Speaker A: So it's getting hot, that's all.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker C: All right. So last time, let's see. Ramsey's bolted off on Polar straight towards the miner around I guess deflect the mind of our Doc following. And then Jack and Audrey rode straight at it. And then both Jack and Audrey's horses get swatted by heavy tentacles. Lots of shooting. More silver and consecrated rounds. Got shot into it. Tried to run off and you guys chased it down and finally killed it. Then Ramses built the pyre and carved the symbol of Mithras into its body. Then burnt it up. Burnt up much faster than normal. I guess you guys spent the next day traveling in the rain. And then that night you guys during the witching hour you got attacked by the seven hellhounds and spent a couple hours treating everybody and then rode up to about 100 yards from Nightmoor and made your little plan for Doc to be distraction. Everyone else ran in. So the Doc entered the town singing. And it was almost immediately the sound of angry and almost immediately, yeah, almost immediately.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Hundreds of specters. The angry screaming of the hundreds of specters came rushing towards Doc. The urge May day to go faster. Galloping through the center near the nearing the town center Doc sees a two story house on the on the corner and its upper window some blink like eyes and long spindly arms sprouted from its side. And it began to stand up on spindly spider legs. Meanwhile, Ramses led Jacques and Audrey to her old home. Everything was fine till they got near her house and the clown dressed in giggles traveling circus attire stepped out of a nearby house and started shouting at them. Jack rushed at him yelling at Ramses and Audrey to get to the house. One clown tried to run out the back and Audrey shot him down. And a pair of large clown twins came rushing towards Jacques and Jock.

Speaker A: Oh.

Speaker C: Fans the hammers and mows them.

Speaker D: Like that.

Speaker B: Anybody in the house goes to the door.

Speaker C: And then let's see.

Speaker B: Out.

Speaker C: Excuse me. Oh.

Speaker A: And then Jack got.

Speaker C: Jacques got hit from behind. As several specters began appearing from all the noise. Jacques let out a loud whistle for chuckles and begins sprinting for his horse. Jumps on and begins leading a fast growing cloud of specters away. Ramsey kilns running down the stairs and her and Audrey head out the door. And you guys see here like the heavy stomping in the roof of a house moving towards you. Jump back to Doc as he's urging more speed for mayday. As the house begins to chase, Doc tosses a lit tiller's delight over his Shoulder. Seconds later a satisfying boom is felt and a deep voice calls out from behind. Run faster, little human.

Speaker A: I like fast food.

Speaker B: Fast as fast can be. You can't catch me.

Speaker A: The house nearly catches mayday.

Speaker C: But thanks to two very well thrown holy waters blinding it, Doc is able to escape. And then Audrey. Ramsay and Audrey dash across the street.

Speaker A: And out in the back of the back of her old blacksmith and avoid getting spotted as the as the house.

Speaker C: Settles back down to where it like got up from. And then they make it safely out of Nightmore thanks to Doc and Jock.

Speaker B: Yep.

Speaker C: Let's see. The LS chat forgot that you ran through like one of them. Let's see.

Speaker B: I think that's my moderate bad roles and I ran through more than one of them.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: All right. Yeah. So the you guys reunited and discussed.

Speaker C: What to do next. Ramsay said she's gonna go take a.

Speaker A: Delivery or go to deliver a port to the church.

Speaker C: About the large demon house and promises the party they'll receive a boon of the churches reformed for helping the pal rider.

Speaker A: So you guys are still I guess just in the aftermath around 9am.

Speaker C: So you guys were discussing going north. I did.

Speaker A: Added another. All right.

Speaker C: Monitor. You can just stop turning on and off.

Speaker A: I did add another railroad line that.

Speaker C: Goes from the town north of Phantom bank into the peace of light. So you can actually take railroad to the church to their fortress of light.

Speaker A: So this is the new.

Speaker C: Here's the new rail line. It goes over to this town. This place up here. Is this the spotted Spider woods logging camp? What are you guys doing?

Speaker D: What do we need to do? Gonna head north and rest up.

Speaker B: That was our plan. That was the nearest town. No.

Speaker D: We didn't want to go back to Brave landing or anything.

Speaker B: Right. Not so soon.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: For some reason we stopped in that wall. Did not feel like a bad idea. Go to town. Walk around with that guy's ring in.

Speaker C: Mirror.

Speaker B: The pawn shop in town.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: I found these had wanting to sell.

Speaker D: This ring in mir.

Speaker C: That would be funny.

Speaker D: There we go.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: We're gonna go north to that logging town.

Speaker B: Yeah. Unless there's another town that's closer to the direction.

Speaker A: Yeah, you'd have to go pretty far.

Speaker C: Much further south.

Speaker A: It's four days and then it's like it's a just under I think three.

Speaker C: Days travel to the north up there or just shy of two days. It's like two and a half.

Speaker B: Find out.

Speaker C: You guys can make it up or I'll make something else.

Speaker A: Ramsey would probably just go would.

Speaker C: Ask if you've ever had spotted spider. You can. It's pretty tasty.

Speaker B: How big are they?

Speaker C: The bigger, meatier ones are probably like a couple foot across.

Speaker B: Race like chickens. These like wild carnivorous beasts.

Speaker C: Believe it or not, they actually like live in the trees and like eat the eat mostly bugs and pests and the large mosquitoes in the area.

Speaker B: Okay. I think I can handle this.

Speaker C: I think so.

Speaker A: Now this is still the same day after you guys. Yeah. You guys just got back. Like you're pretty much do your doing like a debrief and then getting ready to head out. And since I've changed the map, Ramses will take your letter. But she is also. She's heading north because that's the closest rail line. So she will be traveling with you guys to the spotted woods and then continuing on north.

Speaker B: As long as nothing happens before the shakes go away, each person will treat all those.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker C: So who wants to do the travel rule?

Speaker B: Hey, might have to do that more often.

Speaker D: You want to spit on your next.

Speaker C: All right, travel a 10 plus 2 from the list below. Oh, that's scouted head. Sorry, we're just driving on the road. So I guess this is more like the mid camp.

Speaker A: Or the. Let's see. Navigate. Okay.

Speaker C: Yeah, you guys make good times. You're like.

Speaker A: You're like half a day.

Speaker C: It's two and a half days or almost two entire days. So I'll sit.

Speaker A: Yeah. So you guys make good time.

Speaker C: Uneventful. It's still raining, of course. Too much computers already.

Speaker A: Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So the traveling was good. Made good time.

Speaker C: So then set up watch and then someone can do make camp. Make a camp roll.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker C: This one's a flat roll.

Speaker D: She made breakfast one time.

Speaker A: I say usually she does have breakfast.

Speaker C: And going by the time you guys.

Speaker B: Get up, that's default unspoken.

Speaker C: Okay, so who's got third watch? Okay, so is Jacques. While you're out and about doing your watch, you come across like an old. It's like ruined cabin.

Speaker D: Check it out.

Speaker B: Recording written blood across the wall.

Speaker A: Yeah. So as you. It just looks like. Like an old. Like an old cabin. And as you're like kind of checking.

Speaker C: It out, there's like a rocking chair on the deck. And you like see like old onions like tied up on like a line. There's like mold patches and stuff growing on the roof. Then you hear some and you see.

Speaker A: Like, I guess it looks like a ball of like eggs.

Speaker C: And then you hear some noise from inside the cabin.

Speaker D: Eggs look fresh.

Speaker B: Moldy. Moldy or mossy.

Speaker A: The the eggs look actually look new. There's like a very like faint like fl. Yep. Yeah, it'd be like. It'd be like probably a couple hours or like an hour before the witching hour.

Speaker C: So like around 2am just like on the porch, huh?

Speaker B: Not a lot of refrigeration.

Speaker D: Should I go look at the eggs and see if there anything's attached to them?

Speaker A: As you're walking up there, you get closer to.

Speaker C: You hear someone like spouting like nonsense inside, like the cabin.

Speaker D: It sounds like they're like someone speaking a foreign language.

Speaker A: No, they're like speaking common, but it's like. It doesn't make any sense. It sounds like gibberish. It's like random words, like strung together.

Speaker D: Listen for a bit and see if one thing ever makes sense.

Speaker B: Are the words themselves gibberish or just.

Speaker A: No, they're just. Yeah, it's just random. They're. They're words. They're just. But you do notice that there is like a sing song pattern to them. Kind of like someone's just singing some with random words.

Speaker D: Pick up this bowl of eggs.

Speaker B: Turning your character sheet.

Speaker D: Oh, well, I join the song.

Speaker A: No, you guys wouldn't like, I'd say like, you guys generally like kind of off like like 100 foot to anywhere from like probably like 100 to 100 foot, like perimeter.

Speaker C: Just keep an eye on things because it is dangerous.

Speaker A: So yeah, it's just something tucked off into like some dense clump of trees because you guys are in.

Speaker C: A forest area.

Speaker D: Crazy guy behind. Come back to camp with boy.

Speaker C: All right, rest of the evening passes and then please wake up to scrambled eggs in the morning as rabbits just because. Where'd these come from?

Speaker D: I found a cabin out there. Some guy talking gym brush, singing a song. He had eggs and onions on his porch.

Speaker B: So what type of eggs are those?

Speaker A: I say it would look like chicken.

Speaker C: Eggs, but you didn't hear any chickens in the area?

Speaker D: Are they still in their shell or are they like. Are they. Or were they like hard boiled?

Speaker A: No, they were like.

Speaker B: Was the bowl a nest? Just checking. You were asking if they were in the shelf.

Speaker A: Yeah, they're just regular. There's regular eggs?

Speaker D: Yeah, I'd crack one open.

Speaker A: Oh, Ramsey said, like cracked us.

Speaker C: Some, like has cooked.

Speaker A: Most like cooked a lot of them already.

Speaker C: She asked where they came from.

Speaker D: Crazy guy in the woods.

Speaker C: She'S just like, oh, that's interesting.

Speaker D: You guys want to go talk to him? I can show you where he's at.

