AI Transcribed Audio

Speaker A: At work because of every tool and.

Speaker B: People want to record someone.

Speaker A: Reactivate your camera and your mic in teams. Like every time somebody hits record, it forces everyone to say going oh, really? And then they have to re enable their camera. It's just to make sure it checks.

Speaker C: The privacy, I guess.

Speaker D: Yeah. Also just makes it easier to cover. Make sure they have consent. So have to worry about like single.

Speaker A: You had to enable state recorders versus.

Speaker D: Like a single party recording permission versus.

Speaker A: It's probably optional in Microsoft, but that's the default thing.

Speaker D: Well, some states have like the single party consent versus parties.

Speaker A: Yeah. So here only one person has to.

Speaker D: Know they're being recorded.

Speaker A: The HR guy at the college used to say, I record every call or every conversation.

Speaker D: Might as well.

Speaker A: He's like, I know. For my part I'm gonna say all the right stuff. What was that list?

Speaker C: Sometimes I'll record stuff at work too. Yeah, just if I'm. It gets weird having a performance conversation with somebody. I'm the only one there.

Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker B: Oh, for sure.

Speaker A: Sorry for being late.

Speaker D: You made me look good.

Speaker E: I was late.

Speaker D: Now I feel better.

Speaker A: But don't do it again.

Speaker E: Today has been like 85% timelined. You know when like Katrina comes and says, would you help me out with. And by the time you look up and it's like, okay, I got 10 minutes. I can do this.

Speaker A: Yeah, we've seen that big failure windows.

Speaker D: Glad you made it. Yep.

Speaker A: So much.

Speaker E: I don't know what this battle would be like with only three of us.

Speaker A: Well, your guy actually died while you were dying.

Speaker E: I had a feeling.

Speaker C: We decided what we want to do.

Speaker B: CPK was afk, so it's just free hits.

Speaker A: We pushed him to the front.

Speaker D: Like what is doing free hit.

Speaker B: He hasn't walked out yet.

Speaker D: What's Andre's evasion at the death blow?

Speaker E: It's like Carousel says maybe no.

Speaker A: Is your evasion 12?

Speaker E: Yes.

Speaker D: What's your current HP marked? I guess you're marked HP.

Speaker E: I'm down 2. I have a total of 6. The war mage picks up an extra.

Speaker A: Yeah, but you're only damaged too, right?

Speaker E: Yes, currently. Except for whatever just happened when I least exposed.

Speaker D: Oh yeah. We just need Audrey, you give me two rolls from you goals for me. Yeah. This is just for world stuff that's going on. They did the water from the railroad.

Speaker B: I buy a bunch of these front of the door.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Nice. What's in there?

Speaker B: Little koi fish 13 glitter water.

Speaker D: Also doing a D6 roll. The hospital was 13 with fear or without. Okay.

Speaker C: Dice jail.

Speaker B: It's the new home alone. Instead of just use D4S.

Speaker A: You can actually read.

Speaker C: Yeah I really like the triangle.

Speaker B: They all have sharp eyes.

Speaker A: That is a contrast.

Speaker E: Or it also take a D8.

Speaker A: It's just short. It's like a D8 so it's short. Always lands with.

Speaker E: Oh okay like top some of those the dnd die sets where they're themed. The Barbarians is a cloud band.

Speaker D: So yes. So the last time. You guys hung out with at the Kitty's Cantina for a bit got a message sent to Creepina. You guys heard from Apu about painful red mists. You guys went up there. Doctor revealed his dragon wings. See that you guys headed into the mist roots trying to catch you and kill you. Giant mosquitoes attack. Bunch of tag team happened. We fought. Found some blood oozes and the giant amalgamation of flesh and skulls of people. Oh Junior got involved but. And then. Yeah and then you guys killed all that stuff or burnt it up. Entered into a ritual altar chamber. You guys were examining it out from behind you guys.

Speaker B: Tall.

Speaker D: Younger woman with rotund body and blue eyes with a mohawk blue. Stepped out. She's covered like armored with like cured and bleeding flesh and Titan just you see like red mist and like red and shadowy mist is kind of like dripping off of her. She's holding in her hands a pair of daggers that look like ant pincers with little scarabetel charms dangling from the ends of them. She just spoke in her in her alto Canadian.

Speaker E: I'm glad you have arrived.

Speaker D: I've been waiting. You will be good subjects. And she dashes straight for Eugene Gear. D20 of these dires come cutting at your face.

Speaker A: Oh, that's a nat 20.

Speaker D: What a way to start off the night. Holy crap. Should have write your book.

Speaker C: Yes. I knew I was gonna need.

Speaker D: Okay, wait.

Speaker A: Can you stand in defense of yourself?

Speaker C: I shield myself.

Speaker B: I am your I am.

Speaker C: My own grandpa.

Speaker A: Well you never know with Junior. A copy of himself might appear in the venom.

Speaker B: It'll get cut in half and there'll.

Speaker D: Be two he might get cut in half because then critted oh for 53 damage.

Speaker E: Hold on.

Speaker C: What's the rule that beyond severe damage.

Speaker D: So so do your apply your. No you don't you you can't get one shotted in this system. No. If it's double your severe threshold it's 4 HP.

Speaker C: Yeah that would definitely double it.

Speaker A: But you do have and I have.

Speaker C: Armor so I mark one ar and.

Speaker D: Bring it down to some but roll your L. Your elderite dust first, I.

Speaker C: Suppose because that reduces it by one.

Speaker E: We're only at 50 now.

Speaker C: Still double damage. Still double my threshold.

Speaker A: So you should have one of your things, I think had a thing. You could spend an armor just to reduce it in addition to regular.

Speaker C: So when you take physical damage, you can mark an additional armor. Yeah. So I could mark one armor as normal and then mark an additional armor because my stall work.

Speaker D: Thank you.

Speaker A: I remember you had another one.

Speaker D: Yeah. So then it would bring it down to severe and then bring it down to major.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: So major.

Speaker C: Now after marking two armor and majors two gp.

Speaker D: Yeah. Yes.

Speaker A: Beauty of beyond that.

Speaker D: Thank you.

Speaker C: I don't feel that tanky right this second. But I'm still alive.

Speaker D: Okay, let's see.

Speaker C: And now he spends fear relentless.

Speaker D: No. We'll see. No, they don't actually have relentless.

Speaker A: Yeah. She quits you again.

Speaker D: But we're going to spend a stress. And as those daggers cut into her, she just goes, you're mine. And I need you to make it instinctual reaction rule.

Speaker C: 16 With Hope. No, there's no with hope on reaction.

Speaker D: Correct.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker D: Okay.

Speaker A: 16.

Speaker D: Yeah. As you feel magic enter your mind, trying to take hold of it, but you resist it.

Speaker C: Okay, that's really good too. Maybe that was maybe even more important than the damage.

Speaker D: All right. That will be her. You guys are up.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker C: Somebody got something you need to do?

Speaker B: I'm gonna say, you got this. We're gonna do this. Then you can clear a hit. Inspirational words.

Speaker C: Do you have to roll or anything?

Speaker B: Yo, that's just what I talk to you. You're the good guys, they're the bad guys. We're gonna win, Junior.

Speaker D: It's a. A larger cavern. Like if you were.

Speaker B: But I can't do that anymore.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker D: But it still has like, I'm not flying. And it's got like that fleshy tendon. Crops them all basically down just like the rest of the.

Speaker A: I can trigger a reroll.

Speaker E: It's like, is that just for me? And I'm reading the fine print. It's like that crit. I could have forced a re roll then. But we're already. Yeah, maybe past it.

Speaker D: So.

Speaker B: Yeah, next time.

Speaker C: Well, I'm just gonna swing back at her then.

Speaker A: That's fair with my ax.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker C: 15 with fear.

Speaker D: Okay. That just hits.

Speaker C: So it's 10 damage. 10 physical damage.

Speaker D: Okay. All right. Yep. Draw some blood.

Speaker B: GMs.

Speaker D: Yes, it is.

Speaker B: We do have tag teams again.

Speaker D: Yes. Your tag team tokens all reset. Let's see here. I'm going to Burn up here so all the roots come up from the cave and around you and try to all tangle you up. So I need all of you to make a strength or ability reaction. Eighteen need 11 or better to succeed.

Speaker B: I'll tie up.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker E: Sixteen.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker C: So I'm all tied up too.

Speaker D: All right. Two. So then I will spend a fear. And then vines wrap up tighten on you guys. Draw blood for heat. Direct damage.

Speaker E: There's no.

Speaker D: You can't apply everyone that's.

Speaker E: Does the elder right. Protect it all for the.

Speaker D: Yes, you can. Yeah, you can roll the down to four. All right. And then.

Speaker B: And then.

Speaker D: Well, that was. I was burning beer.

Speaker B: I just think of dudes. Where's my phone? And then.

Speaker E: And then that corpse bride in my mind in this scenario.

Speaker D: So she's just going to slash at junior again.

Speaker A: 16 to hit.

Speaker B: Every minute.

Speaker D: Damage.

Speaker E: Come on.

Speaker C: Elderite armor.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker C: That puts it in the minor. And I'll mark my armor to make it no damage. And then I'm gonna spend three hope to clear two other slots.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker C: Thanks.

Speaker D: Okay. Yeah, that's. Yeah. Which one am I here in the. I put you in the back here. Yeah, you're back here. If you guys want to put your minis on here too.

Speaker B: I'm gonna play a pastoral song with my violin and everyone around me clears a hit point.

Speaker C: Do you just not have to roll for anything?

Speaker B: So do play a song. But I can't use it once per longer.

Speaker D: It's a good song.

Speaker E: Maybe is very close.

Speaker D: Yeah, she's definitely.

Speaker C: Melee is adjacent.

Speaker D: Yeah, Melee is next to them.

Speaker C: Very close.

Speaker D: Is the next. Okay. Yeah.

Speaker B: Then I'll switch back to playing waltz and say this will go down as a good story. You guys can gain a rally dice. I love cards. Doing what I can.

Speaker D: I was gonna.

Speaker E: I was trying to figure out if they're close enough for me to. To burn the the vines and get them too. But I don't that I'm close enough. So I just kind of break out of vines.

Speaker D: Yeah. No, you're not. Bailey range with her.

Speaker E: So to break out, it's just 2D12.

Speaker D: And oh, you just have to do succeed on your attack.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker D: So you do here.

Speaker E: 16 with Hope.

Speaker D: Yep. That would free Junior and yourself.

Speaker C: Well, you got me out too.

Speaker E: So all of a sudden, you just see flames just kind of come out and wrap up around the vines because we're right next to each other and they don't like that. They pull back really quick.

Speaker C: Thank you so much.

Speaker A: Is there anything in here that's raised up from her.

Speaker D: Like. What do you mean? Like.

Speaker A: Like different levels in here.

Speaker D: Not really. It's pretty flat.

Speaker E: And then I. If nobody's doing anything, I'd move up and just try and take that elderly cutlass and stick it with it. I'm not even trying to slash. It's just.

Speaker D: I'm staying by junior.

Speaker C: Let's see.

Speaker E: So that's 12 with fear.

Speaker D: But I.

Speaker A: Put my hand on you because I see the outcome of what's going to happen. And yeah, you just feel a warmth as you're casting what seems to have gone wrong. It's going to get another chance. I'm going to use my reassurance and you can reroll your dice. So once on an action roll before the consequences take place.

Speaker E: So can I totally change what I was going to do?

Speaker D: No.

Speaker E: Okay.

Speaker C: Just roll better.

Speaker E: Definitely did that. You got 18 with.

Speaker C: Oh.

Speaker D: Oh, that's much better. That's gonna be bad.

Speaker E: And what are the many things that an override weapon does when it smacks down?

Speaker A: Well, we did away with that one thing that did stress.

Speaker D: Yes. When you. It's powerful so you can roll an additional damage die and discard the lowest result and it's deadly. So if you do severe and they mark additional hp, which that's.

Speaker C: That's brutal.

Speaker D: And brutal. So if you roll max and value on a damage die. If you roll another dash.

Speaker E: So seven points of damage wasn't quite max.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker D: I forgot about brutal. So. If you roll both.

Speaker A: So you have an opportunity, a higher opportunity to draw max damage there.

Speaker D: Yeah, I can see how. Yeah. You would do brutal first or how you do the power. Yeah. Powerful first. All right.

Speaker A: So John, of course.

Speaker E: Oh, the rest of the. The stickers that tell me what's going on.

Speaker D: Okay.

Speaker E: I have the note cards. I know I've got it. So anyway, seven points of elderite scream. Just right in there.

Speaker D: She's hisses and like turns and looks at you. But it is. Your guys are still turned. You can see. I always see that she.

Speaker A: That's you.

Speaker D: And I feel like witch.

Speaker C: Just hear him say.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Correct.

Speaker A: His voice kind of booms when he says it echoes in the hall. I'm going to use my overboard to do D20 as my hope God embodying defeat the darkness. My right one is the.

Speaker E: My little friend wants to say hello. There it is.

Speaker C: I'm gonna team up with this to the game. I don't really understand.

Speaker D: I guess. Yeah. You would just dislike you. You would both just say let's team up then you both describe what you're doing several times.

Speaker E: Yeah.

Speaker B: So if you want to hit something and be like, oh, I'm gonna go for this type of hit, and then.

Speaker D: The person will come up behind it or like something, you know, like follow up.

Speaker E: Now if you roll it.

Speaker D: Unfortunately crits are only on doubles.

Speaker A: It just makes a higher chance of getting hope. So 22 to hit.

Speaker D: Yo that hits and then I'm going to roll.

Speaker C: Damage.

Speaker A: I'm also going to roll. I'm going to add my paradise to the damage. I think See if I can add.

Speaker D: That to the ar. Yeah, I think you can have purpose.

Speaker A: To think yourself or an ally producing coming in. So actually it's not un.

Speaker E: Interesting.

Speaker A: That's fine. I'll just use my crazy dice that.

Speaker D: I got from the.

Speaker E: Gonna rally on. Yeah.

Speaker D: All right. So it's just gonna. Okay.

Speaker E: Are you feeling the need to. To tag team up?

Speaker D: I think it'd be fun, but okay. That was.

Speaker E: So if you want. One of us spends a coin.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: And one of us has to spend three hope.

Speaker D: I don't have any help.

Speaker E: Well, you're complicit. Happening.

Speaker C: No, it's okay.

Speaker E: I'll just attack.

Speaker C: Normally we gotta. We got like a rhythm now.

Speaker D: Do you have that? I mean, do you have the hope, Audrey? Because you can. Only one of the players has to spend the hoe. So if you guys.

