So you want to get one of the taller models. Could be a giant spider on the feet. Speaker C: They're not. Speaker D: She's not. Speaker C: She's not. Speaker D: No. Speaker C: This is the human. Speaker D: Seven foot tall human with four, nine foot long spider. Like silly spider legs. Speaker A: Is there a spider over on the dragon basement? It's in the back. It's a bigger one. Yeah. That one you just picked out. Speaker D: Yeah, but she's not an actual like spider. Like what here? We can use this guy though. Speaker C: This is kind of an approximation or that. Speaker B: Is he two legged or four legged? Speaker D: She's two legged. She's humanoid. Speaker C: Let me get my stats up for her. Speaker B: She armed at all? I mean other than her body. Speaker C: Nope. You don't see any weapons. Speaker B: She's like seven foot tall. Speaker C: Yep. Speaker B: Just because it's funny. She grabs one of us and so before Tom. Speaker D: Nobody got there is fine. Speaker C: Cool. And then you guys can put your. Speaker D: Markers for you and then the. Speaker C: You. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker E: Cool. Speaker C: These things will represent the wagons in the process of turning the. This will be Ollie and Doc's s. Why don't you guys give me a. Your priority rule. Was that mine? It's your initial initiative. That's up to mine. Plus initiative. Speaker E: Yeah. Speaker C: Cool. Double C. That might actually. Speaker E: I got nine double sixes. Speaker D: No, you get it gives you a mighty success in the priority roll. Speaker C: Which. Which gives you. So I don't want to break it down. That'd be silly. Speaker D: All right. Speaker C: So Doc had got the mighty success. Speaker D: Anyone else? Speaker C: Mighty success. Speaker D: All right, Doc, you are up. Speaker B: By new success. Speaker D: No, it's just part of. It's the priority role. So you're above rivals with certain abilities. That's all it does. Speaker B: Okay. Speaker C: I was gonna ask about the scale. Speaker B: Is she considered a normal scale? Speaker C: Her size Is normal. Speaker D: But her lifeblood is skilled too. So you guys will skill when weapons. Speaker C: Will step down two points. Speaker B: I'm saying what would be better to shoot her with? Thank you. Just a scaly weapon or a regular weapon? Doesn't matter. Speaker C: It's. Both of them are good. It just depends. Speaker D: So if you're shooting out with both buffalo rifle. You'll. You won't step damage down because it's. Speaker C: Skill two versus her lifeblood of skill two. Okay. Speaker B: But if I shot her with like my repeating rifle, that would scale down. Speaker C: Yep. They'd scale down two steps. Speaker B: Since she's big. I'm just going to use my belt ball. Speaker A: Right. Speaker C: Boom. Speaker B: Take a shot at her. Speaker C: Let's see. Speaker D: You'll need a 13 or better to hit her. Speaker B: I'm actually gonna spend the girl point to reroll 1. Speaker C: Die. Gave me double sixes. Speaker B: Nice. Speaker D: Oh, nice. You had a mighty success. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker C: So 14 total. No. Does that go explosive? No. Speaker B: Only on damage. Speaker C: No. Speaker D: But he does have a mighty success. So he does get to put on that track. Speaker E: Practice. I keep mixing my D20s and my. Speaker C: D6s through this system. Yeah. Scum has the exploding. Speaker B: Vital blow. Increased damage by three steps. Speaker C: Yeah. With my. With my buffalo rifle. Nice. Speaker D: So it's essentially you'd be stepping it up one because it stepped down twice. Right. Because per lifeblood. But then you step it up three. Speaker C: Which would cancel two. Speaker D: So you step it up one. Speaker B: So what would the rifle be in? Speaker D: That's your D6. H. That was the next step on the track. Speaker A: Mainmar will always do one. What D6 and D6. L and D3. Speaker D: One seven down twice. Speaker C: You should be on D3. Wow. Speaker B: I'm 13 to hit and she's. I don't know that that's really going to be helpful. I think a precision strike giving her a permanent flaw. I don't know what that entails. Like if you have to pick or if we pick. Speaker D: So I think it's actually stuff like. Speaker C: From the flaws table. Speaker D: So. But we could do something. Speaker B: I don't want to necessarily take all the time. Speaker D: No, that's what it means. Speaker C: There's most of these. What's the floss table? Speaker D: I'm gonna say you could make her. I'd say you could reduce her defense by one. So lower her to hit to 12. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker C: That'd be good for running that. Speaker B: So be like the gun just gets a good shot on her. And like where she got shot previously by him. Like cracks that like a chunk comes off Therapists and. Speaker D: Yeah. So like when you guys see her like, she has like, she has like normal, like, I guess human eyes, but then like on her side and like under there's like more like spider eyes. She kind of has like a spider eyes, like cluster on her face. Like big fang carnivore. Speaker C: Like sharp teeth. Speaker D: And then now that you see this person running at you, their fingers end. Speaker C: In sharp claws and those legs almost. Speaker D: Look like could just be straight metal spikes almost. Because they're kind of glinty in the drizzle. But you can see that they're covered. Speaker C: In a spider like shell. Like their skin looks hard or shiny or it's just like the pseudo armor. It's hard to tell. But yeah, that's it. You can. Speaker D: You can crack that. Speaker B: And then it's just. Instead of D6H, I'm just doing like D6. Speaker D: Whatever. Speaker C: Step two down. You guys should have damage tracking your character sheets. What is it? Speaker A: Was it D6? Eight from a touchdown too? Speaker C: Yes. Speaker A: It'd be this D6 battle. Speaker C: The Buffalo rifle does these things that way scary. Speaker B: So it makes you one point of damage check. Speaker D: I say. Yeah, you see it like it impacts and like it. Speaker C: It cracks, but. Speaker D: And she kind of like feels the impact like a little bit. You see her like wince. Speaker C: That still scares her. Speaker D: And she's still charging. Speaker C: All right, so she's up. Speaker D: Yep. Yeah. So I was gonna. Speaker A: It. Speaker D: Yeah. She runs out. Speaker C: First. A terrible role. Speaker D: That's. That's good. She rolled four on the die. Yeah. So you see one leg come in. Like one of. She doesn't see just one of her knife, like slashes at you. You duck it. Speaker C: This one is that one. That one will hit you. Your defense is too, right? Yep. Speaker D: Yeah. So then I got 11 on those dice. So the second you see a second leg from the other side sweeps up. Speaker C: You'Re on your horse. Speaker B: Yes. Speaker D: So I'll say you can. Speaker C: You can. Speaker D: Your horse can eat it or you can eat it. Speaker C: I'll just eat. Okay. Speaker B: Cuz I have a V6 minus 4. Speaker C: On there too, so you might be able to shop a little bit of it. Speaker D: Okay. Yeah. So she flashes across and gets you good for seven. Speaker C: Normal damage. I take two of that off. Speaker D: All right. The rest of you guys are foxy. Oh, and then you see. Speaker C: And he's. Speaker D: And then out of her hand, she shoots like a blood red bolt at one of the turning wagons. Speaker C: Clips a horse for one damage. Speaker D: All right, so now you guys, the rest of you guys are up. So everybody's up. And you guys also can ask for ollie and. Speaker C: Sister sister Raleigh. Speaker D: Is that to do to help, like, if you want to tag team or. Speaker C: Do some sort of combo. Womp. Womp combo. Speaker D: But she's on top of you guys. Like, basically she's jumping in on you guys now. Speaker A: 10 on the dice, plus. Speaker C: 6. Speaker A: 16. Speaker D: Yep. That hits. Speaker C: She seems. Speaker D: It's a 12 to hit her, just. Speaker A: Being the buffalo gun. Speaker C: So she's £86. Speaker A: So one damage. Speaker D: You see it, like. See, like, dodges and it deflects off her car. Speaker C: Cash will ride over, take out his wax fang and try to take a swing at her. Speaker D: All right. Speaker C: Double sixes. For real? For real. Speaker D: Holy crap. Does it hit? Please say it hits. Actually, I think it's a mighty success. So it hits anyway. Speaker C: Yeah, it's 16. Speaker E: I have plus four. Speaker B: What'd you hit her with? Speaker D: So read wax fang. Read what that wax thing says. Speaker B: On a critical hit, the target turns to wax. Speaker D: What? So, yeah, you. That stabs into her. And then you see her, like, she lets out, like, this weird scream and you see, like, her body, like, turning a bit, turning to, like, turns. She turns into, like, wax. She's still active and attacking her, but she's like wax. And you can, like, see her. She, like, in the rain. You actually see, like. Like some of her, like, features and stuff, like, are starting to, like, run. Like she's like a wax model. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: So, like, she's turned it and she's turned, like, screams at you. Like what? Like, you can see that. Like that, like, predator, like hubris, like, I'm just gonna eat you for my dinner. Is that look is gone. You actually see legit fear on her face. So her lifeblood is no longer scaled and now it's fun. I'll say her AC is still. Because she's still fast. Speaker B: Yeah, she still had to reduce by one note. Speaker D: Yeah, she still has 12. Her AC is 12 still. Or her. Speaker C: But the damage scale. Speaker D: Yeah, her lifeblood is 50's wax now. And her basically and off her protection. Speaker C: Will still be there because that's. Speaker D: Yeah, but, yeah, her lifeblood is no longer. We'll say that's the longer scale doing. Yes. Speaker C: You're doing normal damage, which is eight total damage. I have a fang too, about the whale walking. Speaker E: At first, Andre is getting ready to ask Ollie, like, do they have any weaknesses? But after seeing wax pain hit, he just picks up comet. It's like. Looks like a candle to me. That's agility and range. Speaker D: So, yes. Speaker E: 10. Speaker D: Shot goes wild, say, in the chaos and excitement and this initial. And then, like, Got work on the. Speaker A: Nerves. Speaker D: And she's still fast. Like, if you don't. If you don't want it to be. Audrey, like, had nerves and stuff and she just dodged it. Whichever. Like the narrative that you want for Audrey. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker E: Like, she dodged it. He's not. He has never seen her before in his life. Just watched everybody freak. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker E: And all of a sudden, now she's wax. He's like fire. Speaker A: Yep. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: You guys might have been. Speaker D: I'd say probably everyone but Audrey has been to a wax museum. Maybe while you guys were in one of these cities, you went through a wax museum. That's what it looks like. Like, so, like, it's like a little unscanny and it's starting to rain and run weird. Yeah. Speaker A: That got banned for a wax. Speaker E: I don't want to know what happened. Speaker D: All righty. Yeah. Speaker A: Doesn't talk about. Speaker C: Oh, yeah. Speaker D: So, yeah. So we got Raleigh and. Speaker E: And he said it was the best pistol ever. No, this is the best pistol ever either. Speaker A: I told him to stop smoking in there. That was the end of. Speaker C: See, let's see. Speaker D: If only. Speaker C: Hits her. Her shot goes wide. Speaker D: She lets off like just a. Speaker C: Like an eldritch blast, basically. Speaker D: To see, like, this dark green endridge shoot out of her hand. Speaker C: She miss. Speaker D: Yeah. You see Raleigh reach out her hand and like. Speaker A: What is this? Speaker C: Oh, no. Banjo gator detonator. Yeah. Speaker D: You see Raleigh reach out with her hand and, like, let out like a low level, like, scream. And you see one of. One of her. The sakari's arm, like, crunch up and like, kind of like squish into, like, wax and slop off. Speaker C: All right. Speaker D: And Doc, we're back around to you. I think everyone else went, right. Yeah. These guys are like, mid turn because they're not super. Yeah, they're turning. It's like six seconds. They're like, freaking out. Speaker A: Pointing point. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker B: When he just pulls the repeating iPhone tires. Speaker C: All right. And repeats how. Speaker B: How far away. All right, so you're standing next to her. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: You guys are basically all in melee ranges because she's got nine foot limbs to reach out. You guys are all one of these. Speaker C: Shooting. Yeah. Speaker D: You guys are all. She's on top of you guys. Except maybe Ollie and Raleigh and Audrey. Speaker B: So I have a question. Speaker D: Because she ran up next. She's next to you still. Speaker B: Do you have a bandolier on you of dynamite? Speaker C: Sure. Yeah. Many ways to carry it. Satchel and bandoliers. Speaker B: I want to. Speaker C: I want to ride over and rip. Speaker B: One of, like, just reach down, rip one of his dynamite off and then just, like, go up. I want to light it and stick it in her wax body, but, like, in her back, like, right around. Speaker E: Reach it. Speaker C: Yeah. All right. Speaker D: Give me ability roll. Speaker B: Need to spend some RP or something. Speaker D: For this, probably because she's still fast. Speaker B: To survive. It's a nine. Speaker D: All right. You'll need three RP points if you want to get that up to 12. Speaker C: All right. Speaker D: All right. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: You grabbed a stick of dynamite from cash and lit it and shoved it. Speaker B: Into the way I do that. Yell, fire in the hole. And I just, like. You see me, like, kick and run the horse off. Speaker D: All right. Yeah. Speaker C: She's up, so she's just going to try and repay. Speaker D: You see one of the. The arm. One of her spiked arms come into you and just slams into your chest and does nothing because it just, like, splatters on you. Speaker B: Just. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: Covered in wax. And she, like, lets out, like, this, like, frustration, like. Like a mournful, like. Speaker C: Like, pitiful scream. Speaker D: And she, like, turns and, like, starts to, like, run away. Speaker B: Funeral. Speaker D: Like, her arm, like, one of her arms is gone. Yeah. Speaker A: I start shooting her legs. Speaker D: Yep. I'm gonna say you guys have one round for this. So if you're still close to her. She didn't. She hasn't moved. She did run, so she's third. Speaker A: Yes. Speaker D: That fits. Speaker A: Six damage shooting legs. Speaker D: I'm saying they don't shoot a leg out. So she's just made wax yell welcome. Speaker A: To Santa Cola eats dirt while she's literally got dynamite. Speaker D: Yeah. She's laying on her face with a little handle. And since it's Sava Cola, we got wax dynamite sticks, so they're waterproofing. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: A little drizzle. Speaker A: I back up my horse. Speaker D: Yeah, you guys. Speaker B: Yeah. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: I said she ran. Like, everyone is. Would be safe. And then I think Cash would probably be the only one that has. But you can move, like, if you want to just run away or do whatever, but what are you doing? Speaker E: I'm gonna spend a couple RP points to get to 12 and hits. Speaker D: All right, so you launched your. Speaker E: The crossbow. Speaker C: Okay. So I guess Cash. Speaker D: You're gonna give Cash a chance to get out of there. Yeah, he's, like. He's like, the very edge of the explosion range. Yeah. Speaker A: So tip my hat down a little bit. Speaker C: Yes. It doesn't get in your face. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker E: Six points of fire damage. Speaker D: So I say we'll double that because she's waxing. It's fire, and it's. It's magical. Speaker E: Just hasten the Explosion of the dynamite. Speaker D: That will set it off. Yeah. Yeah. So, yeah. You see this fireball come out of the end of Audrey's crossbow, I guess. Actually, I guess the whole, like, frame, like, the runes light up and then the strings, and then it ignites and you see a firebolt go out, hits that thing, then just whacks everywhere. Then there's like a small crater in the road. Speaker B: Do I know about the wax paint? Speaker D: No, not in you guys. Speaker B: That's the first time I've ever done. Speaker E: A crit with it. Speaker B: So I could be like, what the heck? Speaker A: I could be like, damn. Speaker D: That's why Hollywood and Raleigh, too, and just be like, holy. Speaker A: Why? Why you been holding back? Speaker C: I hadn't needed until now. I think we call that the Savicola candle. Speaker A: There we go. Speaker E: Let's start calling you the candle maker. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker A: I'd write up, make sure she was dead. Speaker D: There's. It's just like. It looks like someone, like, exploded a pile of wax. Like, there's nothing there. Speaker C: It's just. Speaker D: There's a bunch of wax on the road now. Speaker A: Heck of a road to find because. Speaker E: The wagons go through and they leave waxy ruts. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker A: They're like whatever's around the trails. Like. Speaker D: Yeah. There'd be, like, wax things. Yeah. There. There's nothing. Yeah. Why is there a bunch of wax on this road? Speaker E: Somebody like. Speaker A: Yeah, I would definitely yellow wax. Making sure there is no, like, pieces that are like, yeah. Intact. That people be like, what the heck? Speaker C: Just her face. Speaker D: No, see, she was like. It was almost like she turned into, like, liquid, like, liquid wax as she was still, like, moving around and stuff. Super weird magic. Speaker A: Imagine being the people on the wagons. I see all that. Speaker E: They didn't even have a chance to turn around. Speaker D: I know they got, like, halfway and then. And it was done. Speaker C: Oh, never mind. We're good. Speaker D: That was. That was wild. That was awesome. Speaker A: Falling out on us. Speaker D: So that was about. That was going to be brutal fight. Speaker A: Yep. I was thinking about my weird power. That's not really determined. Speaker B: So I'm trying to remember on damage, I get half of it rounded down. Speaker C: So out of five. Speaker D: Oh, you round up half rounded up goes away. Okay. Speaker B: So three out of five would go away. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: And then the rest converts to last game. Speaker B: And then I can use my. Speaker A: Make sure everyone in the wagon's okay because I think one of the horses got hit. Yeah. Speaker D: Yeah. You see, like, this weird. Like, it's basically just like an open wound on the horse. Speaker A: Stuff like that. Speaker B: All that. We can spend time to switch a horse out maybe. But I can work on the horse and myself. Speaker A: Yeah, I'd say you would. Speaker D: I guess both. I guess all of you. You would know that like the. The hor. It's not like impeding or anything. It's just like an open. It. It wasn't like a. A bad hit. Speaker A: I asked Ollie what that was. She knows. Speaker D: She was like. That was. Speaker C: Blood magic. And she looked like she assumed she. Speaker D: Was gonna kill us all. Speaker C: Which I had a. I was worried. Speaker D: But because they. Speaker C: They eat people. Speaker D: They looked like life. Speaker C: I guess when the blood turns into. Speaker E: Wax they lose their appetite. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: It's like that. Speaker C: I've not seen that kind of magic before. Got in the library right before I met you. Like. Speaker D: Well that's not surprising. That's. Speaker C: That place is something else. Speaker B: I'm gonna patch myself in. The horse stuff. Speaker A: That's stranger. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: Yep. Jock. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: Doc like took. Yeah. Took a leg slash to the 16 to be successful. Speaker A: You infected. We're gonna have to shoot you dog caravans. I think we're psycho sighted. Speaker C: No. Speaker A: I waste 10 people at once and then turning people away. Speaker E: I'm just like. If the pack would have been here, this would. Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah, yeah. So the horses. Yeah. So you'd pack up the horse and close up the wood. Speaker C: So yeah. Speaker D: So the horse is definitely fine. Speaker A: I think we're the circus now. Speaker B: Yeah, I'd say so too. Oh, three pregnant women. Necromancer. That's in undead form. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker D: You. And you guys are actually like all here like cheering and like whoops. Because like yeah. That was the priestess from the camp. When you recognize her. 100. Speaker C: Oh. Speaker D: And Raleigh probably would have actually hopped off her horse and like stomped on some of the wax. Speaker A: Maybe we didn't need to run so fast. We took that camp. Speaker B: I don't know if I would get too cocky. How often can you do that trick? Speaker C: What? Pretty tough. Speaker B: I don't know because it went from my buffalo rifle bouncing off of her which I'm reloading to. All of a sudden she's splashing off people. Speaker C: I guess it's just when wax magma feels like it. Huh. It's got to hit them just right. Speaker B: I guess so. Well, thanks for your work. Speaker C: I quit practicing though. Yeah. Speaker B: I feel sorry for what you practice with. Speaker A: Hope they don't turn the elder ratchet. Speaker C: Have you said no with this but. Speaker B: That with his firecracks. Yeah, exactly. Speaker C: Let's have a gold candle. Speaker B: Thanks for letting me borrow one of your dynamite. Speaker C: That's awesome. Yeah. Speaker D: So I think we'll ride. Speaker C: You guys will arrive at Braves landing and. Yeah. Speaker A: Figure out what to do there. Speaker C: Do that next. Speaker D: That's. Speaker C: Yeah. I was gonna say that's where we'll end session here. Speaker D: As you guys arrive at. Arrive at Braves lanyard. Speaker C: Yep. That was awesome. Speaker A: A lot of good rolls again. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker B: That was some clutch dagger. I don't know what that would have looked like without the wax thing. Speaker C: I don't either. Speaker B: I think it's gonna be bad. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker D: If I was gonna guess, probably two. Speaker C: To three of you go down depending on roll. Speaker D: Possibly entirely possible a wipe if stuff went really bad and you guys ran out of resources. So I mean you haven't started a new. Speaker C: Well, I guess I have Doomero once. Speaker D: Well, we'll say when you guys actually I guess next session we'll say that's the taking of that will start a new adventure. The all your hero points will be refreshed next week. I'll make a note of that new adventure next week. Yeah. Speaker C: So end of session. That was a good bookend to the whole adventure. Speaker B: Yeah, that was good. Speaker C: The Calamus travel were always perfect. Speaker D: That was awesome. Did we learn something new and important about the world? Speaker A: Kind of. Speaker B: I learned about wax fang. Speaker A: Wax fang. Speaker B: It's new. Speaker E: I don't know. Speaker B: I don't remember who was in that fight. Speaker D: The. Speaker E: The crossbow came from the library. You took on. Speaker C: What was it? I think that was at the Ink Golem. Was that. Speaker A: No. I go. Speaker D: Oh, that's right. It was in the banner. It was in the bird. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: You might have been gone for that one. Speaker B: New and important that we learned about the river. Speaker A: Yep. Speaker C: Carousel. Speaker B: That was brand new at the point. Speaker D: Yep. That's an rp. Speaker C: Did we overcome a notable monster or enemy? No. Speaker B: Did we notably did so twice. Speaker C: That's true. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: Yes. Smoke doesn't. Speaker E: That was ridiculous. Speaker A: That's just part of it is weird. Speaker C: I think thinking of every Clint Eastwood. Speaker B: Film where he like empties a room. Speaker A: Full of part of this weird. And agility. Speaker C: Do we solve a problem without violence? Speaker A: Not really. Speaker B: Tonight. Speaker E: Made it to the library safely. Got them out of the mountain. Speaker C: I don't know if that was. Speaker D: I was gonna say that I wasn't. That wasn't a problem. Speaker B: We didn't avoid violence. Speaker A: No violence found us. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: I don't think we do. Speaker D: No. I don't think there was any problems that. I mean the bandits could have been resolved maybe without my rocks. But Jack failed. Speaker A: Yeah. Kind of trying. Speaker C: Failed spectacularly. Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. That's true. Speaker A: You don't Want to do this? Speaker C: Yeah. Did you guys loot a memorable treasure? I don't think so. No. No, no, no. All right. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker A: Three pregnant ladies. Speaker E: Babies haven't been born yet. Speaker C: Oh. Speaker D: Low lights, highlights. Speaker B: Definitely be getting double sixes on wax paint. Speaker C: And the cooking the fools combat. Speaker B: That was ridiculous. Speaker A: That was crazy. Speaker D: That was wild. Speaker B: That is literally what you call cooking. Speaker D: Some fools for the. I guess for carousel. Like that being focused on one player for so long. Was that all right or were you guys getting fine? I know you probably weren't bored, but the rest. Speaker E: Yeah. For a while it's like I should just tell a joke and leave. Speaker C: It's like. No. Speaker E: You got a question? Speaker C: Okay. Speaker B: I. I'm sad. As long as I'm enjoying the story, I really don't care that much. Speaker A: I think to make Jock sing more anime as we would have tossed his hat in the air as a distraction so they looked up and then it just. And then the hat landed back on his head. Everyone was. Speaker D: Yes, generally. Speaker B: I think everybody here generally RP as well. So it's all interesting to me. So. Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker A: That's how Jack would have done it. It's throwing his hat in the Amazon. Speaker E: I don't mind listening to the other P as long as it opens up more information. Speaker D: Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Speaker C: We were learning more by listening. Yeah. Speaker D: Yeah. Because that's generally like. I like especially one on one stuff. I definitely want it to like expand on the world or on a person's characters. So we're like. We're learning. Speaker A: I wanted to see what happened if Andre failed. He's gonna exist. Speaker B: Right. Speaker D: There are some other consequences of not getting triple successes. I will say too for the future there's. Those are just stat rolls. There won't be any meta currencies involved. It'll be like the death roll. Like that's. Speaker C: That's the fates I may look into. Speaker D: Or Dagger Heart as like Breakpoint had like three other point like this names top of mind. I may look at their death moves are pretty neat. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: There's one where you like basically go out in a blaze of glory so you get a crit success on whatever you attempt to do. Speaker C: But then you die. Speaker D: Yeah. Then you're dead. There's one where it's a coin flip whether you survive, live or die. And then there's one where you just pass out like you're just out until someone heals. I may bring those. We may use those for the. I'll post their Umbra miniseries they've been doing. It's on YouTube. And they're playing Dagger Heart. Speaker C: It's been. Speaker A: That's a brutal. They're doing a brutal setting. Speaker C: So grim, dark. Speaker D: They've almost lost characters in both the two fights they've had. Speaker C: They. They've had two characters roll flip coins. Speaker D: To see if they lived or die. And they both. Speaker C: They both succeeded. But. Speaker D: Yeah. Speaker C: Okay. Speaker D: And then I guess next session is Braves Landing. And then from there I think, well. Speaker C: From there I'll be near the mine. Speaker A: Or near the mine further south. We either clear the mine or we go up to the circus. Speaker C: People. Speaker E: Probably clear the mine first, get stronger. Unless they're going to stay in Braves Landing, in which case refugees are safe. Speaker A: Yeah, they're gonna probably stay there. Speaker D: Yeah. I assume that's. I assume that was the plan. Jesus. The mine is like, kind of like your guys's hideout. Slash. Speaker A: Your sister and Emil can stay there. Unless Audrey. Speaker C: Yeah, yeah. Speaker A: Because your sister and Ollie could help defend it. Speaker B: Yeah. Something happens and they probably want to be somewhere a little more secluded. Speaker D: I'll say. With Ollie, you will need to appeal to her. Her to get her to stay because she is a. Like a scholar and is ravenous for knowledge. So she will come with you guys if you're going somewhere or if you tell her to, like, you know. But she's definitely all in. Speaker A: Yeah. Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker E: Well, Ramsey would definitely. I'm not quite sure how her reaction to another. An undead necromancer in town would be. I. I could see her going either. Speaker B: Way because she might have to stay around. If she was going to stay, she'd have to come up against him because that's. Speaker C: Yeah, but they'll figure that out. Speaker D: Yeah. Okay, so raise landing, clear the mine and then knife more. Speaker A: Yep. Speaker C: Just face it. Speaker D: Awesome. Speaker A: The guy with the coin show. Speaker C: Oh, yeah. Somewhere in there. Speaker E: He's following. A few days back. Where did all this wax come from? Speaker B: He probably. Speaker D: He probably would be in Phantom bank as you guys arrive at Braves Landing. So he's probably is two days behind you because he. He would have like. If he would have checked, he would just. Going down the train. Speaker C: One thing after another. Speaker A: I hope someone else was in the woods and they heard bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. And then. And they go and investigate. There's pile of wax dead people on the road in a big old crater. Speaker C: With a pile of. Speaker D: That was awesome. Speaker A: It's like, what the heck? Speaker E: I'm glad I didn't miss that. The first crib for wax. Speaker D: Yeah. No, I was wondering. Speaker E: Perfect timing. Speaker D: Cinematic. Yes. Speaker A: My tabletop rules. I'm like you get those rolls? Speaker C: Yeah. Speaker D: Yeah. Because you guys chose my. The. The calamitous prize. And I was like, well, this is going to be the fight. Speaker A: Yeah. As soon as what it was, it's like, oh, this is gonna hurt. Oh, well. Speaker C: Yeah.