Speaker C: She's like, I'm in A bit of a hurry, so I'll probably just be moving on. Probably wise.

Speaker B: Do you want to steal his eggs? No, it's for a working cause.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: He'S kind of listening down that general direction just in case this guy realizes his eggs are missing. And the bowl. In case the gibberish comes singing back. You took the whole bowl, right?

Speaker D: Y stole the bowl too.

Speaker B: That's what they're going to be really pissed about. Especially it's middle bowl. Yeah.

Speaker A: It is like a very rustic. Like it probably like it looks like it was just like a piece of wood that like got carved into a bowl.

Speaker D: You can mount anywhere if you want to take the bolt back.

Speaker B: Not interesting.

Speaker D: You feel bad.

Speaker B: Why would you take it back? You borrowed. I feel more hungry than I feel bad. Prefac this time, fill up this bread.

Speaker D: More hard.

Speaker B: Go like pepper.

Speaker D: Yeah, you just suck on it all day.

Speaker A: You're right.

Speaker B: It's like one of those kids te biscuits. Piece of cardboard. Mel toast. I tell you, kids everywhere. Oh, once it goes to goo. Yeah. And then it dries and it's like little flakes everywhere. A kids love those things that they get everywhere tries like wet cardboard.

Speaker D: That's right out.

Speaker B: I kind of wait for everyone else to take bites the egg. Make sure there's no effects before I eat anything.

Speaker D: Josh, you know, Josh wouldn't care eating breakfast like normal. My chest will burst open.

Speaker C: A couple.

Speaker A: Hours later, I'd say. Yeah, they're just. They just look like. I guess they're like spotted like wild. Like game.

Speaker C: Like wild bird eggs. Like they're like. There wasn't.

Speaker A: You wouldn't have found them. The only strange thing is that they're just on a cabin of the woods.

Speaker D: How about sitting in this chair next time?

Speaker B: Bring the onions too. We'll cook one of the eggs and.

Speaker D: You go get them and have them for dinner tonight.

Speaker B: Well, if you're gonna take the bowl back, ask them for more eggs. Maybe some onions too. Oh my gosh. We should not go back to that. All sorts of things about this world.

Speaker D: How far away was the cabin?

Speaker A: That was probably like a couple hundred feet, like.

Speaker D: Oh, so it's not that far.

Speaker A: No, that's just because you guys were in fairly like it's right over there.

Speaker C: That's.

Speaker A: I mean, it's kind of like how much would you wander like around from camp?

Speaker D: No, not very far.

Speaker B: Is it out of range of our campfire? I smell eggs. Wait, make some for me too. Don't get my eggs and don't even fix me in the.

Speaker D: He might smell our campfire. I just take a stick and put it in the ground. Then put the bowl on top of it. That'll be easy.

Speaker B: Easier to find.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Split the ch. That's mighty kind to you. Stick my own salad. No.

Speaker A: Yeah. So how long do you guys like sit around eating your breakfast and talking?

Speaker D: Like half an hour. Like half an hour.

Speaker B: We should go.

Speaker D: We could go back and give him the ring and mirror.

Speaker B: This is the face that he's making. You never know. He might need help around the house. That's quite the trade, Jack. Maybe you can leave on some helpers.

Speaker C: How'd your character die into the room? That would be interesting to play because depending on what how he rolled the control it you might have actions that you can do.

Speaker B: I killed your character and then you ate my brains. I give you a hug. The corpse exploded.

Speaker A: Oh else.

Speaker C: Let's see. I forgot to see what the weather is probably raining. It probably is pretty much. Oh, it's only a drizzle today.

Speaker A: It.

Speaker C: Would feel almost dry.

Speaker D: There's a bowl.

Speaker B: Takes a look at that wood. Little pin strap on it. There you go. Nothing.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: So if you guys are ready to set out.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Someone can actually see. I guess someone either can do a scout ahead roll or a navigate roll.

Speaker A: Just one flat. No. If sc.

Speaker C: If someone wants someone is scouting like.

Speaker A: So this will just be this. This will be the travel role. So either someone you can. Someone can do the scout which is reflex smarts cutting or someone can do navigate which is smarts or cunning.

Speaker D: Jacques wants to go back to the.

Speaker B: House only for you to return the bowl. But there might be more eggs this way.

Speaker D: Special type of onion. As gross as possible.

Speaker C: Excuse me.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: So you guys travel early in the day.

Speaker C: You cross over the Ta River. It's a little. I guess actually there's no wade through the river. I guess find a shallow spot, cross the river and during late evening you arrive at the spotted spiderwoods. Logging. Okay. Whenever you're ready computer. You can change the map. No, it's changed there but it's not updating on that.

Speaker B: I should have another laptop.

Speaker C: No. I don't know what is going on.

Speaker B: It's not touch screen because you have a surface, right?

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: I used to grab out of this with the stream. I had that surface too. Surface three came out. I had one of the surface twos that was having the bias and whatever like brick itself. And it bricked itself. And I was like okay. I'd had it for like maybe a month and they were like then they just. It was like a little bit more. They made us pay, but so I ended up getting a three instead of a two. Right. I ran up into the ground. It was amazing. Not too ad, but I've been surprised how good the surfaces are. Yeah. Not that I could afford it to try to go get. Yeah. They have their quirks for sure.

Speaker A: But there we go.

Speaker B: I got the flat mouse with.

Speaker A: Yeah. So you guys ride in. This is really the south side of.

Speaker C: The town, but over here. But I guess I could have rotated the picture, but whatever.

Speaker A: Yes, it is like as you're riding up, you do. I guess you are on just.

Speaker B: I have walls in this world. Yeah. My chicken coop would have walls. My house would have walls. My outhouse would have walls. We're all thankful for your outhouse.

Speaker A: Yeah. There. There is a person up on the wall and they're. And the door is closed because it is nearing dusk. In like a Texas style accent, you see a pretty young, young guy look over like, look down at you guys and talks with a stuttering voice.

Speaker C: Hello, travelers, how are you? It takes them like a minute to say that.

Speaker D: All right, spit it out.

Speaker B: And supply.

Speaker A: He just shots down and like a.

Speaker C: Couple of seconds later the doors open.

Speaker A: Yep. And it's. There's just a single street in the first house number five. I don't know if you guys can read those.

Speaker C: Actually.

Speaker A: I can probably zoom it in a.

Speaker C: Little bit maybe if. Yeah.

Speaker B: Come on, Genie. No wishes tonight.

Speaker A: Yeah, the first one. Most of the other, like, because it's just like a single street and it's like lit by some like torches and stuff. And then most of the houses look like just like bunk houses or like those first houses actually is like a house number five is actually like a house.

Speaker C: Only a two story, fairly nice.

Speaker A: And then the biggest building you like see on the road has a sign on it that says Creepy King Sawmill. And then across the street from it, it just says Needy Tree General Store. And you guys just run. Continue riding down the road or.

Speaker D: Yeah, I'd be looking for the next like saloon or end. It was getting late and riding in rain all day.

Speaker A: Yeah. I say you guys would have. I'd assume in the morning you guys.

Speaker C: Would have took a bit of time to heal too.

Speaker A: You would have had time to treat this. The day of this travel. Yeah. So as you're riding down the street there, there's. There's not really anybody too many people out and about. And most of them, if you see anybody, they're either like going into One of the houses or walking down the street to the next like biggest, the second largest building in the place paying attention to us. Or they're just not really. I mean they like look at you because you're like new but know. Yep. Or I guess they're like jogging cuz it's drizzling. But yeah, you walk by or I guess you ride by.

Speaker C: Smelting my arms like a black smithy.

Speaker A: And then number six down there is a actually like a tiny little like chapel church in Louisiana. And then next to it is Biggs barber surgeon. And then you finally get to like the big.

Speaker C: Two story building that's on Kitty's Cantina.

Speaker A: And it is like loud in there. It's like like raucous. Like you hear like music playing.

Speaker C: Mugs clinking, like yelling.

Speaker A: No. But yeah, you get in there and there's like on the side there's like a place to like hitch your horses and stuff. Like a little stable. But yeah, when you get in there it's like pretty on the bottom down here. It's pretty big and it has like a really like pretty dense smoky haze in there.

Speaker B: I'm pretty sure I know where to find everybody. I take. I undo both of the horses and I take them over somebody stolen orchestra. The worst trait ever.

Speaker A: Now Ramsey's would take care of her.

Speaker C: Hurts too. Before she headed in.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: So Jock and Doc just ditched their.

Speaker A: Horses and head in dark would.

Speaker D: Handle it.

Speaker B: I apologize. Walk in the ring. Got a break. There's a. There's a lot of sympathy. Exactly.

Speaker D: Charles probably ate some eggs.

Speaker B: So I'm extra careful around that one.

Speaker A: Yeah. So Jack and Doc as you guys enter in, nobody pays attention.

Speaker C: There's.

Speaker A: A big like bar on the left but then like dead center in the back is like a dance stage and there's several women and a dude up there dancing like burlesque style. Then again and then also like walking around like serving people.

Speaker C: There are several with other women and.

Speaker A: Men and they're all like dressed up fancy looking. It's not very, it's like a very like shady tavern. Like smoke filled and there's like all along like I guess too close to the like the stage or whatever tables and then like further like on the edges are like a bunch of tables set up for like gambling.

Speaker B: Is it fresh sawdust?

Speaker A: Sure. Yep it is. It's a versa. It's like a very stereotypical like wild west.

Speaker C: It's like.

Speaker A: Rain, drink, spilled blood. Because it is very rowdy.

Speaker D: Somebody who just saw us.

Speaker B: Smells like pine cedar and I don't want to know.

Speaker A: Yeah you walk up to the bar. There's.

Speaker C: There's a few seats.

Speaker A: And then you get greeted by a short like 5 foot tall pretty lady that's got long black hair that's very shiny and they.

Speaker C: Have like a Haitian accent and they speak very precise and they're like welcome strangers to kitties. I'm Kitty. What you like to drink?