Speaker E: I can spend the three hope if you want to do.

Speaker D: Yeah, you could spend your. You're spending your damage up to you.

Speaker C: I. I don't know if we need to. I just didn't really understand tag teaming.

Speaker E: But if you want him.

Speaker A: It stacks your damage together and we.

Speaker E: Roll and we take the better of the two rolls for the attack.

Speaker B: Yeah, it just stacks up like a ton of damage at once. Instead of.

Speaker C: I'd save the help. I think we might need a.

Speaker E: Try.

Speaker C: To hit it with my ax.

Speaker D: Nice.

Speaker E: That's 19 with oh.

Speaker C: Dice. I get to add another one to it. That's 20 damage. That was a good hit. Alite style.

Speaker E: That's returning the favorite.

Speaker D: Yep. Okay. Yeah. So that slammed in there. That was actually. That broke her major. Her severe threshold. So. Yeah, that slammed into her. It cuts deep and she cries out and. Falls to the ground and then starts laughing.

Speaker A: Was that with Hope? Yeah, that was with Hope.

Speaker B: Yeah, that was with Hope.

Speaker C: She's confused why she's laughing. Probably pauses.

Speaker D: Yeah. He's like, what's happening? Yeah. She cries out, falls to the ground, Starts laughing and then disappears in a cloud of red mist which envelops the entire room. So now anytime you guys do an action, we're in mark distress. And then you just hear, like, her voice echoing all over from the room. You're not sure where she's at. She appears next to Edgar. Someone's done. If you're to interrupt your guys'. Chops at edgar for a 10. Nice step back. Normal be curses.

Speaker B: You'll have to be quicker than that. You're out of step.

Speaker D: Another fear. As vines GR. Reach out of the ground to try.

Speaker B: And grapple you close.

Speaker D: All of you. Of all of you.

Speaker B: 22. I'm good.

Speaker E: Tied up again.

Speaker D: What's.

Speaker B: What do we need to get?

Speaker D: We need 11 or better. I now have 11. Trying to burn another fear. And she appears next to Doc, slashes at you 14 of his time.

Speaker A: Your shield safe if you'll want to take this one or not.

Speaker D: 20 damage.

Speaker C: I want to take it.

Speaker A: You do, huh?

Speaker C: Yeah, whatever. I'll be fine. Eldor idol reduced it down to major for me because I was only one off the threshold. So, yeah, it's only major for me. And then I can mark two armor, and I'll make it zero.

Speaker D: All right, you jump in the way. I'll burn another fear.

Speaker C: Stay away from him.

Speaker D: All right, well, you're gonna be mine, so I need an instinct reaction. Roll. 14.

Speaker C: Oh, it's a crit. 14 crit. Double sevens.

Speaker D: Yep. That's a success.

Speaker B: And you're strong.

Speaker C: Yeah. Do I get a hope and I crit?

Speaker D: Yes, you. You gain a hope and clear a stress.

Speaker C: I clear the stress I just gained from protecting Denny.

Speaker D: Sweet.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker D: Oh, and she actually like curses at you guys.

Speaker E: It's like, who are you?

Speaker D: Stand against the sisters.

Speaker A: I actually put my rifle. You jump in front.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Put my rifle over your shoulder, and I say, pale writer's witch. I'm gonna do a combo with you.

Speaker C: Oh, hell yeah.

Speaker A: So I'm gonna spend my combo. You feel my rifle go over your shoulder, like, resting on it like a. A perch?

Speaker E: Yeah.

Speaker A: You'll just know, like, I'm gonna wait on this chick right now. So do what you're going to do.

Speaker D: Yeah. And then you burn three. Hope. Yeah.

Speaker B: So right before they do or I see them doing that, can I play the epic song to make the target temporarily vulnerable? That's what I would do.

Speaker D: Nice.

Speaker A: That just does. What does it do again?

Speaker D: Vulnerable Gives you guys advantage. Oh. So you roll.

Speaker C: This is an extra D6.

Speaker D: Yeah, D6.

Speaker A: Just add it to the re.

Speaker D: Yeah, yeah.

Speaker E: Vines.

Speaker A: I rolled a 23.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: All right.

Speaker A: Here's 24 with Hope.

Speaker C: Yours is the good one.

Speaker D: All right. That hits.

Speaker A: Certainly hits.

Speaker D: All right, so now you guys do your. Your lawyer damage and then combine it into one number.

Speaker A: What are you doing?

Speaker C: I'm hitting him with the. Or hitting her with death. Now maybe I'm, like, hooking her with the battle axe and pulling her closer to, like, the muzzle of your gun. That's stepping over my, like, making sure she can't move out of the way so she just takes it full in the face.

Speaker A: That's just going to be eight.

Speaker D: Eight.

Speaker C: So 19 together.

Speaker D: Right? All right. Yeah. You guys land blood.

Speaker E: Like, now's the room still full of red mist?

Speaker D: Yes. So I do need Junior and Dr. Mark stress, Mark distress. And, like, as you guys are breathing this. It tastes like blood.

Speaker C: I don't like this.

Speaker A: I want to. When I do that, I want to say that I unfurl my wings bright just to see if it makes it easier to see.

Speaker D: It doesn't do anything from to the mist, but she. You hear like a curse. It's like you're no tell writer. What are you? You're a liar. I will spend a fear for the grasping vines that come out and try to grab everyone.

Speaker E: Well, on this time, can I roll to see if I can get out of the vines I'm in or do I get a second layer of.

Speaker D: No, you won't get a second layer. They just don't grab you, so you don't do anything yet.

Speaker B: We're going to become Groot.

Speaker D: Everybody succeeded?

Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker D: Okay. All right. Yep. And since that was with Hope, you racer back around spotlight. Roger that. So, yeah, Marcus, dress as well, because you're doing an action roll.

Speaker E: It's a three. It's got hope.

Speaker D: Hey, hey.

Speaker C: You like? Ho.

Speaker E: Yeah. If somebody's not going to do anything else, I'm gonna try and get out of your way.

Speaker C: I'll try to get you out, maybe.

Speaker E: Am I right next to it?

Speaker B: What is the role to help get them out or do you just.

Speaker D: You add aid you would aid. Or you can do an action to do something yourself.

Speaker B: Oh, there's one there.

Speaker D: And there's no. There's one over there.

Speaker B: Oh. Next time he wants to get out, since I'm right there.

Speaker A: So what I'll do is all with my wings, I flutter back, and then I'm gonna blow fire through your vines and pictures with my elemental breath. Nice convert. Oh, she sees New England. Actually, she says that today I'm dead because you're.

Speaker E: You're doing that. Can I tag team on that. No, wait a minute. I can't. I'm not close enough to do the. The fire. I want to. I was going to enhance your flame widow.

Speaker D: So if you wanna. If you have the hope and want to burn the tag team, if assuming he gets you out, then it would work. But I mean, there's a high probability, you know, like one of you would roll over an 11. Like 11 or better. Because that's all you need to hit the vines. Whether you actually makes a higher probability.

Speaker A: And you get it out. So that's if you want to spend that token now.

Speaker D: But I will allow the tag team on her if you guys want to do that. Yeah.

Speaker C: Oh, yeah.

Speaker E: I go for it.

Speaker D: And then you do. You each do Marcus stress. Since you're doing action roll, you have to relax.

Speaker B: The image.

Speaker A: Let's do the c.

Speaker D: Oh, crit.

Speaker E: Crit. I did it with one.

Speaker C: That's the coolest one.

Speaker A: Yeah, that's crazy.

Speaker D: All right. Yep. So you guys roll up your damage. So we'll say, yeah, Doc burns Audrey out, and then Audrey, you're running up and flame blasting there with your melee flames.

Speaker C: You just keep the flame alive.

Speaker E: Twitch does a 2D6 and gives her a stress. 12.

Speaker A: So I do 10.

Speaker D: All right, so you did 10.

Speaker E: 7. 23.

Speaker A: You did 23 with the crit. Sorry, I forgot we doubled. Do I double mine too?

Speaker D: Yeah, it's a crits for everyone.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: So Steve or Audrey did 23. So you would max your damage die and then you'd roll damage as normal. Then you just do that normal damage.

Speaker A: But we're not doing Eldrite bonus on that damage. Right.

Speaker D: You waited for your normal damage roll, but not the capped out. Like, so you would just cap your damage died and then you.

Speaker A: So capped would be eight plus two. So 10. And then with this, it's eight plus two. Oh, wait, actually I wrote. I just wrote tens for that. Sorry, I need a little eights for that.

Speaker D: That's right.

Speaker E: Keep going.

Speaker A: 10 if you want. All right, sets us at 8, 9. So 10 and 9.

Speaker E: So 19, 19, 23.

Speaker D: 3, 40, 42.

Speaker E: She answered everything.

Speaker D: It is. That does. That does double her severe threshold. So that's four damage. Reams out as she's like, bur. I'm going to burn a spear. Can't believe you double crit, which you guys also do gain a hope and clear stress.

Speaker E: I thought you were going to say boy, you double crit. So that's actually two hope.

Speaker D: That's just single vines come out of the ceiling to try and Grab everybody again. Oh, yeah. I'm doing 18.

Speaker E: Get it?

Speaker B: 15.

Speaker D: Now I'm gonna spend fear to spotlight. You're an opening you didn't notice before. So she's running.

Speaker B: Oh, can we still see her?

Speaker D: Yeah, you can see where her. Where she went. So if you want to. Okay.

Speaker B: She's out of sight, though.

Speaker A: Yeah, she went through a fire rider.

Speaker D: Through a. Went through a good one. You want to capture her? This is the D thing.

Speaker B: Oh, it's not.

Speaker A: There is.

Speaker E: I'm not sure if she provided.

Speaker C: Junior wouldn't even think about it.

Speaker B: So I'd be more. I don't think Dawkins want to capture. Probably that's more up to Dawkins. Hager's the new guy. Whatever you guys want.

Speaker A: Don't know.

Speaker C: Here we go again.

Speaker D: Yeah, you guys are all down there. And then you can put her on the. You need a witch. You can use the bush if you want.

Speaker C: Mushroom zombie.

Speaker D: All right, you can.

Speaker B: Are we on one or do we start?

Speaker D: You guys are. You'll start off the board and then you put her. She rolled a five.

Speaker B: She got a slide.

Speaker D: Yeah. So you guys. Everyone's using. We'll just use D8s for this. You make sure. So you guys are. All right.

Speaker E: So before depending on your weaponry, determined like a rifle, you could shoot diagonal and a pistol is adjacent adjacent.

Speaker D: So for the. Yeah.

Speaker B: If I see her, I'm going to cast a spell.

Speaker E: That's what I was just thinking. I spike some push.

Speaker B: I got sleep.

Speaker D: So what you do is I just.

Speaker B: Put her to sleep.

Speaker D: Do your movement. Roll, and then we'll see how close you are. And that will, like, set the TN essentially.

Speaker A: Are we each rolling to move?

Speaker D: Yes, You're. You're each facing her. Okay. This is the right one.

Speaker B: I go seven. I'm there.

Speaker D: Okay.

Speaker C: Nice.

Speaker E: Three.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: You're going to come.

Speaker D: I like.

Speaker A: I like boost with my wings down the tunnel, go right past her.

Speaker E: Turn around, just wait for it to come up.

Speaker D: That's right.

Speaker C: Easy.

Speaker A: She did try to stab you.

Speaker E: Part of your calling. She broke pattern.

Speaker D: Who is adjacent to her up here?

Speaker B: Yeah, I am.

Speaker D: And so. Yeah. That you could.

Speaker B: I'm gonna switch to a lullaby. Longer again.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: 18 with fear. But then I'm gonna mark two stress with my furnace and change it to hook.

Speaker A: Nice.

Speaker C: Wow.

Speaker D: All right. I'm gonna say that's. And that's just. Yeah. Oh, yeah.

Speaker B: I don't know.

Speaker D: Does it say you have to look at the card?

Speaker A: I would assume it just hope makes.

Speaker C: It out and you generate hope.

Speaker B: I just put her to sleep. Then she's just asleep till the GM does. I don't know if it helps you.

Speaker D: She intends. Yeah, I was gonna say she. I'll say with that. You guys are able to catch up here. Let's say. Yeah, we did it.

Speaker B: We got her.

Speaker D: Yeah. So I'd say. Yeah. Because you're adjacent. So. Yeah. Shotguns throw weapons and shoot. Yeah. So you're next. Yeah. So I'd say you got within range to. You got close enough to cast us to see her and cast a spell. So she.

Speaker B: Has to be very close range.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: You're asleep. Until they take damage or the GM.

Speaker D: Spends a fear on their condition. No, I gotta say. Yeah. She is like men's sprint and falls. Actually. Let's see if she takes or she gets. So I'll just say this is a. Yeah. This would be pretty easy to see if she fits in ground.

Speaker A: Nope.

Speaker D: She actually.

Speaker B: On some mud.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker E: Just kind of faint.

Speaker D: See, I say she's running and she. You hit her with the sleep. She falls and gets tangled up and vines. Because she actually rolled an 8 and only needed a 10 not to. Needed a 10 to like get the dirt enough to wake up. Yep. So she's asleep and basically like. Like tangled up kind of in like a hammock of vines. All you gotta decide if you're gonna.

Speaker A: Do something before I do.

Speaker C: Are we still chasing her then or do we all catch up?

Speaker D: I would say you guys all. It doesn't take long for you guys to catch up. So I'd say Junior. Not Junior, but do you have a holy rope?

Speaker E: Sometimes you will.

Speaker D: Edgar's there first.

Speaker B: No.

Speaker C: So Doc is up the furthest ahead. So I feel like Doc should get there first.

Speaker B: We can get there almost at the same time.

Speaker D: Yeah. He'd still have to roll to attack.

Speaker A: Does it give me advantage?

Speaker C: She rolls all the way out.

Speaker D: All about advantage.

Speaker C: Thought you do that.

Speaker A: Thinking you that. 9, 10, 11.

Speaker D: I was going to say all the vines eat most of it. Deflect enough of your flames that you burn the vines off.

Speaker C: It's with.

Speaker A: Oh.

Speaker D: And she looks and it. She hits the ground, wakes up and.

Speaker E: We'Re off and running again.

Speaker D: Thanks. Just over in the fear to spotlight her. And she goes. Time to dance. I need you to give me an instinct reaction real quick.

Speaker A: I love the instincts in the lurks, y'.

Speaker D: All. You.

Speaker A: Oh, it's gonna be 10 with hope.

Speaker D: All right. That is a failure.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Hope. Yeah. Oh.

Speaker A: Can I use my creature to add to that as a resistance?

Speaker D: Yeah. You could spend a hope if you want to do that.

