AI Transcribed Audio

Speaker A: Okay, I have good news. Next. Yeah, we decided to do Tabletop this upcoming Friday. I got a new character sheet. Kind of like we did my sister's character. Only have three of them. Fourth one said you know what I'm really not feeling. And he's usually the quiet lagger that doesn't know what he wants to do anyway. So I'm not proportionate.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: There'S enough trying to convince people in life to do things.

Speaker A: I was getting ready to turn him into a laundry merchant that sold cabbages or something.

Speaker D: There you go.

Speaker A: Just have him keep running into it.

Speaker B: Last time Jack took a couple guys couple writers out with D. White. Black jumped on Audre's wagon and Audrey stabs him. Black disappeared in a pile of smoke. He crashed the gold or wagon breaking his axle. Jack riding Chuckles charges towards Black. Almost dodges between wagons. But him and Chuckles get knocked down. Jack rolls, comes up shooting, kills Black's force and then Black. When Jack dies, the neck road horses crash to the ground and the few remaining guards surrender and are escorted away by Bubba. Others gold ore is moved to another wagon and then scalping the party. You take it to prairie they had stashed on the Yato River. Scalp offers them a ride to Phantom Bank. But they headed back to Bridge Landing. Finished paying their debt to Neil. There he is. Road south avoiding Bridge Landing and set up camp. Doc gets weird and consults with SAS tech about the items they took from Black. The royal voice and the tinted beauty. Quite nice night pass.

Speaker D: Morning.

Speaker B: You guys rode for the ranch and arrived there midday and talked to Diamond Ranch foreman said it's been a quiet couple of days. You head back to town. Jack picks up his new silver shotgun bayonet and boiling water bay boot Ramsey's. Then he goes. I'm headed to Bob to get the moonshine. Bobby Baltims just chill out for that day. In the morning in the downpour, you guys head out for the Blackrock mine. Jack discovers fresh disturbed dirt. Her unique train digs it up to find a chest of four cans of corn and a leather dice cup and skulls.

Speaker A: Makes the corn taste better.

Speaker B: That rest of the day went quietly. Make camp, wake up next day. Actually no. Oh, that's right. Yeah. We just continued through the night in the rain. As it arrived at 1am Blackrock looked around for the vampire but didn't find it. Dr. Spread ashes on the floor. Party starts firing.

Speaker D: A corner horse is behind them.

Speaker B: Audrey likes arm string. And then around 3am docks on watch. Here's a minecart squeak turns and spots the vampire baby as it starts to leap at him. Throws a multi in the face. Vampire lands on dock. Now this time the on fire vampire fire lands on dock and starts climbing. Doc starts stabbing with a stake and throws the baby vampire to the ground. Jack and Audrey wake up just in time to see the flaming vampire land on Doc get thrown to the ground and his flesh turned to ash. You guys collected the proof of death and we set out for bridge landing. You arrived there 12pm covered in mud and soaked to the bone. Is it still raining? Lovely 90 humidity and it's around 80 degrees. 80 degrees.

Speaker A: That's about the time you take your duster off because it doesn't.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Right.

Speaker C: Is swim to the bar. Yeah.

Speaker B: Yeah. So what do you guys do?

Speaker A: Dry out.

Speaker C: Where you go?

Speaker B: Bath.

Speaker C: Where did you get to? Where did you stop?

Speaker B: You're at brave land.

Speaker C: You get there.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Definitely dry off, get a drink.

Speaker A: I put a. So this second one that that you guys went out, are we getting paid for that or was it a bonus for service?

Speaker D: Which one?

Speaker A: The vampire. Because originally we were just throwing the card of gold and that was supposed to be it.

Speaker D: I don't know. We were just given this job. Just have to turn in this. I think we took something because Camille.

Speaker C: Asked us to kill this.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: It was through messenger.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: It's like oh by the way, we don't want you to handle that.

Speaker C: Yeah they took some bones from us.

Speaker D: And we know who to get in contact like tell someone or we just like ghost on. I think we had like this teeth.

Speaker A: Or something or skull or.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Here's proof the kill.

Speaker B: Yeah. You had you've interacted with Pappy who's he's been like your contact with the meal here. He's five nine, around 30. Ivy green eyes, braided ponytail.

Speaker A: Anything but huh. Anything but happy.

Speaker B: He seems he's got an India an Indian accent. What's a little gravity when he talks. But he has always been happy when you've seen him.

Speaker D: This is how the squat he's normally at like a plate. Does he just show up and be like here, message for you.

Speaker A: Yeah, that's pretty much how he's been popping up so far.

Speaker B: He showed up but also like he mentioned that you can like usually can find him at like the Domain storehouse.

Speaker D: That's where I was before.

Speaker A: Handle business before. S.

Speaker D: See what happened.

Speaker B: Yeah, see right over t. Like the one of the storehouses or the head one usually also where you'd find like Frank the enforcer guy.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Yep. He's See? Guy looks to be happy sitting on a rocking chair on the porch.

Speaker C: Good question. Before we go in. When can we give those items away? Keep those.

Speaker D: You put the ring on?

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: I would take the ring off and stole it.

Speaker D: And then the bears have this ring on.

Speaker C: Yep.

Speaker D: Heart never showed up. So I don't know what happened.

Speaker B: Wrap it up.

Speaker D: Yeah. He go.

Speaker B: Is this, like, kind of GRY voices. What can I do for you? You look a little worse for wear.

Speaker D: Like, here's job done.

Speaker B: And that's awesome.

Speaker D: I think we had, like, this call.

Speaker B: It's a little surprising how, like, juggles it.

Speaker D: We found your vampire and was killing the cows.

Speaker B: What care of it? Drops it. Yeah, he dropped like he's, like, trying to juggle it.

Speaker D: Watch out for the teeth. Poison, daddy.

Speaker B: Just like, literally the heck?

Speaker A: So how they make vampires Might be in the tea.

Speaker D: Always have to watch doc to make sure he doesn't get teeth.

Speaker B: Oh. But yeah, he's like, all right. Kind of like, side eyeing the skull on the ground as he's. He, like, kind of rocky in this chair. All right. As far as I know and you're concerned.

Speaker C: Your debt is paid.

Speaker B: You want more work, come see me.

Speaker D: All right, Good.

Speaker B: And he says, or go look for baby face and phantom bank. I think I do.

Speaker A: Probably change out wet clothes. Something a little drier.

Speaker D: Build the bar and get food and then discuss what we're gonna do next. I think we're done.

Speaker A: So somebody runs in and says there's a troll in the barn or something.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: I think that was our next.

Speaker A: Yeah, it was nightmor. And then I've got a poker hand on my back.

Speaker D: Further east and tonight, more probably closer.

Speaker A: To the mountains where that old miner was heading back to. Let's see if we can get a detailed map or something. This is gonna be a stealth mission.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: How much can you dilute holy water before it loses its holy touch?

Speaker D: Or even the Catholics? You can just keep adding to the holy water and it stays holy water. Or you can, like, refill it so much.

Speaker B: It was weird.

Speaker A: So as long as you have the original bottle, it's a w water factor, I guess.

Speaker B: Oh.

Speaker D: Bobs.

Speaker B: Yeah, Bobs.

Speaker D: And then.

Speaker B: Yep. So Buster greets you. That's just like, what did you guys get to.

Speaker D: Prepare the cows? Really eating our food.

Speaker B: Range Rain.

Speaker A: Lots of rain. You got warm pie.

Speaker C: I just said we were babysitting.

Speaker B: Yeah, we always got warm pie here.

Speaker C: You're my favorite person.

Speaker B: And coffee. You want it?

Speaker A: Yes, sir.

Speaker D: The usual ones.

Speaker A: I don't need Any special additives like Jack do he likes his coffee with a kick.

Speaker B: Yeah mine So I will do get over to you.

Speaker A: Trying to think if he'd gone back to the berries and changed if he would have brought one of the blankets dry blankets wrapped around them like a shawl.

Speaker D: There you go.

Speaker A: Leave the clothes of dripping from the line.

Speaker D: Have to may have a big fireplace at Bob.

Speaker B: There would probably there would be a fireplace. We can say there is one if there's not. I think there would be some sort of heat in there and same within the bunkhouse.

Speaker A: I don't know how Bob's reaction would be if we started stripping down to our smoothies and stuff out of the fireplace.

Speaker C: Probably seen it before.

Speaker A: Probably seen it but I'm not sure.

Speaker D: Next Friday night.

Speaker C: Yeah, he just starts stripping too. We're like, hey, hey, hey, hey.

Speaker A: That costs extra. There's a room upstairs.

Speaker D: Yeah, very much.

Speaker B: No, he would probably just be like.

Speaker C: Why don't you guys go hang that.

Speaker B: Stuff up in your boat cups.

Speaker C: I don't want to.

Speaker A: Would we have an extra change of clothes or pretty much whatever.

Speaker B: You guys.

Speaker D: I just put my duster by the fire set my wet clothes, whatever.

Speaker A: Roger had time to pack before he ran. We'd probably have an extra set of clothes or two.

Speaker D: Not remember we ever had Sylvester if he knew anything about nightmare.

Speaker B: Oh, thank you.

Speaker D: I don't even really talked about it.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: I'd ask Sylvester what he knows about night.

Speaker B: Just like just the rumors. Never been there myself. Came down for Panton bait work here. I just hear it's not a place to go.

Speaker C: It's raising the coffee. Well.

Speaker A: I want to go to those places where I really want to go.

Speaker C: Yeah, never have that going places that we shouldn't.

Speaker B: Maybe get something for.

Speaker D: Wanted something from that.

Speaker B: Yes. Yeah, right.

Speaker C: It was an observed house there.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Probably check with your map and.

Speaker D: Yep, same chicken draw some map. That'd be helpful.

Speaker A: And then maybe something anti spectral.

Speaker D: Maybe the holy water.

Speaker B: Spray the air.

Speaker D: Around, you.

Speaker A: Know, the cat. Maybe they'll run away a little bit. Not get mad bad.

Speaker C: We're efficient when we're killing babies.

Speaker B: Vampire babies.

Speaker A: Generally pretty efficient in what we do.

Speaker C: I was less efficient in the letting my blood get out of my body.

Speaker A: But probably shouldn't chew that of your eyes.

Speaker C: We got the job done. Yeah. Nothing got that weird.