Speaker D: Whiskey.

Speaker A: Yeah. There would be. There would be some food. There would be something warm to eat.

Speaker C: All right darling I'll have that right up.

Speaker A: Like the drink arrives like in 30 seconds and then a little bit later kind of a greasy looking dude in.

Speaker C: An apron comes out with the corn chowder. Just plops it in front of you.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Corn cheesy beans.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: That's why you need it. That's why you need the whiskey. Burn out the impurities. You just. You just pour the whiskey on the counter.

Speaker D: Ask them what this is. It's really gorgeous.

Speaker B: The security guys are like don't eat that unless you want to come see us sooner.

Speaker A: Dark you guys would have had to travel like eight hours. So it would be.

Speaker B: Like is it normal dinner time.

Speaker A: It'd be late for dinner or like normal but it was like after everyone pretty much most of the.

Speaker C: Campus here drinking gambling and just enjoying themselves.

Speaker B: Yeah just leave the bottle. Leave it between us.

Speaker C: You got it Dar.

Speaker B: I think we're going to have a problem with those clowns. I think they'll recognize did any of them live to recognize you?

Speaker D: I don't think so.

Speaker A: Say not that you not that I know Good job.

Speaker D: Everything else just kind of happened fast.

Speaker C: How long Audrey do you I guess.

Speaker A: You actually Ramsey would actually end up helping you with after she finished with.

Speaker C: Polar sheet.

Speaker A: Mess to help me with one of the other horses.

Speaker C: Of she's.

Speaker A: Like you know pre veil torn that was a little different but.

Speaker C: I just passed through all I'm tending to do sleep here and head out in the morning.

Speaker B: Where are you going after this? Are you headed to miss Kitty's or.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker C: We'll grab some grub and then I'll probably go talk to the preacher see if he's got preacher in this town.

Speaker B: There's a church right next door to the saloon.

Speaker C: Yeah it's like number number six I think yeah. Number six was the church of Luke.

Speaker B: Four was the blacksmith.

Speaker A: Seven four is the barber surgeon Bigs I'll try to.

Speaker C: Get his mouse over these and see them.

Speaker B: Place out of the rain.

Speaker C: Yep.

Speaker B: I don't really trust that storm is that A good place to sleep. I think it'll be safe as loud as it was.

Speaker C: If you don't mind. I mean I'm sure the local preacher will put you up if you don't mind sleeping in the church.

Speaker B: Not with anything to do. Nostalgia, anything. Church will mind. That just depends on the creatures. Well, you garner attention no matter where you go. So does Jack. I'm just a skinny little kid next to a pill rider. If anything I'll be mistaken for a squawking reward of the st.

Speaker C: I say it probably wouldn't be uncommon.

Speaker A: For there to be like essentially squires for pill writers especially like orphans. I could see the church like ones that have aptitude or interest as they get older, getting put in with to the see if they're cut out to.

Speaker C: Be a pell rider.

Speaker A: Or some of them may just be like, that's what they want to do.

Speaker C: So they're like, yep, we'll sign you up.

Speaker B: Old west times were made different types of kids.

Speaker A: Yeah. So it wouldn't be uncommon to see it. A teenager riding with a pill rider.

Speaker C: As like their squire type deal. Or a pale in training, pale kid, pale child.

Speaker B: So yeah, I probably go in comfort food.

Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah. So it would probably take like 30 minutes to an hour to actually like.

Speaker C: Properly take care of the horses after all that riding and cleaning, making sure.

Speaker A: Because I don't know if you guys do that. You probably would do that like in.

Speaker C: The mornings before you set off, do a brush and check their hose and stuff.

Speaker A: So maybe it just take you like.

Speaker C: 15 minutes, 15, 20 minutes to take.

Speaker A: Care of the horses. It's really. I should mostly just be getting all their gear off and.

Speaker C: Giving a quick brush.

Speaker A: Yeah. See, you guys.

Speaker C: Arrive at the Kitty's Cantina and it is a very lively and loud place.

Speaker A: You would see like the backs of.

Speaker C: Jacques and Doc sitting at the tavern.

Speaker B: With the bottle of whiskey between us on the counter. You mean the empty bottle of whiskey? How long has it been?

Speaker D: Probably not.

Speaker A: I'd probably like. I'd say like maybe like 30. We'll just say 30 minutes.

Speaker B: Between the two of you. And Doc's not eating anything with it.

Speaker D: Eat our corn chowder.

Speaker C: Put hardtack in.

Speaker D: It and let it soak it out.

Speaker B: Oh. Not only is it tasty, but you can use it to light your way. It doesn't permeate, it just stays there. Floating torch. Light your way in darkness. He's like the end of it. Like it's ever burning. Tor. He saw a moon shot too.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: For desperate Times when you're too cold to carry.

Speaker C: Right.

Speaker B: Too far from the moon.

Speaker C: Or when.

Speaker B: The wound's just that bad. Yep. So much use for cauterizing wounds, you know, burn.

Speaker A: So you, you would notice like some people like eyeball Ramses, because she does have like, her pistols are on. She's just wearing her.

Speaker C: Pistols on the.

Speaker B: Inside or the outside were dusted with the rain. I imagine she.

Speaker A: Yeah, that's true. Yeah. You guys all would have had dusters on.

Speaker C: So.

Speaker A: So yeah, that nobody.

Speaker B: She probably just exuded that. Trust me, you don't want yanker signal.

Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah. So yeah, she like walks, she like steps in and then like stops in like the entryway and like looks around.

Speaker C: And then picks a table and just walks up to it and says, move.

Speaker D: I'd watch that. See what they do.

Speaker B: Have your hangs back a little bit to see what they do.

Speaker A: They give her like a really dirty like, they like turn around and be like, what you say, woman. And they go to like stand up and then you don't. You're not sure what happens. But the. They go, they like, their entire demeanor just changes. And they go, we're extremely sorry, ma'am, no offense. And they all like get up and go to the office, like far away as possible.

Speaker D: If there's enough room. I'd go over there.

Speaker A: There would be. It was like a table that had four guys, a group of four people there. She gives you like a half like smirk smile. It's like.

Speaker C: There'S some benefits to my training.

Speaker A: And then shortly later.

Speaker C: Like gold tinted.

Speaker A: Eyes and a braided ponytail with a Boston accent. Speaks like a Valley girl.

Speaker C: And she just addresses.

Speaker A: Ramses and she.

Speaker C: Goes, hey, I'm baby. What can I get you, ma'am?

Speaker A: Then Ramsey's orders. She goes, just a bot.

Speaker C: Another bottle of whiskey and whatever hot food you got. And then she just goes, bill the pill writers.

Speaker A: And the girl's eyes get like really big and she's like, shrinks a little bit.

Speaker C: It's like right away, man.

Speaker A: And Ramsay just like in her boomy voice, it's like, baby, get back over here.

Speaker C: Take the order of these fine gentlemen.

Speaker B: Something to warm up with hotly, preferably. That's a unkind way to treat the word fine by using it on us.

Speaker A: She just chuckled and was like, you earned it.

Speaker B: I just nod.

Speaker A: And then, yeah, the, the. The lady asked you, what would you have?

Speaker C: And then the rest of you gentlemen, you wish anything.

Speaker B: Hot food, fresh bread. It's like maybe something non alcoholic to drink.

Speaker C: I don't want it we got coffee or oatmeal mush.

Speaker B: Go for a coffee. I think it'll be safer. We'll risk everything the grown boy needs Butterfly. What do they call that in the Matrix? Oh, yeah. Yeah. They're slobs now. Yeah. Protein, synthetic amino acids. Everything body needs. That's what tastes good.

Speaker A: But yeah.

Speaker C: Then she hustles off with your guys and then brings back a tray of corn chowder as whiskey and chunk of bread and a cup of coffee.

Speaker D: Chunk of bread look like it's been eaten.

Speaker C: No, it's like.

Speaker A: It's like got ripped off like a bigger loaf. She probably would actually just brought a loaf of bread. Yeah, there would have. It would have been like an actual loaf of bread, not just from a second table.

Speaker B: It's got teeth marks in it.

Speaker D: I just put it back in the thing and serve it to the next person.

Speaker B: Yeah. You're both talking with that whiskey and just little. I know better than to drink it straight.

Speaker A: Yeah. So then Ramsay just asks where you.

Speaker C: Guys are off to next.

Speaker A: I don't remember if you guys discussed that or not. I guess a little bit, but. Or asking like, why you're heading out that way. Oh, I guess you did show her.

Speaker C: Yeah, you did show her this gorgeous thing.

Speaker B: Now, based on our map, if we want to head east, it looked like there was another town to the east that she might be headed to as well. I don't know the name of it. She would go further north and continue on.

Speaker A: So you guys, you would actually. So like, as you were riding like the last two days, the. It was the. Your directional usa you were going. It's further. It's like southeast of you more now. Yeah. She. She'll be heading northeast from here.

Speaker B: Based on the roads. I'm not sure if you want to go cross country to the forest. Not in a place called Spotted Spider. Right from the trees and they did the bugs and the insects.

Speaker A: So there was. There is a road out on the other side of Nightmore that kind of heads southeast.

Speaker B: Okay. So be headed back the same direction.

Speaker A: Yeah. So you guys. Yeah, essentially. And. Or you just overland it straight. You know, as straight as you can from here. It's almost like directly southeast of you now.

Speaker B: What do the roads look like? Like, I remember the headed to and there's one off to the east. Does that wrap around back to where we want to go?

Speaker C: Actually, it kind of.

Speaker A: It kind of does. Or your signal is like if them.

Speaker C: If it show up.

Speaker A: There it goes. Is down here in the like this.

Speaker C: Desert area is where it's showing up so delayed.

Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah, there's probably.

Speaker C: Actually, I think I did update the Surface last week. Shouldn't have done. I'm just gonna stop updating this.

Speaker B: Seems like the older they get, Microsoft tweaks the code. Yeah.