Speaker A: But that would only give me a 12.

Speaker D: Which still fails. Yep. So you feel magic slam into you. And you hear yourself reply yes mistress. Oh, and then I will spend a feared. Now spotlight Doc who is control and she just gives you the command kill your companions. So you as a player interpret that.

Speaker B: That was how.

Speaker A: So is this more.

Speaker D: Like.

Speaker A: A primal takeover or is it more intelligent?

Speaker D: You're. You know. I guess you don't you'll have a chance to after this to resist it but. Or this. Oh yeah. This is. This is murder. These people just destroy them.

Speaker B: Build a barney for your mistress.

Speaker A: So who's closest in the hallway?

Speaker D: Anything I said probably Edgar. I'd say just off these numbers. Yep. Yeah. The Edgar would be next in line.

Speaker A: He pulls his rifle up a shooter.

Speaker D: Go one only nine.

Speaker B: Nice side steps with Hope.

Speaker A: All right.

Speaker D: And she's running down the. She has took off. So it's back to you guys as document just shot at you.

Speaker B: Take it off Leo lull behind.

Speaker A: Make him go to sleep.

Speaker B: Oh 14 with hope.

Speaker D: Say that would break his past his evasion. So. Yep. So dark is land asleep. Make sure he falls asleep.

Speaker B: And I just yell down the tunnel be like, hey, something wrong with Doc. He just shot at me. Yeah, he's asleep right now. Witch ran off.

Speaker C: I keep chasing the witch.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Once he's asleep, I just leave Doc.

Speaker D: Let me get every all these wake up. What's the. She's ready for Doc. Sorry. I love that type of thing.

Speaker E: Here.

Speaker D: Audrey is on Where's Junior? No, where's your people? Where on the board.

Speaker B: I think that's Junior.

Speaker D: Junior role eight. I was just putting them on the board.

Speaker B: Junior was back here. Okay. I think we were all back here where we're at and then Doc and then I would have moved out.

Speaker D: Oh, isn't daca.

Speaker A: Wasn't that I was but I wasn't sure if we relocate on here.

Speaker D: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker B: Because we're all where we were before.

Speaker A: I wasn't sure if we centered around her or not, but that's what it was.

Speaker D: Yeah, I'll say. Yeah. I'll even say every but everybody got close enough. Got closer.

Speaker A: Everybody's on 14.

Speaker D: Let's put her on back here on 16. Okay, good. She took off. Let's see how far she got. Where's mine?

Speaker A: Bad time to make crappy rolls. Well, good time for your crappy roll. Bad time for her.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker D: I'm second.

Speaker E: I took one step and I kind of looked at you. Undecided.

Speaker A: Better safe than sorry.

Speaker E: I don't know if you wake up, if you'll still be under control.

Speaker D: Where'd you go?

Speaker B: I'm at 22.

Speaker D: I'm at 21, and Audrey's looking at at 21. You are within melee range because you're within the square.

Speaker C: Absolutely.

Speaker D: So that's how you start getting thrown. Weapons range.

Speaker A: Fatality finisher.

Speaker C: 21 to fear.

Speaker A: That hits your melee.

Speaker C: Oh, yeah. Plus another two, I guess. I don't know if that matters.

Speaker E: After you.

Speaker D: No.

Speaker C: You hit high enough?

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: 11 damage.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker B: When Doc, it took. When people got the thing in their head. Was it just in their head or was it a verbal from the witch?

Speaker D: She spoke, like, words of power. Like, oh, yeah. I said you would hear like you're mine, and you would see her gesturing. It was obvious that, like, something was cast on every, like, number of people.

Speaker B: Just putting him to sleep and waking him back up with work.

Speaker D: You can give me a knowledge role. It's just reaction. Roll. And then Junior. Was that with hope or fear?

Speaker C: That's a fear.

Speaker D: Okay.

Speaker B: 19 on a knowledge rule.

Speaker D: All right. I say, yeah, I would say probably with that magic you saw that he's controlled until he either breaks it, his will breaks it, or the witch is unconscious or killed.

Speaker B: Let Audrey know. It's like, hey, wake him up. He might come back angry and try to kill you.

Speaker E: You said he doesn't wake up Happy.

Speaker B: Not this time.

Speaker C: Needs his coffee first.

Speaker D: Yeah. I'm gonna say the witch will cut the cash. 17 to hit. Oh, yeah. Only six damage.

Speaker C: Come on.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker C: But it's still minor.

Speaker D: Eventual keeps running. What is this? That dice good, right?

Speaker B: It's three. Eight in a row.

Speaker D: Wow.

Speaker B: 25.

Speaker E: She's gonna escape.

Speaker C: Yeah, we gotta take one of these shortcuts.

Speaker E: Matters. Yeah.

Speaker A: PTSD playing this with my kids.

Speaker D: No, I went there. Where'd you go?

Speaker B: One.

Speaker D: Another. 23.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Yeah. I called the number.

Speaker C: Oh.

Speaker B: Cash took the slide to 65.

Speaker C: 65.

Speaker B: All right. You went to 19.

Speaker E: Yeah. I am not moving fast at all.

Speaker A: Cash is gonna be waiting for her. Junior's gonna be waiting for. At the end of the tunnel.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Say if you finish, you do catch her. If is how this works. Like, you 100% don't. There'll be no, like, getting away. Okay.

Speaker E: She comes winded around the corner and.

Speaker D: Cat.

Speaker C: Hi.

Speaker D: Seven.

Speaker B: A seven.

Speaker D: So that puts her at 40. All right, let's go.

Speaker A: Do I have to revisit the seat?

Speaker B: So is she unactivated?

Speaker D: I'll send a beer.

Speaker C: Reactivate Doc, go kick Audrey's ass.

Speaker D: That's actually probably true. Yeah. Because it's only gonna do that, I guess. So you wake up. Yeah. Then.

Speaker B: Or do I need to roll it?

Speaker D: Dude, I was gonna say you wake up and see Audrey in front of you. So I guess I made it seven this time.

Speaker E: So I think he's a little scared.

Speaker B: This is taking place before we move?

Speaker D: No, I'll say Audrey takes off and then dock all.

Speaker B: So you Got some move 7.

Speaker D: The magic W docks up. Yeah. So where's Audrey at?

Speaker B: 26. Okay.

Speaker D: So yeah, Doc, you can give me.

Speaker B: Oh, I'm on the slide with.

Speaker C: Oh, yeah.

Speaker B: Or I'm up by Junior now.

Speaker D: Okay. Just call out the number. It's 65.

Speaker C: Yeah, I'm only on 66. I missed one piece.

Speaker D: All right. Yeah.

Speaker B: So that slide man you found, Give.

Speaker C: Me a roll removal.

Speaker D: Yeah. So do your dice. 22. All right, then. Now you can give me an instinct roll. Oh, me? Yeah, for the reaction. See, if you shake it off, if you break out of the giant in.

Speaker E: My head, I am here. Soon you will not be.

Speaker D: You are still a puppet.

Speaker A: Can I spin preacher when I'm taking over?

Speaker D: If you have hope.

Speaker B: Am I just doing the Jason?

Speaker A: That would just make it 13.

Speaker D: Yeah. Which is almost rip. All right. Yes. So, all right, let's see. She. You guys all went. So she needs to roll.

Speaker E: Well, she's close enough. I'm diagonal to it.

Speaker D: You could do a melee attack. Yes.

Speaker E: If I do a push. Or is it just a melee.

Speaker D: Push? Would shove her further down the hall away from you in this instance because you are behind her.

Speaker E: Okay.

Speaker D: It's like so. So like, really, you guys, you're like. You're in. You're close enough to like, do melee range.

Speaker E: I'm gonna light her up and give her stress.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker B: Always good to hear.

Speaker E: 15, 16, 17 with hope.

Speaker D: That will hit. So are you guys trying to capture or kill?

Speaker E: I'm gonna finger for sure. Seven.

Speaker C: Damage.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: I'm going to slow her down at least.

Speaker A: Plus the stress.

Speaker E: Yes, plus the stress till Doc wakes up and he's not going to try and kill me when he comes running from behind.

Speaker D: All right. Oh, I see. And then as you blast her with, I guess she will your melee. So she will fight it you. That was almost a crit.

Speaker A: 21 to hit.

Speaker E: That'll do it. Piece of banjo moves fitting for the scene.

Speaker D: 14 damage.

Speaker E: That takes it down to 11. Major. So if I do an armor that takes it down to minor.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: And then.

Speaker D: As she cuts at you. She goes, time to join me. Oh, man, I need an instinct roll from you.

Speaker A: Lopsided drink for you.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Doesn't look good.

Speaker B: Spend your rally. Die.

Speaker C: Welcome to the family.

Speaker A: Nice.

Speaker E: That adds a six to it. So that's seven. Ten.

Speaker D: Okay, that is enough to resist the. Resist the. The call. I'll just say when. When she sees it not take effect. Oh, but your meat. Oh, you see that? She's terrified and, like, barely hanging on.

Speaker C: You got her on the road.

Speaker D: The life. So she is still sprinting away. But. So, yeah, it's back to you guys rolling there.

Speaker B: Sorry.

Speaker E: Exist again. When you're rolling, roll number.

Speaker D: Low numbers roll move for. Do your move first or resist. Because you may. You may be right next to Audrey underwear, but you are on Audrey. So Audrey slid up.

Speaker B: He got a one.

Speaker E: I had a one.

Speaker B: Or did Doc go before.

Speaker D: Say this. Let's call this simultaneous.

Speaker E: So there's this chute in the wall, and I just see Doc's coming at him, and he jumps in because the wings are ablaze, the eyes are alight, and it's like, oh, I don't want to deal with that.

Speaker D: So, yeah. Doc has an attack opportunity on Audrey before he moves off the chute. You gotta do it, man.

Speaker C: I guess I could have tried to.

Speaker E: Push you away, but I don't think that would have done me any good.

Speaker A: You see, Doc slings his rifle, and you see him Shoom pull out a glowing sword. And as he pulls it out, he just swipes right up.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Trying to get you before you go out.

Speaker E: Like, straight out of this cabin. Okay.

Speaker A: Crit, reroll it.

Speaker E: I will spend all three. Fear to flinch, you to reroll.

Speaker A: Can you force an opponent to reroll?

Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. Is that your.

Speaker E: That's the special for the.

Speaker A: The battle adversary. I'm an adversary right now. I create again, I'm gonna feel really bad.

Speaker E: Then I'll know it's a destiny.

Speaker D: Yeah. That's just faith.

Speaker E: That will do it.

Speaker D: Okay.

Speaker E: I only have 12 for my evasion, but I'd much rather be one rifle shot than a critical.

Speaker A: Actually, this is the blade.

Speaker E: Actually, this will be interesting. What happens when an Elderite blade hits an Elderite duster?

Speaker B: Lots of noise.

Speaker A: I have to look back. Redemption.

Speaker D: No, I haven't gotten. It does have other stuff, but I'll say for this instance, it's. I don't know if any of that would.

Speaker C: Here's the stats.

Speaker D: Router applied right now.

Speaker B: Yeah. Jack wasn't here. We got interested.

Speaker C: Well, we had to kill Doc So.

Speaker A: Okay, that was just a. Oh, is it an Elderite weapon or not?

Speaker D: Yeah, I think it still has. For. For right now we'll use. Because it was elder. Right before it got transformed, I rolled.

Speaker A: An 8, so it's a brutal.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: If you rolled an 8 again, I just know.

Speaker A: I don't think. Does it keep exploding?

Speaker D: I don't know. We have. I've. Probably not. I don't know. We'll have to think on that one, so.

Speaker A: I mean, the odds are so low.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: It says 13. It doesn't matter how you roll it.

Speaker E: Duster screams block 5, So that takes it down.

Speaker D: It was double post too.

Speaker E: Yeah, Yeah, I saw that. It's like, we're just gonna spend all the hope now. And.

Speaker D: I rolled with fear for the way.

Speaker A: Okay, so does that send it back to them?

Speaker D: I mean, technically, you're, like, still a player. You're just acting as an adversary.

Speaker E: Oh, you see me come out of the chute and I'm like, smoking. You heard the scream of override.

Speaker B: Let's see Dog feel crazy.

Speaker D: Hey, this dice likes eights. This is weird. Let's see. So different 1D. We need to move.

Speaker B: Yeah, we needed to move.

Speaker C: I just moved this.

Speaker B: I moved the one from where Cash was, so. And cash is on 68.

Speaker D: No, you did your. Your move.

Speaker A: So she.

Speaker D: Oh, yeah. Yeah.

Speaker B: Let's bake them out.

Speaker D: Nope.

Speaker B: Convey them and make.

Speaker D: I will spend a fear to have the grasping roots come out. And what we'll do for this. If you fail, you will roll a move. Your movement die. Move backwards that far.

Speaker B: I got 12.

Speaker D: Okay. You're fine.

Speaker A: I'm assuming I don't root.

Speaker D: No. Because if you like the magic slack. So you wouldn't. It wouldn't be trying to grab you 10.

Speaker E: But the way my movement dive in going to like. I won't go back very far. Now I go back six.

Speaker D: Yeah. Probably rolling eight now six would be 59. Yeah.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker E: Oh, I'm right next to her.

Speaker D: You are?

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker D: I'm gonna say yeah. If you're tied up next to her. Yeah. Because you guys.

Speaker B: Turn into a battle royale here and then fight every.

Speaker D: Yeah. I will say she will actually cut you or in that one. All right. Yeah. So. And then. All right. Yeah. So it's your guys's right. Yeah. She moved. And I did fear to that. And then Audrey is tangled up. Audrey wants to get through next. So you guys can do your move roles 17. All right. So I figure out is untangled.

Speaker E: Does that matter if you're Hope for getting out.

Speaker D: There's an. Yeah, well, for this, you spent your. Your action to do that to get untangled. So. Yeah, you would. That generates fear or hope.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker E: There would be a fear involved.

Speaker D: All right. Yeah. They say she's just gonna chop it hotter before she runs off.

Speaker A: 15 to hit.

Speaker D: 14 damage as she runs.

Speaker E: Yeah.

Speaker D: Yeah. Do your elder right.

Speaker E: Five takes me down to nine. Just barely breaks the.

Speaker D: Bar, which would.

Speaker E: Take me to major.

Speaker A: You're still upright armor.

Speaker E: Yeah, I'm upright. Trying to figure out the best way to.

Speaker D: It is back to you guys.

Speaker B: We moved up in 71 slightly.

