This mountain fortress is the headquarters of The Church located in the, Peaks of Light, mountains between Grimwater and Storm Jungle.

The fortress is the mountain. A train runs through the center at the bottom of the mountain. A tram system runs north/south to the various mines and farms.

Interior is lit by sun crystals and skylights. Lots of murals of outside locations. Blue sky painted on the ceilings with sun crystals acting as the sun. One can almost forget they are inside a mountain range.

Sites atop the mountains peak. The central keep and seat of power, housing the ruling elite and the citadel’s most powerful.