Speaker A: Just makes it crappier.

Speaker B: Like downgrades it.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: Or upgrades it to the point where it's not useful. Yeah.

Speaker A: No, I should just look and see if I can get a Linux. Well, yeah.

Speaker B: I'll see if we still have that laptop later that's not touched over.

Speaker A: Oh, I don't. I don't. This is literally just to connect to the projector because I don't want to like run like another window off this thing because this thing's already struggles enough.

Speaker B: Oh yeah. The bandwidth between that and music.

Speaker A: And so the music's actually getting played from my phone because after my Windows update it got stupid. But I can control my. With Spotify, I can drive it from my computer because it's like freaking Internet.

Speaker C: But.

Speaker A: Yeah. You like. Yeah, it's like in this desert area.

Speaker C: Somewhere. So.

Speaker A: Yeah, it's generally in like that area. So I mean you could go. You could go. You could ride with the Ramses for another chunk and then break off and then move your way and go straight south if you want to. Or you. Or you had. That'll be a longer trip going that route.

Speaker B: Go back down. Going skirt around like more and then cut east.

Speaker A: Yeah. Would probably be shorter.

Speaker B: I'd look at my travel companions and ask for advice.

Speaker A: I mean. Or you just ride straight there.

Speaker B: Yeah. As one of the options.

Speaker A: And there are.

Speaker B: I have no idea what's here that's other than woods. That's only because I first seen it as we were coming into.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: And that was woods. And it's. It's possible you guys might find more stuff out there. That's. That's just gonna be nice. Like what? Depending on like the travel nav, scouting truck navigating roles, there may be. You may find something out there.

Speaker B: Diligence cabins.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker B: Caves. Whatever.

Speaker C: I should. I need to add that to the. I need to add that to the map. Well, that's huge. Gotta put the cabin in the woods on the map.

Speaker D: You can go back.

Speaker C: Yep.

Speaker B: Should have left him a little bit of gold.

Speaker D: Jack wouldn't do that. Should have collected all the shells and put them back in the bowl. Putting the bowl back.

Speaker B: One step away from an egg sucker. Yep.

Speaker C: Yeah. Because that was like over here.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Yeah. So while you guys are like eating and talking with Ramsey, there's I mean there's.

Speaker C: There's constantly someone dancing up on the stage. Piano music usually going ham.

Speaker A: And it's.

Speaker C: Just loud and raucous in there.

Speaker A: Yeah, you would see, you would see lots of like. You would see some like dedicated like gambling tables where it'd be like I guess probably like blackjack or there'd be people playing, I guess like you know, Texas style hold them one. Then there'd other be people just playing poke like regular poker.

Speaker B: Oh, this would be the dancers on stage.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: What are they doing up there?

Speaker A: And you'd see people coming and going up and down the stairs. The second floor.

Speaker C: As well.

Speaker B: This is a really busy end.

Speaker D: Everyone gotta make money.

Speaker A: Like everyone in here is like rough looking because they're all basically loggers or hunters.

Speaker B: Oh, they must sleep in chest the way they go up and down those stairs.

Speaker D: Yeah. Jack would play into that and just be sarcastic or jokes about it. Audrey doesn't really know.

Speaker B: He have absolutely no idea. Depending on how you worded it, he might take it as gospel truth. So if you ever figure out what you told him, let me know.

Speaker D: And I figured out.

Speaker B: Whether not Ramsey is straighten out.

Speaker D: Well ignore what Ramsey would say if you say anything.

Speaker A: I don't know if she necessarily would.

Speaker D: Mine would be like when kids use like words they don't know, like slang or something, but you don't really inform them and you kind of just.

Speaker A: But if you, if you did, if you were just like generally like asking like what's like going on or like why are they going up in shifts and stuff like man, let's be sleeping in shifts.

Speaker B: It'd just be kind of naive.

Speaker A: Yeah, she would probably just like. She would probably be something like sarcastic too or just like. Or just say like they're probably just having a good time and not actually.

Speaker C: Sleeping.

Speaker A: But being a pell rider. No, she'd probably just be direct and it's like, oh, they're probably paying for sex.

Speaker D: That's what I see is a fell writer. Maybe more like the paladin or clarity. Like no, this is what's going on.

Speaker B: Like that one from the dnd. Sorry, the second floor is fornication.

Speaker A: And she was like. She'd probably be like with the preacher in town, it's probably generally safe to.

Speaker C: Engage in that activity if you wish.

Speaker D: Jackson, please don't fall in love.

Speaker C: She's like, that's wise advice.

Speaker B: Maybe it's best. I am sleeping on pews tonight probably.

Speaker C: You could probably be wise. Unless you're looking for a particular kind of Education.

Speaker B: It sounds like you don't sleep for this education.

Speaker C: She just chuckle.

Speaker B: I'm too tired after writing.

Speaker A: And like you, you would probably, you would notice that like there are like men and women like circling, you know, doing like the typical, I guess bar wench thing, behaviors going around at different tables and like soliciting stuff. But you notice that like since the baby came by and brought you guys food, like she comes by once in a while just to make sure you have everything. But no, none of the other. No, none of that changed. But you would, you would probably notice like after those guys got up and left and went like there probably would be like some glances at the table of like, why did they just like act that way and then leave? But you none of the other like workers which. None of the other doves.

Speaker C: I guess we'll use the term that.

Speaker A: Has come across in the Wild west thing. None of the doves have come by to solicit anything other than baby. Just checking on you guys and making sure you have everything.

Speaker B: Picked up on some. Sorry Jack. It will be lonely tonight.

Speaker D: Jack won't really care. He's not too interested in that form of entertainment.

Speaker B: Doc's going to work on staying respectable. No, he's going to stay a fine gentleman as long as he can find.

Speaker A: Yeah, probably when you guys were done with your like your food and stuff, the baby would come by and ask if any of you want any molasses cake.

Speaker B: How long have we been here?

Speaker A: That's up to you guys like a couple hours.

Speaker B: So we've had a fair amount of whiskey base. I'd be like, hell yeah, let's go.

Speaker D: That'd be on the power rider's dime. Sure. Just say yes.

Speaker B: Slap you on the back. Glass is king.

Speaker D: Doc's not doing so well.

Speaker B: Maybe I think we're gonna need the whole cake.

Speaker A: She like smirks a little bit and.

Speaker C: Says right away, sir.

Speaker D: Thank you, Dragon. Just kind of laugh at Doc but make sure he doesn't get in trouble.

Speaker C: He doesn't drink as much as you.

Speaker D: Nor no one tries anything.

Speaker A: You would occasionally hear like people like, like shout at each other for like while they're, you know, like playing cards and stuff. But there doesn't seem to be like too like any of the like like troublemaking looking sorts you do. You have noticed like a, like a woodsman looking guy going around to like each table and like either handing people like some like a, like a ticket or did they just like tell them like get out of here, Muddy. I'm out.

Speaker D: Kidding. What that guy's dealing. She comes back.

Speaker A: Oh baby.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: She's like oh that's muddy.

Speaker C: He's just a.

Speaker A: He practically lives here and just trying to sell the.

Speaker C: And get orders for game meat that he goes hunts for people just in general kind of like nuisance. Yeah.

Speaker D: Can you ever get the game or is he just.

Speaker C: Yeah, he delivers most of the time.

Speaker B: You want to put in an order.

Speaker D: For pepper for eggs?

Speaker C: No.

Speaker D: Maybe that's the guy I heard in the woods.

Speaker B: I don't know if money lives here. He couldn't have been there.

Speaker D: Maybe he has special powers his murmurs himself.

Speaker B: But maybe talking to a twin Y.

Speaker D: Who knows.

Speaker B: Would that just be.

Speaker A: But yeah for however like. And then I guess Ramsey's does say like if you guys want to the.

Speaker C: If you want a choir environment to.

Speaker A: Sleep we can go.

Speaker C: Crash at the church or a room will be comped upstairs.

Speaker D: Audrey probably not used to this environment. So he would not sleep.

Speaker B: Only raise more questions in the morning.

Speaker D: Yeah. We leave after a bit of the truth.

Speaker C: Okay.

Speaker A: Yeah says yeah like when you guys go to leave Baby like just double.

Speaker C: Checks on you guys and make sure everything was good. Right. I guess. Ma'am. Miss.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: I just played I'd help knock.

Speaker B: Him up on the other side. Unless you need to have one hand free to keep your balance. I just have the bottle of one hand. I don't need your help. And I put my arm on your.

Speaker C: Shoulder leaning.

Speaker D: Make sure no guns come out.

Speaker C: Yeah doing tricks.

Speaker D: Actually I would. I'd probably slide of hand like empty your gun, take the bullets out of it.

Speaker B: I'm all in. No, I wouldn't be letting. I wouldn't take my gun out Smart enough for that. So they're wagering hogs fit in the barrel.

Speaker C: Yeah right.

Speaker B: Then silver bullets in there. No, he's not that dumb. He would have aversion to messing with Unless you like directly challenged by another drunk or something.

Speaker C: If someone starts it then I say.

Speaker A: You would notice that like they're probably like as the. As like the night. I don't know how long you guys stay there.

Speaker D: Probably in a couple hours. Yeah we're gonna get some done in the morning.

Speaker A: Yeah okay. Yeah so there probably wouldn't like a couple like short lived like fist fights.

Speaker B: Minor bets money on the guy who's standing.

Speaker C: But.

Speaker A: But compared to I guess some of the other places like Doc and probably or not Doc but Jacque and maybe Doc have been to this is. It was loud and like rowdy but not like dangerous. There weren't any like wannabe like tufts there. Because these guys are all loggers and tough. They kind of already have like their order like established.

Speaker B: Maybe tomorrow we'll see.

Speaker A: Yeah, see. Yeah, you guys, I think you probably leave there around like 10ish, but yeah. So you follow Ramses over to the church of Lou and she knocks on the door and it gets opened by 30 year old guy who's like very short. He's like 4, 3. He's kind of like chunky rectangle face, dark, very dark brown eyes. And he's got hair that's kind of like looks like it's would be long if it wasn't like tied up dark brown. But he's got like an American Midwestern.