Speaker D: We're not rolling super high right now is up front. I'm an Junior Junior. No, Junior Junior's behind Edgar now. Not bad. All right, so you guys just did your move rolls while I was doing Audrey. Yeah. Okay. That confuses me. So did Doc. Did you roll? Did you do your movement roll? Yeah. You guys need to. Okay, Doc needs to do. To move roll one. Oh.

Speaker B: That's crazy.

Speaker D: We all love it.

Speaker C: That is very cinematic. We all ended up finding the same shortcut.

Speaker A: Well, I just followed him. Yeah.

Speaker D: Then Doc. It'd be really weird for me not to, you know. Then Doc, give me your instinct roll to resist. Yes.

Speaker A: 17, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14.

Speaker D: Just enough. All right. Shake it off.

Speaker A: So how much did I know about what I just did?

Speaker D: I think you're. All you remember is you're, like. I guess consumed with, like, an unrelenting, like, impulse desire, lust that killed these people.

Speaker A: So I remember that.

Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. I would say you. You don't. The. And. Oh. And they would very much want you to remember that. It's. The sisters are nasty people.

Speaker A: I would actually yell at it, just.

Speaker D: Be like, I'm back. But you guys would hear because you're all pretty close to each other.

Speaker B: It's a trick.

Speaker A: Trust me, bro.

Speaker B: Oh, forgot to turn it on.

Speaker D: Yeah, so. Oh, that's only a seven to hit. Andre's getting Andre's dodge.

Speaker C: You needed that.

Speaker D: All right, you guys are bat players. Are that continued off? Yeah.

Speaker A: Oh, wait, that one. That's right.

Speaker D: One K every. I'm at 79 picture. You okay.

Speaker A: Purposely, if. If I. I don't understand if I'm. Am I ahead of her or is this just. You're. You're all like.

Speaker D: Yeah, it's abstract, so it's kind of so what? We've been. So we're essentially like. If you're next to them, you can, like, do something.

Speaker A: I can't choose to go back.

Speaker D: Right, but you're you're all chasing her, and the goal is to either you guys get to the end first, which means you've caught. Caught them, or they get to the end first, and it means they got away.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker D: Yeah. It's kind of weird.

Speaker A: That's fine. Just run through a cave system.

Speaker C: I went back for. I'm trying to kill it.

Speaker D: Okay, so you went.

Speaker A: Hey, that's coming.

Speaker D: Where'd you end up?

Speaker B: On.

Speaker D: 52. Okay, so yeah, if you guys. Because you guys can do non lethal. If you want to try and capture her, that's an option. But if you're. If you have no interest.

Speaker C: Nobody told me to do that. I wouldn't have thought of that for myself. I don't think. 23 with fear.

Speaker D: All right, that hits.

Speaker C: Then that does 12 damage.

Speaker A: All right.

Speaker D: How you want to do this?

Speaker C: I think Junior grew up in the caves or was born in the caves. Italy. The underground just makes sense to him. So he probably spots like a little nook that doubles back just to the right spot. And she is looking behind her after having swiped at Audrey and missed and then starts darting away. And as she like, rounds this corner, all the last thing she sees is this elderite blade cutting right through her eyes and on top of her skull. Got her.

Speaker D: All right. Yep. She hits the dirt dead top of her head, right in the corner.

Speaker E: It's like after all that damage. And he starts looking around for the daggers.

Speaker D: Daggers are easy to find there. She just was holding on to them the whole time.

Speaker E: Yes, but when you lose your head like that.

Speaker D: No, that was probably like enough for us that it's like she like.

Speaker C: Yeah, she like.

Speaker D: Car will hit the dirt, so.

Speaker C: Oh, it's kind of bloody. Doc.

Speaker D: Yeah. Retreat.

Speaker B: Last Doc, if he backed himself.

Speaker A: But yeah, sorry for whatever I did.

Speaker D: I would say you'd have full memory. Like you have full memory. You're just consumed with that.

Speaker B: Oh, look at you.

Speaker A: And just say, good thing I'm a bad shot.

Speaker C: But then you rub your arm or he slashed you.

Speaker E: Pretty much. I look at the self healing elder. Right Duster I'm wearing. I said, yeah.

Speaker C: What is this?

Speaker D: Are you pretty?

Speaker A: Are you pretty beat up?

Speaker B: I think we need to rest after this one because I'm spent on all abilities.

Speaker C: Oh, I'm fairly spent as well.

Speaker A: So let's check her body. Let's see if there's anything else on it.

Speaker C: What did she mean she was assisted? Does that mean she's one of Cash's kids?

Speaker D: Probably not. I don't know Cash very well.

Speaker C: I don't know I would see every.

Speaker A: Well, one of the sisters would know about the Sisters.

Speaker E: The Sisters of Nightmare.

Speaker C: What's the sister?

Speaker A: I don't think she ever said her name. We know about some of them. I have a bunch of more somewhere.

Speaker D: Yeah, you would. You would. Especially after seeing her Obscura Morwin and.

Speaker C: Rape the one we went back in time and saw them D. Oh, no.

Speaker A: Those are the church members.

Speaker E: They're working with the sisters to maybe.

Speaker A: We don't know the sister's names.

Speaker D: You don't know. Yeah. I say you wouldn't. You haven't found. Haven't gotten any names of.

Speaker E: We've heard of them.

Speaker A: We know the church members.

Speaker C: There's three of them.

Speaker E: Yeah, well there was when I glimp back in time looked that cash saw during that time and we know that what's his name who's in charge of Gray's Landing before supposedly had done dealings with them. Yeah and everything says that. How is that referred to in the really Bad Dudes.

Speaker D: I'm gonna say Audrey and Doc. You guys would definitely remember. Oh and there would probably be like just look to that like the. The dagger design and like some of the. I guess and there would be a. Oh, An emblem like on her armor that just looks like. Like a humanoid made out of like bugs, which is like the Sisters of Night Shadow because you guys fought Black. He was associated with them. Yeah. That was a very long time ago.

Speaker A: Is that.

Speaker D: The symbol?

Speaker A: Doesn't look like it's Rubik or anything. It's just an imprint.

Speaker D: Yes. Or what?

Speaker A: It's not like a rune or anything. It's just an imprint.

Speaker E: Look.

Speaker D: Embossed. Yeah, it's just like an embroidered patch or whatever that's.

Speaker A: And there's nothing else on her.

Speaker D: You've just been looking at her. Nobody searched it.

Speaker A: I was saying I checked out.

Speaker E: The daggers.

Speaker D: That will be searching call analyze counter or I guess instinct or finance. I said basically and.

Speaker B: Analyze acknowledge.

Speaker D: Them. Yeah. Digging around. 13.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker A: That's 13.

Speaker D: So I say along with. Along with the daggers you find no sealed butter. No sealed butter.

Speaker B: Perhaps that will tell us something in.

Speaker D: This small logging camp. Yeah.

Speaker B: Doesn't make sense.

Speaker C: Seems a little petty.

Speaker D: Find any sisters?

Speaker A: Does it say anything on it or symbols?

Speaker D: No, it's just. Sealed. And then has.

Speaker A: I cut the symbol out of the embroidered symbol out of your armor and.

Speaker D: Pocket that.

Speaker E: For reference.

Speaker A: Torch the rest of it.

Speaker D: The dragon Red. Did you take the letter? Yeah. I hope so.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: I should put you to sleep before you burn the letter.

Speaker A: I mean Unless somebody was going to wipe off your.

Speaker D: No, no.

Speaker C: I'm trying to clean all the broth.

Speaker D: My blade.

Speaker E: Audrey, can we take a look? The daggers are odd.

Speaker D: There's probably.

Speaker E: There might be something more that just.

Speaker D: To layer he didn't find it. Oh, are you looking at or are you searching to try and search the body?

Speaker E: Yeah, I just did a quick search.

Speaker D: There is nothing else to find. Doc found everything.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Yeah. Your role didn't matter.

Speaker E: No.

Speaker D: Or that.

Speaker E: Anyways, it was a six with hope. Audrey's feeling pretty beat up after this last round, so.

Speaker D: Yeah, it's like.

Speaker C: That was like one.

Speaker E: No, he's got it. You probably sit down against the wall there to try and figure out the diagnosis.

Speaker C: It's nasty.

Speaker B: Open the letter.

Speaker A: You hear me say bad?

Speaker C: Yeah, that was bad.

Speaker E: These people already conspicuous.

Speaker A: You guys want to open it here? You want to get to where there's light?

Speaker D: Or we can read it with wing light.

Speaker C: It's really amazing. In case it's something relevant.

Speaker A: In case we need to do it here. All right. I'll wrap it open. I'll stand together and just put wings over the top. So can I see it?

Speaker D: Yeah. It just says. Dearest. Like Delilah. There's Delilah. That experiments are proving successful. With a little bit more. We'll have. We'll have excellent infiltrators. I guess more. I guess more refinement. Not I guess going to be better. More refinement. Infiltrators.

Speaker E: Stealthy ninja or like something that blends.

Speaker D: In with normal people.

Speaker C: Infiltrators.

Speaker E: Shapeshifter.

Speaker C: What if we can't trust anybody? Well, my daddy is a shapeshifter and I trust him.

Speaker D: And then also I guess the next paragraph would be. Tell the lady we are almost ready. And let's just sign Crazy. Crazy. Yeah.

Speaker B: No.

Speaker D: The word crazy.

Speaker B: That's why I gotta go talk to crazy.

Speaker D: Yay.

Speaker C: He'S the lady. Crazy.

Speaker E: I think she's the one that capped off.

Speaker D: Yeah, you could make that assumption that.

Speaker E: Because if you think about it, she was.

Speaker A: Stow it in the same place with the pad.

Speaker E: When you go back and find crazy.

Speaker D: That was pretty good. I missed out.

Speaker B: Oh, creepy was.

Speaker C: Oh, that's right.

Speaker E: Maybe creepy knows crazy.

Speaker D: Maybe. Yeah.

Speaker B: Creepy.

Speaker C: Come meet us in the wood. You did? What are you talking about? Oh, we forgot your name. Yeah, sounded like this other name.

Speaker E: Sorry I ran you through.

Speaker C: Yeah, feel bad about that.

Speaker E: Don't you know that's his family name. Pretty crazy.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker C: Why don't any of these people then.

Speaker E: Get that wander Back into the main room.

Speaker B: Yeah, sure.

Speaker C: Yeah, I suppose.

Speaker D: See if there's anything else in this dungeon backed up.

Speaker E: Well, there's scopes, other parts of the tunnel that we haven't.

Speaker B: Yeah, but I need to look at this room before we go.

Speaker D: Yeah. So you guys. Basically the tunnel you guys ran down. Here.

Speaker B: We need to rest soon.

Speaker E: I have. I'm four, four six down.

Speaker D: Give you a short rest. Yes.

Speaker E: That's a D4 plus.

Speaker D: Before you do that, somebody from the group give me a.

Speaker B: Just a platinum.

Speaker D: Oh, no. You can use instinct.

Speaker E: Got instinct.

Speaker C: 13 total with hope and then the others.

Speaker D: Yeah, you can. Or a hope. You guys are. Yeah. As you guys are in here getting ready to rest, A blob congeals on the ceiling and falls down in between you guys. Oh.

Speaker B: Hey.

Speaker C: Blob is back.

Speaker D: And I'll say since he rolled with Hope, you have the spotlight. And this looks like. It looks exactly like the other. Like the blobs that you guys chopped out of the sacks. So just come in to attack one of you.

Speaker C: I heft my axe and bring it down on it.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker C: 24 with hope.

Speaker D: That hits. Okay. And is that hope or fear?

Speaker E: Hope.

Speaker D: All right, you guys are still up.

Speaker A: I see that thing pop down.

Speaker D: I.

Speaker A: Put my hand on you. You feel a surge of warmth go through you, and you get a point back with my other hand. Having my sword still out, I swipe up the. I just put my hand up and go.

Speaker E: My first reaction as you put your hand on is, oh, that's nice. And then I see the blade go right through my face, like, oh, crap.

Speaker A: That's right. So you got one point.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: 17.

Speaker D: All right. With. With the fear. It's all right, actually. What was. You said 17. Yeah. Yeah. So that hits as you're swinging at that vine. Does wrap around you and hurts you for four direct damage. And you can also roll your damage on them. 10 kills are used.

Speaker A: There's no.

Speaker B: Direct.

Speaker A: I just do engagement.

Speaker E: That's like it grabbed around your ankle and pulled you to knock you off balance.

Speaker D: Yeah. Oh, yeah. So it's my turn. It's surrounded. So I'm just going to randomly. Goes to grab at junior for a 10 to hit and meets it. Beats it. Yep. Those two.

Speaker A: Punch punches at your leg for form.

Speaker D: Magical damage is the other way. Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker A: Nice.

Speaker C: Reduces it entirely.

Speaker D: Pink. All right, back to you guys.

Speaker E: Flaming Hand.

Speaker A: War Mage.

Speaker C: What else would you do? Kill it with fire.

Speaker E: Had this ice spike, but I don't know.

Speaker A: See, 11 just hits.

Speaker E: Okay. So with that, it's 2D6. And when it was with fear, which is what this is, there's an extra contend. And some stress. So 8, 10, 13.

Speaker D: Damage. Oh, well, how you want to do this?

Speaker E: Nice picture reaction. After the long run and not really. Now it's like.

Speaker D: And it.

Speaker E: And it's just the fire keeps coming out till it pops. So that combination of ducks give me a hit point. And then seeing the sword come down and it kind of.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: Jumpy.

Speaker D: What are you guys doing?

Speaker B: Hey, we should do this place and then rest.

Speaker C: Okay.

Speaker D: Well, we have.

Speaker E: We need to take.

Speaker A: And that one.

Speaker B: Let's go south. Okay. Find a safer place to rest.

Speaker D: Tunnel.

Speaker B: I think that's the tunnel.

Speaker D: We land now. Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker C: Oh, so that's okay.

Speaker E: Did we get to the end of that tunnel?

Speaker C: I think that's when essentially.

Speaker A: Okay. Yes.

Speaker D: Okay. You did. So.

Speaker C: Yeah, we'll go through the normal stuff.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: We need our.

Speaker D: We still have the bird. A bird should be up there from there. So you can go south there. South again. South. Okay.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker E: A little south of there.

Speaker D: All right. So south. Blood balls all around.

Speaker A: Did we rest on it?

Speaker C: We got interrupted, so.

Speaker D: And then you find.

Speaker C: Oh, chest. Junior.

Speaker D: Looks like a lock chest.

Speaker C: Something genetic inside of him. So he should always look at treasure. He tries to open it. It's locked.

Speaker D: Yep.

Speaker E: You want to try and break it?

Speaker A: Do you want me to try and.