Speaker A: Got some silver bullets. Oh, did you use your stick of that net?

Speaker B: No.

Speaker A: All right. So we each got to stick it done. Mike.

Speaker C: Let me tell you. Like I'm realizing all the stuff that I did While I had to stick a dynamite on me and forgot.

Speaker A: That kind of patch is like, I'm glad you didn't stick it in that baby's head. You might not have been able to get out of the way.

Speaker B: Sounds a little close.

Speaker C: And I show the bird.

Speaker B: When we get some downtime. But.

Speaker C: Are you guys ready to go?

Speaker D: I don't no.

Speaker A: It's a long ride.

Speaker D: You got to watch you do it all.

Speaker B: Yep.

Speaker A: You make for a hell of a show. God, we can probably sell tickets.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Make a little more exciting that time.

Speaker B: Start working myself.

Speaker D: If ain't on the bars like trying to eat just in the corner.

Speaker A: Tickets nickel and ticket pass ahead would be.

Speaker D: Yeah, that cost $0.05 if they're staring.

Speaker C: Look at him. So I just pull my gun and put it on the table. Star know.

Speaker A: You serious at you too long. Cost you a dime.

Speaker B: It would be pretty packed in there. It would be lunchtime, basically.

Speaker A: So people like.

Speaker C: Imagine I got like burnt up here. I just like open my shirt.

Speaker B: Yeah, burnt. Maybe some claw marks.

Speaker A: I can see one of the little rancher farmers coming up. Was she pretty?

Speaker B: No.

Speaker C: Right? Yeah.

Speaker B: She'S helping her blood.

Speaker A: I have to be careful not to shoot coffee on that one. What's he talking about?

Speaker C: I'm just like drinking coffee, taking bites of pie. Salve it a burn. Eat some more pie.

Speaker D: Do the wrong order eating.

Speaker B: Sal very careful about what I'm doing with the pork.

Speaker A: Is there a reason you're stringing berries?

Speaker C: If it had been something bigger, I wouldn't be doing that. It's all blistered up.

Speaker A: My pie and I don't think I wanted anymore soggy bottom or not. No boggy top.

Speaker D: Well then after that for a bit, I'd probably go to randy's out and ask if she had like a map or at least directions if she knows where which house it is. I don't think we did this.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Keep along just for stories. So were you there when you went all weird last? When holy spirit says that's for you.

Speaker B: What do we say?

Speaker D: If they talk, we'll be. They'll be interested.

Speaker A: Where do we say? Don't mind us. We're just here to pick up something that was left behind by.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: Is it safe to drop your name? That caus m consternation. All these different thoughts running through. Stand back. We're on a mission for the blacksmith. Of course this raises the question and why didn't she go get it herself?

Speaker D: It used to be from the church, I think. Yeah, the bell.

Speaker A: She was a former Tail rider. If not she knew somebody was.

Speaker C: Talking. That's what.

Speaker B: Yep. So yeah. Heading over there. Yes. Yep. She's just working away and boomy New York accent. What can I do for you?

Speaker D: We're gonna be heading tonight. More soon have tonight like directions or.

Speaker B: A map to the. Where you think the ambulance? Oh, it's in my old house or my old shop.

Speaker D: Draw something. A map. Never been there.

Speaker A: Are you gonna come show us where your old house and shop was?

Speaker B: She thinks it's like I'm awfully busy but I suppose I could be persuaded do one more ride.

Speaker A: It's like this is the story. Story of tales.

Speaker D: You know the deal with the ghost.

Speaker B: I don't.

Speaker D: I don't know if boys do anything man.

Speaker B: Normal ones don't. You'll need concentrated or silver.

Speaker A: Yeah, you can consecrate regular rounds guys just kind of get.

Speaker B: How do you know that Priests they'll take care of that for us. Even.

Speaker A: We do passive one on our way.

Speaker B: Nope.

Speaker A: No hermit in the hills or on the prairie.

Speaker B: This is chuckled later. Not that I know. Usually the priests are kept in towns doing their jobs or the war factory I guess not the war factories. But I still would just be back in the fortress.

Speaker C: So silver or consecrate.

Speaker B: Holy water work too of course. That's good. Not so bad.

Speaker A: If we soak the grounds in holy water you become consecrated or just soggy.

Speaker B: A specific ritual conducted by empowered priests.

Speaker A: Did they ever wander around the various settlements tending their flock, so to speak?

Speaker B: Yeah, it's usually. There's usually one in most towns. You don't know one in this town? No, this isn't a town.

Speaker C: This is just farm oh that's.

Speaker B: This is a n. Plantation.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Keep forgetting that he's not a fan of the church.

Speaker D: When there's three wives I don't Mistress.

Speaker A: He's busy and nobody's seen any. Said be happy but not sure.

Speaker D: Ask her what when can you leave?

Speaker B: Said you persuade me myself to be persuaded. Didn't say I was going of course. She's talking much too loud first relax.

Speaker A: Maybe slightly De from the AM.

Speaker B: Because my old shop was next to them One of the. The main well and the fountain.

Speaker D: It's easy to on the west side easy to find.

Speaker B: Well, at least it was.

Speaker C: Are the coasts just in the in?

Speaker B: I don't know. They probably wonder a little bit but.

Speaker C: You know if they're stuck in the.

Speaker B: Town like inspectors usually don't wander to. They can wander like all the town's people.

Speaker D: How big was this town?

Speaker B: Is couple several hundred thousand maybe.

Speaker A: Let's go. Whoa.

Speaker B: He spectral priest.

Speaker A: Would he complicate rounds?

Speaker C: Need you to make rounds so I can shoot you?

Speaker B: No.

Speaker A: He wants to save everybody else. He might be in a little bit.

Speaker C: Better spirits be the only ghost in tenant. Yeah.

Speaker B: She just chuckled and it's like specters don't speak. They just kill.

Speaker C: We're always going to get along then.

Speaker B: Unless you're undead then they'll leave you alone.

Speaker D: Can you fake being undead?

Speaker B: That's not just.

Speaker A: Make him look at me.

Speaker B: Yep. That's beyond my knowledge.

Speaker A: Any holy symbols that kind of give them pause or turn them brief.

Speaker B: She's like generally not in my experience other than the fact that the person that usually has a mark as a mark of Mithras is usually welding weapons that will damage them. No.

Speaker D: No.

Speaker A: Can it be carved on a gun or does it have to be on person.

Speaker D: And it's be done by the church.

Speaker B: It's like there you go. It's usually it's a consecrated symbol bestowed to servants of the church. And you would. You would probably know you would. Audrey would know some of that. Just you would know some of that from your just from your church.

Speaker C: Slingers and paladins say Jack's really close to the church.

Speaker A: Everybody's got to buy your love. I. I don't know anymore.

Speaker D: Don't want to know. Yeah.

Speaker C: None of us were particularly religious in the way that the church that the church says we have a personal relationship.

Speaker A: That'S more spiritualist you could say.

Speaker C: I definitely believe there's other things going.

Speaker A: On and what we see.

Speaker C: I don't just mean the weird not everybody feels that way. So it's holy water bullets. How many silver bullets we have?

Speaker D: 24.

Speaker A: You've already used six maybe I misro.

Speaker D: You got 30 and then Doc's got.

Speaker A: 18 and I got 12 speed loaders. Audrey realizes he's better with a knife than a gun so he's got enough he can fully six shooter a couple of times.

Speaker D: Have my silver knife as well.

Speaker A: That just makes a good.

Speaker B: Did a.

Speaker A: Good job on Black though.

Speaker D: Yeah, it worked.

Speaker B: Ranch is just you talking about stuff I shouldn't know about always Man I'd be weary about the itchy ears in this place. Especially with related with the name Black.

Speaker A: That's why yours are the only itchy ears we're talking about. He's not quite sure what he's betwixt in between being a kid and. And after he says that he kind of stops and he almost expects to get cut behind the earth things calm down he starts looking those pistols you want to use those again.

Speaker B: Are they.

Speaker A: Decoration or do they really work?

Speaker B: She. There's no she doesn't she just has.

Speaker A: The just the buckle.

Speaker B: There's just the buckle and she does. Unfortunately my guns were in the safe with the pendant the pendant was in my jewelry box.

Speaker A: So we might be able to pick you up your pistols too.

Speaker B: Yep.

Speaker A: Or his eyes get big again with possibilities.

Speaker D: You safe and jewelry box in the same place or is it safe?

Speaker B: Yeah they're. They're in my bedroom.

Speaker A: So what would it take to persuade you other than a chance for living the dream and the adventure?

Speaker C: I thought it right with fine gentle we like ourselves or even beam a smile I know.

Speaker A: Think I dragged my cigarette I bet you could tell us tales.

Speaker B: Certainly could certainly listen over the writers for 10 years 20 years wow.

Speaker A: I'd love to have you events to me yet you haven't said what it takes to kill Nia.

Speaker B: Well certainly for something you can find.

Speaker A: Out so by what magic spell do we find this out Got to use we got a roll for leverage just.

Speaker B: Use your smart shirt cunning what would an old retired blacksmith writer like myself.

Speaker D: What would encourage me to pick up.

Speaker B: Put that belt buckle on again.

Speaker A: You'Re smarter than any of us.

Speaker B: So I so there is the manipulate role. So if you guys want to like this for just like for your character like you don't. You don't have to necessarily just like try and come up with like reasons as your person like for your character especially if you consider your character way more charismatic or smarter than yourself grit.

Speaker A: I mean Corey is personable and all but.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Well the cunning has a plus one smarts. Is it a zero I have a plus two of my smarts and reflexes is minus one.

Speaker C: Yeah this would be kind of like my well not using the dirt skill but it's that's been kind of interviewing and trying to dredge out of her like some of her best old times that she wouldn't she gets to do another one but she gets to ride with backup she wouldn't be alone to like kind of like favor the old days kind of thing little nostalgia.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Stay here and be a little safe or go out be a little dangerous.

Speaker B: So you would say. So I would just say like just see a little more like anything to like I guess try and bring like the nostalgia piece like is is somewhat interesting to her but like I guess the old days of of writing with a posse and stuff that's more interesting to her she Is only like. Like 40.

Speaker C: Gotcha.

Speaker B: So I guess too while you guys were like talking with her, you learned that like, she joined Hell Riders. Yeah. Yeah. Before even the veil was torn at like 18.