Speaker C: Accent.

Speaker A: Very like flowery and like expressive when he like reach and he just opens like hi, how, how can I help you? And then Ramsay's like, we need to sleep here.

Speaker C: And he's like, all right, come on in. And he goes, I'm Preacher Bass. What are you guys names?

Speaker B: I don't know if Ramsey's would be the first one.

Speaker A: She probably, she would at least introduce herself. And she just goes, I'm retired, retired writer Ramses.

Speaker B: And without any specific of. Don't use these names. Audrey probably be like, and that's Doc and that's Jock and I'm Audrey. Whiskey bottle. I'll cut you. Kind of moving Doc towards the pew to lay it down. He's like, huh, that almost rhymes.

Speaker C: He kind of like chuckles a little bit and it's like, audrey, why don't you come help me and we'll go grab some sawdust mattresses out of the wood shaving mattresses out of the back.

Speaker D: Room here and maybe a bucket for my friend here.

Speaker C: He's like, okay, of course.

Speaker A: I'd rather not have to clean that up.

Speaker B: Yeah. He would follow upload stuff out and.

Speaker A: Then he just like kind of like friendly. Just that's what bringing you guys up here.

Speaker C: Especially in the company of a Hell Rider.

Speaker B: Restocking to continue our journey. Good riding company.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: He kind of like, he's like, yep. Hell Riders get around. Between their training of training and their worldly experience, they generally know a lot, especially in the areas they serve.

Speaker B: How long have you been here?

Speaker C: Oh, just a.

Speaker A: He kind of like thanks.

Speaker C: Oh, I think five years now. I think not super long. It's kind of like my first assignment as preacher out, first solo assignment. So I grew up near the area, so it's nice to be back. I would say they're not necessarily.

Speaker A: I guess they're like more like thicker like shavings than like straight, like super powdery heavy sawdust. Because it would need to have like some sort of like give to it. So they wouldn't be like super heavy. They'd just be awkward.

Speaker B: Depending on how they come out. You can probably see Audrey have one back.

Speaker C: They. Yeah, they would kind of just be.

Speaker A: Like a big sack. Just like dragging it on the ground. Because it wouldn't have anything to like keep it rigid.

Speaker B: Depending on the width. Yeah.

Speaker D: No sleep number here.

Speaker B: It's a zero landing back. There's any dust.

Speaker D: Hopefully the seams don't break. If you want.

Speaker B: Go down pillows. You don't know what hit you till it's after.

Speaker D: Not one of us will die.

Speaker B: Why you put rock.

Speaker A: But yeah.

Speaker C: So you guys get the mattress out and stuff. And he's like, I'll be in my office if you guys need anything. Sleep well.

Speaker A: Then he goes back in his room and closes the door.

Speaker B: Because the mattress is on the floor. You kind of lean it up on the pew. So we get you taking a couple of steps. Would you like put down on your side just kind of and all over, or would it just be like now I'd kind of like lay down on my left knee and slowly kind of like curl my body down, Bring the bottle in with the bottle sticking out. That was my next question. You forget that. It's just like, you see, you reach around my coat and I pull out a cork. Well, doc's got breakfast sorted out pretty much. I figured you're gonna wake up with such a hangover. It's gonna be. The only way to avoid it is to keep drinking. Don't stop gonna go into the weird to avoid it. What are you doing? Yeah.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: You want some whiskey? Want some molasses cake? It's amazing. Smells marvelous. I've been trying to think what my weird would be. Original, like an alien fire. But what if it were to absorb other people's remains? Weird.

Speaker D: Maybe. Yeah.

Speaker B: Almost a sacrifice of some kind of. Yeah, I mean, it would be definitely weird of weird. That might be too weird. Yep. It might be. I don't know. Jacob, what do you think?

Speaker A: What's that?

Speaker B: Having your weird ability being to absorb other people's weird counters.

Speaker A: I would. I mean, I don't.

Speaker C: That would be something that could probably happen.

Speaker A: Yeah. I mean, like, if that's like if you're going. If you're spending your weird to do that or like, is that what you're asking, like for your work?

Speaker B: Originally I was thinking like an Aoe.

Speaker A: First if you're going to. They get weird that you just absorb whatever coming at you.

Speaker B: No, it'd be like it stop keeps going into the weird to the library. And he's starting to get close that counter. I would be able to absorb some of his counters.

Speaker A: Oh, oh, like his take his weird on.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Oh, yeah. That I'd be like, yeah. And add it to yours or whatever. That'd be fine with that.

Speaker B: I just wasn't sure that level of weirdness you bump into a monster. I don't know. I think I can help them. You become weird yourself. That's how you. That's how the new character was created.

Speaker A: Yeah. I say I'd be fine. Like if you wanted like you roll your weird and then you have whatever you absorb whatever you stop him. But it does add like one more weird to your track. So at the cost of whatever it took plus, you know, plus one. Because that would stop him from going.

Speaker C: To the trans turning monstrous. Whatever. That's gonna look like.

Speaker B: Conan Librarian.

Speaker C: You could become Conan the library back the books.

Speaker B: Something like Ghostbusters with the ghost looking through the car kettle. Yeah.

Speaker A: Yeah. Because I don't. I haven't. I should read your thing. But I think most of the weird. It's pretty. What you actually do when you do.

Speaker C: It is pretty wide open. Yeah.

Speaker A: And it's meant to be strong because I mean it is limited use.

Speaker C: So if you like.

Speaker A: If you're really unlucky, like four times and you're gone.

Speaker B: So it's just so general. A lot of the others, it's the.

Speaker A: Fighter, but you're going crazy. Yeah, but your guy is like the weird, isn't he?

Speaker B: Yeah, I'm a weirdo. Not that I'm going to do it now.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: Like I said, trying to think of what would it be. Do I go to the f. I visit the village of the weird. But until then I sleep on this. All this matter could be an exorcism of a sort. Whether or not the person wants to stop his thoughts. You just got to have people around it by whatever gets real least sorry I killed.

Speaker A: No because do you have the.

Speaker C: What's your weird ruination?

Speaker A: Is it the release your inner power and energy or is it one of the other weave the spectral energies or.

Speaker C: Allow greater beings to possess you for I think that's the right one this year. The weirdo playbook.

Speaker B: Yeah. I've been checking in because I didn't quite know what it would be.

Speaker C: So. It does when you control the supernatural.

Speaker A: Subjugate the weird or dominate the strange. You. And then you can also write your own in there.

Speaker C: So the weirdo can be pretty strong.

Speaker B: So far I haven't really used any of the skills I got. So my weird is deep.

Speaker A: Yeah. Which may work out really good when we go to like every Wednesday.

Speaker B: I need to watch those two vids. Yeah, I did get the other one. You're not an actor. Yeah, that's pretty good. I need to watch the.

Speaker A: Yeah, I haven't watched the one Nick posted. Yeah. Yeah. So you guys sleep through the night.

Speaker C: Wake up to rain around 6am I.

Speaker D: Went in, put Jack's cigarette out and he fell asleep in his mouth.

Speaker B: Would it be like a stack of ash as you're laying there? Just throw it on top.

Speaker D: Maybe she smokes enough that he knows how to do that.

Speaker C: Sleep while he smoke.

Speaker A: That's how Jack dies. Burst into flames.

Speaker C: Get smited.

Speaker D: The reverse CPAP machine.

Speaker B: It goes in my two fingertips.

Speaker C: You guys would probably actually get woke up to the sawmill.

Speaker B: Yeah, probably.

Speaker C: Since it's sawmill and people and rain and people heading to work.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Preacher bass. You just hear him humming.

Speaker B: Your dog shut up. Forgets where he is.

Speaker C: He goes.

Speaker A: He just goes.

Speaker C: Well, Doc, for a small donation, I can take care of that. Hangover.

Speaker B: Squinting at him. Small is a relative term.

Speaker C: I'm sure you can spare a coin.

Speaker D: It's hard to like a small coin.

Speaker C: Yeah, Donations. It goes to.

Speaker D: Well, keep me well in the business next door there.

Speaker A: It goes to helping the people in the business next door when they.

Speaker C: When they overdo it or contract to other things.

Speaker B: Well, I've lost money on stupider stuff. Let's give it a shot. So would this be a minor hangover?

Speaker A: We should act. You should actually.

Speaker C: Yeah, actually, because this would be kind of funny.

Speaker B: I'd be able to treat it somewhat.

Speaker C: But if you've got a.

Speaker A: You should. Yeah.

Speaker C: Roll.

Speaker A: I guess this would be grit.

Speaker C: Yeah, just roll. A regret grit. See?

Speaker A: See how bad your hangover is? Yep.

Speaker C: Major hangover.

Speaker B: You got somebody punching inside my head?

Speaker D: No. You need sunglasses for the day.

Speaker B: You got some luck. Maybe you'll learn never to do it again.

Speaker D: No.

Speaker C: All right. I need to. I'll add that to my. That's actually a good way to handle drinking too much then just.

Speaker B: Now, Doc, take your medicine. What is he going to do to me?

Speaker C: He just can go visit the surgeon. I just give a dirty.

Speaker D: Not again.

Speaker B: Slip you off.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Demons out. Wow. I don't know if you did any blood, but wouldn't that be as potent as Kerosene maybe.

Speaker C: Okay, we got enough notes for now.

Speaker A: No, he just. He comes over to you and he just puts his hands on like the side of your head and the little faint glow and then like you're.

Speaker C: You feel warmth and then your headache and everything is gone.

Speaker A: You're still like a little like sick feeling, but the actual like major effects of your hangover and stuff are gone.

Speaker B: Well, that's a neat trick.

Speaker C: Teach me that. Well, if you want to go to preacher school in the fortress of light for a few years, sure.

Speaker B: Well, you almost had. I just get up and pack my.