Speaker E: Push it in the wall, See if I can break it against the ice? Pick it.

Speaker C: He just tries to, like, rip the lid off.

Speaker D: All right. Give me a strength roll.

Speaker A: I assist him.

Speaker D: Like. Yeah, Just describe how you'd want to.

Speaker A: He's trying to rip it. I'm trying to, like, grab another side of it.

Speaker D: Okay. Yeah. So you. If you spend the hope.

Speaker A: Oh, actually, I can't spend hope. I used it on a scene.

Speaker D: Yeah, it takes a hope, too. Yeah.

Speaker E: Right now I'm hopeless.

Speaker A: I'm just. I was used to having it.

Speaker D: But.

Speaker C: I will spend a hope and use one of my experiences as a gentle giant.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Cash is so honestly the one I want to play.

Speaker D: You can spend them double. You can spend. You can spend multiple hopes to use multiple experiences as long as they apply.

Speaker E: That's true.

Speaker D: I don't know.

Speaker C: I don't get to know what the difficulty is until after.

Speaker A: Right.

Speaker D: Yeah. Let's say for this, it's.

Speaker A: Oh, like, how much would you.

Speaker C: I'm at 11 right now.

Speaker A: What I'm saying, like, do those things feel like that's what he's feeling when he approaches the test?

Speaker C: I feel like it is.

Speaker D: So.

Speaker C: Yeah. I'll go up to 13.

Speaker E: And spend.

Speaker C: Two, hope for the experiences.

Speaker D: Oh, and that gives you up to.

Speaker C: A total of 13. That's what they'll experience.

Speaker B: Oh.

Speaker D: Yeah. As you're gripping on that, you won't be able to break it open with root strength.

Speaker C: You gotta get in here.

Speaker A: Does it look like a standard keyhole?

Speaker D: Yeah, let's just like it. It's a sturdy chest.

Speaker E: All right. Now, for this system, can anybody pick.

Speaker C: A lock or is it one of.

Speaker E: Those rogue specific traits that.

Speaker D: I don't think it's rogue specific, but if you, like, don't have tools to like do that, then it. I don't. You would. I don't know how you would do it.

Speaker A: I didn't have no purples.

Speaker E: I'm thinking I freeze the lock, let Cash smash it.

Speaker D: Nope.

Speaker B: Can'T do nothing.

Speaker E: So precipice digitation doesn't really perform harmless subtle magical effects at will. For example, you can change an object's color, smell, light a candle, couple of tiniest object afloat, illuminate the room. Or a small object.

Speaker D: Yeah, I don't. I don't think that would help. Yeah, that's it.

Speaker E: Going to freeze a lot. Not doing much, but it's not. I'm not doing damage to a commercial. House.

Speaker D: Dirty.

Speaker E: Does it feel. Could I pick it with an age hand?

Speaker D: I would say that would probably be harder. Very hard. Because it's still. What is mage hand? What is that?

Speaker E: It's pretty much like the DND mage hand they came across. You can pick stuff up, move it around, Conjure a magical hand with the same size strength as yours.

Speaker D: Oh, yeah. You would be able to pick it. Your finger wouldn't fit in the hole.

Speaker A: Yeah, of course.

Speaker E: I said that is I Spike.

Speaker B: I don't have any higher help.

Speaker E: Or try and push it down the hall and break it open.

Speaker B: Yeah, yeah.

Speaker C: I'll try to pick the whole thing up.

Speaker A: You can see in that other room.

Speaker C: If there's a key in the other.

Speaker A: Room as you're holding over your head.

Speaker C: Look quick.

Speaker A: You want to bring it with us?

Speaker D: Sure.

Speaker C: How heavy is it?

Speaker D: Yeah, I was gonna say you could. You could carry it, take it to.

Speaker A: The other room and see if.

Speaker C: There'S.

Speaker A: Maybe that's the witch's living quarters or.

Speaker D: She'S got the key in there.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker C: Can we double back and go to the last. What we think is probably the last.

Speaker A: Or we can check the 20 pockets on that thing you spent time in.

Speaker C: It's got nothing in there. Trust me. Just an intersection yeah. All right. Well then I'll just go to the top of the stairs and chuck it down the stairs as hard as I can to the onto the floor. Try to shatter it.

Speaker D: That works. All right.

Speaker C: Watching me Full of an alchemist fire or something.

Speaker A: Whatever's in there is better be durable.

Speaker C: Hope it's not fragile.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Give me a. Another. A strength roll. Yeah. This one. I just need a 10 easy to smash it open since you've been prying on it already.

Speaker C: I did get a 10. But it's with fear.

Speaker A: So you can keep it here.

Speaker D: I guess I'll just instantly spend that fear as binds come down grabbing all of you.

Speaker B: Not today.

Speaker C: Yeah, I should flex and bust out of those vines.

Speaker B: Same as Trick.

Speaker D: Before.

Speaker A: We'Re just like 16.

Speaker D: So. Yeah. You smash the chest open. So why don't each of you give me a. Let's see. A D12 goal.

Speaker A: Just one? Yep.

Speaker D: Just a single D12. All right. We'll start with Doc 6 and enlighten potion.

Speaker E: And what?

Speaker D: Enlightened is a plus one to your next knowledge goal. What's Audrey got?

Speaker A: Nine.

Speaker D: Nine. Found a Grindel tooth venom. We have a sticker for that somewhere.

Speaker A: Yes, I have it here. I have a grindel tooth venom on me.

Speaker D: Yeah. So that's on the floor too. So what did Junior get? Five. Five. You got a charm potion. Plus one to your next present pool. And then what did Edgar roll?

Speaker B: Eight.

Speaker A: Eight.

Speaker D: Minor stamina potions. And then. Okay. Give me one more. Someone give me a single D12. Four posters.

Speaker E: Two.

Speaker D: Oh. You found a little whistle that has runes carved on it.

Speaker E: Dry fish. I just kind of slip it in a pocket. For your analysis.

Speaker D: Yep. That was everything that was in that.

Speaker A: You let anybody look at it before you do that?

Speaker E: If you want to. I just know I'm not going to blow it in here.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: Or maybe it's fine.

Speaker C: What's the worst thing to happen?

Speaker B: Just a whistle.

Speaker A: I was just curious if we recognize the room.

Speaker D: Here's a minor stamina potion. If somebody wants it. Has it. I guess.

Speaker A: Do we recognize the rooms on the whistle?

Speaker D: Yep. That will be need to be a knowledge rule if you want to decode it. 20.

Speaker A: Nice.

Speaker D: Yes. You're able to read the runes. And it's a Piper whistle. Has a distinctive sound. That piercing tone can be heard within a one mile radius.

Speaker A: By everyone. That's crazy. It's Pierce.

Speaker B: Yeah. One royal raise. Everyone can hear it.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker D: That's it. Doesn't say what the heck.

Speaker A: I guess it doesn't have to Be loud. Magically heard.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Want this potion of charm. Is that useful to anybody?

Speaker E: We haven't really tried to charm anybody yet.

Speaker A: I will trade you for knowledge question. Or it's an enlightenment actually used keep both.

Speaker B: Back to the town and been done with.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Gotta go figure out what's going on. Or tell them what's going on.

Speaker C: Yeah. He's not going to need to tell them. That would be crazy.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Bring that jewelry back to the town so he can call it.

Speaker D: You want.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: I thought we come back to the town.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Go get a long rest.

Speaker E: That's right.

Speaker B: Is the mist gone from outside? Let me leave the cave. It looks like that phone.

Speaker D: No, it is not.

Speaker E: I want to reach out to look who once we get outside the caves. Did you find any other places with a dangerous red mist?

Speaker D: No.

Speaker A: So your best is not gone. Need to go back in and check her Crazy. What was this thing?

Speaker D: That was like an altar. No. And when you go back.

Speaker A: Yeah. Let's go inspect it.

Speaker D: Yep. You guys go back up in there.

Speaker C: I like it. Last time we tried to rest here blob fell from the ceiling. Do you want to rest outside and come back in? Maybe the altar is responsible for it.

Speaker D: Could do that.

Speaker C: Go take a short if we need to rest.

Speaker B: No, not really.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker D: Reading.

Speaker B: Wrestling.

Speaker A: Forgot what's on the altar or around it.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: So I went another room.

Speaker D: You guys give me either knowledge or.

Speaker A: Instead I drink my knowledge potion.

Speaker B: There you go.

Speaker D: All right. Yeah.

Speaker E: 24 with 4 13.

Speaker A: Is this an action?

Speaker D: Yeah, this would be an action roll. Okay. So like everyone did 15 or better. Yeah.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker D: First we're gonna do just gonna use that fear for more vines come down trying to get out of you guys. Chris.

Speaker A: Hello.

Speaker C: I am too.

Speaker D: Then I'll spend that other fear generated.

Speaker B: You guys are like burning the ground.

Speaker E: Come from the ceiling though.

Speaker B: Burn the ceiling.

Speaker D: He takes six direct magic damage.

Speaker C: Chip in us some way.

Speaker D: Yeah. So Audrey and Junior are tied up being strangled. Yeah. You guys do. See. After you guys deal with that then we can. I'll tell you guys what you all aids only. I'll line them up and burn them out.

Speaker B: Okay. Yep.

Speaker D: That's enough. All right. Yep. So you burn away. Yeah. As you guys are studying this I guess Junior could spot the runes but wouldn't know what they do. But I'd say. I say the three of you other guys that are more experienced with magic are able to discern that like. Yeah. This is was used to conduct blood magic rituals. And it is a source of power for the Mist and this, like, cave and it's, like. Is what's animating the vines and tendrils and, like, the fibrous muscles on here. And it does have some runes relating to, like, Not quite transform, like transmorification or it's like roots similar to that and shape shifting. And here's the glitter.

Speaker B: Smash it.

Speaker C: All right, well, as soon as Zager says that Junior smashes it.

Speaker A: You want to burn it and smash it.

Speaker D: All right, Junior. Yep. Junior smashes it. Please give me a damage roll.

Speaker C: Great roll. Seven damage.

Speaker D: All right, you're chopping it up. You're chopping sinew up and stuff. It's still.

Speaker B: It's just, like, staining stuff.

Speaker D: Yeah, there's a lot. I mean, there is some, like. There is, like, wood and stone and bone. There is. It's mostly, like, organic material, so, like, bones and. And, like, chunks of flesh that have, like, grown out of the cave wall that Junior's been chopping up. And, like, the bones have all the runes on that. There probably is. And then, like, I guess there is like a wooden. Almost like a wooden table that's, like. So I don't know if you've ever cut into, like, green wood that, like, the water and SAP just kind of, like, comes out of it. That's. It's like that, but it's blood, so. Yeah. So juniors, do your thing. That stuff away.

Speaker E: You throw your fire. I'll throw mine.

Speaker D: Yeah, yeah, just go ahead and just roll damage. Yeah, there's no. No need for action rolls here. 12 magic Audrey keeps one.

Speaker B: Only dust damage.

Speaker A: I don't have that much damage.

Speaker D: Yeah. Dachshund breathing fire. Not quite unlimited Power's a young man.

Speaker B: Like.

Speaker D: Yeah. As you're burning that. And there would be, like, other. There would also be other, like, talismans, like, in, like, in this area too. As. And you probably actually find the lady's, like, bed was over here.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: That's where the key is.

Speaker B: We don't need that anymore.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: Oh, you can search for stuff after we burn this corner. Yeah.

Speaker D: But you would do it here kind of like almost like a deep, like, groan or scream from, like, that feels like it's. Comes out of the earth. As you're burning and chopping this stuff down, I just go faster and breaking the. And as the bone. As you're breaking, like, the actual bones with the. The runes on them. The. The, like, the mist is reducing this. I guess all of you should work as stress in here, too, while you were in here looking around, because that mist is still here. Definitely rest after this. Yeah. So as you guys are doing that, I'm gonna burn and just finish smashing everything in this room. You actually, like. You feel like the air itself, like, changes and it feels much lighter and not oppressive. And the mist is kind of just like, seeps into the ground, dissipates. Did it. Right. And then, like, all the, like, any of the, like, dangling roots and stuff look, like, normal now. They don't. They don't have, like, the red tinge or, like, flesh look to them anymore. They look like regular roots.

Speaker A: Go search that corner in that alcove.

Speaker D: Yeah, There's. There is nothing in that. That's where she is sleeping. Like, that's all burnt. Chopped up, too. That's just. I was just saying, like, that's where.

Speaker E: Trinkets were pretty much all destroyed as well.

Speaker D: Yeah. There's nothing in there to. Yeah, there was nothing to find in there. The value she had on her end was in that test.

Speaker A: How far back is it to town?

Speaker D: I think 10 miles.

Speaker B: Not that long.

Speaker D: So it's probably like 30 minutes right back down. Yep. 15 minutes on town.

Speaker E: When we go out, is the mist gone from outside?

Speaker C: Yep.

Speaker B: Now I feel. Now I feel better.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker E: I give Lapua call and say remission.

Speaker D: Be gone. Yes.

Speaker E: Get a ride back to town within range of that. Walk back in.

Speaker D: Around one. So we'll say it's like, 4ish, Amy.

Speaker B: And catch a show.

Speaker D: As you guys arrive back in. In town at. I've seen you guys head straight to. Back to kitties. Yeah.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Oh, cornbread.

Speaker E: I'd be tempted to swing by the church for some healing.

Speaker D: And then. Yeah, then the key.

Speaker C: Yeah, I didn't. Hungry.

Speaker D: Yeah. If you want to go to the church, you can on this place.

Speaker E: And I know that they knew Ramses.

Speaker A: Because he spent the night there.

Speaker E: Man, the chapel.

Speaker D: Yes.

Speaker E: But how knowledgeable was he? I know he was good for a hangover.

Speaker D: Yeah. So you. All of you going to the church or just Audrey? I just go to K. All right. So. Yeah. So audrey, as you. Enter the preacher, Bass Greek, too. He's got. He's short. He's like 4 11, early 30s, rectangular body. So he's probably like a Minecraft character.

Speaker B: Perfectly rectangular.

Speaker D: Kind of chunky, dark brown hair that's long. Yep. He's got the American Midwestern accent.

Speaker C: Oh, hey there.

Speaker E: Long time to see it.

Speaker D: Gosh. He, like, takes a look at you. Oh, Mr. Audrey, you look like you've been through the ringer. Use a little touch of mithris here.

Speaker E: That I could. I could probably go for a couple of times.

Speaker C: All right, well come over here.

Speaker D: And he start speaking words that are fairly familiar now but his hands light up faintly gold and could clear an HP in one stress. That's not all I can do for you.

Speaker E: That's way better than where I was.