Speaker C: So yeah.

Speaker B: So yep.

Speaker A: I knew you can do it. And she's got a pretty good sense of freedom too. Even kind of tethered to that expense.

Speaker C: Yeah. So I'm trying to like get her out.

Speaker B: Right.

Speaker A: And free.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: No, from then I would put in as like, you want to smell the gun powder again, Feel them and find that edge again. Being between life and death. We're in any moment. Don't you miss that feeling when you're truly alive?

Speaker A: Ari's just looking back and forth. Big eyes. People know you've been holding out on me. You all got tails.

Speaker B: Yeah. Like, why do you guys are telling all this conversation is going on and stuff. Does mention it would be. It would. It would be nice to feel moonlight and sunlight in my hands again. Then maybe if one of you proves worthy, I'll pass them along.

Speaker A: Probably the name of a pistol.

Speaker B: Sounds like we're gonna go free.

Speaker C: Attendant. Free some guns.

Speaker B: Or become ghost in yourself.

Speaker C: Won't be the first time we come close to becoming something else.

Speaker B: She laughs A little late at that. It's like, oh, it won't be free in no town when it's making more than four people. And you guys definitely need more than the few silver bullets you have. And she would know.

Speaker A: She made them.

Speaker C: She said she wanted the relic to deal with the ghost. I just assumed that she meant she wanted to. Clear.

Speaker D: Maybe later. I don't know.

Speaker B: Yeah, no. She mentions that the. The relic was protection against spirits.

Speaker A: You said your clone was close to a well on the west side. Is there a way to come up out of the well? Or is it more just I don't know if There's a sewer. 200,000 people?

Speaker B: No, like. Like a couple hundred to a thousand. Oh, not 200. No, it's not a mega. It's not like.

Speaker A: Yeah, I thought we'd hit like 200,000.

Speaker C: Like, I'm gonna need some more bullets too.

Speaker D: Uber's, right.

Speaker B: Yeah. No.

Speaker A: Silver bfg.

Speaker B: Yeah, it's several hundred people.

Speaker D: Okay, that HBF dude, the holy big.

Speaker C: It's just a fire truck with holy water in it.

Speaker A: Little underworld action. It's a trace around. Just harness power in the sun.

Speaker B: There we go.

Speaker A: Yeah, a few hundred people. I don't think there'd be a sewer system.

Speaker B: No, they just threw it in the street. Dirt will spilter it there probably Would be but it wouldn't.

Speaker D: Wouldn't be big enough.

Speaker B: Like you'd be like crawling. No like. And it would probably be like more like a storm grade. No type like, you know, maybe like two feet across.

Speaker A: That's what I was thinking.

Speaker B: If.

Speaker A: If the well itself was connected up to a river, it was actual. I can get through it.

Speaker B: Then she's like no, that was just dug into the. Drilled into the ground. No river up there.

Speaker A: No shortcuts.

Speaker B: No. But it's not that far from the edge of town to the well.

Speaker C: We.

Speaker B: Come from the west side anyway. So a couple hundred people in the. Into the town proper.

Speaker A: Is. Is this like a walled city or is it just kind of an open. Maybe in a depression with the.

Speaker B: The buildings in the bot it goes. You're probably too young to remember Audrey, but places didn't have walls before the tear for the most part.

Speaker A: How fast is this?

Speaker B: Fast enough if we run.

Speaker A: If we spread it right.

Speaker C: Say how fast is it compared to a big vampire?

Speaker A: How much wood would wood chuck.

Speaker C: See.

Speaker B: Spectators usually don't move faster than at least the ones I encountered. Usually don't move faster than a human.

Speaker A: As far as the human walking or a human run.

Speaker B: Human run 28 days.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: Which kind of said And. And walls don't bother him.

Speaker C: So there's the room walls both.

Speaker A: They tend to bring a false sense of security, don't they?

Speaker B: She's like the little bit. The little bit that I remember and she would share that she was only. Only actually fought things in the weird for a couple of years before she had enough. Oh. Decided to retire.

Speaker D: Now.

Speaker A: Nervous breakdown. Yeah but salt have an effect.

Speaker B: I mean some of the. I guess like the traditionals salt and.

Speaker A: Spirits.

Speaker B: Chat GTP Salt as a protected.

Speaker D: Against spirits question mark. They'll probably give you all the lore man.

Speaker A: Hook you up to the supernatural ph.

Speaker B: So it says Generally it's been thought to purify spaces by absorbing negative energy across doors and when the cells are around the perimeter. Other cultures believe it's just like a way to ward off malicious entities. Circle assault may be used category ritual spiritual ritual so apparently commonly used in cleaning cleansing rituals where it gets sprinkled wiped around similarly people often take salt baths for spiritual cleansing. Some traditions use salt to purify after visiting graveyard replacement believe in spiritually active by tossing a pinch of salt over the shoulder or rubbing it on the body and it's to prevent spirits from following evil.

Speaker A: You might all be defended by the time we don't.

Speaker B: Salt sometimes carried in small bags or amulets as personal protection against spirits and curses.

Speaker A: So Audrey would ask just based on growing up in a little bits of mismatchable race her growing up Ramsey's would be the an actual definitive.

Speaker B: Yeah short of a priest and I.

Speaker A: Don'T know about this particular world leaders.

Speaker B: Yeah that's what I was. She would probably.

Speaker A: She would.

Speaker B: Say like against the less aggressive of 11 spirits and ghostly I ran into worked okay but for more of like an annoyance but for inspector they don't. They don't care. They're gonna hero.

Speaker A: If they want you bad enough you're.

Speaker B: Alive and they hate that now if you find body of the person that was came from and you circle that trap the specter destroy it.

Speaker A: So when nightmare fell was it like mass raves or people in the streets or.

Speaker B: Well that was A lot of the prominent crime families had been basically pursued by the church. And I guess you guys would know too that Grimwater is mostly a theocracy as far as like their government. So they're very closely tied with the church. That she said in 59 so like seven, six years eight years ago roughly or whatever one of the place was destroyed that thing and you guys. Audrey would probably not know this Doc and Jack probably wouldn't be there since you guys are from the other continuum. Yeah so we'll just. Yeah. So she would say that like the major crime families in Grimwater were actually chased and pursued into Nightmoor and this had been after the veil was torn only like a few years later for their bodies.

Speaker A: If we did want to try and where would we find their bodies? Was it like bad mass grave?

Speaker B: It was dead in the streets. That's mostly what you're going to find is bones and whatever earth whatever Carolina eaters and you know if you can find bodies to you can find their spec. Because I fell in 59 and we're in 66.

Speaker A: It's a good rainstorm and a few packs of rats.

Speaker D: Here you go.

Speaker A: Stray dogs.

Speaker B: Yeah. So yeah so she just recounts like night more because she was that it was. Yeah they the like the major crime family's actually gotten driven out of most of Grimwater. It would be essentially corralled into night more such to be a local resident. Yep. That's happened to be where my home was. And then once they got pretty much surrounded the government and posse or a contingent of hell writers who they started pushing into the city pretty much shooting down most. Most people. But then as the snow working inwards then Spectre started rising out of the bodies and Attacking anyone that was living.

Speaker A: How did she make it out? Because she's close enough to the west side.

Speaker B: Yeah. There was a lot of luck in getting out. And I mean I had. I had my Hell Rider uniform and stuff, but yeah, it was a lot of luck. And then 11 of the government forces and some of the power raiders got chewed up and we. And then everyone ended up fall back. And then Nightmorpe became quarantine zone, basically. So generally people don't go within a mile of the place. Seven living the ghost story. I'll say. That's where she had retired.

Speaker A: So she's kind of a refugee at brave land or started as refugees.

Speaker B: Yep. Yeah. She started a refugee because she had. Yeah. So she had retired. Retired here to become oblig. And then the D decided there or round up all the crime families.

Speaker D: That's fine.

Speaker B: We need a day to rest actually.

Speaker A: They won't try and keep you here, will they?

Speaker B: No, they'll just bring in another blacksmith pipe side of the.

Speaker A: For this big plantation.

Speaker B: I wasn't sure O would be very happy. But he knows better than to aggravate church. I always look unkind to anything I decided to report about her hospital, let alone the door. She's like, actually, I'll give me only two days. I can leave on the 20th. I'll make sure any critical items that need to get fixed or repaired or prepared. And then I just need to prepare myself.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker A: I don't know what I'm gonna do for two days. You need any help.

Speaker B: If you can swing a hammer.

Speaker A: I can swing it. I don't know if it'll hit where I mean. No.

Speaker B: My hammer workabellas.

Speaker A: That might be safe for me.

Speaker B: Quench some deal. That can be fun.

Speaker A: Apprentice for day. I can do it. Then there goes. Is there anything I need to do to prepare? We packed our clothes. We're ready to go.

Speaker B: It's not like.

Speaker A: Go ahead and make charms or something.

Speaker D: You know how.

Speaker A: Spend as much time with the old ladies. Probably would have chased me up with the bed.

Speaker B: Like this. Yep. Those coals fired up.

Speaker A: Anything you'll help me try out?

Speaker C: Sorry.

Speaker D: You're.

Speaker A: Now breathing dry air.

Speaker B: Yeah. She as well.

Speaker D: Gentlemen.

Speaker B: Two days. At dawn we arrived for night.

Speaker D: Want to do I just go back to the bunk house and send my guns and go to sleep around couple days.

Speaker A: I guess you're the beginnings of another trade.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Hoping to hear stories. Anybody there much over the hanging.

Speaker B: She'd share some while they were working. But for like the most part she'd Be like, just instructing you, like, the whole time. Cool. Like, a lot of her stories would have been just, like, chasing down, like, bandits and, like, witches. Witches and stuff. And trying to, like, investigate the rumors of, like, a gathering. My gathering of like, the Night Sisters. But how they were like the main, I guess, drive being forced. That tore the veil.

Speaker A: Yeah. Audrey would be all in anything that he could glean from the stories, like. Oh, so that's how you investigate it. Just be squirreling it away and eat it up.

Speaker B: Yeah. So she'd probably share a story or two like during. Like, like. Well, you have to do, like a quick meal, but otherwise it's blacksmithing instruction.

Speaker A: If Audrey feels comfortable, he might reunite and ham it.

Speaker C: Tenderize your ghosts before you send them on their way.