Speaker D: Stuff and walk away.

Speaker B: Can you do that to yourself or you can Naomi, do it to others.

Speaker C: It's heals. It is frowned upon to in say overindulge and then cure yourself. But you can, of course.

Speaker D: A few years you can learn how to do it.

Speaker B: Take the hangover of another person.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: That ruins the opportunity for burning.

Speaker C: But yeah, he just. He chuckles and goes back to. I'm in a gospel sounding tune of. Tune of some kind. Anytime. That's what I'm here for.

Speaker B: I sucked. I doubt that. But I appreciate it anyways.

Speaker A: It'd be like kind of muddy, but this is actually like cobblestone. Like in here. They've. Yeah, they've. It's like cobblestone or like almost like a. Yeah, it would be. It'd be stone paved. So it's cobblestones because they do move like a lot of wood. And you would see like teams of people with mules and wagons and stuff heading out the gates on both ends. And you'd probably even see people moving logs from the big. Like these. These big buildings are actually like. You would have. They're just like pole barns, open size. And you would have seen lumber in there and stuff. And there probably would have been. There probably be a couple of teams loading up stuff and getting ready to head north to move lumber and all that. Yeah. Ramses thanks Preacher Bass for his hospitality.

Speaker C: And heads out the door.

Speaker B: Errands are breakfast first. Whatever you guys want to do. Knock. You're healed. Should we go feed you? I could try first. Audrey's in pretty good spirits. He'd probably whistle happy to him. Always keeping an eye on Doc because he's not quite sure how far they hang over. Pretty good. I'm doing okay.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: So you guys headed back to kitties?

Speaker A: It's definitely like. It has the buzz of like people eating like there's. And drinking their coffee and stuff. And it's just like a bunch of.

Speaker C: Workers getting ready to go to work.

Speaker A: And, like, all the doves are, like, draw. Dressed, like, more modestly and serving up breakfast to everybody.

Speaker C: And you, Ramsey just walks up to a table.

Speaker A: Or walks up to an empty table.

Speaker C: Baby comes by. It's like, breakfast. Scrambled. Scrambled eggs, fresh biscuits and some gravy.

Speaker B: Yes, ma'am.

Speaker C: Hot coffee.

Speaker B: Definitely. Yeah. Eggs. Eggs.

Speaker D: Don't worry.

Speaker B: Actually saying, where do you get your eggs from? Just out of curiosity? Spider eggs from a baby person? Not.

Speaker A: No. She says, we have. She's like, well, we have some chicken coops.

Speaker C: She's like, who? Oh, very interesting.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: The waiter being nice, listening to your crazy story.

Speaker A: Now that she seems, like, genuinely interested. But.

Speaker C: But.

Speaker A: But, yeah. And then.

Speaker C: She comes back a little bit later with big tray with your pot of coffee cups and scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravity.

Speaker A: And then Ramsey's eats. Eats pretty quick.

Speaker C: And you can tell that she's, like, anxious to go pick up supplies and hit the road.

Speaker B: If there's extra biscuits left, I'd probably ask if they have any cheese.

Speaker C: Can you give me a flat roll? We'll see if they have cheese or the quality of the cheese.

Speaker B: Oh, it's bad. Snake eyes. Let's go. It's.

Speaker A: No, I see. They just go, oh, that's. We don't have any.

Speaker C: We don't have any cheese preserves.

Speaker B: I'm looking at taking biscuits. That might be lunch.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: She goes, we got some spotted jam.

Speaker A: Yeah. So baby comes back pretty quick with it, and it's just, like, in a little, like, mason jar.

Speaker C: Doing the random.

Speaker A: Smells that popped up with horse manure. No, that's not what it smells like. No.

Speaker B: One of those fruits that smells, like, super nasty but tastes great.

Speaker C: Yeah, the durian.

Speaker B: Yeah, Durian. Yeah.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: It's trash.

Speaker A: That's what it smells like. No. Yeah. See, when you get it open, it has a pleasant almond smell, kind of like. Like the marzipan taste, like that almond.

Speaker C: Dough taste, but it has, like, a smell of almonds to it.

Speaker A: And it's kind of. It's not like soup. It's closer to, like, a.

Speaker C: Like a ketchup consistency.

Speaker A: So it spreads really easy, and it's like a bright yellow. And then when you finally, like, when you, like, taste it, it has kind of like a sour, sweet, grapefruit taste to it.

Speaker B: The rest of the bottle.

Speaker A: Is that okay?

Speaker C: Sure thing.

Speaker B: I don't know what I'm going to be eating later. I found to make whatever it is that much better.

Speaker C: Oh, that's very easy to make, too.

Speaker B: And then I'd ask Her.

Speaker C: You gotta find yourself some spotted spider nests and collect their eggs and then you smush them all up and boil them for an hour or two and then let it cool.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: And you get spotted. Jam.

Speaker B: I guess you don't want me to share.

Speaker C: Yeah. So then you guys enjoy your, like, eat your breakfast.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker C: You hit needy tree. Get greeted by the.

Speaker A: Young lady there.

Speaker C: Looks like her 20s and green eyes, close, cropped hair that's like, black. And they have like.

Speaker A: When she speaks, she has like a pirate accent.

Speaker C: And kind of like, speaks like that. I should add, like, I should add that to character as a part of character creation. If they got have some sort of damage.

Speaker A: But now she's just a.

Speaker C: Young adult around 5 8, but she's like, all right, what can I help you? What can I get for you today?

Speaker A: And it's like kind of a. There's not a whole lot of, like, browsing. It's more like. There's, like, mostly, like, a menu of stuff. There's like, some, like, clothes and stuff and like, maybe some, like, tools and everything, but for the most part, just like, you'd order the stuff you need.

Speaker B: Food, ammo.

Speaker D: I don't do that.

Speaker A: Should I make sure you, I guess, have enough rations?

Speaker C: Otherwise you'll have to be like, hunting for however long you think you might be traveling.

Speaker D: I doubt they have silver.

Speaker A: No. If you say that out loud, she'd.

Speaker C: Just be like, what? Really? Sorry, sir.

Speaker B: For what?

Speaker D: One last night.

Speaker B: Oh, yeah. I look at you, I go, nice. That's probably wise, getting in a fight.

Speaker D: Just look at your gun. And there's a cork.

Speaker B: Do you have any weapons in the shop.

Speaker C: Of notes?

Speaker A: No, there'd just be like, standard, like, light rifles and like a. Just a.

Speaker C: A small selection.

Speaker A: Because most people, like, already have guns and hunting. Yeah.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: And that would be something. Like, they would have to, like, go somewhere to.

Speaker C: If they actually need to get a new rifle. Yeah. Ramsay orders, like, a week worth of rations and some more bullets.

Speaker D: How long do you plan on being there?

Speaker B: We know if you go cross country, we don't know how long we're going to be. Got light.

Speaker A: So basically, yeah. Any, like, general supplies shouldn't be an issue.

Speaker C: But it's just how much rations you want to stock up on.

Speaker B: Well, you have to replace that one piece of rope.

Speaker C: Yeah, that's true.

Speaker D: I can't think of any.

Speaker B: The rope's the only thing that really got damaged.

Speaker D: They make in.

Speaker B: Too young to worry about stocking up on soup.

Speaker D: It rains in the.

Speaker C: No, there actually probably Would be some spotted repellent.

Speaker B: Some healing sounds. Yeah the three of those.

Speaker A: Yeah they would probably have like a few. That wouldn't be a thing.

Speaker C: That'd be pretty common here.

Speaker A: Oh the spotted repellent.

Speaker C: The insect bug repellent.

Speaker A: Is that what you're probably get a.

Speaker B: Couple of those too. The healing salad.

Speaker A: Oh the healing cell. If you guys are going to get more than three I would need a haggle roll.

Speaker C: Well okay.

Speaker A: You guys have.

Speaker B: Get at least two of the spotted you know in case I need to make spotted jam.

Speaker D: Yeah might need it.

Speaker A: Yeah the. The.

Speaker C: The.

Speaker A: The repellent is kind of like. It's still like that same it's kind of the yellowish color but it's like almost like an aftershave bottle or whatever. So you like pour some out and like rub it on wherever you tell.

Speaker B: Me it smells about the same. I'm going to hope I don't mix this up with my jam.

Speaker C: No but has like a. Not actually sure what sassafras smells like but that's what it smells very faint smell of sassafras.

Speaker B: Some describe it as a combination of cinnamon, citrus, vanilla and star anise. Vanilla interests.

Speaker D: Smell good.

Speaker A: Yes that's true.

Speaker B: The bark smells like cinnamon. The root smell like root beer. Even after the root is cut and dried?

Speaker C: Absolutely.

Speaker B: Leaves and stems smell like sweet lemon and twigs has a spicy smell. Do they taste? Depends on what part you eat.

Speaker A: Say it's alts the yeah the spotted bug repellent.

Speaker C: It's a like clear apricot color it so anything anything else in here? Are you guys ready to travel?

Speaker A: So did you guys want more than three?

Speaker B: Those take time to use anyways they were nice for the horses Speed up things. Well there's mass injuries.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: Take one of these and call me in the morning.

Speaker A: Yep. So then as you guys get ready.

Speaker C: To part ways with.

Speaker A: She just goes.

Speaker C: Next time you're in Braves Landing come see me because moon and sun will need new homes. Yeah her guns, her six shooters. Ah they have Moonbeam and Sunbeam. I think that's what I call them.

Speaker B: I heard women and sons. They'll build their own house.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Moon sight and sunset. We'll need new homes.

Speaker D: Maybe you will. Once we finish this adventure may finally make it back to Braves Landing.

Speaker B: Start rolling really bad.

Speaker D: There right now.

Speaker B: So six right now.

Speaker A: Oh you should like when you do I guess level up like keep track of that cuz it would be it'll be near level plus 7 or whatever.

Speaker B: I need at least 3 more before I can even Begin to think about it.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: So then you guys get ready to head out. So.