Speaker D: What you doing up in these parts?

Speaker E: Ramses was out of town when the message came in. We came to help.

Speaker D: Oh really? You came to. Thank you very much. I assume you at least found the source of the disappearing lawyers.

Speaker E: I believe we did. That's the ringer. But we cleared out the at least. I think the red mist is gone for now. Should be safe to go back into the forest.

Speaker B: Sure.

Speaker D: The loggers will rejoice at that and the spider herders town will little village here will feel much better.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: Appreciate it.

Speaker E: Things should start getting back to normal. Whatever normal is. Only you can decide that.

Speaker D: Yeah, well no longer is disappearing other than dumb accidents but they usually survive.

Speaker B: Those most of the time.

Speaker E: As long as you're on hand, the odds go up. Yep.

Speaker D: I'll probably have less hangovers to cure because everybody will be back to work instead of hanging the kidneys. But.

Speaker E: Such is the life. At least they're around to enjoy it. Thank him for his time and I don't know. Do we keep track of coins anymore?

Speaker D: We haven't really because I mean you guys. I just assume you guys. I was gonna say assume you guys have like max handfuls of coin if you want to carry one around on you. Like I would just assume you guys however, like however much wealth you want to carry around on you, you can with your sheet and so if you want to toss them a handful of coins or whatever.

Speaker E: No, I make a donation to the box.

Speaker C: That's Junior does not have an injury with him. He doesn't really get it.

Speaker D: So. Yeah so like money like you guys are. Wealth isn't an issue for you guys. Especially after this winning scorches.

Speaker C: I'm working really hard to get it out.

Speaker E: I saw my brave platinum card.

Speaker D: So I get what you guys could do. Like when you. So like when you leave Braves landing just mark how much wealth you have on you and that's what you'll have until you come back. That'll just be an easy way. So you don't have infinite money while you're on the road, but you do have access to infinite money. Unless you start. Unless you start moving some of the money to other cities then then most likely say you could have infinite money.

Speaker A: In those cities building the network.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: You just want us to become bankers.

Speaker D: If you want to run banks, bank TTS character can be an empty.

Speaker C: I got a subsystem.

Speaker A: I had all this money. I put it to hotels. Then the war happened. Lost it.

Speaker D: All right. Yeah. So while Audrey went to visit Preacher Bass. He thanks you very much for the.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: And then I looked at kitties.

Speaker D: Yeah. So you guys arrive at Kitty's while Audrey took a detour. What would you like to do?

Speaker B: Drink some food.

Speaker C: Do you have whiskey?

Speaker D: Sure thing.

Speaker E: Sugar?

Speaker D: Yeah. I guess Kitty, like, came right over us. It's just like. Should just be like. Oh, dang. What happened to you guys?

Speaker A: This guy's a drinker.

Speaker D: He is now.

Speaker A: Well, you can't get drunk, right?

Speaker D: He's gonna try find out, so he probably can. That may just. Actually. Yeah. If you guys want to, like, do that, we'll just start for each dream, we'll just start at the lowest number. The lowest, which is five. And then it'll just keep going up. For each, like hard alcohol drink you have. If you want to see if your guy gets drunk, it'll just keep going up.

Speaker A: After each door is less enough control.

Speaker D: Today.

Speaker A: You roll the third dice. Roll my whiskey dice. It's your beer decision.

Speaker D: No, it would probably just fall. I don't. We won't have it generate hope or fear because then I'd have to have. I have to start spending.

Speaker E: Yeah.

Speaker D: So stuff would. It's bad stuff start happening. Yeah.

Speaker C: You have a hangover.

Speaker A: You have to roll a D20 for your fear diamond.

Speaker D: Yeah. It could be stuff like that.

Speaker A: Because it's like the opposite of the order bringer one.

Speaker D: That's when you're drunk.

Speaker B: Cause you problems in your joint.

Speaker D: When you're drunk, your. Your beer dies at D20. You have to take a long rest.

Speaker B: To get it off.

Speaker A: I think though, I should make your hope to actually go down. Should be like a D8 or something. Because you get the benefit of having a higher roll.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: You just shift the number of sides over to the T20. So it's like what is it? 12 and 12. So if you did 20, that's eight more. So you have to roll a D4 and a D20.

Speaker C: Oh, you're always gonna have clear because this.

Speaker A: This increases your. You're never gonna grid. But it increases your chance to. Yeah.

Speaker D: You could crit.

Speaker E: The odds are not in your video.

Speaker A: Number of sizes would be equivalent. But I don't know about probability.

Speaker D: Yeah. So yeah.

Speaker A: Have to roll with this.

Speaker C: Chopped an old lady's Head off.

Speaker D: Oh, what the heck.

Speaker E: The reaction. That's great.

Speaker D: Whoa. A little taken aback, but not like a whole. It's probably. It's not about the act itself, but it's more of, like, just, like, the matter of fact, like, oh, yeah, we.

Speaker A: Wouldn'T know what to do. So is this the one that told us the question the first place, the friend? Or was that.

Speaker D: Now it's just a random, like, messenger? This is Kitty. She runs.

Speaker A: No, I'm talking about Kitty. Oh, he said that to the random.

Speaker D: Yeah. No, she said that to Kitty. Yeah, yeah.

Speaker A: That we were supposed to connect with to inform her what happened. Is she the one that we're supposed to tell, or is it creepy?

Speaker D: Creepy would be like. Is like the head of the town. But she would know. Like, if you told her, everybody would. I mean, you're in the. You're in the. The gathering place, and it's probably packed this time of the day.

Speaker A: So when he says that I would take the patch out and I would slap it on the table in front of her and I say, that's his handicap.

Speaker D: She would look at that and, like, she'd probably actually. She'd spit on it.

Speaker A: I said my sentiment exactly.

Speaker C: But that's what we found there.

Speaker D: Some of my dancers have been trafficked by those bastards.

Speaker A: Oh, this one's dead.

Speaker D: Thank you kindly.

Speaker A: You should have seen the flip that.

Speaker C: She did when she came around the.

Speaker A: Corner when he took her head off.

Speaker D: I hope it was less graceful than my lovely dancers.

Speaker A: So there was a little grace to it.

Speaker C: I'd have to see the dancers.

Speaker D: I guess there would be a show going on, like, now because the place is pretty packed.

Speaker C: And then that's where Junior's never seen anything like it.

Speaker E: Junior checks out. Bottle of whiskey and the dancer.

Speaker C: Yeah, yeah.

Speaker D: Because it'd be like a classic. Probably, like western, like burlesque with, like, singing.

Speaker A: But when Kitty, you know, she spits on that conversation, I kind of gently grab her arm, like, on the wrist. I just have it, like. So she looks at me, and I.

Speaker C: Look her in the eyes and just.

Speaker A: Say, your friends are gone. How long is that one taken?

Speaker D: She's like, that's sad, but not surprising. They've been missing for a while, that they're at rest. We burned all that up. She's like, anyways, thank you guys very much. And, like, drink some food around the house for the evening.

Speaker A: Appreciate it. Oh, who has the tokens of the joy.

Speaker E: Then?

Speaker A: You know, I bet the. I didn't know when I said that.

Speaker D: And say that they're not with us anymore, but if we can notify their.

Speaker A: Families, for some n words, just disprove.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Well, then.

Speaker D: Thank you.

Speaker A: And then I put my patch back in my. Leave the spit on.

Speaker D: And then she goes. Gets up, and she actually goes and jumps up on the bar and has this giant bell and rings it, and everything stops. And everyone looks over to her, and she goes, screechers. And then as this is happening, Audrey, like, is walking in. Enter the door.

Speaker A: Don't ring the door.

Speaker D: She goes. And everyone, like, the music stops as Audrey, like, steps into the door, and he just. And everyone, like, looks up at. She points over down at you guys at the table.

Speaker C: Like, three cheers for our heroes. They've found our lawyers.

Speaker D: The missing haven't been avenged. Yeah.

Speaker C: The blend of crab makes it right towards the bar. Say a prayer for the fallen and missing.

Speaker D: And three cheers for the writers.

Speaker B: And everyone's like.

Speaker D: And then that.

Speaker C: And then she's like, all right, back to.

Speaker B: Back to.

Speaker C: Back to the show.

Speaker D: And then there is. The music starts up again. Dancers get back. Piano starts going again, and all the noise. And then people, like, are randomly, like, coming up and, like, clapping you on.

Speaker B: The shoulder.

Speaker D: Saying, thank you.

Speaker A: I would go up to the counter and try to get a word with her for a minute when things died down a little bit. And I would ask her, you know, anybody in town that goes, find the name or have you heard the. And Crazy.

Speaker D: She thinks it's like, I don't think so. Not too many people come through here. She goes, probably few weeks back, we had a. And she kind of starts describing someone that. That sounds kind of. That could, like, match the person. Description of the person you guys decapitated. She's like, other than that, very few people pass through this way because it's kind of out of the way.

Speaker A: Where would they. So they actually came through this town.

Speaker D: I mean, yeah. This person stayed the night and then headed out.

Speaker E: Yeah.

Speaker B: Which.

Speaker D: It'S kind of unusual for being this far up. They didn't have. They're apparently on foot.

Speaker A: So. Yeah.

Speaker D: So.

Speaker B: But otherwise.

Speaker D: Yeah, nobody. I think you guys have been the. The newest visitors that come through here.

Speaker A: Right? Well, if you have visitors come through by the name. Reminding me of crazy.

Speaker D: Right. Crazy.

Speaker A: Send word anywhere.

Speaker E: What was the other name on that letter?

Speaker D: Yeah, because it was written to Delilah from Crazy.

Speaker A: I would ask about her, about that.

Speaker D: Doesn't ring a bell.

Speaker E: Thank you.

Speaker A: Back down.

Speaker B: Creepy. Oh, he'll.

Speaker C: He'll probably be along here shortly.

Speaker D: Or he's.

Speaker B: So.

Speaker D: Yeah. Because he Was he said. Was it five or six?

Speaker E: Over to the table now things have died down.

Speaker D: Yeah. So as like the evening. I don't know how long you guys want to stay in here, but like, I guess we could also do. You guys could do a short rest, but you can also level up. You guys want to do that? Yeah, I will. Let's do it. I guess. Do your short rest first.

Speaker C: Okay.

Speaker D: While you guys are in here.

Speaker C: Swap any of the main cards. Then just do the following moves or choose the same move twice. Repair armor.

Speaker A: Anyone preparing?

Speaker C: I was thinking about preparing, but I.

Speaker D: Have to give a. I can prepare.

Speaker A: If you're preparing. If you're doing something artistic or music. I'll meditate while you're doing that.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: I would.

Speaker B: Include hope.

Speaker A: Help you write a song. So I describes the part where I was taken over. So you have lyrical information too.

Speaker D: It. Hold on. Get sick. It works.

Speaker A: Now I have to go watch Tombstone J's.

Speaker C: Drinking whiskey from a bottle.

Speaker E: I can see Junior blowing in the bottom taking a swig.

Speaker B: Keeps getting deeper and deeper just off time. So it messes with the band.

Speaker D: Yeah. So if you guys are done with your rest, then now you can level up, which should be on the back of your character.

Speaker B: I'll definitely want to look at the cards.

Speaker D: Yeah. Because we need what, Grace.

Speaker B: Grace and codex. For me, I think the book. Now Steve wants to look at cards. You can look at the codec ones first. If I have brave ones, I'll look up.

Speaker D: You say Blades west.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Blade Valley.

Speaker E: Is there a cap on your status far as how you can take it? Is it cap at like 3 or 5?

Speaker D: I don't think so.

Speaker A: I think so.

Speaker C: You can only upgrade itself once per.

Speaker A: Tier of play, though.

Speaker E: Well, based on the boxes.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: There you can do three as far as stats. Yeah. But two, three, four.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: Plus one bonus to two unmarked character traits. So.

Speaker A: And then new mark them.

Speaker C: So you can do that each time. But you're gonna end up. You can't do like the same one.

Speaker D: Twice.

Speaker A: Until the next year.

Speaker C: At the next tier, you can erase your minds.

Speaker B: We can pick one and two.

Speaker D: Yeah. Okay.

Speaker C: At level two, you also get an additional experience and a plus one of proficiency. Guys.

Speaker D: Yeah. Which proficiency will mean all your. You're all rolling. Plus 2D for your damage die.

Speaker B: You know.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: I don't need more.

Speaker B: Wait, so we roll another bonus guy?

Speaker D: No, it's. It's not a bonus. It's just your damage die. Your perfecting scene goes up. So like.

Speaker C: Like my ax is a D10 plus three. So now it's two D10 plus three.

Speaker D: And Steve, what are your two domain? I know.

Speaker E: It's Codex and Splendor.

Speaker D: Splendor. Okay. That's great.

Speaker C: Experience.

Speaker E: So many skills rank up that way too.

Speaker D: I don't know.

Speaker C: Does it say your proficiency bonus or proficiency?

Speaker E: Like the. The Fire Hands I've been using are just.

Speaker D: Yeah, so like bolt beacon here it says dealing 2D8 plus 2 magic damage using your proficiency. Which means if your proficiency 2. It's 2D8 plus 2. Yeah. So it doesn't say using your. All right, so I think these are. Do you need the guardian, the shield ones, Wes.

Speaker C: Yes, but Paul will also need them.

Speaker A: Yeah, that's fine.

Speaker B: You go ahead.

Speaker D: There you can. These are pretty good.

Speaker C: I should be able to pick quick.

Speaker A: Quick.

Speaker D: We only get one of these. Yeah.

Speaker E: Just a small festool is mentioned in a minute.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: So you have a question about a specific card. I can look at them, too.

Speaker E: I was looking at the codes, and they don't mention their proficiency. They just.

Speaker D: Yeah, the Codexes probably are, except for, like, Ice Spike on success. Deal. D6 physical damage using your proficiency. So that would be two D6.

Speaker E: Okay.

Speaker D: So essentially what you. For proficiency, you just have the damage dice, like D6. And then you put your proficiency number in front of it. So it's like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I think you can get up to 5 or 6.

Speaker C: Proficiency.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Max is out at 6.

Speaker D: If you go on 6 to 10.

Speaker C: At level 10 for damage.

Speaker D: Yeah. Proficiency doesn't go up every level. Like, does up H tier. Unless you take some specific things to bump it. Then you guys will have less than five domain cards in your hand. So you don't have to worry about that. Right, you guys? Yeah. Because you'll have three cards down.

Speaker B: What's that? Pretend.

Speaker D: So basically it's how many. It's basically just for your damage.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: So it'd just be for like, my scepter.

Speaker D: Yeah. So that would become. That would be two. It'll be two D6. Yeah.