Speaker B: And then I guess on the. The night. The last night. Oh, yeah. She would tell you to bring the rest of the jets to the. Guess what I say the sunrises and the eastern sets in the west like normal.

Speaker A: Instead of the north and the south.

Speaker C: Yep. That would be too weird.

Speaker B: We could do sunsets in the north.

Speaker D: That'd be weird.

Speaker B: Might as well. Let's do that.

Speaker D: Orbit work.

Speaker B: We just orbit this way instead of this way.

Speaker D: I want to know that does the right ground.

Speaker A: You're a little wonky.

Speaker B: Sun rises in the north. That's in the west.

Speaker C: It just goes like on one horizon always.

Speaker A: That's. That's the winter. In the summer, it's the south and east.

Speaker C: It's like a money python animation.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: The sun goes.

Speaker C: Actually, my python actually look him up on things.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: There's a trumpet involved with that too.

Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah. Probably in the sun's butt.

Speaker D: Yeah. I still remember my mom realized I can mon the guys. She realized those are dudes in the butts.

Speaker B: And she's like, this is money.

Speaker D: You're not in her butt. She's like, yep.

Speaker C: A silly place. Yeah.

Speaker B: Watch that.

Speaker C: Last time I watched it was on tv, actually. Which was her first time watching it.

Speaker D: I don't think I even need to watch it. I just closed my eyes and play the movie for some reason. What you did as teenagers in the 90s.

Speaker C: The other watch.

Speaker B: Sure. That one.

Speaker C: That one in big trouble in the middle chain.

Speaker D: I don't know how he got a copy of.

Speaker B: I feel like we recorded it and then I bought it at some point. So I had it on VHS or I got it for like a birthday.

Speaker D: Yeah, we did get it on vhs.

Speaker B: That's what I watched it up. Yeah. So she. Ramsey's asked you to bring the Other two before sunrise to the north side of town at the river bank. Like just bring your bodies. I don't need we go back to town before we head home.

Speaker C: I would show her. I would show her that magnetic Bill. Mushroom.

Speaker B: Careful.

Speaker A: Where I brought it out.

Speaker C: Near all of the horseshoes. It's like.

Speaker D: Trouble with my anvil booth.

Speaker C: Yeah. Something like a cartoon thinking.

Speaker A: So.

Speaker C: My character died tonight. Anvil.

Speaker D: Magnetic mushroom.

Speaker C: I would just show it to her.

Speaker A: Just like down by the river and watch the fish fly out.

Speaker C: Knowledge or curiosity about it.

Speaker B: She'd be curious about it. But Morse. But you should probably find a chemist. Make more use of it since it's not metal.

Speaker A: Use it for making throwing knives.

Speaker D: There you go.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Somebody's wearing armor.

Speaker B: They're humming knives.

Speaker A: I don't know why it always sits him in the belt puckle.

Speaker C: Definitely reloading water and Molotov from our.

Speaker B: Stasher to our destination.

Speaker A: Before I swap out my rounds.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Hate to waste the silver round. I'm Prairie Dog.

Speaker B: Yeah. So. I mean, I guess Audrey. Yeah. I guess it's up to Doc and Jack if they want to meet Ramsey's before the sunrise.

Speaker A: Yeah. I definitely pass the news on. Once we got done. It's like the Bob's for dinner. If my body's adjusted to working that.

Speaker B: Long, it's in two days. I don't know.

Speaker C: You know?

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Especially if you like. We're used to doing that kind of work.

Speaker A: Peace piece. She'll see you in the morning.

Speaker C: My friend Harvey worked in a mill for the first time. He came back his first day and said working in Assam is a Mansburg. I'm not a man.

Speaker B: All right. So what was that? Just going to the meetings.

Speaker D: I'd go.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: When I got down there, I just. Naked sarcastic. You're not gonna burn us at steak, right?

Speaker A: That's object in that same sarcastic voice. Audrey patchy on that. No, you're being baptized.

Speaker B: She was laughing like, no, this. You can. You can. She's like, nope, this is just the Hell Rider ritual. Before we would ride out on a mission. You're welcome to participate or just observe. But you would see on the ground that's probably about the size of this table, but in a circle. This. Okay, I have too many buttons. Click share. But you see this basically drawn like into the sand. And you would. Audrey. You guys might also know that this is. This. This is like, okay, just disappear by yourself. See, that's.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker B: New war.

Speaker C: You know, you look at it.

Speaker B: I don't know why. It's not it should disappear after the. But this is like the. The symbol of the Church. See? Yep. If you wish to participate, just step in the. Step into the circle. Oh, I'd resolve it.

Speaker C: Doc's been cringe riding around, hunting monsters before, so this is interesting.

Speaker A: I just kind of like I'm going on an adventure.

Speaker C: Admit with this crew, he's less patching up people and more patching up himself and a little bit more involved in the fighting than he's used to.

Speaker B: So, like, yeah, like, as you walk into it, are you going in? Jackie just watching. Yeah, he's. As you, like, walk in, you notice that the. The. It doesn't deform as you walk on a. As you would expect it to. But she's like. She just kind of like, you just. All right, watch the sun. And then she just starts chanting in Latin. Like, that's what it sounds like. So it sounds. I don't know if Audrey would have been exposed too much of that, but. No, probably not, because they don't. I'll say they don't. Latin would be.

Speaker D: Oh, good. Speak it very much if it's for.

Speaker B: No, I was gonna say that the Church doesn't. That's. This is actually more like.

Speaker A: You need proper training for.

Speaker B: This is more like defined magic that's actually happening now. So you probably would have never heard this either. So you hear her. So I'm just gonna say it's Latin. I will just say that Latin is what they speak when they're essentially casting. But yeah, as she's speaking, that symbol, like, starting on the out circle, it starts actually glowing gold, and it starts, like, filling in, and you actually start to feel a little warm and calm and at peace. And then, like, just as, like, the sun, like, breaks or you can see it. It, like, flashes, like, nearly as bright, and then it. Oh, yeah. And it kind of like actually, the whole symbol, it kind of like floats up and then shatters and breaks. And then she's. She stopped. So then you guys would all feel, like, extremely, like, calm and confident and, like, at peace. And she's like, we could go. And you would see that, like, her. She has a very faint, like, golden light glow in her eyes.

Speaker C: Can you have that?

Speaker B: If you look at each other, you would see it. It's, like, fading. But it was there for, like, a brief second. And then you can, like, feel yourself, like, back to, like, your normal feelings. But you can see that now there's, like. There is. There's, like, a shift in her. Oh, you. And especially Jack, you would See that like the warrior, the fighter is there now. And that like confident like smooth movement of a very well trained killer. And fighter is there now. And she also just has like the author gear about her. I didn't say anything.

Speaker C: I just know that.

Speaker B: I guess also you would see that now that she's like she was. She's like. And yeah the clothes she was wearing too. And I guess all your guys clothes are like a little extra clean but hers are like almost glowy white.

Speaker D: Yellow 10 John.

Speaker C: Jack.

Speaker A: See nicotine.

Speaker B: Stuff.

Speaker C: They have to be.

Speaker A: Oh yeah.

Speaker C: No. Now it's actual tobacco.

Speaker A: It's like that difference between growing up and you see the marijuana plant you take a leave and chew it up or what they've done now and they genetically enhanced it.

Speaker B: Awesome.

Speaker C: With all that additive stuff you.

Speaker B: All right? So you guys, both you and. Yeah. Doc and Audrey have an automatic success like one can use at any time. Blessing of.

Speaker C: And we take it after we will crappy.

Speaker B: Yeah. You can do it whenever it's just a blessing with you. You will invoke the power of Bellanus Lumithris.

Speaker D: It works.

Speaker B: Thank you. That was the whole point.

Speaker A: New mistress.

Speaker B: New mistress Blue M. Or you can just use one of the blessing of one of those words if you don't want to write them a bbm Well.

Speaker A: I just wrote down blessing and success. But as far as.

Speaker B: It'S like the.

Speaker A: First time I heard the whole it said M before but as far as the whole name of the deity is it becoming my supernatural area Places and links extra gear Sa just because to get rid used to it learn various things.

Speaker C: And then of course we put things mostly there.

Speaker B: Yeah. Actually I will make this as you decide when you're going to use it. Like so if they're going to do something that you don't want to fail then you say I'm going to beforehand. Yeah, we'll just do that.

Speaker A: So I can't do a crappy roll get luck and then automatically succeed because.

Speaker C: That would be kind of retroactive. Whereas this would be this thing is coming up. It's going to be difficult. We're choosing to use that ability so that makes sense. It's not as advantageous but it makes sense. Still super helpful considering how crappy I've.

Speaker A: Been rolling manipulated really well.

Speaker C: What's that you manipulated. Oh tonight. Not the other night.

Speaker B: Oh yes.

Speaker A: No, the other night.

Speaker B: Pretty Disney book back then.

Speaker A: We did enough flex so that I can at least get my negative one stat do a zero.

Speaker C: I need to get my grid grit's like super important. I mean everything is useful.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Depends on what you're doing I guess.

Speaker A: You should go for high Dex characters.

Speaker D: Yep.

Speaker B: So yeah. And then she just like her ground starts walking back to town then straight to like where her when she has her horse.

Speaker A: I'm curious to see what type of horse she has.

Speaker B: Yeah. You get when you get there a black and white horse. But it's got like two black patches. Like it almost looks like it has like a bandit mask on. But it has blue eyes. So it's eyes this light nice thing out. Yes. And then it smiles all of you.

Speaker C: Mr. A. Let's go.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: And she goes like all right Polar. So you're ready to go. And then it's like smiles even bigger.

Speaker C: Kind of like.

Speaker A: To mess it with beans.

Speaker B: You want heart attack.

Speaker D: How old do cans of corn did.

Speaker B: You eat those with the mind.

Speaker D: I think we did actually.

Speaker B: And then you used them as some of the cans.

Speaker D: Yeah I think we did.

Speaker A: We would have replaced the road too before we left.

Speaker B: Yeah. I was going to say make sure you make any updates your inventory for you left.

Speaker A: Audrey probably started coming up with crazy questions like so what would you mix with silver? So it still had the punch but it wouldn't fall apart because of how.

Speaker D: Dam.