Speaker B: Which way you want to go back towards Dymor or cross country?

Speaker D: I would go towards Nightmore than go around it.

Speaker C: That's faster.

Speaker B: I don't think the road in general should be.

Speaker D: No. Unless you want to do some sightseeing shop, whatever.

Speaker B: That means. We gotta go past cabin.

Speaker D: Might be more eggs.

Speaker B: That's true. Might be the next batch.

Speaker D: We'll hire someone and check them for next.

Speaker C: Oh, I didn't say disconnect no more.

Speaker A: If you want to get there faster and you don't want to go directly there, then the south is the shorter route.

Speaker B: At least 100 yards around that mark.

Speaker D: Well, we'll activate our weird and try to dig on the house.

Speaker B: I don't think my word would be super helpful. Might give us an idea of where to get. That's about it. Yeah.

Speaker D: Well, I think I can rip in here the house get inside a lot of room ripping and herring.

Speaker B: Carpenter casa wanted to retire at night more. Said something about renovation.

Speaker D: Wow.

Speaker C: See?

Speaker A: Yep. Yeah.

Speaker C: While you guys are traveling on the road, either someone scouts or someone navigates.

Speaker B: Scouts has grip. Right.

Speaker C: No reflexes.

Speaker A: Smarts none of the use grit. Neither of those use grit.

Speaker C: And then navigates.

Speaker A: Smarts are cunning.

Speaker D: Got the map.

Speaker B: I've got a plus one for cutting. Smarts is zero. Whatever's coming, who misses it even with a plus one? Six.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker C: On six minus mark. Look good.

Speaker B: Look.

Speaker D: We're going to end up at that cabin no matter what.

Speaker B: Audrey tries to keep on the road. Ventures off a little bit and says, I don't know where I'm going. He goes back to the road. He comes across the cabin. Well, he knows he's close to her again before, but.

Speaker C: So yeah, I'll say.

Speaker A: While you guys are.

Speaker C: Right, I guess traveling. You hear like.

Speaker A: I'll say like midday. Midday. You hear a.

Speaker C: Wait a horrifying sound of this horrifying like bane sound. Oh.

Speaker B: Pull out his rifle. Actually, no. I gave my rifle to Doc. Scatter gun would be sitting there in my lap.

Speaker A: Yeah. I say probably like 50ft out of like a dense patch of bush or.

Speaker C: Trees because it wouldn't be bushes. Yeah. You see five. Five, about six to seven foot high.

Speaker A: They're bigger. They're a little bit bigger than your horses.

Speaker C: Creatures. They kind of have.

Speaker A: They have kind of like a lizard look to them with like spikes along like their head and their tail is.

Speaker C: Like spiky and they have large.

Speaker A: Claws.

Speaker C: I've heard stories of them since they're like a swamp creature that's become a lot more active since the veil has been torn.

Speaker B: Are they fast?

Speaker A: Yes, they. They are fast, but you'd know that they're horror talent. Yeah. Do you see them? And you know, you can already tell that they're gaining on your. Gaining on you quickly.

Speaker B: Are they bundled tight or are they spread out.

Speaker C: There?

Speaker A: A couple of them were, like, rushing down the road, and then, like, a couple of them were, like, flanking, like, the edge of the road.

Speaker D: I wouldn't drop my gun and probably shoot out as soon as I could. Yeah, they're just charging at us.

Speaker C: Yes, they're.

Speaker B: If they're not in time.

Speaker D: Intelligent enough to have a conversation.

Speaker A: No, you'd very much tell they're not.

Speaker C: You're not going to be talking to them over.

Speaker B: Nice dinner. Where's the meal? Yep, not so much where we are, sir, but we're. We're not going to learn their motivation here.

Speaker A: No, their. Their motivation is like, very obviously, I'm gonna eat you.

Speaker C: No, they're never worked. Okay, here we go. After, like, 50 clicks. Oh, it's working.

Speaker A: There you go.

Speaker C: That's what you see.

Speaker A: Yeah. You see a pack of five of those.

Speaker C: Oh, that thing is still on.

Speaker A: So you guys, what are you guys doing at this point?

Speaker C: They're.

Speaker A: They're like 50ft away and gaining.

Speaker B: Light it. Throw it down in the road, like, in front of them, between us. Pull out both my fist.

Speaker D: Yep. Get my shotgun there.

Speaker B: Basically trying to make, like, a flame spot between.

Speaker A: Yeah. So you throw fire down here. Are you guys still riding? Are you turning and fighting?

Speaker B: Gotta watch what Jack says because you're more aggressive.

Speaker D: Yeah, Right now I'd just be riding my. Like, like, galloping.

Speaker C: Galloping.

Speaker D: And then I just turn in my saddle.

Speaker A: All right, shoot.

Speaker B: I just keep moving. Throw that down.

Speaker D: Keep moving me up.

Speaker A: All right. Yeah. So as you're galloping, you actually see, like, the lead one just. Just leaps the fire.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Shoot it down. Twelve with my shotgun.

Speaker A: All right.

Speaker D: He's the one that's jumping.

Speaker A: All right. Yep. Your. Both your shots connect, and it does, like, roar when you hit it. And it's bleeding, but it's. Does not seem. It seemed to piss it off more than deter it. The other. The other four split around the fire, so they, like, go around the fire while this one, like, jumped it.

Speaker C: As you guys are, you know, writing.

Speaker A: All right, Audrey, are you.

Speaker C: Doing anything?

Speaker B: Mainly clicking forward, making sure we're not going to get cut off by someone else. How far away is it from where we are toward the firewall.

Speaker A: I'd say if you guys are galloping it's probably like 20, 30ft away now. So you would be covering ground.

Speaker B: Yeah, I'd be kind of keeping an eye on both of them and checking out both sides of the roads as we continue to get scanning in front.

Speaker C: Let's see.

Speaker A: Yeah Audrey, give me a reason rule. Yeah, that's what's smart when you try to remember something.

Speaker B: Double sixes.

Speaker C: Oh snap.

Speaker A: So I will say like because this is. It's. This is a. You would call. This is a native creature and like you've probably heard like maybe myths or like natives. Like I guess I'll call them natives. I call them natives or tribal. We'll call them the tribal. Heard tribal stories of these being tamed and used as mounts. But that's not something that's like been seen and probably a century or something or like that. I guess the more civilized so.

Speaker B: Fascinated by this idea. And as he's. He's getting forward, he stops. He's not focused so much forward but he wants to see if there's anybody lighting those. Those that are chasing up on him. So as far as these four that wrapped around the fire and the woman's still coming. Is there something margin.

Speaker A: There's nobody writing. These ones are like wild as far as you can tell.

Speaker B: The adventurer loves the idea but he has no idea how to apply this information.

Speaker A: I say that this is obvious. This is more of as you. Because you said you stopped and looked to see or you're just trying to riding. Okay.

Speaker B: Scanning back and forth. He's like he's trusting Knox not to run him off the road. And he's looking back. He's going to use this mounts.

Speaker A: Is there something on him Then you get a tingle in the back of their head that says do it.

Speaker B: I thought he's crazy enough to try it. He slows down a bit.

Speaker A: It's like how s has the gm. This will require you to get weird.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker A: But continue with your.

Speaker B: Is there a spot in the road that has almost like a natural corral?

Speaker A: Probably not in this area. It's fairly like dense wood like far rainforesty along the whole thing. Like so there's like it weaves a little bit but for the most part this place like when they made this road they're just cut the forest down.

Speaker C: From here to here.

Speaker A: Yeah. So I'll say yeah you're halfway. So you'd only be like half the day through traveling standing in front of the gator.

Speaker B: But he's definitely. He would be playing with the idea. Especially if there's a tingle like.

Speaker A: Yeah. It's almost reach out. Yeah. With. With the 12 plus for sure. Like you're getting like that that information hits you and then there's like almost like another like entity or something that just says do it.

Speaker C: Trust the power.

Speaker B: Use the force loop. I slowed down. It's like definitely embracing the weird. I would see Doc and Jack just ride right up by because they're probably going at full.

Speaker A: Yep. That'll be as. As you slow down that we'll get to them in a second. After you just kind of pet knocks.

Speaker B: Get down and kind of step in.

Speaker C: Front.

Speaker B: Suck it in and then be a weird kind of a reach out. And he has no idea. Is this going to reach out? 5. Is it going to reach just 1 or is it just going to blow up in my face and I'll roll on the character.

Speaker A: So as you like slow and stop and give me and then you like get down to like. As you're like, I guess touch reaching for the weird. You do see that lead one actually when it saw you left as soon as it you like started to like, you hop down it like leap. So you have this like 7 foot tall, 2000 beast. 2000 pound like beast flying at you and your. So your horse probably just takes off.

Speaker B: Yeah. I don't know what you're doing.

Speaker A: So. Yeah. So give me. So however you're like you are reaching into the weird. But that thing, the talon will land on you if you stand there.

Speaker B: Okay. Happy reflexes.

Speaker C: Great.

Speaker B: Would be to stay there and take it. But I don't want to take it. Jump to the side. So that would be reflexes.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker C: As you're trying to dodge your duck slip.

Speaker B: I've been pounced upon because my reflexes, I got them up to zero. But it doesn't give me a good one. I roll a six. So unless it's gonna pounce on me like a Saint Bernard or something and sniff my face.

Speaker A: No. So it lands on you as you're reaching into the weird and like just like bites down like on your like shoulder like your whole pieces. It's like in its mouth. Yeah. It bites you and then the. The other pack go rushing by. But then as that weird power hits you or like flashes out of you.

Speaker B: Now where does a D. 3.

Speaker A: 3, I think.

Speaker B: 1, 2, 3, 4.