Speaker C: And like, striking rigid past my.

Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. And then all your, like, all your guns and stuff will go up for the next. Will be tier 2 damages.

Speaker C: Now, does our armor increase at tier 2?

Speaker D: Actually, your thresholds would. I'll have to look at that.

Speaker B: I think they do. Because we went off a level.

Speaker D: Yeah. Your. Your threshold. Let me actually. I would look. If you guys can actually update those. I give you Facebook.

Speaker E: I need a new experience.

Speaker C: Too.

Speaker D: I. I would suggest doing it something related. Yeah. Related to what you I'm going to.

Speaker A: Add one that this school. I'm just going to add one called indomitable. Since I just went through this blind attack as like a. A stoic resistance to my mind being taken over executions.

Speaker C: Beheading that lady.

Speaker A: You didn't behead her. You like.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: That's even really.

Speaker A: That was a visor shot, you know.

Speaker D: So you're capped it Brain dirt.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker E: Five cards.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: So if you take a skill that lets you take an extra card does it become six?

Speaker D: No, I think.

Speaker A: Oh like when you level up.

Speaker D: So what? Oh yeah. What? Yeah, let me look.

Speaker C: Yeah, I think it just adds into your options.

Speaker E: I don't think it increases your level.

Speaker C: Or lower to five.

Speaker E: Have access up to level four.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: I don't.

Speaker D: Let me see here. Oh I got. I get the. I can look at.

Speaker A: I was going to say I can.

Speaker E: Hand this to you too.

Speaker D: No, I'll be on the back here. So.

Speaker B: So if you take one of these.

Speaker D: Boxes when you level up.

Speaker B: When we go to level three, can we not choose to gain additional cards.

Speaker C: If you are just. If you just did it for this.

Speaker D: Oh okay. Yeah. If that's in that you choose an additional domain card of your level or lower. So yeah that is a one time. So you would you. You are picking two if that move. Because. Let's see.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Because. So you start at the top which is at level two. Gain an additional experience.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: At plus two gain a bonus to your proficiency. Choose two options from the list below and mark them. But that also I think you always choose Pretty sure you always gain a card when you.

Speaker C: Yeah you do at the at the bottom choose two options and there's the list and then update your level and adjust your damage threshold.

Speaker A: Two more cards take an additional domain.

Speaker D: Card of your level or lower. Yeah. So that you. So picking if you check mark that you do get it you. You would be getting two cards this level but that is gone that that option.

Speaker C: Then you can't do it again till.

Speaker E: Level five at the early.

Speaker D: So you might want to hang on to that. So you want to look at the cards because you can do up to.

Speaker C: Level four cards I might not use until level four. So you pick the fourth level card.

Speaker D: With so you may get two.

Speaker B: Not very many two.

Speaker D: Oh so there's an option on your level up for at least for Nick and Steve to pick a an additional domain card which up to level four.

Speaker A: But I won't be able to use it until level four.

Speaker D: That's right. You have access to. Yeah. So you wouldn't. You can't pick. So you don't have. You have only have access to level two and one right now.

Speaker E: But it would be there to swap out.

Speaker D: But if you saved it till you were level three or four, then you would be able to pick the additional card there. Because you only swap out cards if you have them already. Unless you're. So I don't think you don't ever actually get the trade cards out.

Speaker A: I. I don't to my knowledge.

Speaker D: Right.

Speaker C: No, you don't get your trade cards.

Speaker D: No. Once you pick your card. You have it.

Speaker C: You have it. Eventually it'll go in your vault or whatever.

Speaker E: Once you get over five times.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker D: Yeah. So I like. I'm guessing you probably that choosing additional you probably want to wait unless there is a level two or one card you really want. Otherwise you probably want to wait till higher up.

Speaker A: How many cards can you have?

Speaker D: You can have infinite cards but you can only have five domain cards active at a time which you can swap those out at any time for a stress spending the stress value I think equal to the card which is the little number up in the top. Oh. Or if you.

Speaker C: I think you can even switch them.

Speaker E: For free on a shorter long rest.

Speaker D: Yes, you can swap them for free if you. During the rest. But like during active play.

Speaker C: Yeah, you can just spend some stress and swap them too.

Speaker D: Yeah. So some of them are zero and then there are I think some abilities that actually let you pull play a card from your vault for a certain event.

Speaker E: Stressed.

Speaker D: But no, you guys won't have fault. I don't think till level four probably you'll have to deal with that.

Speaker C: I think you could get it if you use. Most of us don't want to get until forward.

Speaker D: Yeah. Be our downtime music.

Speaker C: I like it.

Speaker D: Probably save this place.

Speaker E: That's what they're playing at. Kitties.

Speaker D: Yep.

Speaker B: So is that Ultra.

Speaker A: Is the ultra going to scale?

Speaker D: Yes, it does go up. The armor thresholds will increase. I was whipping those up. Oh yeah. I was gonna say swami. You do have it.

Speaker B: It's the blue.

Speaker D: It's the blue on that third sheet that you're hanging on there. Yeah, yeah. So you only have to look at the two one and two cards which I think there's only two. These are never changes might be picked.

Speaker C: But yeah, you can also level that.

Speaker D: Yeah, yeah. If you take that. Yeah. So your guys's fresh poles will be. Base threshold will be 13 and 28 now.

Speaker C: 13 and 28.

Speaker D: Yeah. For the.

Speaker C: Is there a new base Score for like.

Speaker D: Is 5. So it does look like it goes up. 13 and 28 is your new arm base threshold with a base score of 5. Guys want him now. And also I am going to remove from the weapons for removing the one that does the extra damage. That's me.

Speaker A: That's your stone guy.

Speaker D: No, the exploding die is fine. It's the one that when you cause severe. I think it's the third Deadly.

Speaker B: Deadly.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Reconditional hp.

Speaker D: Yeah, that one's gone.

Speaker B: 13 and 28 armor at five.

Speaker D: Yes. Is the base. And then you'd add your level to that. So it. So. Oh, so it's 14. So. No, it'd be 15 and 30.

Speaker B: Because we're level two.

Speaker D: Yeah, it's your level two. And then you'd add one more. Then you'd add your class bonuses.

Speaker C: So tanky enemies do a shitload more damage.

Speaker D: I was gonna say you guys were. That we're gonna be screwed. You were fighting a tier two enemy.

Speaker C: Which it definitely felt stronger.

Speaker D: Yeah. So.

Speaker E: So it's across the board for your.

Speaker C: Crit damage now would not be like the dev. The fourth one, the devastating one for me, but only barely. It'd still be sever.

Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. So at level five, you guys being another proficiency level. When you get tier three.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker C: And then you can buy another one too. And tier three, although it costs double.

Speaker D: Yes. No. Yeah. There's a permanently gain plus one bonus to two experiences. Yeah. Yeah. So you guys should have what, two threes and three.

Speaker C: Three tubes.

Speaker D: Oh, this is three tubes. Okay. Yeah, Yeah. I didn't remember what. When you started.

Speaker A: Why does it have three boxes against the, you know, plus one bonus to two?

Speaker B: Because we're gonna do that.

Speaker D: So on your. Oh.

Speaker C: Oh.

Speaker A: So over the course, that's the max number of times you can do that.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: So that makes sense.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: You look, you could max out up.

Speaker D: So you. So when you. You'd pick it and then you'd mark the ones that you leveled up.

Speaker A: And like the only time that can happen during that tier.

Speaker D: Yeah. And then. And then when you. Over here, it says you clear all the marked ones. So. Yeah, so you have. You have three plus one. But essentially, I think you level every stat once. Yeah.

Speaker B: If he chose that one.

Speaker D: If he chose it three times. Yeah, plus three. So it looks like he can eventually get plus three to. You'll be able to add plus three to each to a stat that you just picked in each tier. I guess that would be. Oh, yeah. You get two options.

Speaker C: Well, that was cool. Now I'll level up again.

Speaker D: We'll see how the next this. The next adventure goes. So I've kind of made an outline to help push things along. So we'll see.

Speaker B: Bubble mines are crazy. Level nines are crazy.

Speaker D: Oh, yeah.

Speaker B: I get one where I can just mimic someone else's car.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Up to level nine. If I choose that later. See a piece of rhymes.

Speaker D: I think you guys will for most of the stuff you'll fight in this world.

Speaker E: Thank you.

Speaker C: I'll thank for you, brother.

Speaker B: We'll see the rules coming.

Speaker C: Yeah. It's true.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: If we never get to go and we just keep going with fear, you can just get killed.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: Additional cards.

Speaker B: Yep.

Speaker A: The art, too, is.

Speaker E: So one of the cards has a portal in it.

Speaker A: How far is far?

Speaker E: If I open a portal and I stick it way up in the sky, let them drop.

Speaker B: That's an inch.

Speaker D: That's 12 inches as far.

Speaker A: Oh, yeah, it's about.

Speaker E: So that would be roughly.

Speaker D: It'd be like 60ft. So it's basically an inches. 5ft roughly.

Speaker A: Open the portal.

Speaker E: When a creature goes through, it closes. So, yeah, I think that would just depend on how you wish to apply.

Speaker C: I mean, if we did a team up, I push them in the portal.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker E: One of the things I always loved about playing portal is, oh, that thing needs to go over here. It'll get dropped into the. Whatever nastiness it is.

Speaker D: So.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker E: One card for domain that.

Speaker D: We haven't.

Speaker E: Really done a lot of. Had a lot of need for illusion.

Speaker D: Which card is it? That's got the tell Cordelli.

Speaker B: The Book of Vegas.

Speaker D: Oh, yeah. Vagus. Yeah.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker D: Okay. Yeah. The arcane door. Yep. Yeah. As long as you have no melee people.

Speaker E: Oh, no, they're going to charge me. Or that could also be used for an attack when junior decides he wants.

Speaker D: To plummet like a meteor or just be next to somebody. Pause your spell, cast roll is without fear. I mean, on success. Spend a hope to create a portal. Oh, yeah. So that's. That will be fun.

Speaker A: Yeah. The.

Speaker E: The other card for two is all illusion. Change your appearance. The only thing that might be combat is gravello, which just allows you to strike two targets.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: And go with that one for two. Okay.

Speaker E: So Minor goes to 15. Major goes to 30. The level up to evasion by one.

Speaker C: No, you have to pick the thing.

Speaker D: Yeah. Your invasion doesn't change unless you. Yeah. All right.

Speaker E: I just wanted to make sure I wasn't screwing it up.

Speaker D: No worries. Rate.

Speaker C: Oh, they're so nice. A good Dice combo.

Speaker D: Yeah, it is. Yeah. That's interesting. You do get to roll a lot of dice, but it doesn't feel like it. Well, maybe it will. Like level 10. It will be like the fistful of Dice. Like, Right. Dungeon or not. Dnd dungeon, we have a roll of like, three dice. But.

Speaker A: Then the evasion stayed the same on the tester.

Speaker D: Yeah. That won't change. Cool. Yeah, Your evasion won't change unless you live by the level for it. Which is interesting because the tier two enemies, I think all have better attack bonuses. So even they hit more. I think.

Speaker C: You should have more resources to deal with.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: More armor slots, better damage special.

Speaker D: Yeah. I'll be curious to see how that plays out. And longer game. It.

Speaker A: Can you do your stance twice in one level?

Speaker D: Yeah. If you want to. That'd be your two bulbs.

Speaker A: Yeah. So it just can't be the same stuff. Yeah.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: But. Yes.

Speaker D: Yeah. So you could. You bought both of them? Yeah. You do have to level up four stats. Yeah. So has everyone got their new domain card? Not the one I want. When I want Supreme.

Speaker C: See, now we all want a little. We're just gonna go farm xp.

Speaker A: That's right. I kill everyone in town.

Speaker B: Yeah. How much XP do they drop?

Speaker A: One if I down?

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Man.

Speaker E: I love trying to read my own handwriting. I got two rings. I got the stable ring. And then there was the other one. What was that other.

Speaker D: It's Codex. Yeah. It's your Gamora.

Speaker A: Oh.

Speaker D: Yeah. So then everyone's picked their two options. I think that's. And then you've updated your level, adjusting your damage thresholds. Everyone set their proficiency to two.

Speaker C: Let's go.

Speaker E: Junior wakes up with new muscles.

Speaker B: Some whiskey, Man. We're just sitting at a table right now. Eating. Drinking.

Speaker D: Yep.

Speaker B: Watching the show.

Speaker A: And water.

Speaker B: Yeah. Cornbread and spider jelly.

Speaker A: Does it see at the piano?

Speaker B: No, I'm just watching. Hager just has his violin.

Speaker D: All right. Yeah. So, well, I guess you can hand me those. And then did. Paula. Do you ever find out if you're traveling? I am.

Speaker A: I will be gone the second through the seventh I get back, which I think is a Saturday.

Speaker D: Yeah. That accepts this. San Diego would be nice this time of year.

Speaker C: Enjoy the weather.

Speaker A: So it's the AI conference called NeurIPS.

Speaker B: Bring some extra RAM in your pocket and sell it from the side.

Speaker D: Yeah. Right. Yeah. I guess we'll do end of session real quick. Do we learn something new and important about the world? Yep.

Speaker B: Delilah crazy.

Speaker C: Delilah crazy.

Speaker B: And there's some plan to shapeshift People.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: The letter went bad. Juju or mind control.

Speaker E: Audrey's looking at those daggers trying to figure out it's true.

Speaker D: Yeah. I will have this next time we play.

Speaker B: You start hearing voices.

Speaker E: Take me to get hit.

Speaker B: You start having dreams.

Speaker D: Get hit.

Speaker A: You can stabilize. There's two daggers. So it's good. Poke and get stabbed.

Speaker D: Do we overcome a notable monster or enemy?

Speaker B: I'd say yes. Yeah. That was that crit.

Speaker E: Yeah.

Speaker A: I'm so glad that you got hit with that crit.

Speaker E: Yeah.

Speaker D: I mean loot, memorable, treasure.

Speaker B: Probably the daggers and that moa.

Speaker A: Yeah, I think so.

Speaker B: We gotta try that. And the letter was.

Speaker D: Yeah, try that.

Speaker E: I'm wondering who out there is listening for that.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker D: Hey.

Speaker B: We go away from the village and then blow it and see if there's a trap.

Speaker D: Or.

Speaker B: Or.

Speaker A: This is something like. Maybe Doc would say as a knowledge play would be. What if crazy's within a mile?

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: And has been working in there. That's how she calls crazy. Maybe we should go back in there and call Crazy.

Speaker B: I could.

Speaker E: Andrew looks at the whistle. Maybe after we sleep tonight.

Speaker A: Yeah. We'll sleep first.