Speaker C: Definitely on the right if we have time to talk I would use the I think at the actually ask about is my sisters give more information. One of the things I can ask too is like really in charge of the group. Whatever details I can about this week. Docum curious about the here.

Speaker B: So you went there would be anything to dig up dirt with her. She would just answer stuff that she could that's fine.

Speaker C: I don't have much down here.

Speaker B: Other.

Speaker C: Than making sure we're prepped for whatever we're about to find.

Speaker B: Yeah she wouldn't have too much more about the sisters of Night Shadow other than like they were the they were the main instigators were like the driving force to tear the veil. They do like to spread darkness and that's main like that was their ultimate goal for tearing the veil is to let the darkness in slash weird. I guess they would she would tell you that what they are like when she before she retired what they knew about them that their Their ultimate goal would be to turn every thing monstrous and there and then after the velvet got torn some sort of creature monster just known as the assassin is their leader has become their leader. What was it called The Assassin. And at least the upper echelons of them. Some of the actual sisters are Quite dangerous when it comes to wielding the weird and dark powers no then like for like Audrey like your comment about Parker bullets like you can just coat you can do silver plating it's usually just as effective.

Speaker A: There'S all sorts of things he's going through it's like silver spirits maybe I need to get a sword Swords are cool so there's almost like an internal dialogue banter that occasionally.

Speaker B: Slips out get swords in practice Audrey would be all in said she.

Speaker A: Sword in one hand gun in the other.

Speaker B: On all her weapons you would see that symbol is card into them or s and then she just be like if you have he said you don't need silver bolts if you have consecrated weapons but if you're not a writer don't get caught with them on the wanted list fast end up on the church's wanted list.

Speaker A: For some reason I don't think it's to hire.

Speaker D: Probably the run.

Speaker B: She does men does like the so hell writers may hire who may induct you into their ranks after they interrogate you where those weapons came from or confiscate them if you do not wish to join them why would they.

Speaker A: Be scared of other people having consecrated weapons if they only hurt Dion D.

Speaker B: Oh it's not that they're they're not scared of people having them it's where did those they come from because they keep track of a lot of their it's all about well that's there you.

Speaker D: Go that's all Jack would say.

Speaker B: Be.

Speaker A: Like a light bulb going off.

Speaker B: And she also says generally only pill riders that have consecrated weapons sorry about doing things they'd be very curious how you.

Speaker D: Came to have some you're wielding a stick it's easy to stay.

Speaker A: Trained off the reservation.

Speaker B: Making sure that people are.

Speaker C: Using the stick on the right things.

Speaker A: Y but the other part of me is trying to decide which is better security reaper consecrated hammer.

Speaker D: Have to figure that one out oh yeah no he's.

Speaker C: Like.

Speaker A: Figuring out the different values of bludgeoning versus cutting and doing which one's easier to juggle with a gun.

Speaker B: Occasionally.

Speaker A: At the topic came on yes does anybody carry something other than a saber Shit big two handed claymore on her back.

Speaker B: No.

Speaker A: Yeah Mace.

Speaker B: Well she would go like sometimes yeah people would I mean others would run non standard issue weaponry but for a lot of stuff we do or trained to fight and wield specific weapons so.

Speaker C: Now imagine.

Speaker B: Crank yeah the one that.

Speaker D: Was supposed to end all wars right.

Speaker C: They just started yeah supposed to be.

Speaker D: So ridiculous.

Speaker A: Imagine that silver Bullets.

Speaker C: Have a wagon behind us and don't tell her what we're bringing. I need you to run through town right down the middle and then run back really fast. Bring as many of them as you can.

Speaker B: I t you.

Speaker A: I t you again.

Speaker B: You dead Spector. You mean nothing.

Speaker A: You run so slow. Dead people do not r.

Speaker C: Like that scene from out loud Wey whales are getting all out there and the.

Speaker B: Remember.

Speaker A: Don'T shoot the living.

Speaker C: It's got to be faster than if.

Speaker B: You'Re on a horse.

Speaker C: You're good because they're Unless there's one dude in town who died at the same time as his horse. While he was on his horse.

Speaker A: He's running around.

Speaker C: Then you.

Speaker B: Yeah. So you guys ride and then any else specific you want to talk about More somebody can do the make camp roll. Yep. Yep. Your watch order.

Speaker A: Cops usually see yeah we got four people still there.

Speaker D: All right. Second.

Speaker A: I'm get r It's your choice. You want first or last?

Speaker B: She got usually up early so I'll take last.

Speaker C: Okay.

Speaker A: Take first.

Speaker B: Yep. So the the night passes fine Virgo. Everyone but Doc who has a very restless night. Yeah. You see similar creatures. Like sometimes you like have the sense that you're walking around in the faith.

Speaker C: Not quite halfway Weird.

Speaker D: So that's true.

Speaker A: Do you hear the laughter of children?

Speaker C: I would say in this too that I hear my sister's voice that's actually disturbing for me.

Speaker B: Background oh then yeah you guys are the rest of you get woke up by Ramsey's.

Speaker C: She'S like.

Speaker B: Speaking Latin with the sun rising. Then you guys woke up with you smell like coffee and some like cornbread.

Speaker A: She travels in style.

Speaker B: Set up on the road any other topics that come.

Speaker D: Up.

Speaker B: Stories and writing them if it's.

Speaker A: Ch at some point others might say this is the furthest I've ever been away from Paul in my life. Even further tomorrow.

Speaker C: Yeah like because I've been on some creeps that more fixing people up and stuff. So things that they saw pictures and things that I fixed up from creatures that did different things to people sharing those stories. And the only reason more up close and fall with the master's needs.

Speaker A: Every doctor should have personal experience in what they're going to do.

Speaker B: See you guys travel for the rest of the day. Yeah. You're welcome.

Speaker C: Everyone.

Speaker D: Do have dreams?

Speaker B: No. Yeah.

Speaker A: We might have to start timing down.

Speaker B: All right. Yep. So I'll make camp. Everyone gets the luck. Okay. And then we'll see Same watch order?

Speaker D: Yep.

Speaker B: Oh Doctor. The doc is on watch everybody. So I need you to stay sharp, which give me a reflex as smarts are cutting as you're on watch and explain how you as. Let's see.

Speaker C: I think it's always like, I avoid watching the fire, so I don't like, burn my eyes outside in the fire.

Speaker B: So you see into the night world when it's dark.

Speaker C: See beauty creatures eyes and things during.

Speaker A: The fire, you can blink and see those. Did you get more light?

Speaker C: Yeah, I'm just gonna take the left.

Speaker B: It's a six. All right. Besides your.

Speaker D: You turn around and everyone's dead in their beds.

Speaker B: Yeah. So. Yeah. Yeah. As you're away from the fire, watching, doing watch, you hear a twig snap and you feel a gun between your ribs. You just hear like this. I guess it's kind of whisper, but like a. Like I'm dangerous voice. Just go put your guns down and get your valuables. Out I go.

Speaker C: Okay. And like, I start to. Before I take my guns off, I actually, like, bring my pack around and I actually pull out the metal mushroom. Pulled it out right where his gun's at. My plan would be like to hold that out.

Speaker B: That's the message with his gun.

Speaker C: But then pull mine and take a shot.

Speaker B: All right. As you.

Speaker A: Yeah, so I'm visualizing the can. The mushroom goes out, and then you hold it away so it doesn't pull your gun too.

Speaker B: No, when it's. When it's. When you're holding. It's repulsive. It's pushing stuff away.

Speaker A: Okay.

Speaker B: Oh, yes. So, yep. So you pull. As you pull that mushroom out. It does. Like his gun does push away a little bit, and he's just like, what incarnation? Yes.

Speaker C: Then I'm dropping.

Speaker B: All right. As you draw, I need you to react to danger as you hear several other guns go in the night. And then everyone else has a awoken to several gunshots going off.

Speaker C: So yeah, I guess I would then roll away from. Like, imagine like I pull that out there, moves his gun, like to an outside angle, and I just roll to the side and the opposite that angle and then shoot him.

Speaker B: All right. Give me that reflex roll. See if you get shot. Well.

Speaker C: I just gonna fail.

Speaker D: I. Yeah, that's brutal.

Speaker C: I'd have to like spend like all of my.

Speaker B: So all right. Yep, Yep. Oh, yeah. So you deflect mushroom roll. You hear your gun goes off. You hear other guns go off. So you can give me your aim and fire at this one band in front of you. Everyone else.

Speaker C: I'll make it a 10.

Speaker B: Okay. The killer.

Speaker C: To kill.

Speaker B: All Right. Yeah. So you roll, get shot. So you have a major, I guess, level three gun shop six minus.

Speaker D: Yeah. Oh, no.

Speaker B: And then I'll have all the rest of you also give me react to danger role. Be reflexing me.

Speaker D: I'm rolling out my sleeping reflex for everyone.

Speaker B: Yeah, I guess Connie would be okay, too, but this is just, like.

Speaker A: It really doesn't matter.

Speaker B: Nine.

Speaker A: I rolled a four. Cunning might get me to four.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker A: Either way.

Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. So what happened? So, yeah, Audrey, you go to, like, roll out of bed, and there's a knife at your throat. You just hear, not so fast, kid. And then so you. I'll say, you hear the guy, like, crunching near you because you had mixed success, right? Yeah. Nine. I'll say. Yeah. You see you. You see the. You hear the hammer click on the guy that's close to you.

Speaker D: How far away is.

Speaker B: He's close at the range. Like, what are you. What are you wanting to do?

Speaker D: I'd probably have my knife and just, like, roll out.

Speaker B: Okay. Yeah, you could. You could do that because they're all, like, trying to get.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: To basically hold you up. All right.

Speaker D: 10. That's what I have.

Speaker B: Yeah. So fight. So you have the subdue, restrain, deal. Decisive critical damage. Or you avoid their direct. Well, they're not actually. I guess they would. And then it hurts you. Okay, so you do put on the seventh plus, but you had 10.

Speaker D: Yeah, I do. Decisive, critical damage. Yeah, yeah, that'd be Jack. It would just be like, we heard the gun and the crunch and all that shooting. It would be like.

Speaker B: Where'S her critical damage? Go.

Speaker A: Hey, mister, you watching your friends die?

Speaker D: I got to be like, I would have, like, probably would have rolled and maybe pushed his gun all the way if he was close enough.