Speaker A: Yeah. 1. 1, 2, 1. Yeah.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: You. The power flies like you feel it push out of you and then you're. I. You do have like do take a major like wound and then like moderate bleeding. But then when that, when that power hits you're. You're immediately dropped or like tossed. They'll say that like kids, he was like bit you and it's like. So you get tossed a couple feet. So say you take another. A minor bruising as you're like tossed a couple feet, rolling, and then you hear steps walking up to you. So Doc and Jack, you saw Audrey slow down. So what did, what do you guys start doing? When you see him purposely, you tell that he's purposely slowing his horse down.

Speaker B: I guess I would kind of curl. I mean I'd slow down or curl around to kind of see what he's gonna do. Like not necessarily come back, but I would curl to be like, what the heck.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Yeah. So yeah, you see. Yeah. You see what we just described as like he gets down and he gets. You see him get bit. What does it look like when the, the weird comes out of you or when you do that? Does it? And if, if you want to, you can also add that description like next time we meet too, if you want to think on it.

Speaker B: Just like what doctor's eyes glow. This would be almost like you see a flash of light, almost like an aura and it just kind of a burst out almost in an ao. Aoe. It's an area as it goes out. Unfortunately, it didn't really go out to as full as possible potential. I was promptly jumped upon and spat out. So you'd probably turn around, you'd see a flash. I'm not quite sure what, what the color would be or if there was color. It might have just been like a force wave kind of a ripple. And then you'd see this 2000 pound lizard.

Speaker A: Throws on the other four. Actually as you see the other one start walking up to Audrey and you can you. I mean you can't tell if he's just gonna go finish off eating him because Audrey's like probably just laying there stunned for the moment. But then the other four slow and turn back around. And then the one that pads up to you, like rolls you over with his head and you hear like this very, very like deep gravelly. There's just. Sorry. And starts licking your wounds.

Speaker B: Sorry.

Speaker A: So yeah, so it's Doc and there'd.

Speaker B: Almost be a little bit of shock. Like I'm hearing this voice in my head.

Speaker A: And then the other four are like actually like you see the other four come towards Audrey. So we can't tell anything.

Speaker B: Right.

Speaker A: You would see that the other One, like, walked up to him and then, like, nudged them.

Speaker D: Talk from that distance. Probably assume 100's dead.

Speaker A: And then. Yeah, then. Yeah, because you. Because he wouldn't be moving, like, moving too much yet. Because this is all happening in, like, seconds.

Speaker B: Like, watching him get hit by a truck, rolled over the top.

Speaker D: And then the driver comes to see what an idiot. He got off his horse and he's laying on the ground, like, dark in his. Like, what an idiot.

Speaker A: Yeah. So I don't know if you pull.

Speaker B: Out my rifle and, like, just fire a shot, like, over their head. So, like, see if it gets their attention.

Speaker A: You see the one that's, like, looking like that. Is that hit Audrey, like, look up at you, and then you see the other for turn and start trotting at you. Or they, like, kind of like. Yeah. You see them, like, start beginning to.

Speaker C: Like, have interest in you again.

Speaker D: I'd be like, well, he's gone. Let's go. And I just start galloping off. We saw Audrey get pounced and rolled.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: And then if my shotgun, like, we both shot that one and it didn't seem to faint, it'd be like, nope, we're leaving.

Speaker B: Yeah. So looking at him from a distance, can I see him moving at all?

Speaker A: I'll say, like, so you guys. Right? So, yeah, so, like, as you like, I guess, because you kind of were, like, arcing a little bit, but then I guess you not coming back. Yeah, but you went. So you went. So you can see. I'd say, like, probably another 30 seconds pass, and then we're back to Audrey as these two are. They let a rifle round off and then just book it down the road. As the four, like, started to pursue them.

Speaker D: Like, well, have a drink in his name.

Speaker B: Big. The other four. Can I call them back? Would they hear me? With that mental connection?

Speaker A: I say, the only one.

Speaker B: You or just the one.

Speaker A: You just seem like you're paired to the. Paired to the. To the. The one that's looking. That's like licking your wound now.

Speaker B: Connection screw.

Speaker C: Not a printer.

Speaker A: I tried printing in flash, but you don't. You have no syndrome. Sense of danger from them. You're just in pain.

Speaker B: Probably drive a lot of ideas out of my head and be like, the. The bleeding. Stopping the bleeding is kind of mine. It's like, how do I heal this?

Speaker A: So then I would say, I probably. You probably have visions of Doc or like, I wish Doc was here to patch me up.

Speaker B: Combined with, how's Doc gonna get close enough to patch me up?

Speaker A: So that Yeah, I was like, that's, like, flashing through your head. The creature actually, like, rolls you over so you're, like, on your stomach again, and then grabs the, like, the. Your nape of your, like, jacket and everything and then starts trotting after docking. Jack, that's where we're gonna end.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker B: Depending on how long it takes to catch up, there'd probably be, like, this interesting conversation. So you come here often? Yeah. It either be Doc or after seeing how Ramses was able to heal the. The weird wound from the vampire, Ramses would also come.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: Flash through.

Speaker B: Doc's close. And at some point, I'm also going to think about my horse. I'm like, I hope my horse is all right. I'm glad I got off my horse before I attempted this.

Speaker A: The horse would have probably galloped off and caught back up with the other two, since horses are a herd animal. Or it would have just bolted down the road away. Just kept going. So actually wondering if it caught up.

Speaker B: It just kept on going.

Speaker A: Yeah, it would have probably. It would have just kept going. Because I imagine Doc and Jock.

Speaker C: Jock would be riding hard, like, had.

Speaker A: To, like, curl, like, if they were going to. Because the road's not super big, but they curl a little bit to look easier.

Speaker B: But KN would have kept on going.

Speaker A: Yeah, Your horse would have blew past them. All righty.

Speaker C: So did we learn something new and important about the world? Did we overcome a notable monster or enemy?

Speaker B: I'm not quite dead yet. I'm hoping to get better after. If I survived the taming process, then that would be a yes. But right now, that's. Yeah. And a madman with eggs doesn't count.

Speaker C: Then we loot.

Speaker A: A memorable treasure.

Speaker D: It is memorable.

Speaker B: It doesn't have to be valuable. It just has to be memorable.

Speaker D: Add more luck.

Speaker C: Are we counting it?

Speaker D: I'm counting it.

Speaker C: All right. That's memorable. It'll probably go back.

Speaker D: I needed to leave my wolf mask with him. I wouldn't wear that no more.

Speaker B: Nothing involving the clowns.

Speaker D: Not since that's not how they're made.

Speaker C: Yeah. Low lights highlights. That bare specific mention.

Speaker B: I would think our comrade may be dead.

Speaker D: Yeah, Jack would be. After seeing him get tossed to be. And then Jack's been in part of that world where it's like, oh, he made a mistake. He's dead. Moving on in that world.

Speaker B: That's too. Audrey's wondering if he made a decision.

Speaker D: When he slowed down. He's like, what the heck?

Speaker B: So later, if I show up in your dreams as force, Ghost.

Speaker D: Might Make Doc go to church. Finally.

Speaker B: There'S a ghost. Ramsey's will be happy.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: Makes her feel better when you get those guns.

Speaker C: I guess. Any new long term goals?

Speaker D: Find a new person for a partner. Find a new girl. Since the map is gone.

Speaker B: No, that's probably in the saddlebags. You catch knocks.

Speaker D: That's true.

Speaker B: Noddings hasn't changed. It's just survival has now become more important than where.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: Kind of interested in this map.

Speaker C: Let me.

Speaker A: Okay. So right now for your character essentially.

Speaker C: Doc's looking for his sister.

Speaker A: I guess Jock. I'll put your interest in Audrey's map.

Speaker C: And then Audrey's after this game pieces or whatever related to the.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Okay. Yeah.

Speaker C: Okay.

Speaker A: And then I guess next session which will be.

Speaker B: December.

Speaker A: Yeah, it'll be the seventh. Yeah. So yeah, next session is the seventh. I.

Speaker C: The books.

Speaker A: I order that. I ordered prints for myself. That supposed to come on Monday but we'll see. But I still reading. So we may. I may push the transition back till next year like January just to see. So we'll probably. We'll probably end up finishing this at least little story art. Yeah. I think that'll be the. Yeah, let's. We'll do that for the plan. We'll finish this current story arc with the going out to your game piece and then we'll swap over to everyone I think And Blood Sundown.

Speaker B: This might be a little big, but it's fun.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: So I guess.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: So I don't know why I just wrote December 30th.

Speaker A: So I guess next time.

Speaker B: Curious to see what the reaction is. That lizard's chasing after it. What? He's got a kid by the name of his jacket. If I didn't know better. I think he's grinning. Damn it.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: 2000 pound lizard.

Speaker D: Catching us too. On horses.

Speaker A: Yeah. When they were sprinting at you. Yeah. You could see that your hope was.

Speaker C: That your horses last longer.

Speaker A: Yeah. Or yeah, slow them down.

Speaker C: Okay.

Speaker A: And then. Yeah. So I guess that's really. And then continue. Or. Yeah.

Speaker C: So it's really what happens with that.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: We'll see. I haven't looked at any of it.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: I haven't even read this Blood Sundown yet. Even though it's just really the setting and that's where your character choice stuff comes from. Which we won't use a whole lot from the setting.

Speaker C: It's mostly just the characters but it seems to be a pretty neat system. Everything is just D6s.

Speaker B: And then.

Speaker C: Yeah. Poke Andrew Vanessa again. See if they give me a baby. Yeah.

Speaker A: Well, also, it'll be like, I'll buy.

Speaker C: Some baby gates or a pen to put your kid in. Won't be a big deal.

Speaker B: Yeah, we're gonna get a camel. We'll leave it right over here by the wall. You can look at him whenever. Whatever you want. Normally with parents, I would say, would be more resistant to that, but they'd actually be pretty open to that. I think if he's not too much of a distraction for. For her more than anything, that would be the hard part. Yeah. If he's playing peacefully, wherever he's at, that would be a problem. He's a good kid. He's got a lot of energy, though.

Speaker D: You got a bike?

Speaker A: Let's get a b. Hamster wheel.

Speaker B: They used to split my seat for too long.