Speaker D: Oh. And then sure.

Speaker A: Rested.

Speaker D: I'm good. Low lights highlights you absorbing a shot of damage. Yeah.

Speaker C: Yeah. It really drove home the system that you can't be one shot entirely.

Speaker A: Low light highlight. I got taken over and didn't kill anyone.

Speaker D: That's always fun. Hey.

Speaker E: Forcing you to re roll is the only saved me.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: Yeah.

Speaker D: That was a good.

Speaker A: That was a good highlight. Yeah, I saw that. I'm like.

Speaker C: And we got to use the chase map again. Which I just enjoy.

Speaker A: Actually works out pretty well.

Speaker C: Yeah. It's fun. It's way more cinematic than it first looks. And then it like really works.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: It's control chaos.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: Well. And learning how to apply it to a new system.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Yeah. I'll definitely add some pain.

Speaker B: And then I guess.

Speaker D: Any new goals?

Speaker E: What else?

Speaker B: Figure out Crazy.

Speaker E: Yeah.

Speaker C: Crazy and what the sisters are doing.

Speaker A: Talk to creepy.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: So I. I will tell you guys. I guess can make the assumption that Crazy was the person you killed. Okay.

Speaker E: It's Delilah I'm worried about.

Speaker D: Yeah. Delilah.

Speaker B: And then.

Speaker D: Then they mentioned the lady.

Speaker A: Yeah. I was laughing about one of the powers that Ring two. There's the speak to the dead and asking questions.

Speaker B: Oh yeah.

Speaker C: I was at a work.

Speaker A: If her head's like slice.

Speaker B: It was up here mountain still.

Speaker E: But all the information is like wrap it.

Speaker D: Wrap her head.

Speaker C: He's Dr. Yeah.

Speaker A: You have to hold both parts of.

Speaker B: The brain and sew it Back together.

Speaker D: Yeah, that's true. I totally forgot about that. If we wanted for Edgar, Dennis, Steve.

Speaker B: Has prestigation or whatever, it might work. Don't you?

Speaker E: It just looks like it's together.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: It's like to hold it together so that the spirit power works.

Speaker B: You have to keep moving it.

Speaker E: We make up words and we do it like puppeteering. Just make your mouth open and close.

Speaker A: Like ventriloquism.

Speaker B: The worst kind.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker E: Yeah. The first thing you hear is to.

Speaker A: Play go for pockets for loose change.

Speaker B: Around to get signal upper part.

Speaker C: Stay still, junior.

Speaker B: We had signal there. Stop moving.

Speaker A: But to your point, where does the letter need to go?

Speaker D: It was addressed to Delilah.

Speaker A: Right.

Speaker D: But. Yeah, but we don't know where they're.

Speaker B: Post office or someone found that would.

Speaker C: Know what a witch would use.

Speaker B: Well, she was in town. She's crazy. Slept here.

Speaker D: Yeah, there. I mean there would be. You would be able to.

Speaker E: All those jokes that I've heard, like sometimes I let her sleep and everything else.

Speaker D: Well, she did sleep here.

Speaker E: You're just crazy all over the place.

Speaker D: Yeah, she did. Like, I mean you would be able to hire a messenger at like a town like this to run it up. To run it somewhere to deliver it. Or the pony express would probably.

Speaker B: Yeah. I was just wondering if there was like a kind of a postmaster. Like, hey, I need to get this letter to July.

Speaker D: Not here. Like those would exist in like the cities, but in these places they would.

Speaker B: Ask like, hey, did this person that looks like this come in here and send letters earlier?

Speaker E: Yeah, unfortunately she didn't say Delilah.

Speaker D: Yeah. So you guys are interested in looking up following the Delilah?

Speaker B: If we can.

Speaker C: Seems like there's something going on.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: To get this information of what we found here to Randy's.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Ramsey's big city.

Speaker E: Well, even if you're writing a letter to her and seal it, always send.

Speaker B: It to brave land.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: All right. Yeah. So you. So you guys want to head to ACLAC as well? That's where Audrey is being was called to.

Speaker E: All information to Brace Landing. That would be a information hub for sure.

Speaker B: One we could trust.

Speaker E: He did what.

Speaker D: We still have like you guys essentially have like a month roughly until or so until Ramses is back from the fortress.

Speaker B: Doc changed and I didn't get a shooter.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker B: That would have been an interesting fight.

Speaker D: Yeah. So I guess next time I'll stay back here. So next time you guys probably head back to Braves.

Speaker B: Yeah. If we gotta go south, talk to creepy.

Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Spend the night. Talk creepy.

Speaker A: Because We'll.

Speaker D: We'll pick up here or pick up with you guys asleep because creepy. Well actually no we'll pick up. We'll start with creepy and then you guys will launch sleep and then after that Braves landing and then. Or if you think of something you want to investigate with Delilah. Because you guys would know that probably. Well unless it's going somewhere else. But there's not. I mean Whisper Post is a fort. That's would be like the next closest. Like that would be where they would go because no one's going to Nightmore.

Speaker E: Not yet anyway.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Base attraction.

Speaker D: And that hasn't popped out. Yeah.

Speaker A: So that like half life. No one goes to Ravenhall. No one goes to Nightwing.

Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. So Whisper Post would be the likely place the letter would go and from there it would. Well it could go wherever there.

Speaker B: That little dress on it. We could send it and then you send some of the talents to follow.

Speaker E: Hired to the courier service.

Speaker B: I could just follow it from the woods.

Speaker D: All right. Yeah. All right. So yeah so we'll talk creepy sleep brave landing and. Or Delilah and then Audrey heads to you guys head to act like. Yeah. Okay. And then I guess next week. Unless someone wants to gm. There'll be no session. We don't. You know if someone wants to. We don't have to something I just got.

Speaker E: Sorry. I'll be thinking about it.

Speaker D: I'm sure I can come in something though. It's gotta be short like two encounters usually. Yeah.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: If that one shot.

Speaker D: Yeah. Depending on the system. Yeah.

Speaker C: It goes back.

Speaker D: Yes. And if it ends early it's not a big deal either.

Speaker E: That's true.

Speaker C: Better that than to go too late, honestly.

Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. So if it's just short like 90 minute session, whatever. But yeah. So I guess. Okay. Yeah. So the plan for next week will be Wes gm. And then the following weekend after that. I think this would be in December.

Speaker C: Isn't that creamy?

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Next weekend already is.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: But in two hills is December.

Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Oh, tomorrow is December. Wait, no, Monday. I'm off Monday.

Speaker A: December 1st.

Speaker D: Yeah, Monday is. Yeah. So 13th. We'll be back in seven.

Speaker E: Do we have anything going on with audience? Yeah, it's the Saturday before Christmas.

Speaker D: Yeah. As far as I think as far as it's fine with everyone.

Speaker A: I have a work party that night.

Speaker D: Okay, you're fine.

Speaker C: So yeah.

Speaker B: You can't have social.

Speaker D: Table comes first.

Speaker A: You know when you signed up for this table.

Speaker D: So the 20th. Yeah. So that.

Speaker C: Well, 20th I wouldn't be able to be here Evening.

Speaker B: So we can take that off if.

Speaker C: We did earlier in the day, Everybody had Friday instead.

Speaker D: Whatever.

Speaker C: We have options if you want. Yeah. And I can't skip it, unfortunately.

Speaker E: My sister's trying to plan something too. And she said, how about this day? How about maybe around noon? Yeah, she's like, good with that idea, but not sure about the others. All right, how about Friday night?

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: So if you guys want to, we could do a Friday night session on the 20th or the 19th if we want to do play that week. Or we just skip if everyone's around for the 27th. But we also can wait till the weekend before that too. Maybe just assume right now the 20th is a no session. Yeah.

Speaker C: Okay.

Speaker D: And if we want to play.

Speaker A: I'm good either way.

Speaker D: Then we can figure out whenever Paul's.

Speaker E: Doing his data, I just want to be here.

Speaker D: No one has New Year's Eve plans. That's a Wednesday.

Speaker B: It's in the fireworks.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker E: Yeah.

Speaker A: I'll find out what I own about that. That one's more dynamic with my hands. The Christmas tree don't usually get together with family. We see everybody for Thanksgiving, and then Christmas, we call each other and that's about it.

Speaker C: I don't think I have any plans.

Speaker B: We haven't done a.

Speaker D: Haven't done a nearest thing in a while. Find out what we're doing.

Speaker B: Just gotta do one of those epic sessions again where you go to one or two in the moment.

Speaker C: Like one.

Speaker B: I would be all in.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: What if we just started earlier? That way I can still fall asleep in my normal time.

Speaker B: Maybe this neighborhood.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: It'S gonna take.

Speaker B: Stick my AR15 out the window and go.

Speaker A: One thing for the system. I'll get some blanks, ping you guys in the chat. But think about all the stuff that we've talked about at this table that have made it, like, positive rules for the table. Because I want to make a page in the book that's just learn the rules at the table that make it fun. Make a page and add that there's a lot of stuff that we've done that's like. I wouldn't say it's homebrew, but it's like, incorporated from different systems or.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Just the way we play our tables. Even little things like retconning. Yeah. Like sometimes retconning is necessary so somebody can enjoy their character.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: Little things to keeping track of skills. Yeah.

Speaker E: I mean, I almost did that forcing a reroll. Cash took 50 points of damage. I'm like, crap. I think I've got a skill, but everything had progressed.

Speaker A: Yeah. You know, I'm at retconning as far as like, you know, you build your character, you're not sure if it's really what you want to do, and then you find out like, oh, you know, there's some flexibility and that depends on your table's appetite. But there are things that we have done over time that have made our table fun because we're about the players enjoying themselves. I want to actually start writing those down.

Speaker E: We have been pretty flexible except for that one time and probably did something amazingly questionable and we had to let that kind of.

Speaker A: Yeah, well, some of those rules are like just more like protections.

Speaker D: I don't know.

Speaker A: This would be those. Because like, there's the.

Speaker D: What's the.

Speaker A: The consent rule?

Speaker D: Lines and veils.

Speaker A: Yeah, lines like. Like those are just. Those are pretty well known ones. I'm talking more about the ones that, you know, might remind people that in the book.

Speaker D: But. Yeah, but it's like all you can.

Speaker B: Do is be like, all right. Supposed to be fun as a reminder.

Speaker D: In case you forgot that cracks. That's my favorite thing in rule books on their. Like, I think Daggerheart has says it too. I'm sure this is supposed to be fun. So everyone gets to. Supposed to have fun, including the gm.

Speaker C: Yes.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker E: Which I think this system is the most DM dynamic system.

Speaker D: Well, it has good rules. So like the. So does a really good job of keeping the adversarial feeling like negating that if that was an issue like a table. Because it's like, oh, I have resources, but I can just spend him instead of it. Of it feel like the player is potentially feeling like the GM is just cheesy just deciding. Right, right.

Speaker C: Like, no, he's moving his fear.

Speaker A: Yeah. It's a weird.

Speaker E: I'm sorry you forgot the Mountain Dew tonight.

Speaker D: But it's. It's pretty interesting. People on the Dagger Heart subreddit like, get stuck on like, oh, I can only do stuff with fear. And everyone's like, no, there's specifically a rule in there that says whenever there's a golden opportunity, the GM can do something. And it's like, what's that? Well, that's basically everything in the golden opportunity.

Speaker C: Whatever it feels like.

Speaker D: Yeah. Which is.

Speaker A: It makes sense when the boss your.

Speaker E: Big bad is getting completely hammered because only hope is being rolled something. They break that momentum.

Speaker A: Yeah, that makes sense.

Speaker B: No, I like the fear because it does feel like the rolling with fear does feel like it screws up the momentum a Little bit, yeah. Like, that's so bad.

Speaker D: More tangible.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker E: Throwing the tag team and I think.

Speaker A: We'Ve gotten naturally kind of a.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker A: You know, where something starts, where she wails on you, it's like, what are you gonna do back? You know, like, you're probably the first person that would respond.

Speaker E: You get priority, you get hit.

Speaker A: We kind of naturally are like, no.

Speaker B: Playing dungeon definitely helped understand this system a lot.

Speaker D: Oh, yeah.

Speaker B: Dungeon World was so just like, narrative driven.

Speaker A: That's true, actually. Like, this better than Dungeon World. I like Dungeon World a lot. And it's probably the, like, first system I go to to introduce people to. Tabletop.

Speaker D: Yep.

Speaker A: But this would be a close second. This is actually pretty accessible, honestly.

Speaker D: Yeah, it is. It's way more accessible than D and D. Yeah.

Speaker A: They move some of the complexity, like reading through the cards. They move some of the complexity to the cards.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: But it's not this. It's just on the skills, not how to use them. It's like a spell roll or use a skill. That's pretty much it. Then you go into Pathfinder and dmd. That's right. How many slots do I have left?

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Well, then having the cards too is like, this is what you can do. It's not like, oh, where was that in the book? I have to go find it.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: It's like, here's what you can do.

Speaker A: Everybody's using the one can trip over, though.

Speaker C: I want you to know.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: This is more like you're spending resources in coordination with the rest of the table.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: All your resources, like hope and stress and hp. But also skill is its own resource because of you can use it once per long rest or short rest. It's like I actually won't spend something sometimes because I know he's spent something that makes me pay attention to the table.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker E: No, I think hope is going to become more valuable as far as spending it back and forth. I mean, I almost didn't have enough hope to pull that off. And I was going to eat your crit.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: But I'm so glad I'm going to.

Speaker C: Build it back up.

Speaker A: The most I could have done was.

Speaker D: 20.

Speaker E: It's an Elderite sword and it's brutal. You could have easily got over 30.

Speaker A: Wait, did I crit on the sword.

Speaker B: Or did I quit on the attack?

Speaker A: Was it the sword or was it.

Speaker D: Yeah, it was the sword. Okay.

Speaker A: So the most that would have been was 18. Unless I exploded dice.

Speaker E: Exactly.

Speaker A: No.

Speaker D: I'll also work on. We can get your sword sorted out too I keep forgetting about that Not a big deal which will be unique time and I've got some prepped ahead now Kind of have an idea where we need to go to maybe Sabicola sorted by summer unless you guys go really fast.

Speaker A: That's right everyone has to use two word sentences for the rest of the session oh no problem. It's a joke. My brother's actually I say all the words he doesn't. He's the quiet one but once you get to know him like then he'll talk about stuff that he's interested in but they used to call him two words Matt when he was in high school because he'd be like need hope, what's up? All right as always, two word responses we start talking about games, politics, comic books Go talk your ear off. This finds communication being more efficient Yes.

Speaker C: I speak many more than a few words to trick.