Speaker B: Yeah, you're closer. You're stabbing on. Just asking, like, where's your critical?

Speaker D: Just been like, either. Yeah. I would have rolled up and probably would have went for, like, his lungs and, like, underneath.

Speaker A: He'S down. Close enough to give you sweet whispers. He might have been more of a throw.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: He's got his knife. You're like, let me show you where to put that.

Speaker B: Okay. Yeah. So, yeah. So Dr. Mushroom deflected or pushed that guy in the way of old. Gets shot, shoots, killed the guy that was pulling him. Audrey attempts to get out of bed and finds the knife at his throat.

Speaker A: What do the Ramses do?

Speaker B: We're getting there. Making sure. I'm getting.

Speaker D: I wonder. Grabbed his gun and then stabbed him and then, like, grandfuck Is gone. So mine would be somewhere holster.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Since I spent my field, my. My luck to make the shot better. When I got hit, that just made my gun go better to his face. You know, when I pulled the. Happened to pull the trigger.

Speaker D: Yeah. Thought I grabbed that guy.

Speaker C: Misdirected a little bit by the shot.

Speaker B: So you grab his gun, stab him, or take his gun and kill that guy.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: All right, so that's two dead. Okay. I need to crack that. Yeah, that's what I said. And then you hear Ramsay shout a Latin word, and it becomes daylight around her. Like, a flashbang goes off. And then as you're, like, pretty much anyone that was, like, facing her, which I don't know if you guys. I'll just say, like, most of you guys just got flashbang. When you hear the guys going, ah. And then you hear a quick. Then two bodies hit the ground. And then we're back to you with that light.

Speaker C: Do I see one?

Speaker B: You'll see. You see the silhouette of one. And also what you see is. You see. You also see a silhouette that, like, kind of just, like, fan the hammer, the quick tutu with glowing gold eyes. And then you see a couple other. Let's see. So that's four to. Yeah. So you see two more. You see, actually, Audrey, you feel the guy slump on top of you. So you're pinned under a body now.

Speaker C: Oh, I'm thinking, like, when that light goes off and I hear the gunshot and then one gets revealed that just immediately, like, pull up and fire at him.

Speaker B: Yeah. Give me aim and fire with disadvantage.

Speaker C: I just spend my token. The light goes off, and I'm, like, inspired. I'm like, yep.

Speaker B: So you guys briefly see Jack's or not. Doc's eyes turn gold, and another guy's head explodes. And then. All right, Ramsay just shouts in her loud New Yorker booing accent, you've had enough, mister. Yeah. And then I'll help you, Jack. You hear Ramsay say that.

Speaker D: I just gonna watch her, see what she does. I'm curious.

Speaker A: I Trying to get out from underneath the.

Speaker D: Yeah. I'd probably go over, hear some noises, and wrestling.

Speaker B: The guy, like, hesitates. And then Ramsay just shoots him in the head.

Speaker C: That's all she needed.

Speaker B: No, he didn't, like, answer right away. So she just shoots him.

Speaker D: No, when I throw the body off Audrey and ask me, okay.

Speaker B: So you have, like. You have a minor, like, scratch on your, like, neck throwing the guy, like, falling over, especially you. But. But yeah, Doc has a major wound. And then moderately.

Speaker A: I think I'M all right.

Speaker C: Start punching this up.

Speaker A: After confirming that I don't have any extra holes in my body I'll probably go through and start looting the bandits trying to figure out who they were.

Speaker D: And I have a gun for you. Someone else needs a gun.

Speaker B: I would definitely take the gun from a guy.

Speaker D: Loot.

Speaker C: Loot all the bodies.

Speaker D: After I checked their bullets. Let's see. Yeah normal bullets.

Speaker B: Yeah you see that they're like pretty ragged. They're just like standard bandits.

Speaker D: They chose the wrong party.

Speaker B: The only thing that would be weird is like why are. Like why are they out here? I mean they could be there is another town north of you. Several towns north of you. So they could be. They could have been like flinging from law enforcement up there or whatever. But yeah, there's nothing special about them. They look pretty gaunt.

Speaker C: No distinguishing marks or.

Speaker B: No, I mean they have some scars and stuff but they look. They look kind Jack nice to take.

Speaker C: A most well conditioned gun add to my.

Speaker B: So there. Yeah they all have just pistols. Standard pistols that are taken care of.

Speaker A: What type of knife was it that tried to slice me open?

Speaker B: Probably like a buck knife, hunting knife type. It wasn't a pocket like. No, it wasn't a small knife.

Speaker A: If it's not in too bad a condition.

Speaker B: No you. You would know like that would kind of be like a general rule is like your gun is like your life out here for the most part. So like everybody takes care of their.

Speaker A: Guns but in this case with it being a knife. Yeah if it's decent. If it's not some rusty pitted blade, that's no it would.

Speaker B: It would be a. It would be a decent. It may be like an old knife but it's big ball care for like and like as you could tell by the way it's sharp. Yeah it's sharp.

Speaker A: I'd probably add that knife to.

Speaker B: To what I've got and they would all have theirs. I mean they all had pistols and not like a hunting knives.

Speaker A: Ask doc if he wants me to bring him over some dirt so we can pack it in the.

Speaker C: No, I'm looking with this you can.

Speaker D: Go back to the dentist or the barber again.

Speaker C: You can see the doctor into me. I'm not a horse that you just shoot when it goes Lane, I'm not gonna shoot you. Thanks.

Speaker D: Oh, and then I just move the bodies from our camp.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Do we need to burn them? I don't want them coming back.

Speaker D: Creatures will take care of them around here.

Speaker C: Looks of them.

Speaker B: There's not much meat on Them. She's. Yeah, she's your. The. The. Those walls. Okay.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker A: All the ugly dogs.

Speaker B: Yeah. Cemetery walls. She says the cemetery wall to clean them up. It's a third watch. So. Yeah. So you guys have a. That's like the witching hour or just before the witching hour. Last watch would be the witching hour basically. So that. Yeah. That's up to you guys. So it'd be like if you wanted to start traveling and camp early.

Speaker D: Like be that phase and take like and just focus.

Speaker B: Or. Yeah. Unless you go back to bed, back to sleep. Yeah.

Speaker A: Yeah. That's pretty much. How do you be looking around.

Speaker D: Laundry might be.

Speaker A: And whether non doc could actually travel.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: If I'm getting downtime it will reduce. If I want it.

Speaker A: Would that be long enough for my minor to go away too?

Speaker B: Oh yeah. That goes away in like a few minutes.

Speaker C: Plus I can retreat miners.

Speaker A: You need to heal yourself first.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: I also have pinch. I have cells. You apply Those and then 30 minutes.

Speaker A: Later they'll be able.

Speaker C: But it only works on miners. It doesn't reduce the higher. Have to spend a lot of downtime.

Speaker A: True. Well, if you sent me to fetch it, I'd probably pull out a sad quick finger over it, drop it back in the bag. Depending on what's in it. You might hear me say probably would this thing.

Speaker C: Because it's probably most healing things are they're an opioid or an alcohol or mod number.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Something to make you stupid or burn it out.

Speaker A: So if you told me I'd probably bring you something just as good.

Speaker C: I mean I stay out of my bag. You gotta poison me with something in there.

Speaker A: I'm looking for the healing waters. Jack hasn't already drank them.

Speaker B: Go drink the holy water.

Speaker A: I figured you have a bottle of whiskey or something in there, you know, for. For wound purifying. My personal fl. It'd be easy to identify. Was that red mark scored on both sides?

Speaker C: Maybe that's what he was doing in the movie. He just wanted to make sure that he had a cool scar.

Speaker B: Yeah. Oh, that one or two.

Speaker D: That was one.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Because one was more in the survival.

Speaker B: Yeah. What where he carterized.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: With the fuse.

Speaker C: That was a bullet, I think.

Speaker D: No, it's a fuse.

Speaker B: Was it? Yes, one of them. That's like the third one. He gets like shot here and then he like shoves a fuse through it. I think it's the. Actually I think this. It might be the third one that. But this one was in that pink. Is that because that Was ridiculous.

Speaker C: I think like gunpowder on it. It's like lidded. I don't remember. It's been you.

Speaker D: I think there was one where he did that.

Speaker C: Maybe he did two different ones. The fuse especially would mess you up. That'd be so bad. Let's just put my body in there.

Speaker D: Like, what chemicals are on that?

Speaker C: In my body?

Speaker D: Chemicals Even worse.

Speaker C: And you have to say that the series has one of the best over the top, like, crony deaths. The dude, they're like over the cave. And he's got the rope and wraps him up and he like falls down. He's tied to the rope, falls down and it's around his neck. So basically breaks his neck. But he's like pulled his grenades. So he pushes him off and he falls down. He's hung. He's already dead. And then the guy just dead. And you're like, really? It's over the top.

Speaker A: Just to let you know how much we care. Yeah.

Speaker C: Make sure that guy is there.

Speaker B: Maybe he survived, but no. Yeah. So I guess you guys take the. I guess Jack goes back to sleep for two hours after you check the doc.

Speaker D: Yeah. Or I just spend that two hours moving values.

Speaker B: You could probably like both just leave them. Like. See. No, I don't imagine you guys are camping on them.

Speaker D: Yeah, we're close to the road. I would have moved on, but you.

Speaker B: Probably would have been like off the.

Speaker D: Road from our area.

Speaker A: The bodies up as a marker. Jack was here.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: Yeah. So you guys. I was. I guess, yeah. You guys take the downtime. So doc stops his bleeding and then reduces his gunshot. Move.

Speaker D: And then, yeah, he goes in.

Speaker B: Can set out on the sunrise again.

Speaker A: Another day of fun and excitement.

Speaker D: Stage time. Yeah, but we have to camp another night.

Speaker B: But now Ramsey goes, oh, good work keeping your heads on an ambush. See that you've had experience fighting, so that's good to know.

Speaker D: Been on both sides of that.

Speaker B: She replies. I was like, yo.

Speaker D: Been as desperate as those guys at one point. I understand I chose the wrong people.

Speaker B: She's like, yep. They probably would have been better off just showing up at the plantation. They would have been given jobs. At least they get food and bed better than dead. Yeah. So you guys ride along. So I guess do you want to travel a little extra? Farthest day so you can hit night more in the morning, in the afternoon. Or do you want to. I guess we'll do. We can figure that out, I guess. Or do you guys want to travel to within like a couple miles of the place the next day and Then kind of like scout that funny. Recommend scouting in the morning. Okay.

Speaker D: Are they ghost active? More like any other time. Or.

Speaker B: Maybe like specters all the time. And then the witching hour is the absolute worst time to go into there to mess with that stuff.

Speaker C: I suggest we don't do that.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: I knew you were smart. I just.

Speaker C: Not.

Speaker B: But yep.

Speaker A: So that's going to dawn as much time as possible.

Speaker B: Are they.

Speaker C: Are they corporate? Like can we see them?

Speaker B: Oh, you'll see them. They're like shades. Shadows, clouds that move. They generally look like they have like a vague resemblance of the person that they came from. You'll. You'll see them and they'll see you or sense you. I guess this would be a better term. And when they spot you, you'll also know. Why is that? Because they will be screaming.

Speaker C: Lovely.

Speaker A: As long as you're not drawn to the scent of blood.

Speaker B: No, just the sense of life.

Speaker C: You need to put something in her ears.

Speaker B: No, she's just like. It's like if you ever just heard someone scream in rage or using yourself just screamed in rage.

Speaker C: Someone logged up their leg off. I got some of those screams.

Speaker B: But it's not a. It's not a stream of pain. It's a stream of rage. So it's. It's different.

Speaker A: How corporeal are our shades? Like if I manage to get lucky enough to line five of them in a row. Well once over bullet take out all five. Or is it one bullet per shade.

Speaker B: So the bullet will pass through them and it won't kill them. That might dissipate themselves. But one bullet's usually not. Not a silver hit.

Speaker A: Multiples in a. In a row.

Speaker B: Yeah. Very quickly. They can also all stack up and in a single space and hit you all at once too. So.

Speaker C: Love it.

Speaker A: There's nervous laughter. What have I gotten myself into?

Speaker B: Hopefully nothing. And we can just extract and get in there quietly.

Speaker A: Here's hoping.

Speaker B: So. Yeah. So you guys ride. So Ryan, you discuss all like chit chat and do this kind of chatting while you're writing for the the day. So you can give me a. The weather to see what kind of weather you guys are riding through. Because it's probably going to be rain but. Yep, that's nothing. We're just all young through the rain in a lovely 61 to 83 degree temperature expanse. All right. So then. Yeah. So you guys. So we can make camp on the 23rd.

Speaker A: This is function Wolf again.

Speaker B: Yep.

Speaker C: Oh yeah. You don't need it. All right.

Speaker A: But you've done fine. 8.

Speaker B: All righty.

Speaker A: You pay for it.

Speaker B: All right.

Speaker C: I put silver bullets on one of my guns. One without. One with.

Speaker A: I'm liking that logic, but I'm not writing back 20 miles getting.

Speaker C: But we had extra guns. You could easily take one.

Speaker B: Ramsay's is on watch still.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: The witching Albert. So let's see. Okay. Yep. So you guys are sleeping when each of you are quietly awoken by Ramsey and you just see she just wakes you up like staring at your face and oh, stab her.

Speaker D: You wouldn't know the difference.

Speaker B: She does the glowing eyes. No, she like kicks your. Like hits your boot, your foot or whatever. But yeah, she has her finger up her mouth maybe like shushing so you don't make noise. And then she's just says each like as he comes around, she gets each quietly silver bullets. Now she's already. She's like quiet still. Yeah.

Speaker C: So I have one already done.

Speaker B: Oh cool. And then you know, as you guys gather up describing like it's definitely from the veil or came through the faith. And she describes it as like that's like a little ghostly type creature. But it's like looks like a human, but it's walking on its like hands. Yeah. And it looks like it's. I guess it's a humanoid looking or it looks like it's a human. Human parts like stitched together like a crab. And there's also like probably like 10 foot like long tentacles like swishing in the air. And she asked if any. Can you ride bareback?

Speaker D: Probably, yeah.

Speaker B: If you're not comfortable bare back, then just stay on foot. We need to. We need to hit it from multiple directions.

Speaker C: This horse would be faster. But.

Speaker B: If you're not confident in your bareback riding, then don't those big force for it as far as mechanics, like is that a role for us to do that. This is more your character. And how much would you have actually ridden your horse? Bare back and no saddle, just the bridle on it. Well, actually you probably wouldn't. You. These would just be halters on them at most right now you just have them tied. So this is a confidence in your own ability, but also your horse. And this is. This is more rp which your character have spent the time to learn how to do that and also to train your horse to like be able to ride with just the halter. Which western style they both of them can because it's just net scary. That would. That part wouldn't be a big deal. It's the bare back because you don't have stirrups or anything to keep yourself from sliding off. If you're making goofy trying to do maneuvers.

Speaker C: Solid foot long times. Problem.

Speaker B: Jack supply stolen horses.

Speaker C: That's for sure. But he'd be like, okay, I want to do that. We would have been on trips where, like, horses got killed. Just took horses and.

Speaker B: Did what?

Speaker C: You.

Speaker A: All right about the short rides? Didn't normally bother putting on a saddle. Little lazy says that.

Speaker B: Medium truth. So that's true.

Speaker A: Standing drawer. I'm surprised bandits got so close.

Speaker B: Yeah. So you guys. So she describes this thing. It's about the size of like a pole of their. Oh, so it's pretty big. And she's like. I don't know what it is, but it is definitely not natural. So do we want to just. Yeah, I was gonna say. I guess she goes, she doesn't know what it is. That's not. She goes, do you guys want. Because it's. She spotted it some distance off and you haven't quite seen it yet because you're kind of still in, like, forest area along the road. But it's like walking up the road. She's like, you guys want to run from it or try and kill it?

Speaker A: That doesn't know we're here, obviously.

Speaker B: Like, why Pokemon? Yeah.

Speaker D: I don't ever do that.

Speaker B: She goes, I'd rather kill it.

Speaker D: I'm down for that.

Speaker B: Or at least try to. What do you think? Document doctor.

Speaker A: It's weird.

Speaker B: This is what doctor's doing.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: I don't need to roll. Actually.

Speaker D: This is just a thing.

Speaker B: Right.

Speaker D: So you just gotta roll your.

Speaker B: You haven't seen it yet. So she's described it. So I don't.

Speaker D: We'll get close.

Speaker B: I don't know if that would. You'd be able to ask if it's near? No, ask. Talk to your occult people without, like, I guess maybe more description of it. That's. What is that? Just.

Speaker A: You gotta get close enough to go in the weird and possibly drive and try attention.

Speaker C: That's right. That's fine.

Speaker B: So I'm fine with you going into the. You can do your weird.

Speaker C: I would only do it if I know I can actually get information about it. I'm thinking of it as if the beings are capable of seeing what's around me and it's near, Then can they see it that it's not. If it's just I go there and just ask questions and they have no knowledge of my location or surroundings, then.

Speaker B: I have no information for them that I wouldn't do.

Speaker C: So I'M more concerned that she has never seen it.

Speaker B: So they want it so, like Dragon Age. You can't see out of the faith.

Speaker C: I just don't know, like, being in.

Speaker B: Right.

Speaker C: Because sometimes creatures will be, like, partially out of the fade. Like, the weird is. Is a tear. Kind of like in Solis's story where, like, spirits would wander and see things.

Speaker D: In the real world.

Speaker C: The only way the veil was weak. It's almost like they were pressing up against it and reenacting historical tales and things. You will travel that and, like, watch the spirits acting out history and, like, learning about what actually happened in history. Like, they're wandering. I don't know if those beings are poking their heads continually watching or if it's. They're just in a corner in the fade somewhere. Because a lot of them are just in the fade somewhere doing nothing. Like, it depends on being Zix or Zastics.

Speaker B: I'm talking to them. All right, so you go into the weird. What do you ask them about?

Speaker C: Well, I. I only go into the weird if I know. Like, I can ask him questions.

Speaker B: You can always go into the weird ask. That's part of your thing. So, yes, I would say no. So. So no, I confuse. It just. I'm just confused. So you. You go into. You do weird and so you're asking them questions.

Speaker C: Okay.

Speaker A: Yeah.

Speaker D: Balloon.

Speaker B: Okay. Yeah.

Speaker C: I guess in this scenario, I tell them that there was Peter.

Speaker B: What is your quest?

Speaker C: I've seen lots of features. Hasn't seen before. Sounds like it's stitched. Just describe everything that she was here.

Speaker B: Yeah. So you're just.

Speaker A: You can kill my best friend. See you every couple of days.

Speaker B: Let me discuss what. What do you want to know of the 20. Of what? The 20?

Speaker A: 21.

Speaker B: You need to show tension. So you need to be aware.

Speaker A: Chance, do you have a pair of spectacles without a hud? Whatever I'm looking at.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Show me weaknesses.

Speaker B: So what's at. What's your quest like? Yeah, it's the question. What do you know? What are you asking them?

Speaker C: I guess to be more concerned. What do we need to be aware of?

Speaker A: I kill it. How can I kill it?

Speaker C: Should I kill it if I only get one question?

Speaker B: No, he's. He's just. I guess I'm asking for more RP about you just actually talking to the guy.

Speaker C: Yeah, I saw him. This is the description of the creature. I think we're about to try to kill it. I need to know what kind of dangers it represents and how we kill it.

Speaker B: This is ass.

Speaker C: What strengths are weaknesses.

Speaker B: He has all what weapons to power.

Speaker C: So I've got silver bullets, got some holy water. Did she say that she had consecrated hers are.

Speaker B: Yes.

Speaker C: Weapons are enchanted. Somehow.

Speaker B: He goes enchanted now you're gonna like hiss and sp.

Speaker C: I said fair enough. I said I also had some dynamite.

Speaker A: Silver village holding water and dynamite. A couple of silver blades.

Speaker B: He just. He goes that should be sufficient, but I would not get grounded. Devoured minds.

Speaker D: How insane.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Have anything you want to forget?

Speaker C: Yeah, that's anything particularly affected between co.

Speaker A: Water and silver bullets or just blowing it up.

Speaker B: Explosions will probably hurt it pretty close. Yeah.

Speaker C: Catch the warning?

Speaker B: Yeah. Anything valuable about these? It just depends on who you are, what you are. Understood.

Speaker C: So I suppose that's enough information. I said I'll tell them. So I had a dream last night. I think you were in it. So I think I heard my sister. So do you know my sister?

Speaker B: He would just say. He would go yes. A library knows what.

Speaker C: Is she here.

Speaker B: And is she dead? He kind of just goes like I guess this is another I guess lore thing for.

Speaker C: And obviously I have a limited understanding of the faith, so.

Speaker B: Right.

Speaker C: For him it's just. It's a simple question. Even though it's not a simple question.

Speaker B: Right. So I guess define the dead people go there. Is that just kind of like a think dead people can go there holding tank depending. I guess depending on how you were in the normal world. Like if you keep weirding.

Speaker C: Yeah, I just watched that today. Yeah, I just kind of pose it that way. But from a large standpoint, I think some people could go there. I wouldn't think everyone went there. Like if you were in Theus, maybe everyone has a higher potential to go there.

Speaker A: Yeah, right here maybe not so much.

Speaker C: And if you're more weird touched or whatever killed you was weird touched, maybe you're more likely to go there.

Speaker B: I don't know.

Speaker A: But you guessed that. Well, if you go there when you dream, then yes. If she might be alive and there.

Speaker C: She also may be dead in there and from past faint stuff. She also could be something else there and still alive.

Speaker A: She might have her own little cottage waiting for you to come for tea.

Speaker C: She also can be a crazy creature now.

Speaker D: Yep.

Speaker C: And still be alive Mr. Often. So yeah, I heard her voice so sound like she was calling. So I don't know if she's calling here or if she's calling to come home.

Speaker B: But I want to find her here. Go if you heard her calling while you were here.

Speaker C: I heard her calling in my dreams.

Speaker B: She's probably here. That if you're dreaming of this place.

Speaker C: How do I find a road here so I can go search for it?

Speaker A: I don't think I'll be able to do these kinds of conversations forever.

Speaker B: He did. He goes just come see me a few more times and we can conversate forever. I was kind of like, but. But he does. Also doors to the library can be found where great stores of knowledge are.

Speaker A: Mouthpiece of a stinging le.

Speaker C: What kind of.

Speaker B: I just need.

Speaker C: I guess you guys would see she's describing it. My eyes kind of flare for a second and I just dump a bunch of knowledge.

Speaker B: Just say it's torn.

Speaker A: Don't let it grab you.

Speaker C: Suck your brains. Our stuff should hurt it. Just don't let it get close. I guess like we got the sense that from that discussion that we need to use silver, not regular bullets on this.

Speaker B: Okay.

Speaker C: Just don't get close to it.

Speaker B: Not perfect with some silver arrows.

Speaker D: There you go.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker D: Back maybe.

Speaker B: Right.

Speaker A: So we got cowboys. Do we have Indians in this world?

Speaker B: It could be. I mean because this is kind of a little different as far as the setting. There could certainly be territories with native tribes in them. Maybe Grimwater doesn't necessarily have any, but. Yeah, that's. I've been thinking on like how do we incorporate Native like American like analog into this. And yeah, I think it'll just be in some of the other territories. Probably curb water is mostly.

Speaker C: Especially areas that are maybe like civilized areas separated by monsters where it's less likely to find travel across your plan more likely to be major than those more remote areas. Less interfered with.

Speaker B: I'd say definitely in places that don't have railroad. I should see.

Speaker C: Or like extraordinary terrain.

Speaker B: There are places where there is no railroad. We'll say that's would be like the further you are from the railroad, I guess like the wilder gets. There's. Yeah, there's definitely some. Actually there's a territory that has no railroad in it that's just south of you guys have Grimwater. We'll say that's. Yeah, we can say that will be the. Definitely a native. Like an Indian type.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker B: There's so on the other colon. Yeah. I'll make a note of that.

Speaker A: What does this thing with the stream.

Speaker B: Yeah. We'll save places with like territories with no railroad. Has Native American like type people in them. Yeah. Then you'd see like branding is like even more emphatically saying like we get to. We need to kill this. We can't be allowed to wander this world.

Speaker D: All right.

Speaker B: Starting off.

Speaker C: So the plan was to attack it from different directions.

Speaker B: Ramses was advising that headed from possibly four different sides or at least in pairs.

Speaker A: Do the bullets for our pistol fit in our rifles? Does the interchangeable.

Speaker B: They would be different because rifles have longer range.

Speaker A: Well I knew the rifle had longer range. But if could handle my pistol silver bullets I would probably use the rifle to give me better odds of hitting otherwise.

Speaker C: I think we talked about this. The rifles were different than the pistols. Because we had those conversations.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker C: Especially when we were talking about the silver bullets. You'd have to have some made in the other different colors. Because at the time you had looked up the guns and at the time you did have pistols that were you know 45s and stuff. But the rifle would have been a different color.

Speaker A: But we talked about to simplify it.

Speaker C: I don't think.

Speaker A: We thought about just making it the same just for these.

Speaker C: Versus that because we talked about the heavy. I remember because there's heavy pistols and heavy.

Speaker A: Sound good either way.

Speaker C: Mixing that up. And that's why I'm thinking they were different with that we had the heavies too.

Speaker A: Yeah. Kind of like to change the the ammo from heavy to regular heavy.

Speaker C: But you wouldn't normally put.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker C: Most pistol rounds into a.

Speaker A: For the grain load alone for your gunpowder would be different.

Speaker B: Yeah yeah. Say they. They would be different.

Speaker A: Just clarifying before Audrey would make the full pot.

Speaker B: What do you mean?

Speaker A: That's not going far.

Speaker B: Yeah yeah. They're. They're all because. Yeah. I've got the bullet light rule while revolver is one is 0.2 ounce and then a light rifle is a one ounce. So they're very different. Yeah yeah. Cartridge size. Yeah. 85 grain versus 45 or 450.

Speaker D: Yeah.

Speaker A: The grains would be huge difference. Pistol is more so.

Speaker B: Actually I think we'll just pause here because it's 9:00.

Speaker C: It works.

Speaker B: We'll kick off next session. Really. So let's see. Did we learn something new and important about the world?

Speaker A: We're not alone. My sister's alive.

Speaker D: We learned some stuff that night.

Speaker B: Did we overcome notable monster anyway.

Speaker C: Nothing.

Speaker A: Not this time. We were about to.

Speaker C: Yeah.

Speaker B: Did.

Speaker A: We'Ve seen the equivalent of that.

Speaker B: Memorable treasure Any particular good low lights or highlights?

Speaker C: I got shot again.

Speaker B: Is that a low light or highlight plan the next session night more this.

Speaker D: Creature.

Speaker A: Bandits were in his memo that was the magic used that flashbango But Audrey was underneath it also.

Speaker B: Any long term goals.

Speaker A: Down a door.

Speaker B: To go find my assistant night Know.

Speaker D: A map and door.

Speaker C: He's got big libraries.

Speaker B: On the church.

Speaker C: Maybe they won't be super happy with it.

Speaker B: The church would certainly have a massive collection. But some of the bigger cities too, like the Capitol and like Phantom bank would probably have a library, whether it's big enough or not to have a door. There's another question.

Speaker D: It's like mcath, they have their own library. No one used to go on.

Speaker A: And I was going to say, would it be a public library or more.

Speaker B: Of a club where you got to buy your. Yeah, that would be. Yeah, said going to actually go into the church's territory. Yeah, you'd pretty much like sign. Having to sign up. They go there or like when.

Speaker D: Like no one can go in there.

Speaker B: Or you would have to.

Speaker A: With special permission only.

Speaker B: Yeah. An escort by like a writer or clergy.

Speaker A: In the early libraries weren't public. It was a group of people that said, you know what? We need a library. And they'd each chip in.

Speaker B: It wasn't taxed.

Speaker C: All.

Speaker D: One of the greatest things, man.

Speaker B: Publicly.

Speaker C: Yeah. So much knowledge, Many hours. Yeah. Both for learning and for fun.

Speaker D: Yep.

Speaker B: Then I'm eyeballing a couple of western systems that actually have progression and a little more to them as far as characters stuff too. So that may be something we'll potentially transition. We all have too many sessions left for this year. Well, so if we want to keep playing western, then we can look into.

Speaker C: What did you want to do for the maker of the year again?

Speaker B: So.

Speaker D: Was it like two more sessions for November?

Speaker B: Yeah, two more. So 16 and 23rd will meet and.

Speaker D: Then really Saturdays, the 20.

Speaker B: Yeah, 16, 23. Yeah. And then. So. So no session on the 30th.

Speaker A: Yeah, that's Thanksgiving week.

Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, that's the Thanksgiving weekend. And then we'll do seventh. Okay. That did go to December. Yeah, 14 and 21. So four sessions left for the year and then taking a break like the.

Speaker C: Sorry, I misunderstood because you said Nothing on the 30th. But then in December, which ones are we.

Speaker B: Oh, in December we'll do 7, 14 and 21. Assuming that works for everyone and weather is cooperating. And then. Yeah, no se. And then the next one will be January 11th and we'll start back up for the new year to kind of.

Speaker C: End the month when we start going.

Speaker D: Yeah, yeah, Christmas and New Year.

Speaker B: Yeah. So we'll have a two week break for Christmas, New Year's.

Speaker C: Well, I'll see. I don't know yet. I'm not saying I'm gonna have this done. But I'll see if I'll have a hard time version of the system messing.

Speaker B: Up.

Speaker C: Around the new year time. I'm gonna play test at some point.

Speaker B: Yeah.

Speaker A: Yep.

Speaker B: And then also like even if someone just wants to like do us do a session where like hey, let's just build characters in this system on Totally fine doing that stuff too. So we don't. You don't have to like do any like plan anything extra. I don't want you build characters in the system and maybe run through a little bit of combat or some sort of like mystery search just to see what it feels. Yeah. And then I guess when we. Whenever we feel like we want to transition from western to something else. Now Nick's got Lancer Lancer coming up next year. I will be. I did message Andrew Vanessa. They haven't replied. So I asked them if they're still interested in doing the weekly thing and then what's their ETA on coming back? Which I think they're out of town or something.

Speaker D: So I don't think Andrew on or Vanessa on Discord.

Speaker B: So it might be. So it wouldn't surprise me if they're on vacation so much. But that would be my goal at the parallel. Well, I guess. Yeah. Depending on what they say, my goal for next year will probably find to get another one to three players the table get up to up to six.
